Hiii my loves, ughh it's been awhile since i posted. So today's technique is based of self hypnosis and a technique I got from a shamanic book <3 ( I used to read a lot of books on shamanism because I was obsessed with their concepts) . This technique is really different to other techniques, I've posted on the past. I got a lot of asks telling me that some of y'all have being trying for months on end and haven't been getting symptoms. So today this technique will teach to induce the symptoms and enter the void state after that. It's a step by step method. Well ready to get symptoms and enter the void state? :-)

THE TECHNIQUE :
This technique involves using self hypnosis to induce symptoms at first and from there the void state. Please, self hypnosis is saurrr easy. It can be done ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Self hypnosis is basically ALPHA STATE. Alpha state is a type of brain wave that we experience when we are relaxed, about to fall asleep, drowsy ( state of akin to sleep), you get the drift. I remember when I was writing out my lucid dreaming guide, I linked a post for you guys to read where that person successfully induces lucid dreams every night by self inducing sleep paralysis in a drowsy state ( alpha state) which then convinces their mind that they having sleep paralysis 😭. In a self hypnosis state of mind, you can tell your mind to experience having void symptoms. In the book, I've read it's called " instant healing", I'll let the author explain by quoting a passage from the the book -
" A rapidism is a type of affirmation that consists of repeating a word or phrase over and over again very until a change occurs. The first time I used this was on a chair lift at a ski resort when my hands were freezing. I imagined a fire in a fireplace and said to myself, “Myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm,” for about five minutes and my hands got toasty warm. Since then I’ve used it for a lot of minor ailments as well as emotional states and mental qualities, and it works very well ". You can give your body self hypnotic suggestions for anything and this time, we going to be using it for the void!!

HOW TO DO THIS TECHNIQUE :
Step 1 - SELF HYPNOSIS
So, I explained before self hypnosis is basically alpha state. We gonna induce alpha state first and I'll be linking many ways to do it!! P.s you reach alpha state before you go to sleep when you're feeling sleepy!!
Alpha state meditations :

Alpha State pink shared <3, same mediation with theta waves and no call back!
Alpha state binaural beats + alpha state meditation
In this success story an anon used alpha waves and counted backwards 100-0 which significantly reduces your brainwaves and entered the void state.
After completing any of the above you'll surely be in alpha state.
How does alpha state feel like :
• Relaxed, Sleepy, Calm , Slow thoughts.
Step 2 : INDUCTING SYMPTOMS
Let me give you a break down firstly on the different type of void symptoms, Body becoming numb, floating, seeing flashes of white/ images, Falling, any symptom is an indication that you're entering the void state.
After getting into alpha state, you can give your self suggestions of the symptoms and you can even use one word suggestions. You may say :
→ FLOATING, " I FEEL LIKE I'M FLOATING ", "MY BODY FEELS LIGHT" . YOU CAN EVEN IMAGINE YOURSELF FLOATING WHILE SAYING THE SUGGESTIONS.
→ YOU CAN FOCUS ON EACH BODY PART REPEATING THE WORD " NUMB" IN YOUR MIND OR YOU CAN SAY " MY BODY FEELS NUMB ", " MY BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D", " DETACHED ".
→ "MY THOUGHTS AND BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D ". "I AM NOW ENTERING THE VOID STATE ".
→ I AM NOW EXPERIENCING VOID SYMPTOMS "( LET YOUR MIND CHOOSE THE SYMPTOMS FOR YOU )"
Step 3 : ENTER THE VOID STATE
After inducing and feeling symptoms, you can affirm to enter the void state!!

“That’s it, baby, let it all out,” I cooed. “Have a big cry. Daddy's here, little girl." I stroked my wife's hair gently while she bawled her eyes out like a two-year-old, sat on the floor of our bedroom wearing nothing but her sopping wet diaper.
She gasped in big lungfuls of air, her bare chest heaving with every shaky breath. “You… did something… to me!” she said between hiccups, batting my hand away and glaring at me accusingly. It seemed that I'd finally been found out.
"What did I do to you, sweetheart?" I asked softly.
"You... turned me... into... a cry... baby!" she sobbed, almost hyperventilating now, her words barely intelligible. "You... want me... like this!"
“That's right, darling," I said, and I saw her tear-filled eyes widen in surprise at my ready confession. "I want to be your Daddy. I want to take care of you. But you've always been so strong and independent. I knew I had to do something to change that, so I used some special hypnosis files, hidden in that night-time background music you like to listen to, to erode your emotional control. It's the same technique I used to take away your potty training.”
She looked at me in horror, but I just chuckled and reached out to stroke her tear-stained cheek lovingly with the back of my fingers. “It’s so sweet that you can’t control when you go pee-pee or poo-poo anymore." I patted the front of her soggy diaper. “And you look so pretty in your princess nappy!”
“You did this to me?” my wife whispered, so shocked that her wracking sobs had come to a halt. Her hand drifted down to the huge disposable diaper bulging between her thighs. "You made me need these?"
"Yes, baby," I said. "I thought making you incontinent would be enough, but even then you were still trying to be self-sufficient; insisting on changing your own nappies, refusing to let me comfort you after an accident. So now you're going to be emotionally incontinent as well, sweetie. No more bottling things up. No more self-control. When you get even the slightest bit upset about something, you'll be in tears."
“But whyyy?!” she wailed, her sobbing returning in full force. "Why did you... do this... to me?!"
“It’s not good for girls to hold in their feelings,” I said, running my fingers through her hair again. She seemed too appalled by what I was saying to even notice. “It’s so much cuter, so much more feminine, when you lose control and have a little meltdown instead.”
“But I don’t… want to be… like this!” she cried.
“I know, darling,” I said soothingly, “but this is how I want you. Daddy knows best. Being a tearful toddler suits you much better than being an adult woman. In any case, there's no undoing the effects of the hypnosis now, little one. I made sure it was completely permanent."
“No!” she wailed, bouncing on her wet bottom and beating her fists impotently against the floor. “It's not fair! I wanna be a grown-up! I wanna use the toilet! I don't wanna be a stupid crybaby! I don't wanna! I don't wanna!" Her words trailed off into incoherent blubbering as she devolved into a massive temper tantrum.
I couldn't help but smile. She looked so adorable! "Hush now, princess," I cooed, shoving a large pink pacifier between my wife's lips. Her mewling was cut off abruptly, and she started sucking on it at once - another product of the hypnosis files. She was left sniffling and whimpering quietly, her dummy bobbing rhythmically in her mouth. "Now I know you're very upset because Daddy turned you into a big baby," I said, pushing her back gently onto the floor, "but I'm sure a nice dry diaper will have you feeling better in no time. Legs up, baby! It's time for you to let Daddy take care of everything."

