OTP First date headcanon ask. Violcrik/BEING AN UNLIKABLE BITCH THAT SHOULD GO DIE IN A HOLE AND THAT YOU SHOULD BY NO MEANS BE PROUD OF BUT ARE WHICH IS WRONG!!! ❤️, 👗 , 🍰 (in case the emojis glitch out, the heart, the dress and the cake)
Won't deny Violcrik shouldn't even be in a relationship with ANYONE considering her sociopathic and psychopathic nature. Somehow, she is in a relationship. Lol
I only just caught this. Tumblr doesn't notify me when an ask comes flying into my inbox! TT
~~~~~
❤️ Who asked whom out?
Ans: Kira was the first to admit her feelings to Violcrik, so that gave the Jedi Knight the courage to admit and reciprocate her feelings. For nights out for a nice meal whatever, Violcrik asked Kira out.
👗 How long do they take getting ready?
Ans: I imagine Kira would take the longest to get ready for a date. She seems like the kind of person who take their time to look nice. Violcrik on the other is more laid back and maybe not put as much effort as Kira. The Commander is the type of person who throw on armour or combat robes (Violcrik's Zakuulan outfit in this case) and deem it acceptable.
Kira puts her foot down, tells Violcrik that isn't acceptable and makes her change outfit. It doesn't go successfully because most of Violcrik's outfit is armour. There is nothing casual. So Kira just huffs and let's Violcrik put her Zakuulan robes back on, because they are at least respectful, she doesn't look like she is going to a war zone.
🍰 Who picks up the cheque (if there is one)? Does the other person put up a fight?
Ans: Violcrik being a courteous gentleman or gentlewoman she is, she insists on paying the bill for dinner. Kira, being stubborn, insists she'll pay and the two spend 15 minutes arguing about it. They eventually come to an arrangement and split the bill. For future dates, Violcrik insists on paying much to Kira's dismay.
~~~~~
Hope that suffices for my sociopathic Jedi Knight! :)

Why do I get the feeling, other than I'm so happy to see Slayer again, that the top reason she's back is to play goddamn referee before Tommy and Jason go all Red-Former Green rivalry? Sure, this sounded funnier in my head, Slayer no doubt has a big role other than referee. In the end, we kind of need mother-figure who's not afraid to give big blue floating head a piece of her mind if necessary or just stab him. XD
if slayer isn’t here to a) stab someone b) yell at some children for being dumb or c) do a combination of both then why bother bringing her back

Monster; I am
It's like my hiatus is a desert and this is your oasis. A beautiful lake filled with the water of your tears.
─── ❖ ── ✦ ── ❖ ───
Dead. Dead. Dead. Drag and drag in her head did that word. On a never ending loop. But it should be not be on loop. Everything ends at death, Ahsoka knew this all too well. The way the pain always ends at death. But only for the dead, pain always begins at death for those left behind.
Ahsoka Tano was a monster. That she had decided. She was no longer a Jedi and never a sith. Nothing but an abandoned ship fading in the waves. The ocean was calm, but it hadn't been. As she'd fallen from the sky she could sense it all. This young, former Jedi remembered it all upon walking down those halls. Hearing the silent pain of every painfully stoic man. As she fell from the sky she remembered this pain. She remembered an old friend especially, he was the loudest in her mind. This friend hated her. He'd wanted to kill her. Ahsoka sensed it, just seconds before the silence, all that noise, the wails in the force, all of it, had silenced in less than a second.
But before that, she remembered hatred, but just in between the two, Niether hate and never peace, was fear. Not a fear Ahsoka was familiar with in the terms of a clone, but a fear of a child. Ahsoka, in that moment, in that split second, realized, she was the villian in this story. She was the reason all those men had but one soul to live through. Captain Rex.
They stood at the end. Where smoke and ash danced lively over the dead, two survivors stood. The term survivor, quite odd it is. For what did they survive? War? Oh, they didn't survive that, war had taken them, taken everything they were and left them with how they are now. A survivor, the wrong term to use in this moment, for this two weren't survivors, because these two weren't the same people that they were at the start. Ahsoka Tano had nothing to her name, the title of Jedi long discarded. Captain Rex felt more reduced to his number, an easy to look over number in a sea of thousands. But in an instant all those numbers, his number, was reduced to zero.
Standing at the city of ash they were silent. Their tugging chains inturrupted by the former Jedi, "I killed them." She did not move or even flinch. She was speaking in the same manner of ominous waves, calm unlike their nature. The Captain knew instantly, but a click in his pounding head tugged at him.
"Who?" He answered, a clashing wave against the bay. The former Jedi was silent. They'd been so silent since the day the sky had fallen. The Captain didn't entirely care if she replied, for he already knew the answer, he just wanted to hear it.
"Soldiers. Good men. Your brothers." She had admitted at last. The Captain closed his eyes holding that sentence in his mind. 'I killed them' She had killed them. Captain Rex blamed her, at his core he knew better. But a part of him, a part of him the never entirely grew up, blamed her. Former Jedi Ahsoka Tano. She'd killed them. Luckily the Captain could shove those childish feelings of blame away and take to the truth.
"You wanted to live, and they would have died anyway." He mumbled, his voice unconvincing and certainly not comforting, "Not all of us were going to make it out alive." He added, not caring to comfort her as he had always done before. He was done caring for now. He'd look to the helmets of his dead brothers and feel nothing, he no longer felt anything. Captain Rex decided he didn't want to feel anything anyway. Because when he let himself, when he let all that agony leak in, Rex was drowning in an ocean. An ocean of suffering, and it would be in that ocean, he'd drown, Rex would drown, and he wouldn't care.
