Ooh how about soulmate polysquare? With Marinette, Adrien, Luka and Kagami with the red strings?
Marinette follows her string to a little boy with blonde hair named Adrien when she is six. His mom is really nice, and she spends long days playing with him in his big house or in her house. Together they convince their parents to let them follow another string to a boat where they meet a real pirate!
Later they would learn that she wasn’t a real pirate but she certainly acted like it. Adrien’s dad didn’t like her to much, but thought her son Luka who was their soulmate was very skilled. As well, his sister wanted to be a model and was allowed to pose with Adrien at times
Marinette once overheard him say stuff like it would make sense to pair him with models who didn’t assume romantic feelings.
The three grew up wondering about their last soulmate. Marinette had to put up with Chloe at times but Adrien got good at telling her off and scolding her. Luka had to put up with people gossiping about his connection to the family. Adrien had to put up with comments about how they were unsuitable.
But they were happy. Then Adrien’s mom vanished and they found boxes on their beds.
Ladybug, Chat Noir and Viperion saving the day. They lived for it, loved it. They kept the fact they were soulmates Quiet, the strings blocked by magic anyway and snickered when others claimed they were.
They met their fourth when they did their weekly follow the string to see where it was routine. She was a girl who looked surprised but then thrilled to see them.
Her name was Kagami and none of them were shocked when a Dragon showed up to help one day, sparking rumours.
Why would they be shocked?
They were soulmates after all.

10. Worst part of fanon
Okay, listen..I may have made a mistake in reblogging a choose violence ask because I don’t have that much violence to choose.
However, I will say, I wish Alya x Adrien x Marinette x Nino (ship name…undecided) was as popular of a ship as Lukadrienette/Adrigaminette/The Polysquare
There is so much potential here and I’m always going to love a wholesome friends to lovers dynamic <3 I feel like every aspect of that polycule would work so well!! So this may be a bit cheating but my complaint is MORE OF THEM

I don’t know if this is ignored, but I haven’t seen anyone else talk about this at least!! I love that the Miraculous of the black cat and the ladybug seemed to balance Adrien and Marinette out.
Ladybug is so put together and quick on her feet that in Reverser her literal opposite is being clumsy which could not be said about Marinette at all!! Her Miraculous, whether you believe there is an aura of luck attached or not, provides her with that balance.
Same with Adrien!! I would most certainly not call Adrien clumsy, yet as Chat Noir, despite being a cat, he does NOT land on his feet. He’s always the one to get hit or trapped, always the one affected by the akuma victims powers.

I am currently in a triad and have a boyfriend outside of my triad. I recently started dating someone who is also in a polycule (married to his husband(FtM) who has two girlfriends (both are FtM), and a LDR FWB) and we had a meeting of as many people in our two polycules as we could and decided to call it polysquared or poly^2. Has anyone else experienced the meeting of two polycules? What would you call such an event?
