last week i met maggie rogers twice (2nd time was just in passing) and she signed my record

got to see her at an intimate show at the house of blues

i caught covid

#came back home and immediately got a jury duty summons tested postive for covid and received my dog’s ashes so. fun’s over lmao #anyway that line was crazyyyyy we were on all the news stations #getting there at 5am was NOT my initial plan but it became apparent that it was necessary if i wanted tickets #by 6:45 the line went from the venue down the bridge down the street and all the way down the other bridge across from me #did not expect to be watching the sun rise over the chicago river that morning lol #it was so so so cold and i was not dressed for it #the show was great tho she has such good energy and the new album is better live #sad we didn’t get to do most of the audience request songs but i hope all the people who passed out are ok… #also she was sweet when i met her but they rushed us through the line SO fast it was like 15 seconds

2. a headcanon you weren't sure about at first but have come to love! Definitely Nick Stokes as Jack's cousin, but there's also one that's floated around fics where Mac is really hard to drug/doesn't react well to things like morphine.  That's one that grew on me, and now I enjoy reading about it. 

24. how has fandom positively impacted your life? In so many ways.  Writing fic & making fandom friends helped me get out of the country and move to LA where I met some really amazing friends.  I have friends all over the world, and I've learned so much more about other cultures and lifestyles than I ever could have without fandom.  I've also become a better writer and a better storyteller.  I'm sure there's more but that's what came to mind first. 

11. what fic or piece of art are you proud of making? Redraw the Lines & the Neal Hughes verse (White Collar) is my go-to answer here.  That idea was a lot of fun to develop, and I'm so happy with how it turned out.  I also love how Out is Through (MacGyver) came out with the multiple POVs and how the characters handle a retired Mac and Jack.

matt and i have been together for eight years.we’ve been married for two years. we’ve been trying for a baby for a while now and we still haven’t gotten pregnant yet.it sucks when everyone keeps asking when were gonna have a baby and were still not pregnant yet.

we had decided to stop trying for a baby for a while but we havent exactly been preventing it either.

i have been having a few symptoms lately but i figured it was just since my period is soon. i checked my period app to see exactly when its coming.

my eyes widened as i saw that my period is five days late. is there a chance that i could be pregnant???i mean i have been having a few symptoms like nausea and extremely sore boobs and ive been extremely bloated.

matt was currently out filming with nick and chris. i decided i would take a test.i had a few pregnancy tests in the bathroom in one of the drawers. i got a cup and did what i needed to do and dipped the test in sitting it down waiting for the results.

i paced back and forth as i was feeling extremely nervous for the results.

after five minutes i shakily grab the test turning the test over seeing the results.

two lines that meant postive.

i looked at the test over again to see if it was actually positive as i had tears running down my cheeks.

matt and i are pregnant. we’re gonna have a baby.the moment i have dreamed of for a while now is finally gonna happen.

i head to the store and grabbed some more tests coming back and taking them as they all came back postive.

i decided to head to target so i can get some things to set up a surprise for matt to tell him the news.

once i got home i sat the surprise for matt up on the kitchen island. i had a few little onesies laying around on the kitchen island. i also two pregnancy tests along with a note that read.

I sit in the judgment day locker room alone to say, this is the first time in 9 months I’ve sat in here alone, but no one could sit in because they had a big promo they had to do. I hold my stomach feeling my baby’s move around, I’m so excited to meet them, they are going to be welcomed into such a lovely family. I thought as my mind drifted off to the years before. Me and Rhea got married when we where both 21, that was almost three years ago, this has been a very long possess, i sat up countless nights crying because we picked up yet another negative test, this whent on for about two years until the day i remember it like it was yesterday.

