I could share my works in progress and all the the things i'm working on related to those things or I can throw out cute headcannons and I think I have a preference so here are all the cute sleepy headcannons I've got

Heralds Sleepy Headcannons

John gets whiney when he's sleepy. Borderline nonsensical in speech as he gets more tired, his voice goes up a little bit and his old southern accent starts to slip out. Once actually convinced to go to bed, he isn't exactly a peaceful sleeper. He tosses and turns a little bit unless he's holding something (or someone) and he mumbles in his sleep. He can and will get mad at you about something you did in his dream.

How Jacob sleeps is entirely dependent on whether or not someone reads to him or helps soothe him to sleep. He refuses to admit he's tired if he's in the middle of doing something, but it takes a while to catch the little warning signs of his for when he's gone too long between siestas. He talks less, stares off into space, kind of agitated. Generally though, unlike John, he doesn't need to be convinced to go to bed. He's actually an adult about his sleep schedule, mainly because he's learned to value every second of sleep he gets. When soothed, he sleeps like a log, unmoving and peaceful. He snores, but its not very loud. Its more like a low rumbling you can't really hear unless you lay your head on his chest. Left to his own sleep care, he thrashes in his sleep. He mumbles borderline incoherent statements about whatever nightmare is plaguing him, and his prone to sleep walking. He's been a sleep walker since he was little, but it got better as he got older, only to return full force once his time in the service was over. Their mother use to say he was a "walker and a screamer," so at least he doesn't scream anymore. It is very rare that during a nightmare he ever gets physically violent or acts out the actions in his dreams, but it has happened before. As such, he's very hesitant to let people around him when he's tired or near him when he's sleeping.

Joseph sleeps flat on his back with his arms crossed over his chest. Always has. Everyone thinks its weird, but he doesn't get it. He also sleeps fully clothed, which he also doesn't understand why people say is weird. His visions often plague him in his sleep, so he does actively sleep talk. It is rather common for people who sleep in the same room as him to be able to have complete conversations with him while he's asleep, only for him to not remember them when he wakes up. When sleeping in a bed with someone else, he prefers to be the little spoon.

Faith is a very light sleeper, something she attributes to her "sinful past." Every small noise from the creak of a floorboard to someone she breathing differently than normal wakes her. Once woken up, she has a very difficult time going back to sleep. Fortunately for her, Bliss tends to make people very sleepy. She's a professional napper at this point. Sleeping through the night might not be easy but there's plenty of quiet, secluded places to get an hour or two throughout the day. Generally a rather fidgety person, the only time she's ever truly still is when she's asleep.

Sharky snores like a freight train. Saws logs like nobody's business. Very avid cuddler, but if he's holding you when he falls asleep? Good luck getting out of that death grip, babe.

Pastor Jerome sleep preaches. He mumbles whatever sermon he was planning before bed in his sleep. He thinks people are joking when they tell him about it. They really aren't.

Kim swears up and down that Nick snores loud enough to send her to the couch most nights. He claims this is blasphemy. She laughs about it.

If you thought Adelaide was loud when she's awake, you should try sleeping in a house with her. While her snoring is sporadic, it is very loud. Xander will try to convince you it's cute.

-Phoebe and Wanda know karate, though Phoebe is a red belt and Wanda is a black belt.

-the only members of the gang that do play instruments are Phoebe (saxophone), Wanda (trombone and guitar in high school), and Keesha (clarinet)

@thatoneplantyouhave recently made an additional head cannon to my post about head cannons for the teachers at UVA that said that if you gave Mr. Hassel art you made outside his class, he would add it to his dragon hoard of art and cherish it forever.

So now I can only think of him having filing cabinets and boxes full of former students' art that the other teachers jokingly call his "Dragon Hoard"

Well, that and one student hands Mr. Hassel a meme they made of him on Pokemon photoshop (student printed it out) referring to his "dragon hoard" and he's so unironically amazed by it, said print accidentally becomes the lecture of the day.

He is becoming my favorite Art Teacher in any video game ever.

Wyrm’s are hermaphrodites, not too shocking, a common hc!

As you can see, I draw Pk to have a very long, fluffy tail. I like to think that The wastes are a cold place, so it’s probably used to help keep warm

Pk has sharp spines along his back and joints as added protection. Wyrm’s don’t have a lot of predators when they’re big, but when they transform greater protection is a must!

Is day vision is shit. Wyrm’s are cave creatures, the burrow and live mostly in the dark, so they primarily have night vision. They’re eyes tend to be reflective. Lights, like lumafly lanterns, can make it more difficult for them to see, as it goes from just enough for effective night vision, to too much light.

Man can’t see during the daytime, so he’s a nocturnal goblin for the most part.

While there are warm blooded Wyrm’s, PK’s species specifically is cold-blooded. Or more accurately, like a whip tail anole, where they are warm-blooded while young, and cold-blooded when fully matured. (Interesting phenomenon, look it up)

He’s fully matured (clearly) but grew up in a more isolated canal island, causing something called “island dwarfism”, meaning competition for limited resources caused metabolic efficiency to go up, and size to go down.

He doesn’t eat much surprisingly, doesn’t need to, as he doesn’t digest at the same rate as most bugs.

He’s got some scars from battles, One from Xero getting a hit on one of his legs, and one from the BlackWyrm managing to nick his tail.

