WHAT IF... Events that changed and helped the road of story for better or worse.

Alternative universes and what ifs are one of tge most popular prompts in the world of Fanfiction and canon stories. They show what could have become of the characters or the flow of the story if certain things changed like genderbend, fantasy world, humanization, modern era, different time period and era, etc. Or what if certain things happened in a different way or didn't happened at all like meeting someone, getting a power, having and accident, save someone, turn into either a good or bad guy, revealing a secret, someone's death, etc. Some of these events were and had positive changes and others not very much.

Some series even had or were centered in that like in Miraculous Ladybug where Marinette/Ladybug and Adrien/Chat Noir revealed their secret identities in 2 episodes, one where Adrien sees Ladybug writing her civilian name in the note containing a gift for him and other where Ladybug asked Luka/ Serperior to discover Chat Noir identity. Even if this helped them confess their feelings and date, there was still a major problem and detail neither of them knew of: Adrien's dad, Gabriel, was their archnemesis Hawkmoth. Even if he was his son, his obsession with his wish became stronger and even had his own son akumatized and turn against Ladybug even against his will, since he was actually a sentimonster controlled by his ring. Luckily they managed to fixed the flow of time and still managed to become a couple without telling their identities and moving on from their past feelings and with Adrien having Garbriel's ring he finally managed to be free to live by his own choice. But it also showed that no matter what their identities must remain a secret due to someone trying to exploit their feelings towards one another.

Another series which is an manga based anime called Orange is centered around that. Its about a group of high school friends now grown ups whi send letters into a vortex that appeared in the ocean in hopes of creating and au where they save their deceased friend Kakeru from commiting suicide by doing things differently and regreted not doing as written in the letters. What caught the eye the most for the fans whats how Suwa decided not to confess to Naho his feelings for her and even so he encouraged her to pursue Kakeru's love. This was because in the original timeline he confessed to her one night, even if he like the other friends knew of Kakeru and Naho's hidden feelings towards each other, and she ran away confused and didnt spoke to each other for a while and after Kakeru died he conforted her and because of that they becamw a couple, married and had a child. Even after that he saw how despite they loving each other Naho still had feelings for Kakeru and felt guilty that they only got together because of his friend's death and felt like he stole Naho for her, despite Naho's and his other friends's assurance that he did nothing wrong and that she would have still fallen for him due to the confession. In the sequel film Orange Future it shows things for his perspective and in the end even if he didn't get to marry Naho he still is happy for his friends's joy and Kakeru being alive and happy. Many would like and need a friend like him.

This also made me think of a manga called Kitchen Princess, a manga that has a similar design as Yumeiro Patissiere. Its about how Najika, an orphan girl whose parents were chefs who died in a accident when she was a child, goes to Seika Academy after being invited in order to look for her "Flan Prince", a mysterious boy who saved her from drowning due to her being sad after her parents' death and gave her a flan that made her happy and she promised to find him and make for him the most delicious dessert, while only having a spoon that it's unique to the school as a clue.

At first she thought her flan prince was Sora, the headmaster's son, the school's student body president, and brother to Daichi (who is a boy having a strained relationship with his dad and brother due to his dad's second marriage as if they forgotten his mom to the point that he moved into the dorms, has lived in his brother's shadow and also develops feelings towards Najika), and this causes her to develop feelings for him especially after he says being her flan prince, but before the final round of a competition in order to elect people for a cooking cup in Paris he soon dies after being struck by a truck while on a journey to deliver some ingredients to Najika, and, in his final moments, admits that he lied about being her flan prince, haven fallen in love with her and " he wanted to be her prince". The shock, sandess, and confussion over this confession, his death, and the guilt she feels due to thinking she killed him made her loose her sense of taste but was able to recover it in time for the final round but passed out when she realized Sora was gone she passed out, when she woke up she learned that despite the judges finding the cake delicious she still lost due to tardiness and lack of focus. Since she lost she would have been kicked out from the school but was allowed to stay due to Daichi protecting her from being kicked out by making a deal with his dad to give into his demands and becoming the student body president to replace Sora.

After that Daichi became her support , pritecting her from his dad's schemes since he blamed her for Sora's death, and they ended up having feelings for wach other and then it turns out Daichi is her flan prince. He lost his memories of Hokkaido due to the shock of seeing his mother give her life in order to save him from a pile of falling tubes where he picked up flowers that were her favorite despite Sora's warning of it being too dangerous. Sora lied about being her flan prince not just because he wanted her to like him but also to protect his brother from the truth.

Even if it was tragic seeing one of the characters die, If Sora's accident wouldn't had happened, the chances of Najika and Daichi becoming a couple would have been low or indesisive. When Najika asked if Sora was the flan prince he said to her to focus on the competition and once it was all over he would tell her how he felt along with something else. I had a while figuring this what if out, especially regarding two things 1.I'm not sure if by "over" he meant the final election round or the Paris Cup, and 2. if he planned to tell her about Daichi's past as well. Regarding what time she would had ended up having the same shock she had when canon Sora told her the truth as he was dying, especially since some of her feelinga for him were because she tought he was the flan prince and that he lied to her once again, this could had doubted her feelings a bit. And even if he would have avoided the part of Daichi's memories Najika would have still noticed he was something else he was hiding, and if Sora told her it would have complicated her relationship and view of Daichi and pained of how she could not tell him the truth and fulfill her promise.

