@hangedbody tagged me in this a while ago but life has been hectic recently and i just found a good playlist to shuffle from

You can usually tell a lot about a person by the type of music they listen to. put your favorite playlist on shuffle and list the first ten songs then tag ten people. No skipping!

im not a very poetic person, at least i struggle to put it into words, and im terrible at interpreting lyrics because i tend to feel the melody and overall vibe better than alegories or metaphors; but i feel like sharing so here you go~

1. it's only sex - car seat headrest

wow, what a start

this song has helped me realize, or maybe just accept or start thinking about accepting myself as i am

2. campus - vampire weekend

i listen to this song when i have a crush, not otherwise too attached to it, just has a very hopeful feel to it

3. fictional california - sufjan stevens

one of my favorite songs from this album although i literally adore every song (except lady macbeth)

it feels like a song not just about growing up and survivng youth, but picking yourself up after a rough patch and reassuring yourself to continue because it's worth it

yeah, you can really tell that i've listened to this album for like two months on repeat

about the same time i started playing hades, so listening to it makes me think of hades characters

this song makes me think of thanatos after a fight with zagreus, when he first realises he has feelings for him

5. savior complex - phoebe bridges

i really like phoebe's music in general, her songs make me feel feminine and seen, something i've struggled with in the past

(my favorite song of hers is graceland too, garden song is also very beautiful)

i listen to savior complex when i want to relish in sadness for a bit

1. The gift i made for Tsubaki at VK

It was my firt gift for someone I admired. I've never drew patterns that complicated so I was happy when it turned out great! Also I love the colors here

2. My friend's character Siera

That was my Good Omens phase. And of course I roleplayed with my friend and made characters. This was her demon Siera (of course he was also a snake just like the main character from series). Although there are things that I don't like about his design, the snake part of him was fun to draw. And he was great for practising. This drawing also brings back good memories.

3. The main menu screen from a game

Fun fact: I only finished the tutorial level from that game and when I was at the main menu I just stared at the background for two minutes before closing the game and taking my tablet XP. This was pretty hard for me because I have no idea how to put more than two characters at the same drawing. And drawing blood after one year of not drawing it was challenging. Actually, I might redraw it sometime

4) Beastars fanart

My hardest work so far. 100 layers and almost 17 hours of drawing. I'm bad at perspective and backgrounds that interact with characters. I'm sure there are mistakes that I just can't see, but I'm pround of this drawing. I had to look at so many references that I had to make several layers for them. If you ask me to show you my best drawing I will show this

5) Lobotomy Corporation fanart

This was made when I saw letsplays of the new version of the game. I knew about Lobotomy Corp. since times when workers had round heads and there was no repression or instinct works. But I forgot about it untill the same letsplayer started playing the new version. It was great to be back in the fandom.

This unfinished sketch of Crowley from Good Omens, I was trying to paint it and it was supposed to be a companion piece with his Angel on the other end of the bench but I lost motivation but I still really like how the sketch came out!

2. I got back into TF2 for a bit and remember my OCs existed and revisited my Medic, Wilhelm. I had a bit too much fun drawing the blood on this one.

1.  This cupid Pathfinder I drew for valentines! IT was one of the first times I drew him in full and I think it still came out very well! I like my stylization on him and its just super cute and I love Pathfinder!

My art’s defiantly gotten better over the years, I can actually say these pieces are quite good. (Also you can see me switch my username/signature in these examples LMAO) I can’t wait to see what I draw this year.

1. Why did you choose your url?

I've had it since my deviantart days. I was getting frustrated that all of my ideas for usernames were already taken (I was starting to think the site was bugged lol) so in a fit of anger I typed it just because. It ended up not being taken so I just used it lol

I have an art sideblog @slavhew because i didn't want to terminally bore people with posting tons of memes in between art

My usage rises proportionally to how much I'm procrastinating and how shit i feel. Its a good distraction and to mitigate that I usually put stuff into queue so people don't get a barrage of posts otherwise I'd consistently be hitting post limit

14. Did you have a fight/ argument with other blog once? Who won?

Every so often I feel like causing problems on purpose. Most arguments dont really have a conclusion. One radfem insisting women can't be evil that deactivated by the end of it, someone trying to mobilize the aro community to stop "problematic content" (it was peppered with 'save the children' and stupid arguments. They said "free blocklist in notes" then hid my reply from them because I called them out on their homophobic myopic arguments). Misc other stuff thru the years. C'est la vie.

15. How do you feel about “you need to reblog this” posts?

We are all tired. We all have actual lives and use social media as an escape. If I catch you reblogging more than one of those I'm straight up going to unfollow, I will not have a wall of text guilt tripping me when I can't do anything to help in the first place. Fuck you.

I do but I'm forgetful sometimes and it gets buried in my drafts :[

I do but due to the nature of my blog even when I reblog them I don't really get any bdbgnnd

I know for a fact that at least one of them is Tumblr famous in two fandom circles. It's still kinda funny that they follow me on not one but two blogs even after we don't really share those fandoms and I enjoy seeing them on my dash :)

I don't do crushes but I am very good friends with a few people outside of Tumblr too and I think it shows from how often I tag them ajndkxmckc.
