hi grey! i know this is a bit self indulging but does satoru wake shina up in the morning and cook for her before she goes to work whenever he's not busy? (●´з`)♡

What's the best thing you can think of when waking up?
Satoru opened his eyes and stare at the iconic koi painting hanging on the ceiling then turned to his right. Peeling off the barricade of plush pillow on the center of the bed a puffy and sleeping face greeted his sleepy gaze.
Lazily smirking at his fiancee's slightly parted lips, he brush the stray strands of her messy bed hair falling on her face. She's nowhere near an angel when she sleeps like 6 years old flat on her stomach and hair sticking everywhere nonetheless to his eyes, she looks the purest and breathtaking in the morning. Satoru finally gathered his bearings from his sleepy haze and carefully slip out of the blanket and walk to the bathroom.
Washing his face and sauntering to the kitchen of her lair Satoru opened the fridge to get the stuff he wanna use for today's breakfast. He almost lives with her on this floor than going to his penthouse just upstairs. His groceries are stuffed in Shina's fridge. The last time he brought Shina to the supermarket they have to spend 10 minutes on every product as he explains the difference between bell pepper colors to her.
Not to mention his fiancée barely know how to cook even if her life is on the line. The kitchen is a big NO for Shina.
Satoru turned on 7 Rings on his phone while waiting for the salmon to cook. "How can she eat this so normally." He frowned, remembering that she doesn't like food with heavy tastes and spices.
Satoru saw her frown when he cooks in the early days he moved in with him, she doesn't like heavily seasoned food, particularly sweet foods. But when he asks Yuta or Suguru to eat they told him the taste of his cooking is normal. Later when he asked Shoko, she told him Shina prefers bland food.
This makes him question, what the hell has she been eating while growing up? No wonder she looks skinny before starting to live in the penthouse he prepared. At least now he could see she's started getting plumper although still skinny, he doesn't have to worry about her getting blown by a gust of harsh wind.
Turning the stove off Satoru walked back to the bedroom. A soft chuckle escaped him seeing her messily clutching his pillow like a teddy bear.
"Why are you being so cute?" He groaned and walk by her side, leaning down to rub her shoulders.
"Shina, wake up it's 5:44."
"Hmmmph," her moans muffled against the pillow. An adorable scowl painted on her sleeping face.
"5 more minutes?" Satoru asks softly, if it's up to him he would want her to sleep the whole day instead. He knows how sleep-deprived his Lady Doctor is.
Her eyes fluttered open, half-lidded and watery. Face red and puffy from sleep. Her dazed onyx eyes met his amused blue orbs.
"No..." She grumbled and stuffed her face back into the pillow, slowly started dozing off again.
"Which is it?" Satoru planted his hands on the sides of his hips and look at his fiancée helplessly. "Be back after 5 minutes... Wipe your saliva geez!" he told her and walk back to the kitchen.
Women are chaotic. Satoru shook his head while smirking. Turning on the stove he thought of making fried rice with eggs and sausages. No one can say no to a hearty breakfast before a busy day. He inserted a mug into the slot, and the coffee maker started making his cup of café au lait. On the side, he dumped slices of oranges, milk, and ice cubes, and turn the blender on.
It's been five months since the leader of the largest Yakuza group in the country is reduced to being his fiancée's chef. Heck! He used to wield a katana by the backstreets to slice his enemies and now he's been learning on Youtube how to make flowers in the fucking carrot with a kitchen knife.
His tsundere fiancée... Who could barely even acknowledge his efforts... Who he thinks has lived in Antarctica and hasn't melted the iceberg in her heart despite the ongoing global warming.
Shaking his head Satoru reach for the plates, turned the stove off, and divided the egg w/ sausages fried rice. Should he slice the salmon to share? Grabbing a tall glass he poured the smoothie and added his cup of coffee to the tray, blindly pulling out some spoon, fork, and chopstick and holding the tray to walk back into Shina's bedroom.
