I dont think there will ever be another ship that gives me the buzz that Rina gives. This was a real slowburn where I loved the characters as individuals and together as a couple. They both had relationships that failed but they overcame obstacles to stay together because they both wanted it. They grew together. They support each other. They want each other. A question about cuddling! My thoughts:

Janine usually initiates the cuddles.

Typical day: It’s 7am. Egon has already gotten up to brush his teeth and grab the newspaper. Janine rolls over to find him reading. She pulls him into a cuddle. He subtly tries to turn it into more than just cuddling. 🙃 But they have to get to work, so there’s barely any time for cuddling or anything else.

That being said: When Egon isn’t feeling well, he turns into a big baby who wants lots of cuddles. He even lets Janine be the big spoon sometimes! Like when he comes home from a particularly intense bust and his muscles are all achy, there’s nothing better than a warm shower and cuddling in bed until he falls asleep.
