Hey in your personal opinion do you think you can do seasonal work and/or conservation with a pet like a cat? I’ve listened to some people about seasonal work before and it didn’t sound like it’s doable with a pet. My boy travels well but where he would stay and who would take care of him when working in remote areas in extended periods of time alway alluded me. You might not know the answer to my question but thank you for taking the time to read !
Hi!!! :) The answer to this question really depends on what kind of job you're looking for, but unfortunately in my experience, the answer is generally no. I have known folks working for recreation/concessions companies in parks to have an ESA or service animal, but they're pretty few and far inbetween! Most of my coworkers with pets have had to find a trusted family member or friend to look after their animal(s) during their season. I'm sure there are outliers, but with specifically the jobs that I've taken, I really don't think I could have taken care of a pet.
Also, I just saw your other ask, & do not even worry about it! Reblog or like spam doesn't bother me at all, I'm glad you're enjoying yourself! :)