Ugh! The bane to the existence of bedroom breakfast! Damn doorknob. Satoru cursed the protruding metal and put down the tray on the floor to open the knob, sauntering into the dark bedroom with the thick curtains still unopened but the lady doctor is already out of the bed.
He could hear the sound of the shower. And Satoru set down the tray by the table beside the wide window wall. Pulling the thick blackout curtain open it revealed the 6 am view of Tokyo with the sun painting the sky a soft coral orange to light azure blue.
His heart softened and smiled, picked up his coffee mug, and sip the warm cafe au lait. Taking a seat by the comfy armchair, looking over the waking city while waiting for Shina. Lazy mornings like this... Hmmm
The bathroom door opened with Shina changed into a white turtleneck tucked under her black slacks. Shina is tall and her legs are long, the pants make her appear taller and simple with the black and white outfit. She wraps the towel around her long hair and walks barefooted across the room, passing Satoru a look before eyeing the mug of coffee on the table.
She looks gorgeous. She's always been simple and minimal with her attire. Satoru eyes her sashaying around the room. Lately, he also notice that in her free time she's been looking for new sizes of clothes... He internally pats his back for a job well done, that's the evidence she's eating well!
"Did you use my shampoo?" Shina reach out for the cup of coffee but Satoru was quick enough to grab it away and glared at her.
"Didn't we agree no caffeine four days a week? You had your third cup yesterday Milady so back off."
Shina's jaws drop open, about to say something but closed it again. Giving him a stinky eye before getting her breakfast plate while Satoru continued sipping his coffee. He ushered the smoothie to her side while waiting for her reaction in mentally bated breath.
Shina on the other hand shrugged and said her graces before digging in the meal. A spoon of fried rice, a small slice of salmon, then a sip of smoothie while looking at the skyline of Tokyo with the sun rising up in its majestic glory.
"So?" Satoru cleared his throat, raising a brow and nodding at the plate she was having.
"What?" Shina returned, putting another spoon of rice in her mouth.
"I woke up early for that," he rolled his eyes. Heavens! Could someone give this woman sense of humor? Satoru furiously shakes Shina's image projected in his brain.
"Yeah, then?" Shina blinked, utterly confused.
Satoru raised his hands up in the air in surrender, shaking his head, and started eating. The lady across him however chuckled.
"I like how the salmon is bland but there's still the natural oily taste of the fish. Good job." Her hand reached out and pat his shoulders while laughing.
"Stingy," Satoru evaded his face and snorted, that was not what he wanted to hear. He's not trying to be some Gordon Ramsay incarnation in the kitchen.
Shina however continued eating with gusto, taking sips from the orange smoothie and humming to herself subconsciously. Satoru looks down at the table and notices her pink tiny toes curling close, open making small pitter-patter against the soft fluffy rug underneath their feet.
Fuck! Why is she so adorable?!
Satoru lets go of his chopsticks and run his palm over his face.
"What's wrong?" Shina whips her head to look at him.
"Have you noticed?" Satoru looks at his fiancee between the spaces of his fingers covering his face. "When you like something your toes curl and make those cute feet hop."
Shina's face instantly turned red and froze up.
"H-How—" she stammered.
"You've been living here for five months..." Satoru grinned and took up his spoon and started eating.
"Don't tell anyone...?"
"About?" Satoru probed, loving her flustered look. Chuckling at her bashful expression. "About how cute you can get?"
Shina looked away and continued eating, stuffing breakfast down her belly and skipping to the bathroom to brush her teeth, comb her hair and grab her bag. Satoru just finished putting the dishes in the sink and saw her putting on her flats. Beside her is a thick bag which is filled with papers.
"Satoru! My bag!" Shina yelped when he pulled it up from the floor while she was still putting on the other shoe.
"Suguru, I'm going out." He grab his keys from the holder and his aviators by the stand while Suguru answered with a groggy voice on the other line. "I'm sending Shina to work." Satoru slings the heavy thing on his shoulders and slips the aviator sunglasses.