There is also the fact that some people noticed that Daichi had feelings towards Najika while Najika and possibly Sora remainded clueless anout it, two of them were Fujita the owner of the diner Najika works at and Akane a girl who os a chikdhood friend of Daichi whom she has also developed feelings for which caused her to resent Najika but later befriended her after Najika helped her with her eating disorder and even came to support her and Daichi's feelings. Aparently, despite his feelings for her, Daichi could never act on his feelings for her due to her love for Sora and how she only saw him as a friend thinking that the chances of her liking him were low as he has always lived in his brother's shadow, like when he kissed her but then said that it meant nothing and that he did it because she was nagging about him not congratulating her for getting into the final round and wanted to surpass Sora's congats, which he later regretted. Even if he had some jealousy and insecurity moments, he never stopped supporting her and once even aksed Sora to cheer her up since he was the only one who could make her happy. Even after Akane confessed her love to him, even if she knew he liked Najika but still didn't regret her feelings, he rejected her saying that even if Najika likes Sora he will still be by her side.

There is also the detail of Seiya, a rich boy that looks like Sora who has won many competitions and served as Najika's replacement as spokeperson. Apparently, the director wanted to use and manipulate Najika using her tragic past to promote his new cooking school but when Sora finally stopped being his pawn and decided to protect Najika he only allowed her to stay if hse won the final round. Even if she had won he would had still need a spokeperson since she wouldn't do it anymore and would have probably also do it in an attempt to keep her away from his sons , and that would have been Seiya. At first he saw her as a rival but later developed feeligns for her. He also became a crusial help in some times like when the director tried to blackmail Najika into losing to him on purpose in a tea party food competition in order to save the orphanage she grew up in but Daichi found out and begged for his help, luckily even if he was a spoiled brat he wasn't the kind to cheat. If Sora was alive he would have done the same and maybe Daichi would have found out too through him and would have joined him to Seiya's place aksing for help, and seeing him begging for help would have been a flag for Sora to realize Daichi has feelings for Najika, along with the chance of Akane telling either Sora or Najika of Daichi's feelings.

Seiya would have also noticed the feelings of the brothers towards the girl and like happened in canon with Sora would have added doubts to their and Najika's minds over their feeligns like how Sora and Daichi's father hated her and how the brithers only brought bad memories and pain to Najika, this would have affected Osra since he had done her harm lying to her about why he broughg her to the academy and being his flan prince along with him realizing Daichi might be her flan prince. And if he spilled to Sora about Daichi having feelings for Najika would have made that worse.

And most importantly when he and Najika went to the Paris Cup he participated in the competition in her place when she rushed home to visit her sick caretaker/granny. If it wasn't for him Japan would have lost along with her and maybe she would have been kicked out. And it could have made it even harder for Sora to tell her the truth due to not adding more pain and burden. Also o wonder if Daichi would have still went to Hokkaido to treat her and take care of the kids in her place, if he tried Sora and his dad would had forbidden him afraid his memories might come back which would have made him furious and maybe even erupt a argument that would have made him suspect, and if Najika told him about the flan prince befor that and since he didn't remember being in hokkaido he would have confronted Sora about it calling him a liar. This two things could have made him suspicious or evem sparked his lost memories making him regain them.

Sora would have blamed himself due to him being the one who made his dad keep the secret for too long and ketting Daichi believe a lie that broke their family apart. This could have resulted in Najika helping the family like she did in canon and maybe after or before the Paella dinner Osra and Daichi could have had a heart to heart about their feelings towards one another and confess their affection towards Najika, maybe Sora even apologizing for not realizing his feeligns sooner and that if she chooses him or Daichi its ok as long as she is happy. We dont know how Najika's feelings would have been at that moment and who would she choose. And if she would have acceoted her feelings for Daichi, or still see him as her great supoport and reject but also thank him for what he did for her like she did with Seiya when she believed he was the flan prince ( the flan Daichi gave her was made by him during an even held by his parents who have an hotel near where she lived).

O problema das pessoas é não cultivar como ocorreu em frequência no início.

É priorizar os não-amigos, dando à estes tratamento melhor do que aos que chama de amigos, pq é como se eles já estivessem lá, então "que se acostumem ao que sou de ruim, quem não me conhece que preciso me empenhar pra que se atraiam por mim, me elogiem e fiquem" (o ego né).

Enquanto, se é uma pessoa que resistiu à essa amizade, o empenho parece permanecer e durar tanto, pois sabe que não foi fácil convencer de que "era bom suficiente pra ter esse relacionamento consigo". Porém, as amizades que vieram facilmente não se dá o devido valor.

É pensar que os *já amigos* não deveriam largar a _relação tóxica unilateral_ que só parte deles, mesmo que já não sejam tratados com cuidados e sim com o tanto faz do "se quiser fique, se quiser vá", que antes era "vamos(...)?"; Da inércia quando vê o outro partir, ao invés de insistir e se mostrar interessado em se manter por perto, mesmo que tudo esteja cinza e chuvoso (lá fora ou dentro)!
