- Kyoya has a bedtime for every little one there and he always makes sure (or try's his best) to get them in bed at a reasonable time 

- You get so spoiled while your there- like you saw a toy you want? Done. You want snackies? No need to ask sweetheart. You want a tiny space house? Don't worry sweetheart just tell them how you want it and you will get it done.  

- Mori is the best one when its time for bedtime. He will make you a bottle and make sure you have your blanky and stuffie as he rocks you carefully to sleep  

- Tamaki is so big brother coded- like one time you were playing tag outside and you got hurt. He instantly went and picked you up and carried you to a near by chair and put you down while he helped clean up the boo boo 

- The best storyteller there is Hikaru. He makes sure he uses fun books that he can make sounds and funny voices with. He also loves to make up his own stories, he loves adding things like dragons and superheroes (if you like them).  

- Haruhi is the one who always makes sure you get some veggies and fruit in you. They always try to include some with every meal you have. If your feelin fussy that day she makes sure to ask if something is wrong and ask why you dont wanna eat them, also usually ends up making a deal to where if you eat all your food you can get a little treat after. 

- Honey is always up to play! He loves playing tag, building blocks, and tea party's with his stuffies. He makes sure to have stuff you like such as cookies and the tea you like.  

- Kaoru and you together are troublemakers- he loves to pull pranks on the other ones around him so you and him are usually in time out if you do proceed with them.  

- Mori carries a tiny bag with him that has bottles/sipps, a change of clothes, dips (if you need them), pacis, teethers, a stuffie, coloring books, and snacks! 

- Tamaki loves to carry you- it makes him feel like a good big brother sibby. He also gives you a lot of piggy back rides! 

- If kyoya has to work on some papers that day he will hold you in his lap as he dose, he probably puts on some calming music and gets you a drawing pad or some coloring pages to work on beside him. 

- Haruhi is the one who helps you get ready in the morning. She helps you brush your teeth, help you with your hair, helps you get dressed, etc!  

- Kyoya  and mori call you little one 

- Haruhi calls you darling 

- Tamaki calls you bug and cubbie 

- Hikaru calls you his prince/princess, and kiddo  

- And honey/ Kaoru call you sibby  

- Honey loves to take you to the pool, he wears little floaties and pretend to save you from big bad dragons. He grabs a floatie to carry you to safety with. 

- Kaoru he holds you if you get scared (big brother coded-). Are you scared of the lighting and thunder outside? He will give you his headphones to cut out the sound (yes im stealing the idea but its so cute qwq) Are you scared to get a shot at the doctor? Dont worry big brother Kaoru is there to hold your hand! Is the movie your watching to scary? He turns to movie down and holds you telling you  that he isn't gonna let anything happen to you. 

- When you regress around them, they absolutely adore it. They love being there for you and taking care of you. So little one just remembers if you get lost or need to get extra love that day, just stop by music room 3 and i can assure you that you will be taken care of in the way you need <3

👑 : regresses around 4-9ish. Isn't that consistent with his age. He regresses to a different age everytime he regresses.

👑 : biggest brat in the host club. That isn't a secret— but taking someone who's naturally bratty and them being in a younger mindset will be a wild time for anyone taking care of him

👑 : can regress whenever he wants to, but has issues having control when he's frustrated/upset. But around 98% of the time he'll make himself regress to spite everyone else around him.

👑 : despite mostly regressing to catch his caretakers off guard, he'll always end up crying when he can't get out of it. He struggles to go into a bigger mindset when he's little which leads to alot of tantrums and screaming because he doesn't know what else to do

👑 : when little he makes everyone participate in his roleplays. He loves imagining himself as a prince so he can boss everyone around him.

👑 : he mostly hangs around Honey when little. Afterall, Honey can set up amazing playdates and is more encouraging when Tamaki plays Prince and dragons.

👑 : has a little crown hat he always wears <3 (Kyoya made it for him!)

👑 : safe to assume he spends his time in timeout.. alot. He spits alot, and often resorts him getting a stern talking to and has to stare at a corner for 15 minutes. Sometimes he sits in the "bad boy chair" depending what is decided

👑 : doesn't have a cg but people in the club do their part to babysit this little gremlin.

👑 : once got judged for being "childish" and "weird" by the girls he normally talked to and flirted with when big. Because of his "childish" personality he was made fun of and this caused him to hide for hours and not talking to anyone. (This was before everyone found out he was a regressor)

👑 : probably watches Sophia the First for "educated reasons"

— Kyoya —

Wasn't sure how to feel when he found out Tamaki was a regressor. He wasn't the most comfortable with it, and whenever Tamaki regressed he didn't catch on and treated him how he normally treats him when he's big. But after awhile he got used to it and began slowly getting into a more of a caregiver mindset.

— Honey —

Honey regresses too! So he adores Tamaki then anything. A little dependent brother who makes sure Tamaki is comfy, and has everything he needs before he himself begins to regress with him. Sometimes he's in caregiver mindset too!

— Kaoru and Hikaru —

The twins LOVE him. The first day they were told he regresses they were the first to invite him to hang out. They adore him and often likes to tease him. Their favorite game is tricking Tamaki that they are the other brother and confusing the heck out of him. They love to hold their arms up so Tamaki can hang and swing from them.

