@arcandoria should never have made these thingsies, because I'm obsessed with them now and I physically can not stop making them.

Anyway, this here is Salira, my supposed to be evil run Tav. I really enjoyed her and coming up with a backstory for her, but in the end...well. I'm not evil enough and I didn't enjoy playing with mods, so I kind of abandoned her before even reaching act 2. (Seriously, I nearly cried after chip chopping gales hand's off. I'm weird like that.)

Characterwise, Salira is a wrong'un. There's not much else to say. She's deeply vile down to the core and she'll happily show her rotten heart to you if you ask. Once she's on a spree, there's no stopping her and she'll happily present a pile of corpses to daddy Bhaal.

There's a reason for why she is the way she is, but it's extremely graphic and cruel so I'll just say: Her past was bad. Things happened and she slowly but surely became twisted and insane.

Ahlf, despite his many faults, would not stand back when it came to the relationship between Salyra and the MC. He would have taken issue in Salyra's actions because it's the same actions that drove him away all those years ago and that's something he won't want the MC to experience. He'd probably threaten Salyra to stay away and if that didn't work, he'd be a bit more direct in keeping her away from the MC like maybe running away to live on a deserted island with the MC.

Shit. Shit. Shit. You were cursing yourself and the shit you both were going through. You should have told Gale to meet you at the front gate. Maybe you wouldn’t have gotten lost in the streets to his house. The dawn was fastly approaching and you were running out of time. 

You both slide trying to round the corner at breakneck speed. You start shouting into the sending stone that was connected to Gale’s. 

“Open the door Gale!!” You see the door at the end of this street open. Your friend clad in purple, a grin on his face as you near. He steps out of the way to let you both tumble in. Panting, you lift the hood to your cloak. You start looking over your partner. Fingers checking every inch of exposed skin. You breathe a sigh of relief. Not a ray of sunlight had touched his pale skin. Gale chuckled as he closed the door. The sunlight barely touching the threshold. 

“My friends! Ever on the edge of danger still it seems!” He clasped a hand on Astarion’s shoulder then brings you in for a hug.

“We got a bit lost in the city. Never been here before.Just very glad we made it.” You say as you release Gale from your hug. 

“Indeed! Well let me show you to your room. I am sure the travels have made you weary.” Gale waves his hand toward the stairs and leads you to the second floor. You find that your room is to the right of the stairs. “This was the best room to make sure it was dark enough. My room is on the fourth floor if you end up needing anything.” “Thank you Gale. This will do nicely.” You say with a smile and look back at Astarion to give him a nod. “Before we do get some rest, let me give you the books we brought for you. And maybe you can look over the list of items and places we are going to be traveling to?” “Of course, it would be my pleasure. Maybe I have heard of some of these items or places so you don’t waste time if they won’t be any good. And you know I'm always happy for new reading material.” You rummage through your pack and grab the books and list. You hand them over to Gale who looks so happy to receive the new books. He gives you a nod and heads further upstairs to his room.

Astarion pushes you softly through the door to the room you both would be staying in and shuts the door behind him. The suddenly dark room starts lighting up with magical candles to give some light to the room. Gale really did think of everything for the two of you. You sigh contently at the simple but nice room. It was going to be better than sleeping on the forest floor like you had done the past week or so. The two of you would be here in Waterdeep for at least a week to gather more supplies and leads on either the items on your list or potential new items to add to it. 

You feel a sudden shift behind you as Astarion has already disrobed and was reaching for your tunic. He gives you a smirk as he lifts it above your head, planting kisses at your shoulders. Your face starts to flush at the possibility.

“I know he’s two floors above us, but he might hear if we do anything Astarion.”

“Let him.” He growled in a low husky voice. “It wouldn’t be the first time he’s heard you scream my name. Or chant it like you were saying a prayer in temple.” If you thought you were blushing before, you most certainly are now. Anytime this primal side comes from your lover, you get caught a bit off guard. The next thing you know your pants and smalls are also whisked off of your body. He is planting kisses up your legs as he slowly stands up. 

Astarion spins you around to face the bed and walks you closer to it. He slowly lowers you so that you are bracing your hands on the bed bent over. “Oh an old camp favorite, but with incredibly better ingredients!” He sat a bowl of hearty stew in front of you with a piece of bread on the side. “The wine tonight is a Waterdeep classic full bodied red. Just as you like it Astarion.”

