Favorite time of year: mmmmm if it was about seasons I’d say spring but if it’s time of the year then prolly summer bc that’s when I spend the most time outside and go on trips, can warm my bones to their marrow bc it’s pleasantly hot, and most importantly I GET A BREAK FROM UNI

Comfort food: probably knedle made by my mom <3 preferably with plums inside and covered in breadcrumbs fried with butter and sugar 😩😩😩😩 omg i wanna eat them Right. NOW!!

Do you collect something? lmfao hell yeah I’m a hoarder. So: physical books, silver rings, weapons, plants, paintings of street artists from my trips, photos and art, memes lol (i have catalogues on my phone just for memes grouped by themes or vibes), oh yeah and dice and all my character sheets and notes and Everything from any tabletop rpg session I took part in

Favorite drink: if it’s the one I drink the most then plain water. Other than that tea (green and white but recently I’m obsessed with black tea with honey and milk), and ofc coffee to which I’m addicted 

Current favorite song: I’d say THE FREAKING CHAIN BY FLEETWOOD GUESS WHY

Favorite song of all time: first of all how DARE you make me choose only one. Second of all, probably Comptine d'un Autre été: L'Après-Midi by Yann Tiersen because that’s one of the first songs I learnt and obsessively played on the piano and it has been my comfort song to play since teenage years, plus I love the movie Amelie

💞what’s the most important part of a story for you? the plot, the characters, the worldbuilding, the technical stuff (grammar etc), the figurative language

It used to be the figurative language and conveying emotions. Now it's more exploring the characters' psyche and conveying emotions (as it's still also one of the most important things for me!)

#7 for the writers ask game?? :)

hello! thank you for this!! :D 7. What is your deepest joy about writing? I think it's being to prove to myself that "yes, I can". Showing others that "I can" is a huge bonus, but knowing that I REALLY can, that's just...wow.

It's great for my self-esteem, especially since I'm always struggling with that. There are people who have read some of my works and given me positive comments and it just really fills me with so much energy. It brings me so much joy knowing that I can and will continue to "can".

I love to write, whether it be fanfiction, my own og fics, or my self-inserts (I'm surprisingly really proud of them--I have a sideblog if anyone's interested lol jk). But yeah, I love to just...write. And knowing that I can...well, that just gives me so much hope, which in turn, gives me joy.

can i ask maiden of the wasteland 👀?

ooh so i don’t have a ton for maiden of the wasteland iv mostly been rotating the characters in my head but basically it’s about a demon who gets trapped in a dimension (maybe?) next to the underworld. and she kinda decides to guard the border so other demons don’t get trapped or brutally mcmurdered by any of the Beasties™️ that live in the wasteland. the other character is a vulture demon who tries to run to the wasteland to escape the underworld and she saves him and convinces him to go back. cuz dying in the wasteland is worse than living in the underworld. i think eventually he basically becomes king. i like him a lot because he is a bearded vulture and usually bearded vultures use clay n dirt to dye their feathers red but he uses the blood of his enemies <333

Last Song You Listened To: Jacaré by Sofi Tukker. I’ve been listening to this track and Jain’s Makeba a lot. Other than that, I’ve been listening to a lot of songs with scifi vibes, which isn’t super helpful for working on my canon-era MDZS fic for the Reverse Big Bang.

Currently Watching: Star Trek: The Original Series. I watched the AOS movies recently and fell down the Spirk rabbit hole. I’m loving the ethical and existential questions that the original series poses. They really tell such compelling stories with duct tape and tissue paper shirts.

Currently Reading: Mostly Star Trek fanfics, but I started Tillie Walden’s graphic novel On a Sunbeam at the recommendation of a friend. And I’m planning to read volumes 2-4 of Doughnuts Under a Crescent Moon later this week. I’ve been reading a lot of manga this year, but I did recently read David Levithan’s new middle grade title Answers in the Pages in one sitting, so I recommend it if you’re into intertwined stories and hate censorship.

Current Obsession: Spirk. The original space gays have me in their grip. I made a new sideblog @startrek-sos. I don’t think I’m escaping this one. I’ve already ordered a Starfleet enamel pin for myself and done some limited palette art on @raine-hearts-art.

Last song you listened to: Tolerate it by Taylor Swift. I used to be a veeery casual listener but I loved Midnights and I've been really liking her music, lately. Also I love Hell's coming with me by Poor man's poison. I love songs that tell a story.

Currently watching: I'm starting Ginny and Georgia, just on the second chapter but I like Georgia.

Currently reading: Right there with you on the way too much fanfiction. I'm also reading MDZS for the first time, now that I have all the volumes. I have watched the live action, the donghua and read some of the manhua and heard a couple snippets from the audio book but I've putting off reading the novels because I'm still on my SVSSS phase, and I'm still reading all the fics I can find.

Current obsession: MXTX and, more specifically, SVSSS. And what do you mean you have written a fic for SVSSS? How is this the first time I hear about this?????? I need a title or a link please.

Hmm…I’ll go with Tambay by Spongecola. It’s such a feel good song and I absolutely love the vibes. It’s my go-to Tagalog song, and I just fell in love the moment I heard the first line. Argh, I love that song.
