I feel like I share this story all the time but I think it’s so important for people to know my journey rather than just seeing results. - I used to be the LAZIEST out of all of my friends. The only hikes I enjoyed were nature walks, and sometimes I’d want to wait at the bottom of the mountain just so I could go eat after 😂 (anyone relate? 🙋🏻‍♀️). I’d go to the gym and have no idea what to do except try to run a mile on the treadmill (which was already asking for too much). - Loving fitness and making it a lifestyle takes perseverance & commitment. It totally grows on you and you grow with it. I get excited about every workout and I try to go 3-4x a week, but that didn’t happen overnight. I don’t get excited about enduring difficult and challenging exercises. I get excited to see what I can do and how far I can push myself mentally & physically. That’s exciting. Surround yourself with people who live the way you want to, and it’ll push you to meet them where they’re at. 💛 . . . . . s From Instagram

Minimal 2 warna lah dan yg pasti warnanya ga saling kontras :) Kamu juga bisa memadukan tas dan sepatu dg warna yg sama atau senada, biarpun ga sama seperti warna baju yg kamu pakai. Kalo mau casual bisa pake oversized but buat kita yg gendut, better pake yg simple aja atau bisa pake outwear. Daaannn, buat nutupin gendutnya bisa pake warna yg dark jd aga tersamar dikit gitulah. F U N W E E K E N D

This weekend, I helped my sister on her project. It’s a music video and it’s all about the capital city of the Philippines that we should cherish it and take care of it. We had a lot of fun and I’m excited to share it with you guys after I finish editing it.

The outfit that I’m wearing it an urban style but with shorts. It’s raining and I don’t want my pants to get wet. I like the texture of my brown shorts and I match it with my brown leather jacket. And I added my white shoes and sunglasses. “Why did you wear a white shoes when it’s raining?” This shoes doesn’t get stained and when it gets wet it doesn’t get soaked.

Choosing to be grateful for today 😄 Gratitude is a practice that can rewire our thoughts if we choose to be intentional with it. - For the past few weeks, I’ve been pulled in so many different directions that I’ve spread myself too thin. It’s something I do often — but that’s because I work 100% at what I want and then I get tired, reset, and then jump back in.
