The only explanation I've come up with so far is that the color mixing works like a multiply layer rather than blending, so you basically add Sec's greenish hue to Diagoras' skin tone and get a murky brown, like so

meet yourself - modern cdrama - high ranking hotelier quits her job to find herself after a tragedy in her life. stars liu yifei & li xian. (also killer ost tbh, i still listen to 去有风的地方 A LOT)

some people found the show slow, but imo the vibes for this show were so good and so chill! the progression of the romantic arc in the show was v natural, and i liked how the romance was not the central theme of the show and that each of the supporting characters were v well fleshed out! i rewatched the confession scene a lot through the year when i needed serotonin.

and

love me love my voice - modern cdrama - mutual pining to lovers, but the pair are also both huge fans of each other's online works (music and voice dubbing respectively). stars tan jianci & zhou ye.

most of y'all were here while i was watching this as it aired so you probably all know how i feel about this show. i'll summarise it for y'all anyway: 😍💕😭💖🤩👏🏼🥰💋

if you are after a feel good modern cdrama, i honestly cannot recommend these two shows enough. huge serotonin boosters and guaranteed emotional payoff.

honourable mentions, which should also surprise nobody:

till the end of the moon (this was my highest ranked period cdrama - retrospectively, this is more because of how insane it made me feel while watching it, and less of a testament to how good the show was, BUT!! i really did enjoy this a lot)

Why does manga Saitama care about rankings (new manga original chapter) but webcomic says to Amai Mask it's insincere? Is it going to change in the manga?

In the recent ch where he was bothered so much by his terrible hero betting odds that it kept him up at night? And whether that'll affect his conversation with Sweet Mask about 'ultimate/ideal hero' stuff?

I feel Saitama's the type to say 'I don't care' (about thing affecting himself) while actually caring deeply about it. :'D He often immediately contradicts himself like that, heh. While either outwardly snapping or quietly conceding letting it slide, leaving the upset to fester inside.

Ideally he knows heroism is a thankless job--er, hobby, where perks like rankings, fame, and money were never part of his original goal. (Despite for ex how much he values money considering his poor lifestyle.) However, as a person he also really wants to be Noticed and Valued for what he's done. As part of that fundamental human need to feel accepted and validated. The fact that even after coming this far he's still treated like a worthless nobody (ex: his trash betting odds) is enough to deeply unsettle him. After all, no one likes to feel disrespected or wrongly treated like trash. :') (Same deal with his bad hero name in the wc.) Enough that Saitama had to check himself for how much it almost swayed him to the 'dark side' if he got sucked into gambling. It shows he's not perfect, when his basic needs and impulses start blurring his better judgement, but thankfully that means he's still human.

And just like when Sweet Mask offers him tempting benefits in exchange for producing him, Saitama will have to evaluate how much that'd make him lose sight of himself (ie: 'sounds like a puppet') and weigh what's ultimately more important, to himself both as a person and hero. If he learns more perspective from his manga experiences (like the recent betting thing) to expand his talking points with SM, then all the better.

Ichigo only noticed an envelope had been placed inside his bag between his notebooks once he got home & was ready to sit down at his desk to start doing his homework-- It immediately got the ginger's attention, homework all but FORGOTTEN for the time being. He picked it up, opened the envelope, CURIOUS brown eyes scanning the words that had been written on the sheet of paper.

He couldn't recognize the hadwriting. Damn it.

The more he read it, the more INTRIGUED he became. He couldn't wrap his head around that-- simply couldn't believe somebody could truly feel THAT WAY about him. It was just... No, no way. This had to be PRANK. Yep, a prank and he was sure stupid Keigo had something to do with it, he would punch his face for this tomorrow at school.

why did Jake kill those medical professionals in the psych ward where Harrow was housed?

It's like, the more I think about it, it's gotta be a fake out, right?

Almost everything they've hinted at so far as being Jake has been, to some degree, unsettling. Whether it be the fear of mysterious violence, the fear of the unknown, etc. You're meant to be a little unnerved by him. Like I've said before, we're seeing him and learning about him from the same perspective that Marc and Steven would, in fragments. It's an interesting method of storytelling that I think they'd continue to follow, theme of the unreliable narrator and all that.

Jake would've taken Harrow out because he still considered him a threat, but why would that be? As far as Marc and Steven know, Harrow's trapped in that psychiatric hospital for as long as they decide to keep him there. But we've already been told that Jake knows things that Marc and Steven don't, so what exactly does that mean for him? What can we establish from that?

Because what if there was some threat of Harrow's escape and Jake was the only one aware of it? Of course he'd investigate that possibility, and of course he'd keep it a secret from Marc and Steven if he could. Harrow murdered them in cold blood, and his freedom would be an intense emotional trigger for them both. Jake would have to come at the problem from all angles at that point.

As far as how he'd escape, he'd have to do it from the inside. We know that Harrow could be incredibly charming; he had a multitude of followers around the world that were willing to put their lives on hold for him, and that wouldn't end just because he was captured. Actually, if we follow the behavior of cults and religion-based abuse tactics, his defeat and imprisonment, especially directly after freeing Ammit and proving her existence, could inspire an even more chaotic following. It's almost like.. when people become entranced by a particular serial killer while they're in jail. They want to be a part of that world so badly even if it's contained.

I think it's absolutely feasible that some of those followers infiltrated that hospital, and Jake somehow found out about it without alerting Marc and Steven. Actually, the more I think about it, the more likely it is, because it doesn't really make sense for him to go otherwise? Every other kill he's made, he's done in secret or in a way the blame could be shifted to someone else. Marc was already fighting in Cairo, Jake just stepped up to finish the job. Marc's already fighting to save Layla, Jake finishes what he can't seem to in that moment.

But the hospital? That is. Incredibly public. He's not taken there by Marc or Steven (at least not to our knowledge), he chooses to go of his own free will. And he'd have to have a damn good reason to risk revealing himself after years of secrets. There's a reason for everything he does and every moment he decides to or can front, it's just a matter of finding it. And they're not gonna give it to us right away, because they want us to speculate and question. They have to lean on that unreliability and misdirect to make us wonder.
