This was taken using "night sight" on my Pixel 6 Pro. That's "Lucy" my 75 FLH (motor & trans) in a 1969 frame. Not sure/don't remember what year the tanks and fender are. Same with the front end. Gonna start stripping her down beginning of the new year and change her up some. Love my Pixel phone, this is my second Pixel phone and I keep finding new features on it all the time. If you are into photography I highly recommend a Pixel. Nikon cameras are the other thing I recommend. I also own a Hasselblad film camera but have not used it in a long time. Their digital cameras cost so much.
Tumblr is absolute bull💩. I did a search for 2/100 and this is what it gave me:
That's bull💩. I have at least two posts containing "2/100". Searches for "1/100" and "3/100" work just fine but it's telling me it can't find any posts with "2/100"??? That's complete bull💩. Except 💩 with a 🤬 face.
So, short of scrolling endlessly to the bottom of my blog to find "2/100", I guess I'll skip to "3/100" and come back to "2/100" some other time (or when I'm on desktop instead of my phone).
Alright. Continuing on with my revisiting old blog posts, here's my 3/100 from about 9 months ago.
Two things:
I hadn't yet fixed the leaky kitchen sink. I remember I was procrastinating so badly on this because it seemed overwhelming. I didn't know how to even begin to fix it. But you know what? YouTube Universe pulled through and taught me what I needed to know and now under the kitchen sink is dry and perfect!
"More laundry, more groceries, more supper..." Some things don't change. Welcome to adulthood.
Next.
So this is when I got my new phone! The phone with which I'm writing this blog post right at this very moment! Google Pixel 6 Pro. It's cute how excited I was about it 😊 9-ish months later and I'm still really pleased with it. Would recommend.
Ok, so that's that blog post revisited and processed. Going to chuck it out now.
Light painting using my Pixel 6 Pro. 4 minute exposure using "night sight" and I believe it was called "star capture". My phone made this slide show without me even asking it too. (Surprised me) Those are stars above the clouds not dust. You must use a tripod. I found a cheap tripod for phones at Walmart. The tripod is not very steady but works at levels close to the ground.
Tonight I took some photographs of the night sky and the landscape. I wanted them to feel beautiful and bleak and magical and also just a tad disturbing. It was cold standing there taking them but I love the results.
