The day I got my Yellow pass(RAIC) 10th June 2022

So here comes the day when finally I received my RAIC card.

So the process starts with booking an appointment via an online service to schedule a booking. So the hardest part is to get an appointment for which whenever you see you will shown as no bookings available. But sometimes you will get a booking right away. But here is a twist, you have to be so fast that no one else can grab your opportunity and you will get the slot.

I remember that I was checking the website every 5 minutes but never got any slots. And after so much struggle when I see some slot, before I take the opportunity, someone else booked their appointment.

But at the end my friend booked an appointment for me and on 10th June I got the card within around 20 minutes of the process. So the process was very simple yet complicated. You have to be very careful with the documentations and if you are lacking even a single, they will send you back home. The documentation consists of Police clearance for last 5 years from the place you spent more than 90 days, last 5 years of your employment status with proof, last 5 years of addresses with proof of the last one. And your mark sheets if you were studying in last 5 years. Also a piece of ID from Canadian govt for address proof. Of course your status in Canada as a student or whatever you are.

And that is everything you need and after passing a test of 5 questions with 60%, you will get a temporary pass like this one.

BELLÍSIMA REFLEXIÓN!

Durante un tiempo fui vecino de un médico cuyo pasatiempo era plantar árboles en el enorme patio de su casa.

Desde mi ventana veía cómo día a día los plantaba.

Lo que más me llamaba la atención era que no regaba los arbolitos. Tanta era mi curiosidad que fui a preguntarle.

Me dijo que si regaba sus arbolitos, las raíces se acomodarían en la superficie y quedarían siempre esperando el agua que él diariamente les daba.

Al no regarlos, éstos tardarían más en crecer, pero sus raíces se verían obligadas a profundizar en la tierra en busca del agua y de los nutrientes que se encuentran en las capas más profundas del suelo.

Así, los árboles tendrían raíces profundas y serían más resistentes.

Al cabo de un tiempo fui a vivir a otro país, cuando después de varios años regresé a mi antigua casa, noté que mi vecino había cumplido su sueño, tenía un hermoso bosque.

De pronto llegó el rigor del invierno y en un día muy ventoso, cuando todos los árboles de la calle estaban arqueados por el viento, pude notar la solidez de los árboles de mi vecino, que casi ni se movían.

Las adversidades por las cuales aquellos árboles habían pasado, al ser privados de agua, les había beneficiado mucho más, que el confort o un trato mucho más delicado.

Todas las noches antes de ir a acostarme doy siempre una mirada a mis hijos. Les observo y veo cómo ellos van creciendo.

“Siempre pedimos que las cosas sean fáciles, pero en verdad lo que necesitamos es pedir que en nuestro interior se formen raíces fuertes y profundas; de tal modo, que cuando las tempestades lleguen, sin previo aviso y los vientos helados soplen, seamos capaces de resistir en lugar de ser derrotados y destruidos como lo son los árboles sin raíces profundas”

Which one sounds better to you for a yandere: Love Potion or Hypnotic Eyes that make whoever looks at you fall in love immediately and it can't be resisted

aaahhh I think I'll go with love potions, just because of the preparation behind them and how malicious the intentions are too, also a lot of things can go wrong with it, like using too much, or giving it to the wrong person. Whereas the hypnotic eyes probably work the same all the time, it's more tragic for the person who has them depending on whether they can control them or not.

Also, the concept of a love potion creeps me out more because it is kinda real (?) Idk if the potion works, I don't think so, but people in my town have tried to do it every once in a while, so... knowing people are actually capable to use "potions" kind of gives it a morbid and exciting feeling.

Raic was an old, B2W2 OC of mine, who was on a quest to find his counterparts to be whole again. But it makes sense that, seeing two dragons that kinda like their life, he'd give up on it - Raic is a good guy! So instead he decided to follow suit and become his own individual. Sadly this came in the shape of an oversized holiday sweater thrown away because it didn't sell. And a personal choice of looking less like an energy plant accident, and more like a proper dragon. He's still working on how to best be friends with people, but he made great progress and isn't gonna stop yet! I had a lot of fun designing the HOLIDAYS sweater, yes. =D

and bonus tumblr trivia: He got the sweater on before styling his wings. Broke them for a moment, slid the thin ones through the holes, and then went ice sculpting.

His name comes from dragon and ice. Yep! It's that easy. His counterparts are called Dram (Reshiram) and Agun (Zekrom), and both had a theme of life breaking what they stood for - Dram was lied to mercilessly, and Agun felt no satisfaction from an ideal laidback life.