"They could have lived, Rex." She agued, hating herself with every bone of her body, "If I hadn't... One person compared to hundreds." She sounded bitter, looking to place her immense hatred towards herself. She hated herself, that she really did. But it wasn't entirely her fault, that she knew. It was natural to fight to live. For every time she found herself drowning in her ocean of agony she'd fight, fight a war against herself to survive. She couldn't stand the feeling of water filling up her lungs, she wouldn't drown. She didn't know why she cared to fight against the pain, but she did, oh did she care.
Ahsoka sensed the man next to her didn't. Ever since the war had ended he hadn't cared. She could tell. Stoic and composed, the Captain always pulled himself together for her. But now, it was different. He wasn't the person she remembered. He wasn't someone she recognized. Captain Rex wasn't someone she knew. But here they were. Standing together in the last fading light of the day in silence. Rex stayed silent, staring at the helmets almost hearing their cries and almost seeing their faces. "Don't look at it that way." Rex told her. He didn't really care if she did though. He didn't really care. "You made a choice."
Ahsoka shifted her gaze to the Captain, who was staring so blindly at the battered helmets. She looked at him and wanted to cry and break into his arms. He was so much older, he knew so much better, she'd always felt safe with him. But right now, ever since their world ended, she didn't know him, she didn't know why she didn't feel safe. But she sensed he didn't either. But that was okay, wasn't it? They had each other and Ahsoka wasn't going to leave Rex this time, only if he wanted her to. "What would you have done Rex?" She thought to ask.
In the midst of the silence came a loud noise in the Captain's seemingly eternally still mind. His tired eyes fell closed as he cursed his thoughts and as he tried to answer he found himself not wanting to say anything. He didn't want to hurt her. But in his mind the thought tugged, 'Even though you've hurt me,' In his mind he related to a child, wanting to hide under the blankets from the storm until better times came, but he learned a long time ago, he was the storm, the crashing tidal waves, he was the reason he wanted to hide, Rex was the only thing he was afraid of now. He didn't care anymore though, those wanting thoughts soon departed because Rex didn't truly long for those things he wished only to no longer be afraid. To be afraid of his own mind, to be afraid of what he'd do. Of what he'd say to Ahsoka when he exposes that he'd finally had enough. That thought terrified Rex, the moment he'd finally snap.
But what would he have done? If he could start the end over again? Rex was meant to die, that he hadn't a problem with. Ahsoka, on the other hand, clearly did. It was the long selfless ways taught by the Jedi from a young age. A supposedly willingly given sacrifice. But for a clone, everything was programmed, he knew that. He was programmed to sacrifice himself and be okay with it, and he was. One of the perks he'd never minded. Not fearing death. But Ahsoka, Rex knew, did. She was a child after all, her mind aged a thousand years but still at her core, she was young and fearful.
So Rex couldn't, he wouldn't hate her. Ahsoka certainly hated herself. She did. She'd chosen her way, she'd chosen to fight and she didn't regret it. She often wondered if Rex wished she had. Ahsoka regretting the blood spilled by her hand, but she didn't regret fighting. She'd been a fighter all her life, just as Rex, it was she knew how to do. But now? Now there was nothing to fight but their minds. Which is the worst type of war because the mind almost certainly will win, everytime.
For the mind is patient, it will wait until the lowest moments of the day and seep in those pain ridden thoughts and cause suffering. And the mind would enjoy it. Rex would take a bitter comfort in the pain, he always would. Ahsoka would be relieved that she was still able to feel after all she's done, because, "I am a monster." The Captain turned to look at her, he wore no signs of disagreement, which caused the former Jedi to look at him peculiarly. "Rex?" She spoke, wondering if he would agree, because his mind did.
"Of course you're a monster," he turned away from her to gaze upon the dead. He would lie if he were younger. But he was so much older now and he cared not about comforting her. Anyone who would have comforted him is certainly dead. So the Captain agreed, "You're a monster.... But so am I." Rex knew a lot, all through experience, which is why the Captain near hissed his words as he spoke, he knew that word all too well. Monster. Every soldier is a monster. Ahsoka Tano. Captain Rex. They were creatures of war, and war, well,
War doesn't create anything, except monsters

1, 10 & 26 for OC of your choice (sorry, I still haven't familiarised myself with your SWTOR OCs by name). Go worth whoever you find easiest to talk about.
Thanks for the asks, @rangerslayer-97 ! And don't worry - I need a spreadsheet to do it myself. (I really do need a masterlist)
Oc Asks Game
1. What is your character's reaction to a minor inconvenience? Such as getting their jumper caught on a door handle?
Answering for Woxia, my Sith Warrior in the Nas Legacy.
Tumblr media
She will give the irritation, such as the door in this case, a withering look. As if to say "Really? You dare defy me? YOU?"
Then she would absolutely obliterate the door. Others may die as well.
She plays these things by ear.
10. What kind of jokes make them laugh?
Answering for Corellan!
Tumblr media
Much to his own surprise, Corellan finds he gets along well with people with a sarcastic sense of humor. It tickles him. Obviously, this is relevant with Kira, but also Orgus, Bas'riish, Theron Shan and Senya.
Developing his own sense of humor is slow going for him, but he tries to surround himself with people who do.
26. Are they an animal person? Do they have pets?
Answering for Deviah!
Tumblr media
Deviah had a pet Nexu growing up as a child. It died just a few months before she shipped off to Korriban.
She'd love to get a new one.
Thanks again for the asks!

Rex gives Kaeden ‘The Dad Talk’... again!
(Inspired by a discussion I had with @rangerslayer-97. I know I said I’d do this as an actual chapter, but I couldn’t get it to work properly, so have a drabble instead. Hope that’s ok?)
Rex: LARTE!
Kaeden: Oh here we go again!
Ahsoka: Right on schedule.
Morai: (chirps mischievously)
Kaeden: Don’t laugh at me!
Rex: WHERE ARE YOU LARTE!!
Ahsoka: You better answer him. You know what happened last time.
