the dark sbi server had another secret santa this year, this was my gift :}
bit of lore i couldnt add bc it would be ten pages longer:
neapolitan trio are demon brothers, phil is their demon dad. techno is the oldest, and he was taken years ago by evil angels or smth idk, he had his memories supressed and for the longest time thought he was human and joined the war on the angelic forces's side.
tommy and wil are tasked to get him back, and tommy does so first, but he wants some time with his brother who is always busy!! so he pretends to be a human child and follows him around. techno grows fond of him and wants to protect him.
wilbur eventually finds him and tommy refuses to give him victory, so the gig is up!!
techno does spend more time with tommy later on ^-^
I have been going over the seasons looking for all the evidence of the whole epic primary color theory connected to El, Mike and Will. And ngl this moment right here had me spiralling.
THE SAD PAUSE UPON THE REALIZATION WILL IS STILL MISSING AND THAT EVEN THOUGH HE HELPED THIS GIRL WHO WAS LOST IN THE WOODS AND HOPED IT WAS A SIGN, IT PROBABLY DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. WHICH MEANS HE'S STILL FOCUSED ON FINDING WILL. LIKE WHY DID HE NEED TO TAKE THAT YELLOW CLIP WITH HIM UPSTAIRS?!?!? WHAT WAS THE REASON? WHY IS THE MF RAINBOW IN FRAME?!?! SOMETHING SOMETHING TOO MUCH YELLOW
HAIIIIIIIIIII :33333 mayhaps a crumb of hollow heads interactions.... they stare at each other Widely locked in a room together. whoever breaks Somethign firist loses
say hi to me
i don't know, i just remembered being so much
brighter, i guess
cigarette ash like wildfire
burning holes in the nighttime
open scars feel like barbed wire
white lies flying high like a ceasefire
dropping flags on the shoreline
this is as far as i can feel right
'cause what you don't know can haunt you
and all we ever wanted was sunlight and honesty
highlights to want to repeat
let's get away from here and
live like the movies do
i won't mind when it's over
at least i didn't think for a while
don't drag it out
living like that doesn't mean a thing
so let's, make a great escape
and i'll be waiting outside for the getaway
it doesn't matter who we are
we'll keep running through the dark
and all we'll ever need is another day
we can slow down 'cause tomorrow is a mile away
and live like shooting stars
'cause happy endings hardest to fake
and i wanna let you know
i wanna let you go
but i just can't bring myself to speak
but this is how it goes
the end credits, they roll
this bridge was built over kerosene
but we can watch it
and all i ever wanted was sunlight and honesty
highlights to want to repeat
let's get away from here and
live like the movies do
i won't mind when it's over
at least i didn't think
so let's run, make a great escape
and i'll be waiting outside for the getaway
it doesn't matter who we are
we'll keep running through the dark
and all we'll ever need is another day
we can slow down 'cause tomorrow is a mile away
and live like shooting stars
you can wish away forever
but you'll never find a thing like today
i worked the graveyard shift in a hotel in the middle of nowhere where the lobby was all glass. i always had a fear of seeing something on the other side of the glass, like oh i dunno, a person.
even bigger fear, while passing out receipts under doors at 4 am, looking up and seeing a person standing outside the window at the end of the fourth floor hallway.
standing in the concrete stairwells and hearing the echoing footsteps of someone coming up them toward you, but there's no one else there.
looking at the security cameras, why is the pool water moving like someone just dove into it, its been closed for hours.
seeing a hand block out the outside security cameras.
standing on the ground floor, and hearing someone step into the elevator and hit the button on a floor above me somewhere, elevator arrives and no one is in it.
footsteps on the first floor by the lobby desk, so i can go peek around the corner but no ones there.
Dark Cacao is in desperate need of a buff; from what I understand he’s currently sitting at the worst of the Ancients meta wise and I want to use him in the game again and for him to be useful. They were able to give some to Hollyberry and Pure Vanilla back during City of Wizards, surely they can give him one too
Though also I do find it a bit ironic considering that when I started the game, Dark Cacao I think was considered the best of the Ancients to use, and now he sits as the worst
Another zombie au writing exercise, feat: a bookstore
First Aid imagined, before, that places after the end of the world would be much more… dilapidated. Weed-filled and destroyed by both weather and time. But, surprisingly, these places were often just… fine. Speaking from that perspective, at least. The area wasn’t prone to flooding, so there was no water damage, barring extreme circumstances. There were no tornadoes, no hurricanes. There were some earthquakes, occasionally, but nothing major. So maybe some downed power lines, maybe some toppled trees. Old car crashes, some that had crashed into storefronts, some into each other. Destroyed windows… and maybe, rarely, a few adventurous plants trying to creep inside.
But mostly? They were all fine. When he entered the bookstore, the only ravages of time that he beheld were dried blood, slumped corpses melting into the floors, and layers of dust over the store that no one had any reason to scavenge. Some of the bookshelves were toppled over; many of the books were on the floors. Expensive things, like television shows and electronic reading devices- they were mostly smashed up and stolen, by those early days of chaos and looting. Maybe, if First Aid had been trying to scavenge from the old coffee shop in the corner, he would have had more trouble- but he wasn’t here to try and take moldering bags of coffee.
