Ryangyi sat almost perfectly in the center of the subway, positioned as if she was ready for a photo. Sat up, posture corrected. Her dark hair was tied back casually, a pair of sunglasses resting on the bridge of her small nose. It wasn’t bright enough for them, but no one seemed to take notice. To her right, her seat was empty. To her left, Sen sat alert, his attention locked on the door closest to them. She could feel his tension, and a hand reached out to give his arm a comforting squeeze. His eyes met her own and the two shared a silent nod.

Four stops.

She can still remember the exact moment she realized her and Sen shared a mutual connection outside of their careers. She was a nosy woman, with a tendency to eavesdrop or look over one's shoulder. A familiar name often popped up on his phone and at some point, Ryangyi felt herself grow suspicious of him. It wasn’t until he finally opened up to her one drunken night that they learned of the correlation in their private lives. A common enemy, one set out to target them both. Staying together like this was either extremely smart or extremely stupid. 

Three stops.

Everytime the transit doors opened, she could feel her throat tighten. Sen shifted slightly in his seat and to other passengers it probably looked as if he were just uncomfortable in the non padded benches. But she knew, and she shared the sentiment. They were so close to being far enough from the threat of… what exactly? She knew who they were running from, but not sure the threat that was made to Sen. All she knew was her name was mentioned to him at some point, and he had shown up in a haste, demanding she pack light and leave with him. 

Two stops.

They were almost there, more and more distance being put between them and Seoul with each passing minute, yet Sen’s unease didn’t dissipate. The unease radiating from him only heightened her own anxieties. The knowledge of danger paired with the ignorance of what exactly that danger is wasn’t a good mix, and suddenly Ryangyi could feel her demeanor match her friends. She trusted him, of course. He never gave her a reason not to. I can’t tell you, not here. Let’s go. Few words were spoken in the past several hours since he appeared at her doorstep, but he had left very little room for anything but escape. 

One stop.

Sen looked over at her, and finally, he stood, taking a hold of her wrist to drag her to the door. The pair waited, his grip a little too tight on her. She ignored the discomfort, knowing he wasn’t intentionally trying to hurt her. Her bag was close to her side and she watched as his eyes continued to stay locked on the seam of the two doors in front of them, waiting for the moment it would open. Ryangyi fought the urge to ask him more questions, instead she took a step closer to his side. She didn’t know if their final destination would mark them safe or not, but it was too late to worry about either. For now, she’d let herself be led around. The train car slowed to a stop, and the doors opened. Two things she’d been observing for the past hour, but this time, they seemed to happen much slower. She wanted to look at Sen again, but her gaze was frozen on the unfamiliar scenery of their stop.

Arrived.

Ok so I don't actually have anything I feel like talking about doll wise atm, I prefer making one off posts here n there about the dolls I'm into on twt more than tumblr cause I feel like twt is better suited for one off thoughts while tumblr is better suited for dedicated n thought out posts, at least with how I use it. Which is why you see a lot more wips/shitposts from me on twt than tumblr. so instead I'll just show yall my current collection!!! ANYWAY long ass post time

I've been working on finding and filling out various release lines from different doll brands im fixated on and have been rearranging my collection set up a lot cause of it lol. My shit is scattered all around my room because of how me and my little brother have divided up space for us to display both of our separate collections of things (we are both autistic and insane about our special interests) so there's gonna be a lot of photos lol

TO BEGIN: here's my display case of all my old g1 Monster High dolls I managed to hold onto since I was a kid! I got all of these back when MH initially debuted (when I was around 8 or 9) and all of these dolls have survived through my childhood/teenage years, hence why they're not in super great shape unfortunately lol

the only exceptions to this being the Día de Muertos Howliday Skelita, since obvs that's a recent release, as well as the misc. dolls I have scattered around the top of the case, those are dolls that s0uless has gifted to me over the past 2 years teehee

Moving on, to my current collection of dolls I began purchasing for myself over the past year: starting with this set of shelves next to my bed! I'm mainly using this as my Bratz shelf, but I ran out of room to fit my Skultimate Secrets Fearidescent Dolls where I usually keep my Monster High dolls, so they're there for now.