Kaeden: Seriously... this is like the tenth time he’s done this! Can’t you make him stop?!
Ahsoka: Nope!
Kaeden: >:(
Rex: Ah! Found you Larte... now, WHAT THE KRIFF DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING TO MY DAUGHTER/LITTLE SISTER!!!!
Morai: Hoot hoot!
Kaeden: Rex... please... this is getting ridiculous now! I thought I had your blessing to date Ahsoka?
Rex: Oh you do Doctor... you do... but that still means I’m watching you!
Ahsoka: Hopefully not all the time Rex or else you’ll be seeing more than you want to.
Morai: (chirps in laughter)
Kaeden: Not helping Ahsoka!
Rex: YOU SEE!!! THIS IS WHAT I MEAN! AHSOKA WOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE MADE SUCH A LEWD JOKE BEFORE SHE WAS DRAGGED INTO THE SACK BY YOU LARTE!!! YOU’VE CORRUPTED HER!!!!
Kaeden: DAMMIT AHSOKA! YOU JUST HAD TO MAKE THE JOKE!
Ahsoka: XD
Rex: IF YOU DARE HURT MY BEST FRIEND, I’LL FEED YOU TO A RANCOR... ARE WE CLEAR LARTE!!!!
Kaeden: Crystal captain.... just as we were the last dozen times you said it! I’m not gonna hurt Ahsoka!
Rex: You better not.... or it’s the morgue for you!
Kaeden: 0_0
Ahsoka: To be fair... you did kinda hurt me last night Kaeden when we were....
Kaeden: STOP! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP!!
Ahsoka: XD
Morai: XD
Rex: ... LARTE!!!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!!!
Kaeden: 0_0
Rex: YOU’VE NOT ONLY DEFILED MY COMMANDER... BUT YOU’VE DONE SO IN A WAY THAT HURT HER?!?!?!?! WHAT SORT OF THINGS HAVE YOU BEEN UP TOO TOGETHER!?!?!?!?
Kaeden: REX PLEASE.... THIS IS GETTING STUPID NOW! I SAID I WAS SORRY!!!
Ahsoka: Yeah... I gotta agree with her on that Rex. You might be taking this a bit too far!
Rex: You don’t get a say in this Ahsoka! She’s turned you from a respectable military mastermind and powerful Force user into some sex crazed heart eyed fool!
Ahsoka: Hey! I am not ‘sex crazed’!
Morai: (chirps mischievously)
Ahsoka: AM NOT!
Rex: SEE!!! SEE!!! EVEN THE BLOODY BIRD THINKS YOU ARE! I SWEAR LARTE... I’M GONNA MAKE YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU’VE DONE TO AHSOKA... AND THEN I’M GONNA TAKE HER AS FAR AWAY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE TO GET HER BACK TO NORMAL! I CAN’T STAND THIS ANYMORE! I DON’T WANT TO RUN INTO THE TWO OF YOUR FROLICKING AROUND AGAIN!!!! IT BURNS MY EYES!!!
Ahsoka: 0_0
Kaeden: 0_0
Morai: (chirps with laughter)

Got some of those 'Behind the Scenes' questions if you're interested? How about numbers 9, 11 and 19? Have fun. XD
Thanks for the ask @sirloozelite! Now let’s see...
9. Do you prefer to write AU, canon divergence, or canon-compliant fics?
Well this could get a bit complicated. I have written quite a few AUs, Galaxy-121 and my Star Wars/The Thing crossovers, but I do try to stick to canon whenever possible. I try to figure out how canon (and Legends in the case of Star Wars) can fit into my stories to give my stories a background or framework, if that makes sense.
11. If you could only write angst, fluff, or smut for the rest of your life, which would it be?
Well one of my rules whenever I’m writing is I have a hard no on smut. I have no problem implying intimate activities between characters, but I will never write anything explicit. I feel like I’m bad at writing fluff as well, I love to read it though! So I guess that leaves angst, but given my current stories I guess that’s a no-brainer. XD
19. Who is the easiest/hardest character for you to write about? Why?
I’m afraid my answer will be quite similar to our buddy @rangerslayer-97‘s answer to this question. Easiest character is Ahsoka. There’s enough ambiguity in Ahsoka’s story that allows writers like me to get creative with new situations to throw her into. She’s also got enough craziness in those montrals to make some rather humorous situations. XD
Hardest character is definitely Grand Admiral Thrawn. Thrawn, Legends Thrawn in particular, is on a whole nother level above most characters. His understanding of his enemies and ability to predict what move they will make makes Thrawn one of the most dangerous villains in Star Wars. I’ve read a lot of stories starring Thrawn, but the problem is writing him in a way that stays true to his portrayal in those novels without just copying them. I really doubt my ability to write Thrawn well, which is probably the reason I have yet to include him in anything I’ve written.
Other than that, OCs can be both easy and difficult to write. Minor OCs are easy, I can write them to fill a role and then can be used again if needed. Major OCs are a bit harder because I have to make sure they fit into the story, have a meaningful arc/motive that keeps them involved in the story, and make the audience feel something about the OC (care about them if they’re a good guy, root against them if they’re a bad guy)
Well there you have it! Hope those answers work for you guys. Feel free to ask more if you want! XD

Food question thingy. Question numbers 1, 3 and 6. Any OC of your choosing, since you did that to me as well! XD
Food so. Sorry for the wait. Procrastination at best again. I'll go with Violcrik and Kateake for sake of easiness.
~~~~~
1. their favorite food
Ans: Violcrik's favourite food is fairly broad. Given her time on the streets, scavenging for food out of rubbish bins, and just surviving on rations provided to her by Black Sun, Violcrik's taste buds aren't the best defined. Violcrik can't cook for the life that will save her, so the first she experienced cooked food back in the Jedi Temple on Tython was a godsend. However, her guilty pleasure has been admittedly getting space takeout, the odd space MacD. If Star Wars has any, she enjoys a good pizza.
