these are my both-insane-but-in-wildly-different-ways sorcerer twins scarlet and vermillion; i originally created them for a collaborative hp fanfic project about a murderous cult but im not active in that fandom anymore so they are kinda orphaned now, guess i will try to squeeze them into a different storyverse at some point.

What is your character(s) overall health like? Do they tend to be conscious of their body and try to look after it or do they not care what they put in their body/do with it? Do they get sick often?

scarlet goes out of her way to keep healthy and strong. she does not get sick often bc she tries her best not to, she hates feeling ill. her left eye is injured and very sensitive to light, so she keeps it covered, and light getting in there causes migraines (on top of the usual echo induced headaches)

clementine has good health, beyond her echo-induced faintings. unlike other echo havers, she never got better with time, if she has a vision shes gonna pass out for a while

mathias was left injured permanently by the calamity, he has a limp and his back never healed back properly, so he often is in pain, especially if he did anything that requires strenght. he is however also world's worst patient as he would rather work through the pain than rest, he HATES feeling useless despite how much people around him tell him he is not, so he often overexterts himself and end up bedbound. part of the reason why he decided to become a full time bard

snow is blind, sensitive to light, sickly and tired. he literally had to make a pact with a voidsent in order to function enough to take revenge on the empire and get his father back

justine gets under the cut bc sensitive topics (tw for a mention of disordered eating, disordered sleeping and alcohol)

justine is starting to feel her age, and on top of that shes just bad at taking care of herself. she skips meals often, hardly ever sleeps, overworks herself, and in general grinds herself weary to the bone until she can barely stand up, and drinks too much just to try and numb it all out. she tries to hide it with fancy outfits and makeup and by acting glamorous, but if youre careful it still shows

I don't really have an all-time fave, so going with the current one. So this one should be pretty obvious as I'm so annoying about her right now. Thanks to the hyperfixation on sw that hit me like a truck, I am putting so much more work into her character and story now than I ever had before. (Pretty much how it was with Zoiya when I created her.) Let's see how long this lasts.

I've mentioned it before here and there in tags but Luna is my oldest oc and the first one I've ever put serious work into. The 2000s Fantastic Four movies were my first exposure to superhero movies and I thought 'hey that looks like fun!' and that's basically how she came into existence.

This one was hard to decide because I don't exactly have a purely evil oc. I also considered Carol, Shireen, and Yártien. While the others kill as well, having their very own interpretation of justice, Harper is extremely self-righteous. If people stand in her way, she will not shy away from making sure they don't, no matter what kind of person they are. I'd say she has a soft spot for nurses though.

One of the calmest and most reasonable Jedi you'll meet. She is just so full of love and joy that some would question whether she strictly follows the Jedi Code or not? She really has to put a lot of effort into not forming any attachments. Additionally, killing her opponents will always be her last resort. She even tries her best to get Inquisitors to come back to the light side.

Luna was raised by and learned from the smartest man on Earth. So, I thought I'd make her smart too. Back when she was created the mcu really lacked female geniuses. She's an expert in several scientific fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, and all kinds of engineering and a lot more. She's the ultimate nerd.

Yuna dates a serial killer knowing full well what he's doing. She's also pretty dumb and oblivious. Not necessarily stupid but she only has one brain cell. Head empty at all times.

Rose is a great best friend. Very dedicated and loyal. She has a big family so she's also very social, though not overly obnoxious. A very good listener and always tries to give helpful advice. Sometimes that advice is just to go out and have stupid fun to free the mind from the problems for some time. idk I'd just want to be her friend haha

OC LORE DUMP: SCARLET FEVER

Scarlet Fever is (yet another) character in Superverse! She was previously "employed" at Scelestic, but has since left. Born Cyrus Trottwood to two loving parents, at the age of 6 she was kidnapped by Scelestic while playing a little too far from home with a friend.

While at Scelestic, she was forcibly trained into being the groups personal lackey, someone expendable to do dangerous dirty work and fights, stripped of her name and her agency. Unfortunately, this sort of "training" was.. heavily traumatic, to say the least, especially from such a young age. Thankfully, she was under the care of Betty Miller, also known as Kitten Smiles, a kind-hearted woman working for Scelestic out of circumstance. She took a liking to the young Scarlet, and really only stayed with the villain group in order to keep her safe.

Raised into being the personal weapon of Snake Eyes, Scarlet was often the one made to kidnap people for the group. With her powers, the ability to show people their fears (great or small), it was easy for her to incapacitate unprepared supers and restrain them for "harvesting."

At one point, in late 2020, she was made to do so for one of the most famous heroes in the country, the Golden Guardian ( @pbjpuppy's character, also known as Bailey Goodfellow), and managed to succeed after a scuffle. Bailey, however, wasn't kidnapped to be harvested, but rather for information due to her connections to other famous superheroes, like President Man, the president. Being kept with and under watch of Scarlet, the two managed to bond over being young people in a bad situation (though, at the time, Scarlet hardly considered herself a person), and Scarlet and Betty eventually allowed and aided Bailey in her escape.

Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on who you ask), Bailey wasn't able to stop thinking about Scarlet after her escape, and subsequent faking of her suicide, and went back for her. Scarlet was hesitant, to leave somewhere that (to her knowledge) was the only place she'd ever known, and especially to do that with someone who she was told was the enemy. Urged by Betty, though, Scarlet decided to go with her, and the two moved out into a remote cabin in the woods together.

Eventually, despite their differences, they managed to get closer, falling in love. Bailey, as well, helped Scarlet adjust to being a "normal" person, with hobbies and interests, rather than just a weapon. A few years out, they're trying to reintegrate back into society together, with fake identities.
