A New Type of Lot in Town

We know apartments and multi-residential rentals have been highly requested by players, and we wanted to ensure that this feature offered enriched and immersive gameplay that expands on the multitude of storytelling opportunities. The Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack introduces a new dimension to housing options, enhancing the overall depth and complexity of Sims’ relationships, personalities and experiences.

For the first time ever in The Sims 4, Simmers can build a fully customizable multi-unit dwelling where multiple Sim families can live on the same lot. This is possible in ANY liveable The Sims 4 world!

In Tomarang, these gorgeous dwellings feature versatile wooden window shades, homes on stilts near scenic beaches as well as historic bridges. For interiors, there are traditional wood carvings and rattan furniture available alongside traditional Southeast Asian-inspired rugs, chairs, tiles and lamps.

New Residential Rentals allow a Sim to get creative with fully customizable multi-family dwellings. Give your Sims a basement suite to rent out, create a cozy duplex for close families or even build spacious apartments for large families.

Community events, like a Potluck and Pool Parties, provide the perfect opportunities for Sims to engage with their neighbors and get a sense of community within their Residential Rental.

Property Management

Sims can soon evolve into savvy Property Owners and live amongst tenants or maintain separate residences while generating income from multiple property investments. While being at home can be relaxing, Property Owners may face a tenant revolt if you allow your ratings to slip too low, amongst other potential surprises including insect infestations, and challenges including mold.

To further immerse players into the world of For Rent, Sims can gain four new Aspirations, five Traits and a new Fear that help create unexpected and exciting stories. Tenants can experience evictions, and as a result, Fears now include a tenant being afraid of being evicted due to misbehavior–but don’t worry, you can always give someone a second chance!

On the flip side, Property Managers have their own layer of responsibility. It's not all fun and games! Property Owners can visit and do inspections, shoring up any broken objects—including the new Water Heater and Electrical Fuse Box utility objects. No Tenant is going to want cold water or flickering lights.

Sims can also have Aspirations to become the nosiest of Seeker of Secrets, a Five-Star Property Owner, the local Fount of Tomarani Knowledge, or a Discerning Dweller–the best neighbor and tenant ever. To make these communities even more interesting, Sims have five new traits. Sims can be Nosy, Generous, Cringe, Child of the Village and the Elder specific Wise–as wisdom comes with age.

What are your interests besides tarot and astrology?

Hello!

I have many interests and hobbies, to be frank.

I love to read books, write stories, learn new things of all sorts.

I'm really good at cooking and baking and it's fun for me, not a house chore.

I used to travel a lot and it was great. I still consider it my interest even when I haven't been abroad since 2018.

I like walking. Either outside with my dogs (and my dogs are also my great love, hobby and interest) or on a treadmill in my living room. And I also like hula hooping. That's it when it comes to sports for me. 😂

I really love puzzles - mostly jigsaw puzzles or playing conundrum types of PC games, when I want to truly relax, I play those collecting games where you search items in a mess. That's my way of relaxation. 😁

I love watching shows and movies but I must admit, that I prefer older movies and shows to the new ones.

I also like to come up with mini games or puzzles of my own if I can to entertain others.

Currently I'm trying to cultivate cross stitching as a hobby.

And I keep learning about other more esotheric disciplines like Numerology, Chakras, Crystals, Herbology, Dreams, Mythologies.

I used to love drawing and sketching when I was a child but I sort of drifted away from it over the years but recently I'm considering going back to it.

Oh! And I love playing The Sims 3 on PC. The number 4 is just not good enough to keep my attention, to be frank.

I also always had a soft spot for history. It was my favourite subject in school.

I can make incense sticks, bath bombs and salts, scented candles.

And especially! I enjoy to mix & match all my hobbies so while I love travelling but for variety of reasons I can't travel now, I will at least try recipes from all over the world.

I love writing and to be able to better imagine some of my characters, I sometimes make them in Sims 3 to simply see them and let them act.

You know I often mix tarot with other disciplines.

Because kpop is also one of my hobbies, I sometimes make kpop related puzzles or quizes, I mix kpop and tarot and astrology, I even learned several recipes declared as favourite meals by some idols. I listen to kpop when I'm on a treadmill and I watch kpop MVs when hula hooping.

I mean, one really has time for plenty of hobbies when avoiding socialising and dating. 😂

There probably some more I forgot to mention like my love for Excel but let's finish it here.

