This is a doujinshi called Q's Copyist by Nakatani Nio.
It's a short little story builds off of the chapters of Forbidden Scrollery that focus on Akyuu's mystery series written under her penname; Agatha Chris Q.
I don't want to say too much about this doujin, but it draws some interesting parallels to the touhou community. It's a nice wholesome read that put a big smile on my face by the end of it.
You can read it on dynasty-scans, but I'm going to link to the source of the scanlation instead of the dynasty-scans link:

I was very excited to see what Nakatani Nio was going to write next; I think this isn't quite for me, but it's still cute and well written and I'll stick with it a bit longer. It's about a young boy who 'investigates' (or mostly just comments on) world-changing bugs/glitches with his adult landlady; Nakatani's art is as good as ever, and I like the premise of the world being strange and everyone just living with it, but I wish there wasn't this faint hint of May/December romance. (Okay, she's not really old enough to be 'December,' but also he's a middle-schooler, and she's far more into him than any of the other young adult tenants that they all live with.) We'll see how it goes; I'd love it to be about growing up and learning to navigate a world that doesn't always make sense with other people, so I'm going to hold out hope. :)

“You know, love doesn't mean 'I never want you to change.' But I don't think it means 'I don't care if you change' either. So I suppose it might mean, 'I believe that you'll always be the person I adore.' A declaration of faith, perhaps.”