Kateake now, similar to Violcrik, has lived off rations mostly but scraping credits from odd jobs and bounties, she was able to take the odd trip to a cantina. However, after meeting Torian, he made some traditional Mandalorian dishes to die for. Mandalorian food is her favourite.
3. a food they’re allergic to if any
Ans: Not that I'm aware of, I hope. Neither sister experienced allergic reactions to the food they have eaten over time. Maybe some bonuses of Alderaanian genes? Alderaan is quite known, depending on your social class for consuming highly rich foods, not that the siblings ever experienced that. Yeah, no allergies for either of them.
6. their comfort food
Ans: If either sibling is upset or had a bad day, Violcrik and Kat would get together, hang out in the Commander's private quarters sharing a fair few tubs of ice cream with a couple of alcoholic drinks. They would also exchange some stories of their adventures. There's always a supply of ice cream of different flavours if the Commander is feeling upset. Can't go wrong with ice cream.
~~~~~
Hope the answers suffice. Some I had to stop and think :)

OC Ask Game (we seem to be doing a lot of these recently, so feel free to tell me to stop at any point and I'll shut up). I'll let you pick between Violcrik, Kateake and Alexest. (or do one for each if you want) The number questions I pick however are 1, 14 and 27.
Well then, guess I'll answer for both Violcrik and Kateake. Alexest will still be exempted until she's developed more in her class story and I get a better understanding myself.
Let's begin :)
~~~~~
1. What is your character's reaction to a minor inconvenience? Such as getting their jumper caught on a door handle?
Ans:
A) Violcrik: Ever being the warrior she is, her clothes and armour are styled in such a way that her cuffs or sleeves don't get caught in things. Even when she has started wearing Zakuulan robes, even they're designed for combat. Again, won't get caught in anything. During downtime and some lull in activity, Kira got tried of seeing her girlfriend in armour or combat-ready robes, so she hid them and made Violcrik wear everyday attire for a week. Violcrik hated it, she feels absolutely naked without the comfort shell of durasteel or the assurance of her blaster-resistant Zakuulan robes.
When she did get a sleeve caught, she got a bit mad and out came a plethora of swears and expletives that horrified Lana and the Alliance. Kira was laughing, but she returned Violcrik's normal attire after that.
All in all, don't take Violcrik's armour XD
B) Kateake: She is a Mando, armour is everything to a Mando. It's even a part of their religion and customs. Kat wore beskar'gam for a long time and had rarely gone without taking it off. She has a few beskar'gam outfits to switch between, but when she became Alliance Commander, she got comfortable enough to wear her Outlander Pummeler MK-8 outfit, which she does genuinely like. Torian even likes it when he sees Kat wearing something other than beskar'gam and that she can switch things up.
When the sleeve of her MK-8 did get caught, behold the Mando expletives. Torian feigns ignorance that he did not teach her those things. He did and he's proud. Lana is tired.
14. Are they a simple person to please or difficult?
Ans:
A) Violcrik: The Jedi Knight is both a balance of simple and difficult to please. She expects results. Violcrik does not tolerate failure, but has a tendency to put blame and responsibility on herself, such as the failure of the GEMINI Frequency. Violcrik can be laid back when she chooses to be. However, if the situation calls for it, she will execute someone.
B) Kateake: Has a mix of attributes with her sister, as a Mando, she expects high standards from those she commands. At the same time, she can be easy going. All Kateake expects from those is to work their hardest and best to their ability. Unlike her half-sister, Kateake would never consider execution on one of her own, with a few exceptions; i.e.: Skadge, Saresh and Lormin.
27. What are their opinions on children? Do they view children as sweet angels or evil crotch goblins?
Ans:
A) Violcrik: Violcrik view children as cute, but it depends on the child themself. They could be cute, but they could be gremlins as well. Due to her line of work, Violcrik doesn't have time when it comes to kids and a base of operations or a war zone is no place for a child.
B) Kateake: She thinks children are cute, but expects them to have an inner gremlin as well. Blizz isn't a child by alien species standards, but she treats Blizz like a little brother. As a Mando, she pretty much adopted him. She and Torian have discussed children and maybe consider it when the fighting calms down. Or as their Mando custom, they can about of that don't wish to go the natural route. At the moment, adoption seems more plausible given Kat can't afford to get pregnant during her line of work.
~~~~~
I hope the answers suffice XD
Feel free to fire more, if you wish. I don't mind :)

OC Ask Game question here. Not gonna lie, most of those questions seemed rather boring to me, but I'll ask some anyways.
For Lonzhal, question numbers 1, 5 and a question of your choice.
Lol, boring questions to tick past a boring day at work. Right so, my Star Forge Jedi Knight Guardian Lonzhal Karr. Let's go so.
~~~~~
1. Why did you create the character?
Ans: So... why did I decide to create Lonzhal Karr? A quite a few reasons anyway. First, I wanted to create a new character on Star Forge, a new server to experience. Also, Lonzhal being my second Knight class run, I actually wanted to experiment a little in terms of alignment. Unlike Violcrik, I want to see how Satele would react to a neutral aligned Jedi Knight and of course, will my new Knight be granted rank of Jedi Master or not.
So yeah, Lonzhal is kinda more of an experimental character with the game mechanics as I develop her character further. It'll be fun and interesting. If Lonzhal is denied Masterhood... Satele... prepare to be sassed to death lol
5. Bad habits the character has?
Ans: Lonzhal Karr does have a couple of bad habits, I won't deny. She's a Miraluka, a species born without eyes and have a strong connection to the Force to help them 'see'. Many Miralukas tend to steer to the path of the Jedi Consular, may it be as a Sage or Shadow. I have a personal headcanon that there are limits to their sight and shine may disagree with me: Miralukas have trouble sensing droids.
