Masterpiece Theater III | A Tribute to the Dream SMP

I’m so happy to finally announce this project in full! This MAP was the largest, most ambitious project I’ve ever done, and I’m incredibly proud of how it turned out!

This massive project will premier on my YouTube channel at 3pm PDT (6pm EDT) on April 24th! I better see all of you there supporting all the amazing artists, the mods, and the editor that helped to make this happen!!

This project was done with love for the story of the Dream SMP as a final send off to something we cared deeply about. Part of that is the fact that this project was started before many of the controversies that now surround this fandom. I am so grateful for these artists for sticking with it despite this all, and that now we can give this a proper good sendoff!

Please reblog to spread the news about this project!! As of today there is a week until the premier, so lets make sure everyone can come and watch as well!! :D

bro how is there not a masterpiece theatre III animatic 4 the dream smp yet i just listened to it on repeat for like half an hour and i can envision so many cinematic scenes to some of the lyrics/beats like

I feel like its a fandom passage to get a MTIII animatic and for one with such a big animation community there isnt one that i know of yet?? is it the length of the song?? bc its almost 7 minutes?? maybe ill be the one to do it if i can actually learn how 2 animate with this new tablet lol

Code Lyoko AMV | Marianas Trench - Masterpiece Theatre III

My secret project is now revealed! I decided to try something new over the summer and reintroduce myself to premier pro by creating an AMV. My initial plan was to edit to one sequence of the song, but one thing led to another and I ended up doing the whole whopping dang thing! Marianas Trench holds a special place in my heart, and there’s so many reasons MTIII in particular resonated with Code Lyoko.

Working in 480p was a bit of a challenge and the quality isn’t as polished as I’d wanted it to be. At least twelve year-old me would be proud!
