"Who says Canada's buffalo are extinct? Here is a scene from Goose Lake, near Wainright, Alta, showing a part of the great herd on the government reserve there. Science is attempting to cross-breed these buffalo with cattle to produce a hard milch-cow for northern climes.

The Very Official BSD "do you have games on your phone?" list:
The Armed Detective Agency:
Dazai: Asks if people have games on their phones all the time. Managed to break down Kunikida to get him to download a game on his phone for him. He once asked Chuuya and got punched. Despite being told multiple times to download his own games, he refuses.
Kunikida: Doesn't ask, nor does he particularly care to play games on anybody's phone, it seems unproductive. He does, however, have one game on his phone for Dazai.
Ranpo: Asks all the time, both to be annoying and because he wants to play a game. Primarily asks Fukuzawa or Poe. He is the sole reason that both of them have games on their phones in the first place. He does have games on his own phone, but just hidden object games because "they are like warm-up stretches".
Kenji: Asks, but not in an annoying way. He just wants to play a game. He doesn't have a phone of his own.
Junichiro: Used to ask people if they had games on their phone, but doesn't anymore (he grew out of it). He does, however, have his own games that he lets the others play when asked.
Yosano: Does not ask, if she wants to play a game, she will play it on her own phone. Probably doesn't let the others play them.
Atsushi: I think he also asks, but because he genuinely wants to play a game. Absolutely has Temple Run downloaded on his own phone and will let others play if asked.
Kyouka: Same as Atsushi, just wants to play a game, not trying to be annoying. Finds the games calming.
Fukuzawa: Does not ask others if they have games on their phone, but definitely has some on his own for all his kids (mostly Ranpo).
Port Mafia:
Chuuya: Does not ask if people have games on their phones, and probably doesn't like mobile games all that much. Maybe has one downloaded, but tells others he doesn't have any.
Kouyou: Does not ask, she believes she is above that sort of behaviour. But she definitely has some games on her own phone for Kyouka specifically.
Mori: Probably asked Fukuzawa if he had games on his phone one time to be funny, surprised when he sighed and said yes. Has games on his own phone for Elise.
Akutagawa: Doesn't ask people if they have games on their phones, but he wants to. He secretly has games on his phone but got embarrassed when Atushi asked him about it.
Gin: I think she probably has asked Akutagawa a couple times to play a game on his phone. Secretly has games on her own but it isn't the same.
Kajii: Asks people if they have games on their phones all the time, he thinks its funny. Definitely hs Fruit Ninja downloaded.
Higuchi: Doesn't ask, wants to maintain a serious composure in front of everyone else, but probably wants to in secret. She used to have games on her own phone, but Akutagawa caught her playing one once and she got so embarrassed she deleted them all.
Hirotsu: Also does not ask, but is incredibly used to being asked. He just sighs every time and passes his phone over (where he has a folder of dedicated games).
Tachihara: Specifically asks Hirotsu if he has games on his phone to be annoying. He has games on his own phone and usually lets the others play them when asked.
Elise: Asks everyone all the time, doesn't have a phone of her own. Just wants to play a game.
Q: Also asks all the time, but not because they want to play a game, they just want to be annoying. They aren't trusted with a phone.
Odasaku: Probably doesn't ask others if they have games on their phone (asked Ango once as a joke), but thinks it's funny when others do it. He definitely has a wide selection of games on his own phone, this man canonically adopts so many kids.
Decay of Angels:
Fyodor: Never asks other people if they have games on their phones, and nobody knows if he has games on his own. Nikolai asks him all the time, but Fyodor does not answer.
Nikolai: Asks all the time, but usually doesn't actually want to play a game, he just wants to be annoying. If he does play games, they are trivia games. He does also have a horror game or two downloaded because he likes tricking people (Sigma) into playing them.
Sigma: Asked Nikolai one time if he had games on his phone, and got scared by a jumpscare, so he never asked again. Has a singular game downloaded on his own phone in case Nikolai ever asks.
Bram: He can't play games on a phone, so he doesn't ask. I'm not convinced he knows what a phone is.
The Guild:
Fitzgerald: Doesn't ask, and doesn't understand the joke ("just buy your own phone"). But if bothered enough when asked, he usually complies.
Poe: Probably doesn't ask, but has games downloaded on his own phone for Ranpo specifically.
Louisa: Used to ask people if they had games on their phone, but doesn't anymore (Fitzgerald got her a phone, which she downloaded games on). Will let others use her phone to play games.
Melville: Doesn't ask, but definitely has games on his phone for other people.
Lovecraft: Definitely doesn't ask, and hardly understands the concept of phones and mobile games.
Steinbeck: Asked Lovecraft once if he had games on his phone and regretted it. Has games on his own phone for his siblings.
Lucy: Thinks people would take her less seriously if she asked, so she doesn't. But definitely has games on her phone and lends it out frequently.
Margaret: Has only ever asked Hawthorne to be annoying, doesn't want to actually play a game. Has one game on her own phone, solitaire.
Hawthorne: He Hates being asked if he has games on his phone, and claims he doesn't have any (he has solitaire).
Mark: Yes, asks everyone all the time if they have games on their phone. Plays shooting games.
Hunting Dogs:
Jouno: Doesn't ask, and hates being asked.
Tecchou: Only asks Jouno, just to annoy him. Has games on his own phone.
Teruko: Asks Jouno if he has games on his phone all the time, also has her own games on her phone.
Fukuchi: Definitely doesn't ask, and has a flip phone with no games of his own.