I'm going off topic. Does Lonzhal Karr have bad habits? Yes she does. She's a unique Miraluka personality wise. Lonzhal is a bit hyperactive and hotheaded, has a tendency to run head first into danger and always looking for adventure. Trouble tends to find Lonzhal if she doesn't find it. The Knight Guardian is a sassy little shit head at the best of times. She's a bit of a flirt too and will absolutely sass you. She also makes blind jokes. A lot of blind jokes. It drives Kira up the walls and other Jedi who are not used to her free spirited personality.
While Lonzhal's personality can grate other people's nerves, those who are used to it do laugh it off. That's not to say though Lonzhal had to apologise to some because her jokes can get insensitive. Her sass does tend to her in trouble. So yeah... it's a bad habit, one Lonzhal is trying to temper. But it's a part of her personality. While Lonzhal Karr does mean well in most cases, her sass and insensitive jokes do get her into trouble. Hey, that's why T7 and Kira act as impulse control :)
~~~~~
Hope the answers suffice and dig more into Lonzhal Karr as a character :)

Shame and secrets - violcrik - 1,2,4 !
Heh... thanks for the ask. Let's get with the show for Violcrik so.
~~~~~
1. Does your oc have any secrets? Whats their biggest one?
Ans: Violcrik hides quite a few secrets, but none as severe as hiding her true allegiance to the Sith Empire, answering to Darth Xarion and NR-O2, and indirectly, Empress Acina. As far as the Republic is concerned, they still believe their war hero is loyal to them which isn't the case. Violcrik is doing everything she can to hide this secret from her Republic allies, most importantly from her friends who are loyal to the Republic like Doc, T7, Rusk, and especially Kira. Kira being her girlfriend and mostly her anchor, if she were to find out Violcrik's allegiance, Kira leaving would destroy the fallen Jedi.
Yes, helping your enemy and sabotaging your own allies from within is an active act of treason and betrayal.
2. Does your oc have any embarrassing memories?
Ans: Violcrik and Kira caught Lana like a deer in headlights when she saw them making out on a speeder Violcrik was tinkering. Don't worry, they didn't get that far, but suffice to say, she was a bit traumatised after seeing that side of the Commander. Or embarrassed considering Yavin IV, which shall remain what happened on Yavin, stays on Yavin (no, I will not expand any further).
4. Are there any secrets your oc has shared with other characters? If so, who, and what secrets?
Ans: Violcrik was never really open about her past. She was born and raised on Alderaan in an abusive household that called her birth a mistake. She was an illegitimate child, never truly opened up about her trauma to surviving the Sacking of Courscant. Her biggest secret before becoming a saboteur was her life in gangland crime. Violcrik was ashamed of her time being a part of Black Sun. The only few people she shared this with were T7, Kira, Doc, Rusk, and Scourge, followed by Lana.
Theron only knows because he did some digging of his own going through some old SIS files on her because as a teenager, Violcrik was listed as Republic and SIS Most Wanted and had a last resort Kill on Sight order. Theron decided not to confront Violcrik about her assassinating an SIS Agent during her Black Sun days. It ironically shows though Violcrik would rather open up to Lana more than talk to Theron, she also opened up more to Kira, T7, and Scourge. She was sort of pushing away Doc and Rusk, even Theron felt as time went on, he was being pushed to the side as well.
Your turn to do the oc ask thing you reblogged. I'm choosing Kateake for a change. Question numbers 2, 27 and 40. Enjoy... Hopefully. :)
Nice set of questions for the younger Baliss sibling and the holder of all the brain cells XD
~~~~~
2) How easy is it for your character to laugh?
Ans: At the start, it was never easy to make Kateake laugh. As a bounty hunter, she was all business. Get the contract, do the job, get paid. Gradually, people like Mako, Blizz and especially Torian got Kat to loosen up. Kat may have let slip a humoured chuckle for Mako and Blizz, but she truly laughed around Torian. Which surprised Mako, Blizz, even Gault. Her laughter became more apparent when Torian flirted with her. During KOTFE, it was a hard time for Kat, she was separated from Torian and her friends (bar Skadge, she hated him). She laughed with happiness when she reunited with them and then she found her half-sisters. Alex found her way as a contact from Hylo within her smuggler contacts, Violcrik was under more unfortunate circumstances, which I won't go into cause I'll go off topic. Kat laughed again when she found her crew (and killed Skadge). She's able to laugh with her sisters. Kat actually made herself laugh spooking Theron on Iokath with the burnt, decaying body. At first, Kat was not easy to laugh, now, she's looser and can actually laugh at certain things. Even a hardened bounty hunter has a soft spot.
27)  What causes them to feel dread?
Ans: Taking Skadge out of the equation, cause boy Kat hated him. Kat always dreads losing her friends and most especially, her husband Torian. During the expansions, she often asked about Torian's whereabouts, but she also asked about Mako, Gault and Blizz. She really cares about them all, Kat knows they are capable of looking after themselves, in a dangerous time with the Eternal Empire running rampant, she couldn't help but worry for them.
Even though Kat was delighted to get her older sister back from Arcann and Vaylin's clutches, her brainwashing wasn't fully undone. Kat has a sense of hidden dread of when the next time Violcrik will go "good Knights follow orders" and attempt to kill her. Kat dreaded it even more when Violcrik attempted to kill her during Rekkr's 10th Life Day.
40) How sensitive are they to their own flaws?
Ans: Oof, tough little one. I imagine at the start during the early class story, Kat tried not to make her flaws known. As time went on, the likes of Mako, Blizz and Torian breaking down her guarded walls, she became more open and aware of her own flaws. In a way, she is sensitive to her flaws and knows them well enough to make an effort to overcome them. She knows she has friends she can trust to talk about them and Kat knows her friends and lover will still respect and love her for who she is.