“Ah you do treat me so well sometimes wizard.” Astarion gave it a swish and a sniff. His red eyes lit up at the sweet but flavorful sip of the wine. “Very nice friend, this will most certainly do.”

About halfway through eating, Gale stopped and grabbed the list from the counter behind him. You can see that there are a few scratch marks and notes not in your or Astarion’s handwriting. You get very hopeful for a second that your friend had found something on the list to aid in your quest.

“So I looked over everything that you both have found. There are notes here for possible other locations for a few of the items. There are two on the list that are no longer of this world. I scratched those out. Thankfully it was only one from your list, Astarion, and one for Karlach.” He stopped to take a bite from his stew. “What do you mean they are no longer of this world? I guess they were destroyed?” You ask with your eyebrows raised.

“You could say that. They were destroyed before the nautiloid experience we had.” He looks up at the ceiling. “I am sad to report that they were eaten by yours truly.” He waved his hand at himself in slight disgust. The silence was thick hanging in the air. Of course this was a crazy possibility. He didn’t know of Astarion or Karlach before this all happened, there was no need to be hesitant on eating items when you were trying not to explode. Didn’t mean hearing it felt any better.

“I will note, however, that they wouldn’t have worked for either of your plights. Not that it feels like it’s any consolation.” He let the words hang for a moment before stating, “But on another note towards this list, is that there is one of these items here, in Waterdeep!”

Both you and Astarion stood up in excitement at these words. The possibility to being so close to an end of a goal was electrifying. 

“Now now, as exciting as it is, my dear friends, I have to put my hands on it first. I have connections to the person who owns the item and they have willingly sent it over for the Heroes of Baldur’s Gate.” He smirked. “We apparently saved his sister’s family that wild day and he feels a sort of gratitude towards us. It should be here on the morrow.” Astarion looks over at you as you both sit again. A wild look was in your eyes. 

“As much as i’d love to leave it a surprise. Which list does it come from?” Astarion asks first.

“Ah, well, if it is as it says it is, this will be for our fiery friend Karlach. Which if it is, that means less places for you two to search. It will lessen your load.” Gale sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. “I did also make a copy of this list for myself. I will start reaching out to other places to hopefully find a lead on what we have left to look for after tomorrow.” You three sit in silence for a moment, the excitement and worry filled the air. You slowly go back to finishing your soup. Astarion stood up again downing the rest of his wine.

“Thanks again for that wine Gale. I’m off to go find something a bit more filling.”

“Good hunting friend. Try not to kill anyone.”

Ma'am. You have a lot of Tavs. Do you just like making them? Or do you have saves with all of them? And if yes, doesn't that get boring? I'm on save 2 and already a bit bored by doing the same thing again.

Eeh, is it truly a lot? It doesn't feel like it, haha.

With Whisper I'm already finished. Twice. 👉🏻👈🏻

Orianna is somewhere in early act 3 - I think I'm not even in the lower City yet? - waiting for me to finish that round.

Thondna...honestly, I have no idea where I'm at with Thondna. Last I remember I was running through the Moonrise-Nautiloid, I think.

Salira is a bit of a special case. I was close to act 2, but I originally abandoned her playthrough since I don't do evil ones. But I revived her now because I like her character and I turned it into an unhinged playthrough by deciding to break out my good ol' dice set and rolling everytime I have to make any decision. Big or small. (It's insane and you never know what'll happen, but it's also super fun!) So we're back in early act 1 here.

With Gwawr I was originally somewhere mid act 3, but I redconned it back to mid act 1 because I wasn't happy with a lot of decisions and I missed a lot of content (Scratch 👉🏻👈🏻), so we're in early act 2 now.

Sassandra is currently traipsing through the underdark to help the myconids - I'm slow haha, because this is the save where I promised myself I wouldn't save-scum and I can only handle so much of that.

And finally Minka...I think we just got into the Goblin Camp? This is one is totally different and something I have to be in mood for, because my entire party is constantly wild shaped. Minka the cat, spider Gale, Wolfheart/Bearheart and Badge-starion are fun to play but you'll miss out on some content because wildshaped characters usually can't talk, haha.

And as far as boredom goes, there's none for me! All my Tav's are really different in character which makes for interesting changes. And I try to have some funky or high(ish) stakes playthroughs as well, like I do with Minka, Sassandra and Salira, to mix it up a bit!
