Love is a thing Lili doesn't feel towards very many people --- hardly anyone. Her siblings, OG Gatewatch (Jace, Chandra, Gideon and even Nissa), Embrose and Killian. That's it. 10 whole people; 4 of which are dead. And of course it's varying degrees and kinds of love.

And it's not impossible for her to feel it. And there's no real criteria for what makes her feel love towards a small group of people over others. By the same accord, there's only been a few instances where she's felt what could be called true, unconditional love.

Romantic relationships are a whole different beast. She has no issues with commitment so long as marriage isn't involved. However being in a romantic relationship with Lili isn't some romcom dream. It's not weird but it's not completely conventional. A lot of times it has the feel of a friends with benefits arrangement. She can attached to, possessive of and truly like her partner. Yet it's not going to be overly tender or mushy. Quite frankly there's a chance that it's even just a tad toxic (or more). Transactional even. Overall a relationship with her functions as you get what you give. However none of the above applies to fake relationships; relationships where she's just going through the motions in order to manipulate the other person.

The number of fake romantic relationships heavily out weighs those built on more real emotions.

What it comes down to is Liliana isn't completely heartless. She is capable of having a variety of relationships (healthy and unhealthy) and feeling emotions towards/for other people, but it's complicated. She still very much holds onto the sentiment that she doesn't need nor want the companionship of others (a lie mostly). And it doesn't stop her from still helping the few people she holds some affection for.

currently reading: I need to get back and read that star wars books I was reading 

last movie: Last movie I went out to the cinema to see I think was Alita (which deserves a sequel) But I think I went through the Kamen Rider Build films last year. I really want to see the Mario movie but alas I cannot afford a ticket at the moment.

last show: Just finished up Kamen Rider Den-O which I actually enjoyed it had a good story.

piercings/tattoos?: I am too scared to get my ears pierced but I do however have my back inked up with a massive Rosine tattoo from Berserk (So i can have demon moth wings on my back <3) I don't usually wear stuff that shows off my back (cause scotland is cold) so its my little ‘secret’ to peeps not in the know. Also yes I get the contradiction that i wont get my ears pierced but will take 1000s needles like a champ

Lili would absolutely use all the different versions (aka it's tone, facial expression & situation dependent) of Bless your heart. I say this because 100% I believe her youth pre-spark is just so Southern/ Southern Gothic coded but in a fantasy setting way.

But she also says it in canon in Innistrad's Last Hope (to a vampire no less)

(( In the process of moving from west coast back to Northeast. (I'm not happy about it. Don't celebrate it.) Already spent a few hundred on shipping boxes back and I'm nowhere near done. But the cheapest, reliable movers are giving a quote of roughly 4k.

Mom thinks this is unreasonable, and said, and I quote: "Your stuff isn't worth 4k. 9_9. You only have what? A folding desk you got at goodwill?" (Also keep in mind I never said SHE had to foot that entire bill).

Keep in mind, she's been here several times. She was here June of last year. She's insisting I don't have anything more aside from the chair in which I sleep in, and a computer desk. I've been over here 7 years now, my apartment is fully furnished. She keeps gaslighting and insists there's nothing here. That I only own a few shirts, that I don't have bedding, no dishware etc. You see, when something is MINE it doesn't exist or has no value. Unless it was something she gifted or finds a use for. She also got angry when I reminded her of the L.A ordinance where appliances are not the responsibility of the Landlord, broken or no. She aggressively told me I was wrong, started making up some shit about fees -- I never said there would be a fee I said the broken fridge isn't the landlord's responsibility. She doubled down on being an asshole. There was other shit she spewed from her mouth that I don't have the spoons to repeat.

So I hung up.

Does this risk her throwing out the things I've already sent back or had to leave there in the first place? Yup.

Does this risk a roof over my head as she has the power too call up the landlord and say I'm going to be out and gone in a few days, forcing me to shelter my cat and either go back with nothing, (a lot of this is irreplaceable or I need it for work) or find a park bench to sleep on for the rest of my days? Ayeah.

Do I care? Honestly not anymore. I'm tired. I'm beyond burnt out. It's the dead time of year so I'm getting a singular shift each week. No one else with hire me, commissions have all but dried up and because of all the social media fuckery, all my calls for help. Donations, discounted comms, sticker sales are just. Going nowhere. I have no other family, or support system outside of getting the occasional digital hug or back pat. Whatever curse I got goin' on here is about to win.))