"Grab me some aspirin on the way, I drank too much with Shoko," the man on the other line groaned and ended the call, probably running to the bathroom to puke his guts out.
"Princess, you're gonna be late, c'mon chop, chop!" Satoru called out and saw the lady half running, half walking to his side as the elevator doors opened.
"Drop me a block away," Shina shake her head when he opened his white Aston Martin Valhalla, gesturing her to get in the roadster car. "This is too flashy." She bit her lips while strapping the seatbelt on her body as he turned on the car, moving out of the Gojo Tower's basement to the road.
"Sorry, my other cars have bulletholes, can't really send you to work looking like I just got out from war," Satoru chuckled, slowing down his usual 80-120 kmph driving speed to a 48 kmph friendly neighborhood driver pace for the sake of his Lady Doctor's heart. They just have a nice breakfast it's a shame if she can't keep it inside her stomach.
"You can use my car... Well if you want."
"You will? Thanks!" Satoru chuckled remembering the cute white Nissan Leaf, so dainty and cute... Like her. Satoru hollered imagining himself walking out of the cutesy car while holding his sword or pistols.
"Please, don't put holes in it. I didn't have that car insured." Shina trailed and pointed to a nearby tree, a block away from the big hospital.
But he ignored this, preferring to park in front and wink at Shina.
"Be a good girl and make friends in school, okay? Do you need an additional allowance? Your lunch? Oh, look at that, your bow is tilted! Let Daddy fix that for your Princess~" Satoru fawned looking at his fiancee with shimmering eyes, trying to get on her nerves before parting the whole day while he gets stuck in boring work blah, blah, blah
"Fuck you!"
"Bad girl," Satoru tutted while laughing at her priceless twisted face as she yank her bag away from him. "Bye, Princess!"
"Shut it!" Shina slammed the door and walk away but halfway turned back and knock on the car window.
"Hmmm?" Satoru opened it and she lean down.
"Thank you for the ride and the breakfast was amazing..." Sheepishly shotting him a look of shyness and shrug. "Well, bye! Don't die at work," and she goes half-running away.
"I'll pick you up at 5!" Satoru grinned and shouted with his head poking from the window, receiving a wave back from the Lady Doctor and curious glances of passerby he slid back in and drove back to Gojo International Tower with a boyish smile he can't erase from his face.

Mazeno La
Tumblr media
Duration 8 days Distance 74.5km Standard extreme, technical Season Mid-June-mid-September Start Tarashing Finish Bunar Zone and Permit open, no permit Public Transport yes Summary This glaciated pass brings trekkers close to the Mazeno Peaks in a traverse of the southern flanks of the Nanga Parbat massif.
Mazeno La (5399m) is a technical glaciated pass over Nanga Parbat’s Mazeno ridge, with its challenging unclimbed summits of Mazeno Peak (7100m) and four subsidiary 7000m Peaks. The trek skirts the southern half of the Nanga Parbat massif from the Rupal Gah to Diamir Gah. From Zangot in Diamir Gah, the standard route descends the Bunar Valleys to KKH. An Alternative, more strenuous, six- day route continues north- east from Zangot, crossing two more passes en route to Fairy Meadow. Experienced guides say most trekkers don’t succeed in crossing the pass. Only fit and experienced trekkers with basic mountaineering skills should attempt this route.
PLANNING
WHAT to Bring
Mountaineering equipment necessary to travel in roped teams and fix rope is required, depending on snow conditions (see mountaineering equipment,); wearing a climbing helmet is prudent. Heavy early- season snow pack favours the time between early August and the third week of September when less snow is present and more rock is exposed. The descent from the pass can be tricky at this time, though may require as little as 10m fixed rope. Descent is easier earlier in the season when more snow is present, but requires as much as 300m fixed rope.
