I decided again to make Lucifer or else Rui from the manga Kare wa Diablo. I know they aren’t more fanarts for it so i decided to make another one because this manga became one of my faves XD 

& you don’t always see colored about how Lucifer glows up when spread out his angelic wings XD So here it is. I used this base here: https://www.clipartmax.com/middle/m2H7m2H7K9A0b1i8_18-transparent-base-chibi-anime-for-free-download-on-f2u-chibi-base/  & it turned out so well.