Hope the answers suffice. Sorry for the delay :)

Send me a character list thing. Not sure if this is regarding canon characters or your OC's so I'll play it safe and go with a canon character, but a SWTOR one at that. I choose the friendliest Sith in the world, Lana Beniko.
Ah, Lana Beniko, my favourite pragmatic Sith Lord. How to start this off now?
~~~~~
favorite thing about them
Favourite thing about Lana? Probably the nicest and most pragmatic Sith Lord I have seen in the Star Wars mythos.
least favorite thing about them
Not that I can think. I love Lana. Lol
favourite line
"You're impossible!"
broOTP
Lana, Theron & Outlander
nOTP
Non applicable I guess?
OTP
If going down that route: Lana/Jedi Knight even Lana/Smuggler
random headcanon
Lana is holder of all the brain cells in the Alliance and she mostly makes sure the Commander doesn't do something life threateningly stupid. She is designated babysitter.
In combat (wish it could happen), the Commander yeeted Lana at enemies at least once without warning.
unpopular opinion
More in-game thing, I finds Lana a bit too loyal at times during and after KOTFE/KOTET expansions. I can barely recall any form of conflict between my character and her. Last time she got mad was my Jedi Knight lying to get about Valkorion.
A bit more conflict would have been nice story wise.
song I associate with them
I listen to too many songs and OSTs. I wouldn't know where to begin. I did watch a video and funnily Thrawn's Theme works for her too.
favourite picture of them
I don't have any picture. I'm sorry TT
q’s for muses who had a… r o u g h childhood - 4, 6, 10 for the OC of your choice!
I'll go a combination of my 2 OCs: Violcrik and Kateake since they did share the trauma before being separated.
~~~~~
4) Who in their life was most responsible for your muse’s trauma?
Ans: For Kateake and Violcrik before the events of the Prologue of their respective class stories, their father, first name unknown, but was a Baliss, and was responsible for their trauma. For Violcrik, the trauma never stopped. The Sacking of Coruscant was next to be responsible, followed by her time with Black Sun. Kat experienced plenty of shady dealings in Imperial space after running away from Alderaan, but their father caused most of the trauma.
6) What was the worst/most traumatic moment in their childhood?
Ans: To start off with Violcrik, whom I say is the most traumatised of the Baliss siblings, the worst was her experience of the Sacking of Coruscant and the time she spent with Black Sun. We all know the Sacking was historically devastating on the Republic, the capital planet up in flames for weeks, brought to rubble and ruin, the Supreme Chancellor dead and the planet left in Imperial hands until the Treaty of Coruscant was signed by key signatories. Violcrik was in the temple at the time, hiding with a bunch of other Younglings and Initiates in a different room away from the Grand Hall where Master Zallow and other Jedi Knights, Consulars and Masters fought Malgus. The sounds of the fighting never left Violcrik’s mind, her connection to the Force felt the deaths of the Jedi and it stung her. She was 10yrs old, 4yrs into her training as a Jedi and yet to choose whether she wanted to be a Guardian or a Sentinel. The Sacking ripped that away from her, Malgus ripped it away, as she was forced to flee through the underground sewer system of Coruscant where she went her separate way from the surviving Younglings. She spent a few months sleeping on the streets before a member of Black Sun found her and offered shelter in return she works for them. Violcrik worked with the gang for 4.5yrs, obviously, they were horrible, abusive and exploited her; especially when her Force sensitivity was found out.
They made Violcrik carry out weapons smuggling, spice runs, passing coded messages to other BS outposts and the odd assassination. She was involved in gang wars and even managed to kill some SIS agents. Long story short, her life was shit.
Her other two siblings aren't so bad, but Kateake still carried trauma of the abuse she suffered under her father. She moved on thanks to the likes of Torian, she found a new life and even started a family. Blizz ended up adopted, between Copero and Nathema FP, 24.5 ATC, she gave birth to Rekkr Cadera (my new swtor character, which I won't go into for now). Her new home is now Odessen.
10) Does your muse want their abuser(s) to face consequences? Or would they rather forget any of it happened?
Ans: Kateake surprisingly just wants to forget it all happened. She wiped her slate clean of being connected to House Baliss. The bounty hunter no longer needs that connection, she has a future with The Alliance, she has a future with Torian Cadera. As mentioned previously, she and Torian adopted Blizz and Kat gave birth to her son, Rekkr. She's already reunited with her half-sisters, both Violcrik and Alexest (smuggler). Why would she ever need to think about her past when she now has a future to forge? Her father became nothing but a blip, a fragment or a shard. Her past was as a Baliss now, she forges a future as a Cadera and with Torian. Kateake has never been happier.
Violcrik now is a different story. Unlike Kateake, she does not let the past go that easily. The Jedi Guardian believes in a "what goes around, comes around". Violcrik always hated her father, she hated him for a long time. She wished to find her father and confront him, even had thoughts of murdering him for how he treated herself and Kateake. A part of her so badly wanted to hunt down the man who abused her while she was on Alderaan. If she didn’t have the threat of the Death Mark and her attachment making her worry about Master Orgus, she would have asked Organa where House Baliss resided. Violcrik was willing to murder in the cold blood, first degree murder, manslaughter in order to make peace with her past and wipe off the memory of the pain her father caused. The Jedi Guardian is never one to simply forgive and forget, neither does she believe people are capable of redemption. Violcrik took the brunt of her father’s anger, the physical and verbal abuse to simply protect her sister and worsening her own trauma, so yes, she wants her father to face the consequences of his actions. She vows he will face them with either a lightsaber through his chest, find satisfaction in beating him up the same way he did to her on his worse days or a fast death via Force Choke.

I hope the answers suffice. Apologies for the delay, procrastination are its best again.

For the OC interview thing: 2, 4, and 23 for Violcrik !
Right then, questions for the walking trash fire Jedi in denial about her entire life. Take it away, Violcrik!