Maps
The US AMS 1:250,000 topographic map Gilgit (NI 43-2) covers the entire trek, whereas the Deutscher Alpenverein (DAV) 1:50,000 topographic map Nanga Parbat Gruppe covers the route except Diamir and Bunar. The U502 map labels Karu Sagar as Kachal Gali and Kutagali as Kachal. Khusto Pass between North Jalipur and South Jalipur Peaks isn’t named on maps, but the DAV map marks it as 4837m.
Guides and Porters
Hiring an experienced Shina- speaking guide from Chilas who knows the route and can manage the complex porter logistics is strongly recommended. It’s necessary to change porters as you pass through different valleys. The first group of porters, usually hired in Tarashing, go only to the top of the Mazeno La literally. Here these porters are replaced by ones from Bunar. To coordinate this change of porters, make arrangements with the shopkeeper in Bunar before your trek, telling him how many porters you need on what date. He then organizes porters to meet you either on top of the Mazeno La or the Bunar porters may walk without loads up the Rupal Gah. Bunar porters then either take you to the KKH or to Shaichi depending upon your route. Bunar porters may extort camping fees in Diamir Gah. When continuing to Shaichi, Gunar porters replace the Bunar porters. Small parties, however, can usually get by without changing porters. Regardless, be prepared to change porters and be prepared for the financial consequence. Each group of porters gets wapasi, making this an expensive route! Porters ask for a flat rate per stage, including payment for food rations.
Stages
It’s 11 stages total From Tarashing: (1) Herrligkoffer Base camp; (2) Latobah; (3) Shaigiri; (4) Mazeno Base Camp; (5) Mazeno High Camp; (6) Mazeno La; (7) Upper Loibah Meadow; (8) Loibah Meadow; (9) Zangot; (10) Halaley Bridge; and (11) Bunar.
The alternative route to Fairy Meadow from Tarashing totals 18 stages (1-9) nine stages between Tarashing and Zangot; (10) Kutagali; (11) Karu Sagar Pass; (12) Shaichi; (13) Gutum Sagar; (14) Jalipur High Camp; (15) Beyal; (16) Fairy Meadow; (17) Jhel; and (18) Raikot Bridge.

The Nigerian Graduate - S01 E06
Tumblr media
Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 6 ”This is our new house, baby. I don’t like your house, it’s too exposed, I want privacy.” I stood rooted to the spot, it was my dream house. “Are you going to stand there?” Shina asked. I moved closer to him and hugged him. “I love you” I said sincerely, he was my first love, it was the first time I was loving a man with all my heart. I loved him not only because he was rich, but also he was truthful, sincere and caring. Shina and I never had sex even though we had been together for a month. He was a perfect gentleman. We were a perfect couple. We packed into our new house the following my friend’s wish. I called Fiwa that morning to inform her about our relocation. “I’m happy for you, Riri” she said over the phone. “Thanks, girlfriend. I can’t believe God is changing my fate.!” “Riri, must you relocate into the new house with him,I’m skeptical about everything. It’s too early.” “We’re getting married soon, Fiwa.” “I understand but I’ve you forgotten this man is having issues with his parents, do you think this is gonna end well” “We met with his mum recently and she accepted me.” “But you lied to her,Riri!” “Will I tell her my parents are illiterates? Fiwa, you’re the only friend I have, I’m just a victim of bad circumstances. My parents are poor and I’m jobless. If not for this guy, would I be a certified makeup artist? I found love! I found him!” I poured out. “Riri, I understand you quite well but I don’t want you to relocate completely with him. Just pick a few things and don’t let your neighbors know about it” she warned before she ended the call. I wanted to follow her advice but Shina told me to pack all my load and drop the key for the caretaker. That night while we were ready to sleep, Shina asked me if I had any secrets I was keeping which I denied vehemently. We made love that night and I could see through his eyes that he was disappointed but I didn’t know why. His actions and reactions the next day was cold towards me, he refused to eat breakfast before he went out. I went to see Fiwa the following afternoon after a makeup session and told her about