I wanted to draw some of the not entirely canon(and criminally underrated) Warner's:

I cried the first time I watched wakko's wish. Not cuz of the feels or anything but just because I couldn't find out how much a haypenny would equate to modern American money. True story

I also wanted to try my hands at a lakko design. (a scrapped wakko's wish character) and I came out with a few different looks:

none of them I like enough to color haha. But I like the tail of the last one and the ears of the first one so I guess I'll just work on it more: )

SAKKO WARNER APPRECIATION POST

So today, while doing a bit of research for an upcoming @poorlydrawnwarners​ comic, I discovered something neat.

Animaniacs Issue #33, we’re introduced to the Warners’ confetti-obsessed cousin, Sakko.

He is ADORABLE and I love him and you should love him too. So I’m making this post to spread Sakko awareness all across Animaniacs Tumblr (Zanyblr?)

I love his hair so much oml. and his big poofy mustache

He’s also got a lot of energy despite (seemingly) being an old man!

His name definitely seems to refer to the bag that he carries all of his confetti and various other things in. But mostly confetti.

With the mustache and the grey hair, he reminds me a bit of King William, actually.

Anyways yeah that’s Sakko Warner, please appreciate him.

Yakko Warner Jr's second cousins, Keira Warner and Bailey Warner [Animaniacs]

Here is one of Yakko Warner Jr's second cousins, Keira. This is the eldest child of Sakko Warner and Alexis Warner. I thought about creating 2 OCs that are cousins of Yakko, Wakko, and Dot. Alexis Warner and Sakko Warner are cousins too, but, they ended up falling in love, getting married, and have 2 beautiful daughters, with the names of Keira and Bailey. FYI, Sakko and Alexis are cousins on Yakko's mom's side. Angelina Warner has so many siblings that are OCs by me and I'm slowly creating them.

Anyways, Keira Warner was born on December 8, 2008 at 12:08 PM (PST) in Burbank, California. She is very extroverted and she yaks a lot. Despite that her younger sister Bailey is an introvert, Bailey also yaks, snacks, and is cute just like the Warner siblings. Bailey Warner was born on November 27, 2011 at 7:24 AM (PST) in Burbank, California and she's the Warner on the right.

Does Libby ever feel like the odd one out since there is no Warner counterpart for her? There is technically a Warner cousin named Sakko from the comics. There are also fans who create Warner cousin OCs (like me).

Oh yeah! And because she tends to hang out with the Warners & Misfits more often than she does with other teens, things can get pretty lonely for Libby. But whenever she does get a chance to hang out with other teens, she tends to be a bit socially awkward! 💙

I dunno if you watch Helluva Boss, but if you do, there's that episode where Loona has a crush on a hellhound Tex and she tries to hang out with him, but she's pretty awkward as she literally says she has no friends. That's how I imagine Libby might act whenever she's hanging out with people her age!

No, he doesn't wear shirts or pants because he wears a tie.

Wakko doesn't wear pants. Yakko and Dot don't wear shirts. He's just a guy in a tie, don't cha know

"Aye, li'l doggie! C'mere." Burro called over the mound of costumes.

Sakko, of course, was not a doggie, but he felt no need to correct Burro for two reasons. Reason one: That was impossibly rude! Reason two: He wasn't quite sure what he was either. He'd have to ask Yakko once he was out of this two-person hell. Yakko was smart like that, of course he'd know what they were. Sakko had no evidence that Yakko was smart like that, but it was so deeply set into the core of his being that he didn't need evidence.

He hoped he'd get evidence some day. He hoped he'd get made to look stupid by his little brother and get upset about it.

"Li'l doggie!!" Burro called again, peeking his head up to look for Sakko, "Did y'all get stuck again? Ah'll come git ya, don't y'all worry!"

Sakko went to tell Burro that he wasn't stuck, but- Oh, look at that, he was. His legs were tangled around some sort of stick? He sighed, "I'm sorry…"

Burro leapt over the mound and went to check out what new thing Sakko had gotten wrapped around, "Sorry fer whut, li'l doggie?"

"I'm a burden…" Sakko flopped his head down between his arms, "You must get so tired of lugging me around."

Burro snorted, "Oh, that ain't naw burden tuh me. Ah like havin' y'all around. It's mighty lonely in here all alone!"

"Are you just saying that to make me feel better?" Sakko looked up into Burro's kind eyes, trying to find some semblance of a lie. Burro just smiled wide and began to untangle his legs from the stick.

He stopped suddenly, his eyes going wide, "Well ah'll be. Thets uh walkin' stick."

Sakko turned and pulled himself higher up on the mount, peering at whatever Burro had found, "A what'ing stick?"

"Uh walkin' stick! Uh cane!" Burro pulled it from the mess of costumes, "C'mere! Let's see if'it helps ya any!"

Did you just change Sakko's origin? I don't recall you mentioning him being crippled before? That's pretty tragic.

He's always been disabled, actually! That's what his cane is for! He can't walk without it. I've mentioned that before. It doesn't work like a regular cane, which is useful. He just needs to be holding it to be able to walk, not actively using it because he's a cartoon. But without it, his cane, his legs can't support him and he falls. He's disabled and has a cane because I'm disabled and want a cane. Also, it's not tragic to be disabled. It's tragic that they threw him away for it, but his disability is not 'tragic' or 'sad', he was just born that way.

Yakko, Wakko, and Dot use toon physics all the time, is Sakko able to use toon physics like them?

Yes and no! He is able to do it, but he's not able to do it voluntarily. He's spend his life doing what needs to be done to survive, which means he doesn't remember what it is to be cartoon extra.

He can do it when he gets emotional! He can pull his ears realll long and turn his mallet into a cane when he's mad, he can cry waterfalls when he's sad, and he is the most cartoony when he's happy!