“Large quantities of fine rhubarb grown by Lloyd Leaver, Port Credit, are finding a ready market in Montreal and other cities. Recently, Mr. Leaver, his father George Leaver, and three assistants were busy packing the first consignment for shipment to Montreal.. The photograph above shows Lloyd Leaver, right, and George Lennorth showing samples of their hot-house product. Last year more than 5,000 dozen branches were shipped and this year The mark will be exceeded by 1,000 bunches.”

TBH re: Grerenville... I make Frog Canon in ffxiv strictly start from only what is suggested in canon and I can branch off and fill gaps but I don't go into anything too AU that needs to be kept track of, because I am really enjoying the Warrior of Light story as presented anyway and Frog is just the best and most special warrior of light (as is every WoL but she's mine so :))
Just because G'raha and Erenville have never met in canon doesn't mean they can't have bumped into each other given the occasional times they've been based out of Sharlayan since Endwalker. Like, it's humorous to me that they haven't crossed paths yet, especially when Erenville is now hanging out with Krile. But also that is just what we see on the surface so why not say they could have met.
Of course, then we get into the complex knot of relationships that is Frog's life, given that G'raha is pretty much The Boyfriend ffxiv hands you of COURSE he's Frog's main boyfriend (vs, like, Aymeric who is merely courting her in the sense that it's still like 90% show at public events with lots of bowing and dancing and chastely kissing the back of her hand, and 10% frantic meetings in the Forgotten Knight :P)
Frog has totally encouraged G'raha he can date other people if he wants and aside from getting very flustered about Aymeric when she takes him on formal trips to Ishgard, and getting tongue tied about Estinien, he's been hesitant to branch out (mostly because if I tried to hold in my mind the web that is Estinien's love life being Aymeric's ex and Vrtra's consort, if G'raha got into all that it would become some sort of unstoppable katamari ball of ship rolling over everything)...
But what harm could one friendly unattached Gleaner do to all this? :)
enter: Frog declaring Erenville her arch nemesis after the Toad Incident with the same level of devotion to the cause that Zenos took to her. And Erenville reciprocating as the arch rival from an high school anime role in her life with glee.
Yeah, sure. I'll just try shipping Grerenville in that atmosphere. It'll be fine.

Can we just talk about the fact that Brasidas never even pulls his knife during that warehouse entrance? Homeboy just comes in completely unarmed, riding on psychology and sheer audacity.
And somehow he gets away with it.
Because Brasidas.

Imagine a verse where only one half of EngPort was a nation and the other was human. Like that one episode where there was Joan of Arc reincarnated.
Anon, if you're still out there, please know that this prompt has haunted my thoughts ever since you sent it to me.
I hope you enjoy it!

England didn’t dwell on Spanish fishing villages often, but whenever he found himself near Setúbal he tried to make time to visit this particular one, pay his respects in the local parish, drink a sip of ginjinha at the tavern.
In this small fishing village, lost in the long Spanish coastline, he liked to think there was still something of Portugal left. Something of her laughter and her smile, of the easy way her eyes lingered on his.