~~~~~
2. Who is your best friend?  Tell us about them!
Violcrik: Well… I have a few best friends, ones that I’m certain will not stab me in the back or have reasons to betray me. I’m getting more picky about friends after about five different betrayals I went through. Those I consider my best friends are Lana, Kira and the rest of my crew. My friendship circle is a bit small, but better small than having the possibility of someone stabbing me in the back. Literally.
Lana Beniko… we had a rocky start all the way back with the Revanites conspiracy, but it smoothened itself out. Plus, I owe her my life, she searched for me for five years after I was out into carbonite and freed me. She even cured me of my carbonite sickness. For a Sith… she made me realise not all Sith are that bad, some are pretty pragmatic and open to change. She’s only a few number of Sith with an open mind on how to approach something. I trust Lana, I wouldn’t trust anyone else as my advisor.
Kira is another story, a really long one, so everything else can be spoken about another time. The rest of crew, what can I say? They would follow me to the ends of the galaxy’s edge. Scourge made a promise he would stay by my side and protect me no matter what. I couldn’t ask for better friends.
You expect me to talk about Theron too. I may have spared his life and banished him from Odessen, but I’m still angry at him. He WAS my friend, the only friend I could trust within the Republic. Then the whole Zildrog conspiracy thing happened and his betrayal felt too real. He’s lucky to be alive, when others weren’t.
Sorry if that finished darkly.
4. What is your least favorite childhood memory?
Violcrik: Least favourite childhood memory!? Ha! What childhood? I barely had a childhood! My entire childhood is a least favourite memory. My twin and half-sister were fathered by man from a lesser noble house on Alderaan. My twin was separated at birth, so it was just myself and Kateake for the first six years of our lives. Those six years were Hell! Since we were born out of wedlock, we were ridiculed by other families and nobles. Been called things like a ‘bastard child’, a ‘wasted space’ and someone who brings ‘shame on the noble house’.
When we were just children, our father literally ignored us, refused to acknowledge us. He turned his back, when the only thing my sister and I wanted was his love and comfort. No, we were born out of wedlock and deserved to be reminded about it, every single day. This went on until Council Member, Master Tol Braga found me. He sensed me in the Force and brought me to the temple of Coruscant. I left Kateake in that hell hole, I begged the Jedi to go back and get my sister out of there, but I kept being lectured about attachment and not to let it cloud my mind. That was the last time Kateake and I saw each other.
Temple life was OK, but I admit I was picked on by a few upstart Initiates who have been in the temple since they were young. Some spread rumours about my "Alderaanian nobility". Lies, my father wouldn't have left anything in his will for my sister or myself. I may have developed a few issues that I believe I can manage, sometimes I have lashed out in anger. May have started a few fights with other Initiates and broke one person's arm in sparring when they said something they shouldn't have. Then... then the Sacking of Coruscant happened. I saw and heard it all, watched the Jedi die, the temple being burned down. I survived, at a heavy cost. I admit, I was fearful and scared. I was a 10yr old Initiate and forced to survive. Survive I did, for sure until Satele found me a year and half later. I'll stop now. Don't really enjoy talking about my past.
23. Have you ever had a crush on someone?  Do you have a crush now?
Violcrik: There were two people I certainly had a crush on: Kira and Lana. I might have had a crush on Theron, but then I realised yes, I am bisexual, but I prefer women than men.
My feelings were a bit all over the place then. In our early days, I admit to having an attraction to Kira, but she was my Padawan at first. I didn't want to cause any confusion and tried to make myself a good Master. Even though my methods and lessons were more unorthodox than Master Kiwiiks. Then I couldn't deny my feelings towards Kira, but I was unsure and scared to approach her. I want sure if she even had a crush on me, let alone feelings. So, I kept them hidden, but they lingered for long time.
It wasn't until years later we reunited, when I am currently Commander of the Alliance, she found me again. It was when we finally admitted our feelings. Kira gives me the reason to keep fighting, but I hide from her where my true loyalties lie. I aligned with the Empire, she'll soon see the Republic is worthless. Until then, she cannot know the truth. I am doing it because I love her. I can't lose Kira again.
Lana? Well... Lana is cute and I have flirted with her. Otherwise, what turned from a crush, went to a fling and we agreed what happened on Yavin, stays on Yavin. While we did have a crush on one another, Lana was happy to step back, that we are better off as friends. She would never stand in between my relationship with Kira. If anything, she's happy for me.
Anyways, I got to run, apparently we have a lead on Malgus' whereabouts.
~~~~~
Thanks Violcrik! Although your loyalties will come out eventually and Kira will realise something.

Swtor OC ask thingy time again huh? These seem to resurface every now and then. I choose Violcrik for question numbers 10, 15, and 25. Answer if you wish. :)
Qs here
Sorry for the wait. I was procrastinating. Lmao
~~~~~
10) What is their specialization class? Was there a reason they picked that discipline?
Ans: Violcrik is a Jedi Knight Guardian, who specialises in Vigilance discipline. Vigilance mechanics wise was probably the easiest for me to master as a pretty much still a rookie to the SWTOR community and the game. Suffice to say, vigilance was very easy to master and I was pretty hooked on its single target DPS mechanics. While I tend to hum and haw about the limited AOEs, Violcrik shines in her displine when she focuses on a single target and heavily relying on Vigilance Thrust (formerly Force Sweep) to stun weaker enemies when she is surrounded. Since Violcrik can get overwhelmed in unfortunate and unlucky circumstances, especially if she generates more threat according to the game's algorithm, she needs to defeat an enemy fast. By fast in at least 20-60s minimum. Satele in KOTFE Chapter 2 was a record 17s, but on Story, so I need to time it for Veteran. Otherwise, being a half tank means she can take a few hits. Following that, her rotation relies on her heavy hitting attacks such as Overhead Slash, Blade Barrage and Blade Storm. Plasma Brand is useful for ticking fire DMG and most importantly for some who use Vigilance, need it to complete the cooldown of Blade Barrage. If needing filler attacks, Strike, Slash, Sundering Strike and Riposte are the go-to, if there's time, the finisher is Whirling Blade.