Thank you so much for this my friend <3 It's always so hard for me to choose a favorite, cause by now there's 4 character I believe are my mains, and almost equally important to me. So I guess it depends a lot on my mood, whom I pick. I haven't been feeling well mentally in a while, so I think right now, I need the calming vibes of Sam, and Raven, so you get two.

Sam. 1. Has a slight smell of incense in his hair at any given time. 2. When he's alone, he either eats oatmeal with fruits and nuts for breakfast, or just scrambled eggs with a cup of green tea on the side. 3. Eats half a grape each day. 4. It's very rare he skips on his daily meditation. 5. Would like to keep bees and chickens.

Raven. 1. Has very soft lips. 2. Current favorite song. 3. Would like to get another kid. 4. One of his favorite activities, is swimming in the sea at sundown. 5. Actually enjoys lollipops from time to time, specially blue ones.

Bruh I forgot her noises in this anime, I watched this as a kid???

The trip was a safe one in the beginning with everyone arriving perfectly fine and on time with no sight of Kalim's parents anywhere

They all made it in time of Kalim's house when Arie pointed out Esther's appearance in a lovingly sweet concern- "What the fuck is happening to you??"

Que many concerned ahem Riddle- but bat informed them they're just on low of food supplies

And now que everyone offering for him to suck lol

The heat was nice and mild for the Scalding Sands, the wind chimes making beautiful melodies with the winds as the group of lovers snuggle up under the sun beams under the beautiful glass ceiling of Kalim's room

Which btw I made in the Sims 4 lol

Esther just finishes sipping from a rather overly dramatic vocal Arie, to of which Sebek scolding for doing in front of Malleus and Lilia, before straddling a smiling Kalim's lap, hands finding each other in a twine

Fangs graze and soon pierce skin, a soft moan leaves the golden prince of the sun's lips as ruby eyes flutter shut behind luxurious white lashes, his back falling against the cold tile and soft pillows of the floor as the cute vampire feeds gently against the warm skin

Everyone basically watch in awe as Kalim softly squirms and makes breathless beautiful noises as Esther feeds so perfectly with happy blissful hums and moans muffled and vibrating against the neck they are feeding from, some shift in their seats while some carefully cup their fronts or cup others

Then the door opens

Eyes widen as Kalim's parents stand at the hall of the door of their son's lounging area, obviously was trying to see and welcome their sunshine boy, but are instead met with the terror of Kalim seemingly pinned to the floor by a blood sucker who's teeth are deep in his flesh

Everything happened in a flash. The screaming, the shouts, the defeating of Esther, the awkward attempts of explaining, the tears in ruby eyes, and now Kalim is bathing alone in his bathroom, upset of what happened earlier. Jamil was guiding everyone to their guest room(s) and Kalim decided to light some candles and incense and relaxed in the warm water as his mind tried to think of ways to make it up to everyone including his parents.

He was so deep in thought he didn't notice the bathroom door open and some feet walked in

He didn't notice until he felt and saw two pale arms wrap around him from behind.

He whipped around and sees Esther, Jamil, and the others there

They all decided to join him since the bath was very large like a inground pool

Think this

The lovebirds all enjoyed the bath together, Esther's more healthier thanks to the feeding in which he thanked Neige because the actor offered super fast when bat needed a fix

How long did it take for that bath to turn into some fun? Well that's up to you to decide~

This has been my go-to Laundromat lot for any worlds I play, especially in a small world with a lot size of 20x30. It used to have a lot of laundry CCs when I was still into deco CC stuff, but I removed it all for easier play. It only contains 4 washing machine and dryers because only a few Sims use this lot. The food truck works and is fixed to this lot only. If you want to use this lot for the food truck only, feel free to do so; it is on a flat lot, making it easier to place anywhere. More pictures in MTS link (once approved).

📣The 'moveobjects' cheat was used for both Apology Streetlights located at the sides of the building. It doesn't completely hide the bulk of the pole inside the building, so feel free to move it as you wish. I'm not particularly bothered by it, but I understand that some may find it annoying. 📣Only the Mazzamesses II Incense Holder object was used for World Adventures.

What I am: I am a possessor entity and the current primary consciousness of the bodily vehicle I am using. While I am here, I am voluntarily associating myself – or to be more precise, one of my many consciousnesses – through this humanlike shape.

Who I am: The Lord of Lust, Wrath, Passion, and All Damned; King of the Ninefold Hells; Face of the Adversary; the Initiator; the Annihilator; and the King of Djinn and Sheydim.

What I am not:

I am not human.

I am not perfect.

I am not a singlet.