— Haruhi —

Mama Haruhi! Takes care of Tamaki the most. He goes instant mama/Dada mode when anyone in the host club regresses. She is the most patient out of everyone and usually knows how to handle Tamaki's bratty behavior.

my big age is 22, and my little age isnt exact, more a vague sense of being small but id say my range is about 1-8 year old. my pet regression is mostly as a kitten but sometimes its also as a red panda or a little chick 🐥

hikaru and kaoru didn't start regressing at the same time

in fact, hikaru regressed first. he was frustrated and tired and he felt so lonely since his brother started making more actual friends than him, and he didn't cope very well

kaoru came home from an ice skating date with some friends, only to find his twin curled up in the middle of their bed crying and sucking his thumb

needless to say it broke his heart. so, kaoru tried to do something that would help hikaru feel better maybe. he put on one of their favorite movies, toy story, and curled up with hikaru, hugging him close

as the movie went on, hikaru started to feel better and kaoru started feeling fuzzy in the back of his head. by the end of the movie, they were both sucking their thumbs and cuddled so tightly together no one could separate them

after that, the two start acting Weird(TM) at the host club. they're acting more like honey senpai when something doesn't go their way, and they're even more pouty and clingy than normal, and haruhi absolutely notices

when they explain how they've been feeling to her, she ends up taking care of them when they're in club or hanging out, much to tamaki's horror. she plays with them, especially when they bring toys to school, and she knows all of their stuffies' names

when the twins are regressed, they loooove to make up plays for their friends. they'll come up with them on the spot, and it's obvious, but their friends love the little plays no matter what.

they really regress because of their hard childhood, and when they're little they love to be surrounded by other people. they honestly can't stand being by themselves when they're little because they have been alone so much of their lives.

just as much as they love physical affection when they're big, they love it when they're little. constant hugs, piggy-back rides, kisses on cheeks and foreheads, whatever they can get from whoever, if they don't get they might Die (and that's a threat).

hagumi and kokoro both regress, and their regression hinges on each other a lot! they tend to fuel each other, egg each other on, and when one of them is feeling comfortable and small, it’s easy for the other to do the same!

it isn’t often that one regresses without the other, and if they do, they might end up getting the other unintentionally regressed.

they get into hijinks together and can be difficult to keep a handle on!

do you see how little they look in the second panel... anyway, misaki‘s their caregiver and a caregiver in general! she calls herself a babysitter here!

she’s good at understanding/translating emotions and assessing situations! in this comic (linked), she seems to figure out hagumi and kasumi right away (“same energy levels”)!

the other comic below is age dreamer kaoru. i think she could be good at temporary regressor-wrangling or just hanging out with the kiddos!

hagumi gets really excited about the michelle decorations/plushies, and kokoro’s the one who orchestrated the whole thing!

it looks like they might be playing in the background of the last panel, which is incredibly sweet.

misaki’s responsible, maybe a bit strict, and very considerate! she does her best to keep them from getting into trouble/out of hand. these feature hagumi playing and promptly falling asleep in misaki’s arms and kokoro doodling... sticking her tongue out... misaki taking away her little hands...

this next comic is another example in which kokoro goes over the top, and it also lets me talk about kanon more!

i think kanon regresses to an older age than the other two do and not as often or as deeply, but she enjoys childish things on a daily non-regressed basis!

when she’s feeling small, she likes more hands-on activities and learning things from the people taking care of her (arts and crafts especially... maybe finger-painting if it isn’t a bad sensory experience)!

she’s very jellyfish-oriented when regressed, more so than usual, as regression helps free her of her reservations. she’s much more comfortable babbling! she’s full of fun facts, and she cherishes the chance to share them.

both of these comics exhibit their neurodivergence (kokoro not getting figurative speech, kanon with her jellyfish special interest)!

I was going to go with doing the headcanons originally since that's like my comfort zone, but I really do need more practice with moodboards. Can I ask what Playing House will be about? I saw Ouran on your regressuary list and got excited

Well, to start off, the title is inspired by one of my favorite lines in the last few episodes, when Eclair says that Tamaki is really just playing house with the Host Club as his pretend family, and this 1000% expands on that.

Tamaki always strikes me as such a regressor, so the story centers around Haruhi getting officially indoctrinated into the family and getting to meet him fully regressed for the first time and finding her place in their little family. There really isn’t much in terms of plot, so I guess I’ll just describe the dynamics?

The twins are like older brothers. Still very childish, and they do tease him a lot, but for the most part, they’re well meaning and they try not to take it too far. Obviously Kaoru is a little better than Hikaru with this.

Honey is also an older brother, but more likely to get on Tamaki’s level since he loves toys and sweets so much. I personally don’t see him as a regressor, although those that do are completely valid, but he gets along with Tamaki a lot easier. Also, come to think of it, Mori is probably also an older brother figure xD Poor Tamaki just wants a big family with lots of brothers

Kyoya is completely the mom figure, since he’s the only one people really listen to, especially the twins. He likes to pretend like he isn’t utterly lenient with Tamaki when he’s regressed, but he absolutely is.
