Summary: Evan returns home on New Years Eve after being on tour for three months. He's happy to see his friends, hear what's been going on in their lives, because he's really missed them (some more than others). It's a promising start of a new year, and he's hopeful to answer some questions that have been haunting him since one strange night he can't seem to shake.

But then he wakes up the next day, and everything's changed. And he's not sure if his friendships will make it through the fallout.

ohmtoonz drabble 1. “Why are you naked?”

Cartoonz wasn’t insecure about his body. Not in the slightest. 

He worked hard on his physique and showed it off with pride, not caring for words like “vain” or “narcissistic” that were thrown at him on occasion. He was more than comfortable in his own skin and perhaps it was simply because he was so proud that when his roommate and five of their friends walked into their apartment while he was ass naked in the living room, he turned to them with a grin and didn’t bother to try and hide himself. 

“Oh God!” 

“What the-” 

“My eyes!” 

The cries of terror were loud enough to draw a laugh from Luke, who popped his hands on his hips without fear as the men either gawked in horror or hid their faces in humiliation. 

And Ohm, right at the front, just stared. His cheeks had gone pink in only seconds and Luke didn’t miss the way his eyes drew down and up his body. Luke didn’t think his roommate even knew what he was doing as he blinked back up to Luke’s eyes; meeting them with a darkening flush. 

“Why- Why are you naked?” was the calm response from Ryan, who was never one to make too much of a fuss. 

Delirious thumped to the floor, coughing with his hand over his eyes as if dying, and Luke ignored the way Vanoss snickered and kicked him lightly with a foot. 

“Your kitchen better not hold anymore naked men,” Marcel muttered, shoving through the group to get out of the main room. Evan and Scott were quick to follow before Delirious scampered after them on all fours. Luke watched him go with a smirk, knowing the five would get over it more than quickly. Craig was the last to leave, flashing Luke a wink and a thumbs up before dashing into the kitchen and firmly closing the door behind him. 

“Thought I’d do some naked yoga seeing as my roommate wasn’t supposed to be home for another few hours,” Luke said, keeping his eyes locked on the humiliated man before him. Ryan didn’t seem capable of letting his eyes settle anywhere and Luke felt slightly sadistic with how much he loved the other’s embarrassment. 

“We- Well, the bar closed because there was an, uh… an accident. So I thought I’d bring the guys back here, not expecting you to be n- naked…” Those pretty hazel eyes flicked to Luke’s chest before leaping back up to the ceiling as a muttered: “Jesus Christ,” dropped from the man’s tongue. 

Luke shrugged, taking a few steps closer to Ryan and snickering when the other took a few stumbled steps back. “A text would have been nice,” he said with a smirk, pausing before tapping a finger on his hip. “Though you seem pretty interested. I can always kick the guys out, y’know; you and me can do some naked yoga together.” The suggestion was posed as innocent enough though by the way Ryan’s lashes fluttered with his sharp intake of breath, there was no denying that he’d understood Luke’s innuendo. 

When the taller man continued forward, Ryan didn’t draw back, his fingers curled in fists by his side as Luke got close enough to touch him. He hooked his fingers around Ryan’s hip, dragging Ohm one step forward into his space before tilting his head and grinning. Those eyes didn’t seem capable of leaving his.

“I’ll show you some of my favourite positions,” he murmured, fingertips brushing the line of Ryan’s jaw to tilt his head up a little. 

And with their mouths only inches apart, Ryan tore himself back, face dark red as he stormed into the kitchen. “You guys need to go,” Luke heard him say, mouth open in a laugh as he followed his roommate. 

An outcry sounded from the kitchen and Luke slipped up behind Ryan, sliding an arm around his front and grinning at their friends. “I mean, they can stay if they want,” he purred, pressing a kiss to the place beneath Ryan’s ear. “But we can’t promise we won’t be loud…” 

The way Delirious paled and Scotty grimaced, the message was well received. 

“Fuck this,” Jon spluttered, grabbing Evan by the wrist without even seeming to realise he’d done it. “Let’s go to Vanoss’s.” 

He dragged the Canadian from the room as Evan stammered in protest, but with the other three close behind, he gave up on trying to keep the rowdy crew out of his house. Being so close to Delirious meant he really didn’t get a say in much, but Luke knew that Evan would put up with it. The two were head over heels and it was only them who couldn’t see it. 

But as the front door slammed shut, Luke didn’t care for Evan or Delirious. He spun Ryan around to face him, grabbing him by the butt and pulling him close. Ohm let out a huff, though the hand that grasped Luke’s bicep wasn’t one of disinterest. 

“You’re a terrible boyfriend,” Ryan said, despite how he leaned into Luke’s space and tilted his head up for the incoming kiss. 

