I need some help again

I hate doing this but I am desperate again.

I'm in the process of trying to leave my current living situation. I've been trying to move in with my partner for some months now, saving up when I can but I only work part time due to chronic pain, fatigue and mental health and get very little hours because we are overstaffed.

I'm currently trying to use one of those pod container services to move my belongings because I cannot drive and cannot trust anyone here to help me with the move except for a friend who very kindly offered but their vehicle isnt able tow a trailer.

I currently have about 1300 saved for this. I was given an estimate of $1,682.85 for the container plus delivery. And the cheapest flights I could find one way were around $200. So I need at least 582.85 just to get out of here and that's not including moving supplies like boxes, tape etc. Im rounding it to 600 just for simplicity.

After finding out about me wanting to move my family has become more hostile. Making racist comments towards my partner. Insisting that I pay bills that they have never mentioned or asked me to chip in with before. Saying that I owe them for things that I bought myself with my own money. Trying to guilt me and otherwise emotionally manipulate me for wanting to leave. Which is starting to drive me back towards unhealthy habits and suicidal thoughts.

My partner cannot help me financially with this because he is currently trying to find a vehicle and I would rather he have a way to get to work. He was able to help by finding me a job that would be happy to take me once I get there.

hello!!

for anyone who may have been keeping up with this long thread, my family (me, my mom, and our three cats) has been living in a hotel/motel room for the last almost 3 months after being kicked out of our last place for two months of rent nonpayment as we couldn't afford the raise in price with my mom's income (i do not have an income).

well, we have a place!!!!!! that we can afford with mom's income!!!!!!

with a small issue. unfortunately, we, of course, do not have funds to move in right now. it's $948.73 to move in on Sept 23rd, or $1,498 for Oct 1st. we cannot currently afford either of these obviously, but we really want to move in asap and get out of this room. i do believe my mom is applying for help with things, but i do not know details at the moment.

of course, we also need the money for a moving truck, and likely people to help us move, given the family that helped us move out of the last place can't help move in, BUT we are more worried about getting the money to pay for the deposit and rent for when we move in.

if anyone has the ability to help us, we will be eternally grateful. i have art commissions open! and will happily draw for you! you can either contact me via dms here to talk, or you can go through my kofi commissions!

The belongings of my friend have been stored in a unit that is roughly 968 miles away form their current location. We have NOT been able to fund getting their possessions back as this is a tremendous financial hit to everyone when some of us are already struggling to even keep our lights on or food on the table.

Help me be safe !!

Hi yall, sharing this here in hopes of getting the help I need to have enough to move without being in debt.

I have somewhere to go, but getting there is my issue. I need money for my current bills and to be able to pay to send my things to my new home.

I hate having to do this but I don't feel safe living with my family & need to leave asap

We currently live in an old house that has an issue with the electrical wiring in the walls. There have been four power outages since May and each one has been blamed on me. My family knows about the faulty wiring but they still choose to place the blame on me and my PC. I built the PC in March and the issues only started when my nephew was out of school and my family installed a security camera in May

I've applied to over 200 positions since August 2022 and have been denied each time. Repeatedly told that I don't have enough experience for entry level positions or waiting months for feedback for retail positions. I've applied to gamestop & bestbuy and the most that's come out of those apps is being told I'm under future consideration.

I already had to deal with my family's homophobia, racism, and body shaming but potentially losing the PC that I built and was gifted genuinely has me scared.

I have wanted to run away with increasing frequency and am afraid of returning to find destroyed personal belongings. If there's anything you can do even if its just spreading this around that would mean the world.

Hello, people of Tumblr. I am someone who does not like asking for help, but in lieu of my therapist asking me to get out of my comfort zone, I have decided to post this. 

My husband and I are in the process of getting a new house, and we have never done this before and will be losing pretty much all of our appliances and wares.