Flash back

Me and rhea sit in our bathroom floor, “darling..you know if this test comes back negative we will have to wait at least six months before starting all of this over” she looked up at me as we wait for the five minutes to past “dont think like that baby. I have a felling this time” i whispered softly, smiling at her, i move from the tolet to her on the floor as she holds me. “Beep! Beep! “ the alarm had whent off, rhea whent to grab the test off the counter when it falls off onto the floor, i glance down at it to see two lines, TWO LINES! I instantly began to cry tears of pure happyness “Rhea! Its postive! We are having a Baby!!” She jumps up picking me up and spinning me around kissing me like a million times, we where so happy, this was actually happening. We stayed in the bathroom for about half our just crying with happiness. Soon we walked back to our room and called the judgment day group chat. They knew today was the day I was supposed to take my test, and we called them every time even when it was negative, we tryed to hide the smile on our faces. Dom was the first to pick up, we waited for the others to join before saying anything. “Hey y/n hi rhea what’s it say?” Finn asked in a soft tone not wanting to hurt us anymore if it was negative. I couldn’t help but smile and that’s when damien caught on “oh my god!! Wait?!” He said loudly over the phone the other two boys looked so confused. “A little baby Ripley is on the way!” I yelled. They all cheered, dom even started crying with me, “oh my god I’m so happy!” I cryed into Rheas shoulder. It was the best day of my life.

In three weeks I get to meet my little girls, three weeks, every thing is planed perfectly, Rheas family is flying out in two weeks, Rhea and the rest of the judgment day are getting a month off in two weeks, I’m just so happy, all this excitement made me really hungry, and I was out of snacks in the locker room. I know I’m not supposed to leave the locker room that was everyone’s rule the second they found out, just because people would bother me to get at the others

I started to feel sick so I needed to get up and get some food, I got up putting on rheas hoodie before walking out of the locker room, no one was really out, so I made my way to the where I know they had food.

I must have made some turn the wrong way because now I find myself in some random hallways that’s kind of scary, I get this wave of anxiety come over me and I feel like I’m being followed so I continue to walk faster, eight almost nine months pregnant with twins, it isn’t easy to walk fast, I quickly realize that I have to turn around this hallways was a dead end. I turn around and instantly get met with karrian cross and his girlfriend or what not Scarlett, “um..” I say softly “miss little y/n Ripley, how are you and your little baby’s doing” karrian reached out to touch my stomach, I quickly stepped back “please don’t touch me” I said fear clearly in my voice “don’t tell me what to do Mrs. Ripley, I will touch you if I want!” He reached out once more this time I backed up and I ended up cornered, “please leave me alone, I don’t want any problems” I start to panic “please, please don’t hurt me or my baby’s, they are innocent, they are pure” I begged. I started feeling horrible pains in my stomach, and I panicked “Mhmm, I don’t know, I don’t know how innocent they are, saying how long it took you to get pregnant with them, what was it I heard? Two years?and you have struggled your whole pregnancy” Scarlett spoke, tears came rushing out from my eyes “please! Leave me alone!” I yell the pain in my stomach becoming almost unbearable. “Hey?!” I hear someone yell, “what the fuck leave her alone” I look up to see one of my close friends Sami zayn. That’s all I really before I passed out.

“Is she okay, are my girls okay?!” I hear yelling as I wake up to see a bright light in my eyes.. “R-rhea..?” I mumble out, instantly her head shoots over to beside my head, “oh my god, your okay, darling, what happed! Why where you in that hallways, why did you leave the lockeroom?” She questioned me, “are the girls okay?” I asked simply, “maam, you are in late stage, early labor, we are transferring you to the hospital, where you should be able to deliver with mild complications.” All I could feel was the pain, from what I was guessing was contractions, it made my head spin. Rhea held my hand as I cryed out in pain as we made our way to the hospital.

We soon made it to the hospital, where I had to be taken in for emergency cessation surgery, i remember waking up to rhea hold our two little girls in both of her arms when I finally woke up. “How are they..”I asked weakly “healthy and absolutely beautiful..just like their mother”she said before carefully handing me the girls “Athena, she’s the one with the darker hair..and Kyra she’s the one with the birth mark on her cheek” Rhea said before kissing me “I love you, I love you three so much” I said softly. “If it’s okay, the boys want to come over in a bit, dom tried to force them to let him come in right after the delivery.” She said softly “of course our girls need to meet their uncles, what about your parents?” I asked her “they are heading down tomorrow” she said.