How To Hypnotize Yourself Into Getting In The Void
This technique doesn’t require subliminals, hypnosis videos, or setting alarms. All you need is a finger. You can self hypnotize yourself into getting in the void state, shifting realities, and manifesting anything. This does NOT open your third eye, so don’t worry about that.
The Steps:
1. Place your index finger on your third eye, which is between your eyebrows, and close your eyes.
2. Say an affirmation that you want to come true, such as:
“I am a void master”
“I will wake up in the void aware”
“I always wake up in the void aware”
If you’re shifting realities, say a shifting affirmation, or if you’re manifesting something just say your usual affirmation!
3. Say it a couple of times, for me I usually say it ten times. You can say it out loud or in your mind.
4. Then you’re done! Whatever you want will come into fruition!

Trust me when I say this, self concept is the only thing you need!! Be it for manifestation or be it for the void state. If your self concept is good then nothing can stop you from achieving the things you desire.
So, we all know how self concept is one of the biggest key to manifestation. How you view yourself in relation to the world around you is extremely important and can greatly affect how you manifest. But still, y'all choose to not improve your self concept. Which is why you're still failing.
Having a good self concept doesn't only mean "being confident". It's recognizing that you are the creator of your universe and that you're the god of your reality. It's recognizing how powerful you are and how nothing can stop you. You want a new house? Sweetheart, you already have it. You want billion dollars? Just say the word and it's yours!!
Knowing your power is the most powerful thing ever. If you know it, then you don't need methods, techniques, subliminals and hypnosis to manifest. You're all you need to manifest.
Now, changing self concept is not hard. Nothing is hard for god. All you have to do is change your negative thoughts to positive. Whenever you get a negative thought related to your manifestation, don't react, don't cry, don't be sad or angry. Don't let your negative thoughts take power over you. Just flip that bitch around and be like "no, i already have my desire because I'm the god of my reality". Once you start doing this, NOTHING CAN STOP YOU. If you improve your self concept, you won't have to stay still for hours or cry over your failed attempts because in your imagination, you ALREADY have it. Why would you cry over something you already have?
It is so relieving to have a good self concept. You may have doubts occasionally, that's normal. You're human after all. But they go away as quickly as they come because you know better. When the 3D shows the opposite, you don't panic or cry. You don't force yourself to do whatever method people are hyping up because you know you don't need it. You just overall feel more confident, calm and assured. It is a heavy and general feeling of knowingness. From that state you will no longer notice the lack, and you won't even need to remind yourself or do any techniques.
At last, Y'all need to stop sending hundreds asks to bloggers. Yes, they'll give you advice or guide you. But at the end of the day, all you need is YOU. Then why are you relying on others? You already know everything you need to know. Then why are you still lurking on Tumblr 24/7? Take a week off and start working on your self concept. I promise you, it's not a waste of time. It's so worth it because all you need is this. You don't need methods and different techniques. All you need is a good self concept.

okay headcanon about how “being afk” works in-universe: it’s a self-hypnosis technique. it was originally invented by technical players seeking a way to be close enough to a farm to run it without having to deal with the mind-numbing reality of standing in a single tiny room for hours, or repetitively doing a single mind-numbing task for hours. it involves using a type of self-hypnosis that, to the player, feels like sleeping, but that they can “program” a very simple task or simply standing still for while they are. it’s possible to do this and retain some awareness if something happens around you, but it’s more common to do the version that effectively “programs” an amount of time to be out and what happens, happens. it’s generally considered semi-safe, and is the only way to accomplish tasks that require a player to be awake and around to do it without actually having to be awake, but there are some known risks - for example, unlike being asleep, damage or even death won’t wake you up, which can be a nasty surprise… or a great excuse for a prank. afk players are easily identified by their often somewhat unnatural-seeming stillness or the fact their eyes are open, but they don’t respond to you. as for why being afk works in mob farms when simply sleeping there doesn’t… well, the prevailing theory remains that the universe only likes to move when it knows someone is looking. if a tree falls in the forest and no one’s there who can hear it… well, maybe it just didn’t fall at all.