“I know,” Luke said, murmuring the words to Ryan’s mouth. “But you wouldn’t have it any other way.” 

And his only reply was an irritated grunt, before Ryan pressed their mouths together in a kiss and allowed Luke to drag him to their bedroom.

So I dreamt last night that Ohm was the same person as Smii7y. Like, Ohm was another persona Smii7y was making who never wanted to show his face and had a different personality. But Ohm was dating Cartoonz and Smii7y was dating Kryoz and then at a party Cartoonz and Kryoz found out that Smii7y and Ohm was the same person named Ryan Jaren Lord and blew up and Ryan just went "I have a problem but I love both of you!" And Cartoonz and Kryoz blew him off and got together.

Hello everyone, this is Melon.

I've got something very important to tell everyone, and it's really not easy. I think it should be official though.

J broke up with me. I respect her decision, since she wants to be just friends. I'm however pretty heartbroken and sad about it. This is why I haven't been active and doing requests. I'm so so so sorry about that. I wish I could feel more motivated, but instead I feel into a deep depression (which I'm still in).

Please don't decide to start hating J, or send her hate comments over this. She knew breaking up with me would hurt me, but it's better than lying to me and pretending to wanna be with someone like me... it would hurt a lot more. Honestly, I've always said I don't know why she chose me, she's way out of my league and so amazing. I don't feel like I deserved such a great person as a partner.

I guess I should've expected it, it was too good to be true, since I have never fell this deep for someone and thought this could be it. I did have my doubts, since I'm not anyone special. It's not like I'm that talented or have anything to offer. I've always been just plain old me. I don't even have a lot of money, and kinda lived with my parents.

I feel kinda bad, I haven't contacted J and just asked for space. She's been giving me that and being so respectful, and I guess I should finally start talking again. I've been silent for weeks. I can't hide forever. It just hurts so much and it's so hard to think about it. I'm just crying while typing this, and feeling like a big baby. Heh.

I want to keep writing genosai fics, but also get back into the bbs fandom. I've got so many plans, and hope to eventually get started on them. I hate that when I'm writing something however, it just feels like it's not good enough sometimes. I know I lost some of my spark and hope to gain it back.

Regarding the Redolence AU

Yeaaah... that. 

So I’ve already gotten multiple asks about this, which I appreciate cause I think it means you guys like my story? 

But with that being said, obviously there’s been a bunch of craziness that’s gone on over the past 24 hours. I’m still trying to get all the details, because again, I don’t really read/follow the boys outside of their content, so when I got the first message I was like ‘wtf are you talking about?’. Really I don’t care about them normally outside of their videos because I only write about their personas, not them as people. 

But this is one of those rare times I do care. 

Please read below if you’re comfortable with this subject, but be warned its regarding allegations of sexual abuse/assault as well as emotional manipulation.

I mean, I don’t think I’ve publicly stated on here that I’m a survivor of sexual/physical abuse during a long-term relationship when mental health and threats of suicide kept me around far longer than I should have allowed. I’ve hit my low, tried to die, gotten help, risen up and gotten myself out of that terrible place we’re left to rot after these situations. Its a very difficult thing to process, heal from, and my heart breaks for the women and men that deal with this every day. 

While dealing with Lui isn’t difficult (as his case was very black and white with a fucking dick pic to a 15 year old while hes 30 and he’s not really needed in the story), the situation with Mini is different. He’s obviously one of the main characters, and ironically, deals most with the idea of sexual assault in the AU. I’m still trying to sort out the allegations that were made about him, as I know ages and areas of the world are being brought into question. I’m also looking into what his survivors (they did not die, they are warriors who survived, so they are not victims) want us followers to do, and how this is treated on his side of things. The worst thing people can do in situations like this is to form an opinion without all the pieces (as most rapists get away with their crimes due to this kind of mindset, sadly). Also again I just heard about this like, 9 hours ago and worked all day afterwards so...

At the moment, Redolence is on hiatus. 

But, if all things check out and he doesn’t meet my very high expectations of what needs to be done, then I guess I don’t really have a choice, do I? 

Redolence will have to be cancelled. It’s not something I like thinking about, mainly because I’ve put so much work into it and it’s the only story that’s really keeping me in the BBS fandom. With LH’s new version and book 3 starting in July, I didn’t plan to really do much else for a while. And though I enjoy writing content for BBS, I don’t really think I can start the story up again without Mini. Nobody else really fits the role or the plans I had for his character. To remodel the entire plot would just be disheartening, and who knows who else is going to get called out next. I wish I could say I trust none of the others will have accusations about them, but look where that brought us, now. 

So that’s kind of my stance atm. I’ll wait for the other shoe to drop, see what’s left in the fallout, and make my final decision then.
