Yesterday, my community service club was doing outside litter pickup, when I overheard one of my students talking about Israel killing kids.

“Yeah, Israel is killing Palestinian kids. Israel is killing children like us.”

“What!?”

“Huhh! Omg look at her!”

Nelson Mandela was in USA's terror watchlist until *2008. The guy who fought against apartheid state of South Africa, won a Nobel peace prize, became a president, a beloved character across the globe was in the terror watchlist of USA. So I wouldn't actually take murica's opinion about labeling a person or group of people as terrorists. Chances are they're actually fighting for the freedom of their country.

That's why they call Hamas terrorists instead of freedom fighters. In their eyes The Nelson Mandela was a terrorist.

I think what truly hurts me personally is actually the scene at the cliffs. "I am not taking you to Hell, angel" "Why not?" "Well I don't think you'd like it" Meanwhile Aziraphael says "Come with me" And that for me sums up a lot of the relationship.

Where Crowley is always thinking about what Aziraphael's likes and dislikes, while Aziraphael believes he does. Aziraphael pushes Crowley to do what is "right" while Crowley pushes Aziraphael to what Azirphael wiil enjoy.

Sometimes I wish I could go back in time to every time someone told me I’d change my mind on marriage, or kids …

That I fucking never did and I’m HAPPY like this.

You don’t need to “come around” to the idea of marriage or suddenly decide you want kids. You’re not broken. You’re not failing to meet some metric of adulthood.

If I’m with my partner(s) unmarried, living together and being a family of just adults and loads of pets till the day we die, that’s a life well lived. I don’t need the state involved in my relationships. My “biological clock” isn’t ticking.

Fuck, I wish at least one person would have NOT told me, “You’ll change your mind someday!” or, “I know you don’t like babies, but it’ll be different when they’re yours!” or, “You’re just a late bloomer!”

I wish they would have told me that I was valid and complete and allowed to define my own happiness. I wish they would have RESPECTED my own happiness.