Instead, he was here to take their board games.
There was a lot of board games left, actually. A lot of card games undamaged, tossed onto the floor- old style games, simplistic ones, mixed in with the kinds based off of television shows and movies. First Aid fingered the plastic covering on a board game version of Halloween, checking out the price tag on some idle instinct- 60$, it said, and he smiled sadly at the knee-jerk reaction to put it back because of the price. He set it down anyway, not really interested in it. Instead, he picked up some variant on monopoly, stuffing it into his bag. The store had fidget toys that the kids would enjoy, and he grabbed a few of those too, letting them mix with the classic card game packs he’d picked up off the floor. He was pleased to find a normal version of Uno, too.
How do you pass the time without normal activities? It was like this. First Aid imagined he wasn’t the only one thinking of scavenging these games, because many were missing from the shelves- but he knew that, most of those missing were before ‘now’. When people thought this would blow over soon, and they jumped to take things they’d wanted, things they suddenly craved to have. Still, after a beat, First Aid grabbed one of those television board games and put it into the bag. This one was… based on the Thing, yeah. He’d actually wanted to play it before all of this. Maybe it be good?…
As First Aid got up to leave, he cast a wistful, wary glance to the darker sections of the store, the parts where the sunlit, shattered windows didn’t reach; textbooks, informational guides. Not this time, no.
But he did, on his way out, manage to stuff a few stray candy bars into his bag. He hoped they wouldn’t melt like the last time.
I like to imagine that the Black cousins were all really close in age: Bella and Andy were in the same year, Narcissa was the year below them, Sirius was the year below Narcissa, and Regulus was the year below his brother. If JKR can claim Cygnus had 3 kids at 17 and had Bellatrix at 13, I can say whatever the hell I want about the timeline. Plus, it’s fun to think that there are several years where the entire school is subjected to the Black Family’s chaotic nonsense.
hehehe i love both this option and the other one, that they were all a little spread out in years bc the hilarity of like. blacks being utter menaces and the profs being exhausted but relieved to see them go. except, a new one pops up every couple or so years and it’s like ‘oh merlin’s saggy balls no, not again’ so it’s like a black reign of terror for like. a decade and a half, starting from bella, who’s managed to get slytherin under her thumb in her first year alone thru sheer malice and magical power, then it was andy and her assorted rebellions (she started a minor unionisation campaign in slytherin in her second year; to date, no one knows how or even for what, just that for atleast 5.3 months, lil kids were going around chanting about the rights of the proletariat and it was only when sirius stepped in with ‘andy ur literally the bourgeois, what r u on about’ that it slowed down), then there was cissa who was a Younger Sibling™️ and wrecked havoc trying to be Everywhere, and do Everything bc she finally has freedom and no limits.
and then came sirius, of course, who kick started chaos on his first day by sorting into gryffindor and soulmate-ing a potter. he was not only a genius, but a bored one, which made him dangerous. making other kids cry was a specialty and unintended consequence of his sharp tongue and indifference, and generally, he was a Problem bc he couldn’t be controlled. and regulus, who finally seemed to be a decent options and slughorn (?) could’ve cried in relief at finally getting a normal black but alas, he should’ve known that typology just did not exist in nature bc the youngest black turned out to be a raging death eater with a massive hard on for a man his grandfather’s age steeped in dark arts to the point of losing his soul. so ykno.
Just finished my first playthrough of BG3. Romanced Lae'zel, but ending up turning into an Illithid because the idea of making Orpheus or Karlach do it didn't sit well with me (or my character).
I told Lae'zel to leave with Orpheus in the end (I heard she wouldn't stay with a ghaik anyway, which she's valid for, but also, it doesn't feel right to ask her to stay when I know how much her people mean to her). And like-
Silly question, BUT! What if, humor me for a moment please...
One of Adeleine's old bullies/people who tried to poison her and Noir, somehow ran into her on Popstar and discovered she not only is a well known hero, BUT ALSO has a bunch of terrifyingly overpowered creatures as friends?
Apologies Adeleine is not the type to hold a grudge. If such a person showed up, rather than publicly indicate to her giant hammer-wielding penguin friend that this was the person who broke her stuff and made her sad (and in an extremely roundabout way led to the death of her brother but SHE has no way of knowing that...) she would probably privately give them her best frown before BOOPing them on the face with her magic paintbrush and call it payback.
Then she would return to the people she cares about the most while leaving them stunned at how things have shifted since those days. (You get back what you put in!)
Adeleine's friends are, in the end, not tools of vengeance to flaunt to those who hurt her feelings back in the day. Her friends are there to celebrate the good times with her. (That said, big softie or not, King Dedede could be quite intimidating for her when needed. XD)

Now, White-Haired Noir has some... stories ...from their past that Adeleine never knew. Stories that if they were to become known, ought to make the people he killed feel lucky their bodies are lost deep beneath the permafrost when the group reached Shiver Star.
I doubt much shocks Meta Knight, and Kirby, Waddle Dee, and Ribbon would probably be more sad than anything, but King Dedede? Who finds himself growing paternally protective of the siblings in either universe? That revelation would not be pretty...
