his name is dahmo, if you couldn't tell. He's the younger brother of Sephy, my other genshin oc

he works for the tenryou comission and is boyfriends with heizou bc i like heizou a lot and wanted him to have a bf

they are originally from sumeru, like their brother, but they live in inazuma for work obv

they dont have a vision, and i do think their job at the comission isn't too important, like idk doing paperwork or smth heh
