Across the Spiderverse got me revamping my old spidersona! May change the design later, but here's what I have so far!

This is Stinger, and she was bitten by a radioactive tarantula, becoming... well... Stinger. Along with her usual spider powers, she gained the ability to grow and shoot stinging hairs from her skin like a tarantula. It may look fluffy, but that shit ain't soft! It's made her skin really prickly, so she wears fabric guards so she doesn't accidentally hurt people. She also gained a tiny secondary pair of eyes that hide underneath her bangs

I'd imagine her as a creepy trapper type hero instead of a beat-em-up type. She goes for web traps and stunning targets with her hair-quills. More quippy in her mind, tends to be unnerving and quiet on the outside. In the Spider Society, she likes stalking around and checking up on friends, letting them do most of the talking

I'm trying to get into writing (wanna try new creative outlets), so naturally I'm writing shorts where my D&D characters visit The Hotel

Ngl, it's a lot harder than I thought. Trying to think up deaths that somehow play into their natures/story arcs from their original games. It's been interesting drawing lines between some Hotel cast members and my babies

Never really written fics before so YEEEEHAW

I just know that Blitz (green lady) and The Owner would maybe understand each other a little too well. I'm giving Hoo (long hair green kid) to the Manager since he's a certified Wet Dog of a Boy. I'm completely lost on what to do for Rhistel (blue dragon guy)

Hoo's giving me trouble because I wonder if I: A) Have him visit the Hotel as an adult so I can use full brutality, or B) Have him arrive as his original teen self and get hella creative in how I kill him off, while respecting that he is still a kid. Big thoughts yo

I am loving how the Hotel, as a setting, has the potential for some delightful irony and drama with its guests. Good good stuff

So, years ago, my friend and I agreed that our D&D necromancers would get married and live out their evil days together 💕. Their names are Clio (my character) and Deshar (his character)...

Well, I started naming my followers in Cult of the Lamb after all the D&D characters we've played over the years. I've got a Clio (right) and Deshar (left) followers.
