Had a great 1st night with #womensbiblestudy last night! We are doing the #armorofgodstudy with @priscillashirer and I am reading through Day 1 now..... it’s amazing how much of the #battle is not even of this world! It is a #spiritualbattle! Yesterday was a very busy day. Had my first run in a week and our last run with #runforgod before our race. But first I took my daughter to work and ended up at the park early enough to take a walk around. A very foggy morning, but surreal beauty. Afterward, a 2 hour practice session for Body Rock. Planning another practice session with one of my girls today. Repost from #stampycer @runningismyhigh - Great run in Florida today! After spending the day at Disney World yesterday and doing pretty good with my knee I decided to have a go at an easy run. I'll take it! Slight discomfort but I feel great! I made sure to keep my feet very low to the ground. I've never been one to watch my form but I've realized form makes a world of difference in the knees. Hot. Lord have mercy. Ran 1.85 with my #runforgod group today. Then did 2.75 #temporun I got it under 12, so close to 10s, but the heat beat me up. And it was only 9:30 a.m. After yesterday's close call and I was really paying attention to what my body was saying. So taking a break every 1/2 - 1 mile seemed to help.
