i still have to cop the new pink friday 2 at some point. in terms of celebrity fragrances though, i don't think anyone can touch ariana. her fragrances are all hits with few exceptions and honestly R.E.M. is one of my all-times faves 😭💕😭

i have a decant of donna born in roma (the travel sprays at the top) and it's beautiful, though i find the intense is just a little better because the bourbon vanilla is amped up in it!

Why am I starting to think one of these days Ariana is going to delete anything r.e.m. beauty related from her social media and just never talk about it again... Her lack of enthusiasm regarding the brand is so weird. I know it's an unpopular opinion but I get her not wanting to spend too much time promoting music because at this point in her career it does well on its own, what I don't get is why spend time and resources on a makeup brand you do nothing with? I kind of wish she would've branched out on her own to do something with fragrances because that's something she's actually good at and passionate about

now, i use some makeup brands that i don’t really align with based off their zionist beliefs so i’ll leave alternatives and small business brands here to counter that but

too faced — i use their born this way concealer, lip glosses, and eyeshadow palettes — (alternative; r.e.m beauty or juvia’s place)

dior — i use their mascara, lip products, and also fragrances (alternative; givenchy or nars)

fenty beauty — i use the pro filt’r concealer, contour cream sticks, and mascara — (alternate; danessa myricks or charlotte tilbury)

nyx — mainly for setting spray and primer but i rarely use primer — (alternative; elf cosmetics)

I got the tube to Oxford Circus and walked to Selfridges to have a browse around some high-end concessions. I picked up the new English Pear & Sweet Pea fragrance from Jo Malone (fresh and gorgeous), a couple of pieces from R.E.M Beauty, and an eye cream by Avéne from their pharmacy. I stopped for lunch in YO! Sushi then headed to Carnaby Street to visit one of my favourite stores - Third Man Records on Marshall Street. I MUST visit the Blue Basement every time and pick up a few singles. After this, I headed home.