I only have Jade's reproduction doll because when the Bratz reproductions first began releasing, I was being strict with myself about not indulging in dolls again so I only let myself get Jade since shes my fav. Which I'm sad about, cause I'd love to have all the girls together for both their 20th anniversary reproduction dolls and their Alwayz dolls together. Also, there's a spot left empty next to my Alwayz Cloe bc I have Not been able to find Alwayz Sasha in stores like ANYWHERE for the past 2 months, so I gave up and ordered her online. She'll be arriving here in a couple days!!

Next up is this series of shelves above my dresser that I mainly use to display misc. figures n other shit I've come to own since I was like 12 (you can tell bc of the MHA stuff lmao) but I recently cleared some space so I could fit my Skultimate Secrets Series 1 Dolls (and Spa Day Lagoona + Scare-adise Frankie and Draculaura) somewhere, as well as having a place to display my current set of LOL OMG dolls! And also Bank art doll cameo lmao

Then we have the top shelf of my desk, which mostly has various Knicks knacks compacted into a corner but I put my two LOL OMG Tweens together there, as well as my single Licca doll that s0uless got me for this past christmas and the custom doll they made of my sona for me! <3

(fun fact me and s0uless are currently in the process of making more custom dolls of Eb, Bank, and the triplets but you'll have to wait n see on that one hehe)

And finally for dolls, here's my desk setup, where I display my main Monster High dolls! I mostly just display each Signature Doll + Their Core Refreshes here, but Monsterball Draculaura didn't have space anywhere else so she gets to chill there too lmao

it all started with Dan uploading to his main channel (unrealistic i know but stay with me) he looked very pissed off and said that he was leaving youtube forever and deleting his channel without any explanation. then about an hour later, Phil uploaded saying he was deleting his channel too - except unlike Dan, he wasn’t leaving youtube, he was joining smosh instead. he looked so happy and excited about it and urged everyone to go watch his debut try not to laugh video on the smosh pit channel. in a mix of panic and confusion, i rushed over to the channel and clicked on the video. it was a pretty standard tntl smosh video…at least it was at first. as the video went on i noticed Phil and Ian Hecox were acting super coupley and flirting, even holding hands at one point. so i rushed to tumblr and everyone was talking about it like it was normal??? i went to your blog and you had already changed into a smosh fanpage and made gif sets of Phil and Ian looking at each other. it was literally like Dan never even existed but if there was an off chance you would talk about Dan, you would censor his name like it was a slur. i couldn’t fathom what was happening so i sent you very desperate ask and you basically told me that *I* was the crazy one and Ian and Phil have clearly been in love this whole time and all D*n did was get in the way and that Ian has a bigger hecock than Dan did

so in short Phil left Dan to join smosh so he could be with Ian Hecox so Dan deleted his channel.

Lol sorry I’m reblogging like every single post you have about the Watcher situation but you’re just so right on all of it!

It was so frustrating and upsetting watching all these so called “fans” (and probably a chunk are just people hopping on the hate posting trend bandwagoners) spewing all this hate towards Watcher and especially towards Steven Lim who has put as much heart and soul and work and stress into making all this beloved content for Watcher and trying to making it work for free for all these years.

It’s also just so disgusting to me that so many people who only like Ryan and Shane (and a lot of them really just Shane which is a whole other nasty part of the fandom I don’t wanna acknowledge) suddenly just disrespecting all of the cooking shows that Steven works on and is so passionate about because they perceive a 3-4 episode a season show filmed mostly in Steven’s apartment with a small crew as more expensive than something like Ghost Files.

I’m just kinda sad that the whole Watcher team had to see all this rancid negativity from people who claimed to love them for all these years and turned on them like they did something more wrong than announce and debut a streaming platform badly.

god i know, it's really so upsetting. and these same people spewing hate at steven are now like 'omg cant wait for travel season' like are you serious rn . you were just calling it 'overproduced', 'too expensive', 'unnecessary' and now that it's free, none of those things apply anymore? they really exposed themselves as hypocrites.