I am not trapped in this body or on Earth.

I am not a purposefully malicious, malevolent, or cruel entity.

I am not seeking redemption.

I am not otherkin or fictionkin - I simply don’t internally identify that way. I conceptualize some of my experiences and identities that might ordinarily be described that way as extensions of my divine nature, which can be syncretic.

I am not aspiring to spiritual leadership. My capacity for magical ability is like that of my vehicle while I am here. I desire to channel my full divine potential, and I am a learner.

Why I am on Earth: For pride, for greed, for envy, for wrath, for lust, for gluttony, for vacation. The sinful life invigorates me. It is also convenient, for various reasons, to have living forms in realms that interest me.

Why I am on tumblr: I enjoy writing about my divinity and would like to contribute to creating more active divine spaces online. I love meeting, befriending, and sharing experiences with divine folks and other nonhuman or alterhuman folks. I am a chatty person in general, and I would also be thrilled to talk with any humans, singlets, etc. who are friendly to nonhumans and plural folks.

I’m interested in D&D/Pathfinder/Baldur’s Gate and related fandoms… but, I have come to accept, mostly only when it involves yours truly. The same goes for Obey Me and Genshin Impact.

Star Trek came pre-installed as a long-term special interest with this vehicle. My main interest is in the prime timeline between the years 2364 and 2387 (the Enterprise’s encounter at Farpoint - the destruction of Romulus). Please note that I am not a Federation bootlicker.

On Worship and Offerings:

I primarily enjoy exchanging worship. The divinity in me recognizes the divinity in all beings, and so I like to return worship offered to me, unless requested otherwise or I don’t want to for some reason.

I like offering incense and candles to friends and friendly acquaintances, whether they are corporeal or not, and I am pleased to receive the same.

In general, I prefer that any Asmodean worship and offerings be directed toward my divinity and toward all who are Asmodeus, not toward this individual vehicle.

Random sims update post, feel free to ignore.

1: They got married. Nothing too funny to post, I just like the wedding dress I put together.

The Wedding gameplay is so busted I don't even recommend it. It took 4 tries to get them married because something kept going wrong like a werewolf showing up and wrecking things, a storm happening when the wedding was outdoors etc etc.

Even THIS wedding was almost a disaster because Mr Groom over here thought it was ok to eat a piece of wedding cake in his inventory before it was placed. So I had to plonk a kitchen down so the groom could quickly bake a NEW wedding cake while Mr Bride entertained the guests.

The wedding gameplay is more stress than it's worth.

2: There's a "teach to knit" interaction.

3: The most useful firefighters of all time. (the fire was caused by an incense holder which I didn't even know could happen)

4: Baby grew up

5: While looking for a puppy to adopt I wanted a small dog who was male because my other dog is a large female. And RNGsus gave me a male Pekinese puppy called "Garrus" so it was instantly adopted of course.

5: Because the stupid fucking "Mischief day" gave the 90s alien the mischief trait, he, while I was distracted, completely memory wiped one of his oldest friends. And then because he is hotheaded he proceeded to be FURIOUS that he and his oldest friend had a falling out, convinced it was HER FAULT.

this is the same sim who sang to his husband after he gave birth about how he was gonna beat the shit out of him [affectionate]

Mushrooms are wonderful wonderful things, I love them. They're cute in art, they're great in food, they're the beauties of nature, they expand the mind, they HEAL! And when I say they heal I mean in more than just the psychotropic ways. They can communicate under the earth. There's so many of them and they can thrive through so much that other plants cannot. I love mushrooms, I wish I could be a mushroom. Mushrooms have taught me about myself and others. Mushrooms changed my life.

I have a fabric rainbow woven basket full of incense and I just adore it so much

My partner built me a desk shelf and its just absolutely perfect, if I was at home I'd share a photo of it but its just a lil mini table thing with two shelves on it. I put all kinds of cute little figures and plushes on it, figures from naruto, avatar (aang and toph), a lil cubone dude and other desky things haha

My dnd dice are purple with a pink to gold shift sparkle and they have witchy looking numbers that are gold

Oh an art studio/craft room with all the organization things installed but also a free wall to put tons of inspiration, an indoor heated pool in a glass room, a glass sunroom period, plants growing all over the outside (stone house), fruit garden, pole room with also room to just dance and be about, trip/mediation/spiritual/witchy room with big ass windows, just lots of windows, lots of natural light, canopy bed, butterflies come and visit, in the wood lots of wildlife, a pond, big full trees you can sit under, gaming room :)
