If anyone has any idea on how to make a sore throat stop hurting or being sore I’ll take any suggestions rn I’m in pain I cant talk (im going to go insane if I can’t even quietly explain things to myself) and it hurts to swallow (yippee I’m starving but it physically hurts to eat)

I ate some ice cream and it helped a tiny bit but it’s not a permanent solution and I can feel it starting to hurt again

I'm feeling quite fuzzyheaded today, probably because it's getting close to that time of the month again. Everything seems a bit off. All I really want to do is eat and sleep. On top of that, I somehow managed to hurt my neck. It could be from wrestling with the dog or maybe I coughed in a weird way. Who knows, right? I took some Advil in hopes that it'll help with the pain today. I had plans to do a workout, but I guess that will have to wait for now. I'll stick to my fasting routine in the meantime.

Interestingly, the Advil seems to be giving me heartburn. Lately, I've noticed that happens quite often. So, I've made the decision to cut out coffee, tea, and chocolate for a while. I've heard that eliminating those things can help with acid reflux. Plus, I'm trying to lose weight, and I tend to use a lot of creamer and sugar in my coffee, as well as sugar and honey in my teas. It wouldn't hurt to consume less of those while I'm on a diet.

I'm hoping the Advil kicks in soon because the swelling in my neck feels like it's putting pressure on my windpipe, and I absolutely hate this sensation. I think I'll lie down for a bit before dinner to give myself some rest.