Otherwise, Violcrik likes to dish as much pain as possible with maximum DMG she can inflict and take down an enemy fast. With that style, she pours passion into it. Mechanics wise, it's easy for a beginner like me to grasp and even my SF server Knight is the same discipline. So it's my favourite.
15) Who is/are their least favorite companion(s)?
Ans: Least favourite companion? That's a hard one. For knight class alone, between Kira, T7, Doc, Rusk and Scourge? Violcrik is very attached to her crew, she really say one of them is her least favourite. They're her family, a family she never really had. If she were to admit her least favourite, it's Doc. As Kira says, he's a "walking hormone", even before Violcrik realised she is more gay than bisexual, Doc was not her cup of tea. Sure, she flirted with him, once, before threatening to turn him into Colicoid dinner. He kinda just grated her nerves with his not so subtle advances, when she probably would rather kriff the same sex and probably in front of him to make it clear she's gay. Otherwise, she and the others would be lost without a resident medic to patch them up on a daily basis. Violcrik being most accident prone out of all of them.
KOTFE/KOTET, was a different ball game. Of all companions who joined her, she HATED SCORPIO. From the get-go of KOTFE Chapter 6, Violcrik did not trust the droid. She could tell SCORPIO had her agenda and wanted her deactivated as quickly as possible when she served her purpose. However, Violcrik was willing to give SCORPIO the benefit of the doubt, until the tail end of 21 ATC at the end of Chapter 15 & 16. Violcrik already had Koth to deal with if he showed his face (ans he does by hijacking the Gravestone!) and SCORPIO pulls her little stunt. From there, SCORPIO also joined Violcrik's "Must Kill" list. Yes, she got her revenge in the most satisfying kill on Iokath in KOTET Chapter 5.
Two least favourite companions: Doc and SCORPIO.
25) Do they have any deep dark secrets?
Ans: Another hard one, when it really shouldn't. Violcrik has always been dark for a Jedi until she completely fell during the expansions. Her well known dark secret, kept by Lana herself, is her status as a Republic saboteur. Violcrik has made it clear she lost her love for both the Jedi and the Republic. Would they expect her to completely turn on them and offer her servitude to the Sith Empire? Probably not, she's the Hero of the Republic and that still stands for those who still look up to her and no doubt, even young, new Jedi.
Another one, unknown to T7 and Doc, she has lied to them. Back during the Prologue, when the Twi'lek Matriarch and her bodyguards betrayed her, T7 was temporarily out of commission due to a stun bolt. Violcrik killed them all, including the Matriarch out of anger and feeling hurt by her betrayal. Violcrik lied to T7 that Flesh Raiders killed them and T7 believed her. During Knight class Chapter 2 on Balmorra, Violcrik slaughtered the injured Imperials when the Colicoid swarm attacked. She told Doc to run ahead and she'll administer the medpacs after dealing with the swarm. Doc believed her and to this day, 16yrs later, he still doesn't know she actually slaughtered them like animals.
So yeah, those are a couple of dark secrets Violcrik kept hidden. Plus, she's a liar, she'll lie when it's necessary.
Hope those answers are suffice! Sorry for the delay again. Lmao
In revenge for your SWTOR ask, I'll go with G, M, and Q for your fenHunter Kateake. Good luck!
Oof. Going after my poor bounty hunter who’s unfortunately related to Jedi Knight Violcrik.
Side note: Sorry for the wait. This was a bit overdue. Lmao
~~~~~
G. Guilt: Does your OC often regret their decisions? If so, describe a decision they regret.
Ans: That's a pretty broad one considering Kateake's job. Looking at where she is currently and looking back, Kateake feels guilty about some of the unnecessary kills she made (during early class story timeline). Back then, Kateake thought bounty hunting was about getting the target, no matter the cost and who gets caught in the crossfire or witnesses her. In her early days, Kateake killed anyone who saw her and those who begged for their lives.
Now she realised bounty hunting is the glory of the hunt and choosing who to kill and who to spare. Plus, she doesn't have to kill everything to get her bounty. As her story progressed, Kateake grew that bit more wiser.
M. Mistake: Describe a time your OC did something bad, or was wrong about something.
Ans: Kateake's biggest mistake was the mission to destroy the GEMINI Frequency Relay Station during KOTFE. It was probably the worst mission failure she had experienced, considering her career that she has countless mission successes under her belt.
Plus, it was a blow to her pride as well, as an adopted Mandalorian, Kateake does not accept failure easily. However, it was a massive learning curve for her.
Q. Quirk: Does your OC have any (minor) bad habits? If so, what? (Biting their nails, sleeping in, procrastinating, etc.)
Ans: Kateake has developed a few bad habits, but they got worse when she became Commander of the Alliance. First of all, her self-care, the worst of everything. Being a Commander is stressful and Kat takes her job seriously, even if it means pulling all-nighters. Kat would be running on a few hours sleep and very strong caff. Of course, Lana and Theron noticed so they made sure Kat regularly stopped for breaks, food or sending C2 to ensure her basic needs are met, so Kat doesn't collapse on her feet.
When Kat reunited with Torian, Lana and Theron filled him in on Kat's unhealthy behaviour and work ethic, so Torian ensured Kat calmed down on the over working. One time when he caught Kateake in the war room at an ungodly hour when everyone was asleep, even Lana and Theron. Using her shorter height, Torian just lifted her over his shoulder and carried her off to her quarters quite she pouted.
Those are probably more serious than the likes of nail biting etc. XD
~~~~~
Thanks for the ask! Sorry for the wait again. Lmao
