One last thing to post before I finish with the current stuff. I colorpicked some colors from @scribz-ag24's art for this...they're just so dang good, I was inspired.

A mirror that connects a past and a future, reflecting the same body but not the mind or experiences...

With the stories I've posted, Doom's reaction upon seeing her past self could be inferred...but it could just as easily not be what she'd do. Would she want to try and break through the mirror to escape her fate, or just tell her past (and likely AU) self to enjoy what she has? Would knowledge of the future she lives in help her past (or AU) self take action that she otherwise would not? Rules of time travel be damned, there has to be something she can do, whether it's selfish or selfless.

...and yet, perhaps it just displays an image with no form of communication. Total silence, with only their own inferences to guide them on the fate and state of the other. To see, but not to know why...