Shina’s new behavior. “Riri, please, tell Shina about your past life. Why not come out clean” she advised. “Fiwa, I’m confused. I’d lied but I can’t afford to loose Shina. I love him and I don’t see a future without him” I poured out. I was confused. “You can’t have a happy home being a liar. He will soon be aware of your lies. Stop being fake!!!” “Do you want me to loose him” “Just tell him about your past life and I’m sure he will forgive u.” “Fiwa, here is a man who broke his engagement because a woman confessed of having 2 abortions in his absence. Fiwa, I had 6 abortions” I said amidst cries. “I’m confused.you ruined it all from the beginning” I went home shattered that day. I was not happy and I started living in fear. I knew sooner or later, my secrets would be exposed. Shina stopped making love to me but he continued loving me. In a few week, I forgot my dilemma and it happened! I was in the kitchen preparing lunch when I heard a knock… I was lazy to go check who was at the door so I pretended not to hear since Shina was in the bedroom. I continued with my work, when i heard Shina’ s footsteps and the door cracking. It was a familiar female voice, I listen carefully as they exchange pleasantry and decided to clear my doubt about whose voice it was, and seeing Dommy in my house that afternoon melt my heart. Who is Dommy? I labelled her “dummy” because she was my diehard enemy, she hated me right from our days in Saint Louis Grammar School, Ikere Ekiti. I was a neat, pompous girl back then and all my school mates back then were jealous of me because every time we had the privilege to go outside our school gates, all “Anco” boys (Saint Louis Grammar School is a girls’ school while Annunciationanco is our male version) rushed me like houseflies. Everyone was jealous of me including Dummy. She crushed on Fife, Anco headboy while we were in SS3, but I ended up dating him. This made her hate me. When we met in UNILAG, She was Amber Rose’s friend, which worsen her hatred for me. Amber Rose told her about my fake lifestyle and she labelled me “fake Rihanna Alakada”. What was she doing I’m my house, our house? I thought. She focused her gaze towards me immediately I came into the living room. ” oh my! Riri!!!”She screamed and hugged me. I was confused, she was my sworn enemy and her warm treatment gave me goosebumps. “What are you doing here? Do you work with Shina?” She asked smiling. “She is my wife, my fiancé” Shina responded before I could say anything. I looked into Dummy’s eyes and she looked into mine, I could see she was heartbroken, surprised and frightened. We exchanged gaze for few seconds before she announced her departure. “I think I’ve to be on my way” she said as she picked her bag that was lying on the couch. “Lunch is almost ready” I said, I did not know when those words came out of my mouth and it sounded like “poison is ready” “I can’t wait, dear. Maybe some other time. See ya, Shina. Kisses” she blew us kiss as she left hurriedly. “What’s happening, darling.” I asked worriedly. Was she Shina’s ex fiancée? If she was, then I’m in trouble. Shina snubbed me and sat on the couch. “Is food ready?” He asked as he retired into the couch looking tired. We ate lunch in total silence that afternoon. No one was speaking to another, I guessed we were both lost in our thoughts. I visited Fiwa the following day and explained everything that happened to her. She was worried about me, and my past lifestyle. “Aderin, I’ll advise you to open up and let your fiancée knows about your past life. You know Dommy! She is dangerous.” She advised. “It would be better Shina hears from the horse mouth than from a third party. Aderin, open up!” I was weeping already, how could I look into Shina’s eyes and tell him I had six abortions, how would I tell his mum my mother was an illiterate! Life was so unfair to me and I wished death could take my soul. The thought of losing Shina made my dreams shattered, he was my love, my dream and I could feel no future without him. Fiwa was consoling me as I was sobbing when Dummy entered. I was shocked! The look on her face was scary, she came in with her hands akimbo, she stepped aside as someone else came in. I meant someone from my past!! Who came in? Who is Shina’s ex fiancée? Read the full article
