Know their names, not just numbers..

"Unidentified martyr, chubby and tall, wearing a raspberry-colored & black tracksuit." - Gaza, 2024.

His name was Yasser Mamdouh Al-Fadi, he was a journalist. He was shot by an IOF sniper on 11-02 inside Nasser Hospital & was buried in a mass grave at the hospital during the seige.

The IOF bulldozed the graves of dozens of martyrs later on, rendering them unrecognizable.

He was injured while covering Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000 & was injured again while covering the return marches in 2018.

I’m really sorry that you have to deal with death threat from randos of the internet. I hope it doesn’t affect you as much.

I am not big on politics and I’m not the best person to talk about the genocide on Palestine but I hope for your voices to be heard and for Palestine to be free.

Eh, like I said just a bunch of toddlers throwing candy around and laughing as if it's the evilest thing in the world. It might be annoying but at the end of the day their just kids, it feels wrong to get mad at them for such trivial things.

Though a side note, its trivial for ME, if any of you are receiving death threats and it's really affecting your mental health with depression or even suicidal thoughts, then please seek help. You're a living being, and you don't deserve to suffer even if the thing that's making you suffer seems like a tiny papercut. Also, it's possible for a wound to look small but potentially be life threatening, so please don't underestimate the pain you're in... Just, don't let yourself suffer is what I'm trying to say.

Though regarding the politics. You don't need to talk about the issue, caring is enough. All anyone asks is that you show support in your own way. Whether it be protesting when you can, making sure you know who and what to vote for when election time comes up, but my personal favorite is boycotting all those companies that support Israel's genocide. Any of these is fine, but most of all, thank you for caring for Palestine.

If somehow you haven’t seen by now, while the Super Bowl is being aired, Israel is striking Rafah.

The people of Palestine had been told to go there, they were promised it was safe.

And while this is happening, even though earlier several tags on Palestine were trending, only one or two are now.

I haven’t written any posts personally on Palestine myself. I didn’t feel I had anything to add here aside from reblogging and boosting whatever I can but please. We can’t forget Palestine or its people especially now.

This has gone on too long and gone much much too far MANY times and now is when we need to push harder.

Many of the heads of Western countries are either beating around the bush and wasting time, or outright denying the things the Palestinian people don’t have the privilege to ignore. They don’t have the choice to look away from their pain, or the pain of friends, family, neighbors, their country. And even through all of this they’re still trying their damn hardest just to live. And we all need to listen.

So now, especially if you live in a western country like I do, now we step it up a notch. Now is the time if you haven’t already to read up on Palestinian history. Listen to what the people of Palestine are saying. Hold firm on the boycott like never before. Any and every way you can donate, do it. eSIMs, aid, anything that will reach. Save as much evidence as you can. Videos, articles. Don’t let Zionists pretend all of this never happened.

Even if you think there’s nothing you can do, I’m telling you, keep going. Even if you feel you can only give a little, if we all give a little together it becomes much more.

Hit imperialism where it hurts. In the wallet. Follow the BDS instructions, find protests in your area if you can, boost as much information about Palestine as you can find, call your reps, and do not lose hope. The people of Palestine are not dead. They are holding on even through all this and we all owe it to them to do the same.

A Free Palestine will happen in our lifetimes. But it will be hard fought. So go out there and fight hard! The governments can’t hide from their own people forever. The companies can’t bleed cash forever. The people will win. So push until we do. Do not look away. Free Palestine

Cut Through The Noise

Even as the strike ends, the Palestinian genocide has not.

Now more than ever, there are so many conflicting voices. People with their own self-serving, hateful motivations speak over us, and sometimes our own voices can turn against us. We may feel like our voice isn't enough or we aren't doing enough.

This is why it's so important to learn to shut down that noise. No matter how much people scream that what we're doing is useless or a waste of time, keep talking. Keep talking about Palestine. Keep talking about Palestine for as long as this goes on, both online and in real life. If Israel won't end their genocide, we won't end our protest.

Have a friend who’s neutral and said when I showed her a picture of dead children in Gaza

“Ew, I did not want to see that.”

No shit. But this is the real world and I told her that Israel is bombing Palestine and she still said she’s neutral. She said that Palestine did things too.

Did the kids do anything?

Did they?

Did the families do something that justified getting bombed? Murdered in cold blood?

EDIT 3/10: She is not my friend anymore in my eyes. I don’t talk to her at all unless she asks me a question but otherwise no.

EDIT 3/12: yes I understand I should not show her images of dead children in case it’s triggering. My apologies. I was being irrational and angry.

until Armenia and Palestine are free & israel and azerbaijan are banned, there CANNOT be a good reason to engage with eurovision. tweet the social media teams, email the broadcasting corporations, make it KNOWN that you are not going to allow them to continue to platform both azerbaijan and israel. send complaints to ofcom, but give the actual contest & music NOTHING - don't hate watch/listen. don't stream the songs. don't even PIRATE it. give them NOTHING, but take EVERY OPPORTUNITY to address the fact that they're allowing genocidal fascists to participate.