I slid over in bed as I laid there with rhea and my girls, all three of them sound asleep, it was so peaceful, well that was until the boys got there, dom come rushing through the door, almost tripping when he got in causing Rhea to wake up. “Good going dom dom” I joked and gave him a weak smile, to which he returned with tears in his eyes “why are you crying dom?” I asked “I was just so worried about you, I haven’t slept. I’ve texted rhea and the boys all day, and I just couldn’t wait to meet my nieces when rhea told me that you guys where healthy” he rambled on before Finn stopped him “don’t talk the poor girls ear off”, they all walked closer seeing the two small baby’s in my arms, them asking their names, and us continuing talking, they stayed there for about two hours before leaving because I was tired.

💗This post is inspired by Bob Proctor videos on PARADIGM SHIFT and how loa works . He was more into law of attraction.I really felt that his teachings were very amazing & it resonated with me . 🦄Just like gravity , the law of assumption / attraction is always working. Our body is a molecular structure, if you look at your body through a microscope, you 'd see that energy dancing right before your eyes. It's how you use your mind which will dictate the vibration you are in.

💗When you were a little baby , your subconscious mind was wide open , everything that was going on , it went in there all the energy that went in there formed something called paradigm . Paradigm is information , it's multitude of habits. ( see the diagram 1 below) . Paradigm is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior.

🦄You are the product of your environment, prior to that , you are the product of genetic string that goes back to generations. On a conscious level, you have the power to think, you can think anything you want to. As you think , you build ideas.

💗Imagine a imaginary line which separates the conscious mind & the subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind has been reprogrammed. Let's say the paradigm is X type energy, you will think X type thoughts so you will get X type results. The thoughts that you are thinking that control the vibration you are in, but it also dictates what you attract . Here vibration is nothing but an idea ! You attract energy and people that are in a harmony with you. You got to change the paradigm to change your results. It

We turn the pictures over to the subconscious mind & then the subconscious mind expresses the action. The subconscious mind has no ability to reject . It cannot determine the difference between what is real & what is imagined.

🦄We think thoughts that are in harmony with the paradigm. The paradigm controls our behaviors. Consciously , you can think of one thing. For example , we read self help books or watch self help videos and say to ourselves " yeah I can do that , it makes sense " but then we can't do it . Why? We believe something on a conscious level but the subconscious believes something else.

💗Paradigm was formed through REPETITION. The ideas being planted in your subconscious mind. Your paradigm dictates your logic, how you utilize your time , perception of situations , your effectiveness , productivity, creativity and the amount of money you make. In order to change your life , you must change your paradigm.

🦄Praxis is the integration of belief with behavior. We have got to take the beliefs that we have consciously that we determine by thinking & plant them in the place of the old belief.

💗Paradigm is formed through REPETITION OF INFORMATION & it can be changed through REPETITION OF INFORMATION. Suppose you are having a difficult time with money, you have got to change your concept about money. How to do that? REPETITION of an idea. That's where affirmations comes in.

- Plus, he thinks it's pretty cute if you dress all bright too. You, with your loud summer clothing, versus his dollar store goth aesthetic, creates a picture that he likes a lot.

- If you ever got overly excited and broke anything, Yuri wouldn't be mad. He'll scold you like he would a child, but he's pretty excited to have something to fix.

- He does draw the line at indulging in your wild impulses. No, he won't take you nor let you go on a random cross-country road trip. That's how people get murdered, you know?

- Also, he'll always say no to buying you anything, but end up caving later. If you ask for a plushie, he'll tell you they're for children, but then you'll wake up to find that plushie in his place in bed.

- You make him soft. Not actually soft, but soft for Yuri.

- Because of that, you're not coming to anything that has people he knows. Then they'll see how... weak you make him! He has a reputation. Whenever you're in public, he immediately becomes very cruel and demanding because of this.

- He's a little embarrassed not just about how much control you have over him, but also because... you were never who he pictured spending his life with. He always wanted some traditional marriage with two depressed people who hate each other, but now he's HAPPY? Horrible.

- But you do make him feel young. Now he can't bear the thought of anything happening to you, so he's not gonna leave anytime soon.

- So, basically, GOLDEN RETRIEVER PARTNER. You can do better. But if you make it through all of his desperate attempts to keep everyone at arm’s length… it’ll be at least a little worth it.