He’s an efficient healer, adept with soul usage, so it’s not a suprise he heals most wounds before they scar

He does have a scar from Ghost hitting him in the dream palace. And a broken horn. He doesn’t much care though, never was one for appearances.

He did cut off his own wings, a) as a punishment for his actions and b) they were deteriorating due to void getting in them

He has a mask that suppresses his glow, he’s able to live pretty normally thanks to that.

When Xero tried to assassinate him, he let the man get a few hits, just for entertainments sake. Then when Xero actually did damage (leg scar) he fucking mauled him. Was furious at himself after, but it did set a good example. Don’t attack the king unless you want to die.

He’s trying his best to be a good parent, he’s not very good at the whole “emotions” thing though, and being a socially awkward hermit doesn’t help either when trying ti comfort upset children

He does still have his torn up old robes somewhere, it’s mostly uses as extra fabric in case he needed to patch a hole in something. He doesn’t care to wear royal things anymore.

WL is…..conflicted. As is Pk, they loved each other, but in the end WL abandoned him and he shut her out. They decided they’re better off not speaking anymore.

Chimi: Daughter of Vucub AU headcanons. Part 2: Rico and Chimi's encounter

After a year, Vucub took care of Chimi and Zatz, whom he treated as his children. Both of them sometimes go out on missions or to hunt (more the last one because they didn't have to risk being caught by Mictlan) One night, the two warriors went out to get some fresh air or just to come out of hiding for a while until they were gone. They ran into Mictlan's warriors, who were chasing them and ended up separating.

Chimi was somewhat lost in the Endless Forest, desperately searching for Zatz until she fell into the territory of Luna Island. This is where Rico comes in. He was outside the kingdom looking for food from him on his behalf and he meets her, looking at her curiously. Chimi noticed that someone was following her and out of instinct, she attacked him, ending up with him on the ground and her on top of him. As he was able to take a closer look at her, Rico was able to see her beauty and said certain words that he had never heard from a human: "You're...a miracle."

As Rico marvels at her, Chimi feels a slight fluttering of her, snarling at him as Rico tried to follow her but he couldn't reach her and lost her. From that moment on, Chimi couldn't help but think about the young Rooster Wizard, a feeling that might change her life forever.

A day has passed since she lost Zatz and she still hasn't found him. However, she would not be alone for long. One afternoon, Chimi was hunting for food and ran into someone she thought she would never see again: Rico. The wizard was glad to see her again while Chimi was not very impressed by seeing him, her hatred for humans was even more evident. Both Chimi and Rico continued on their way, with some small talk from Rico, since Chimi wasn't paying much attention to what she was saying. It didn't take long until they heard noises near them, something moving towards them. Suddenly, Zatz appeared in surprise, believing that they were enemies. Chimi was glad to see him well, as was Zatz. Both siblings hugged each other tightly.

Rico was confused. Zatz looks at Rico suspiciously as Chimi introduces him. Rico got nervous when he heard the word "brother", so he wanted to introduce himself in the best light. Zatz still looked at him in the same way but still received him well. The trio decided to advance so that they do not meet Mictlan's warriors. Night comes and they take refuge in the middle of the forest. When they were going to sleep, they heard a fight near them. They came closer to see what was happening and saw how there was a fight between Acat and the Princess of the Tecas, Maya. Zatz, somewhat upset by the dishonorable situation, decided to put a stop to it, with Chimi trying to stop him. Acat was shocked by the presence of her ex defending a human, Zatz looking at her with some anger. She couldn't attack him so she left.

Sans works as a janitor at Toriel’s school. Between breaks in class, Sans or Toriel check up on the other and make puns before Toriel has to get back to class. Sometimes Toriel packs a little extra to give to Sans in these breaks because he forgets his at home

Yes! Papyrus finds it odd that his brother has a job cleaning when his room is a mess. But, such is life. Sans seems to enjoy it which is all Papyrus could ask for. It seems Sans likes hanging out with the kids and giving them funny advice. Then he checks in on Tori on her free time. And of course the puns.

Naturally, Toriel noticed Sans is often forgetting lunch or just buying from Grillby's. Silly skeleton! So, she brings more than enough to share. They sit together enjoying the food and laughing at jokes.

The kids LOVE this. They find it wonderful that their teacher is in love with the janitor! So, they hang out with Sans more even if he does like to troll all the kids with his pranks. (Because, let's face it, most of them love his pranks.) One day, while talking to some of the kids, they bring up their science homework.

...

Toriel is in a panic as some kids are missing. They didn't come back after recess. Where could they be?! Before she alerts the whole school she notices movement in the school yard from a window and looks. That when she finds them outside with Sans as they are about to fire a home make baking soda rocket.

Oh, she is mad and about to yell at him when she gets outside and listens in. Sans has them calculating the needed amount of baking soda and vinegar for the proper amount of force needed to launch the rocket. As well as explaining the physics among other things. She tells him to stop.

Oh no... he's in trouble. He starts to apologize, it wasn't the kid's fault, he just go carried away. But she just tells him to wait there. He is sweating bullets. Then she brings out the rest of her class and then tells him to continue. He's as nervous as can be but she helps him out. Before long the rocket is launched and the kids are excited about making their own rockets and learning the science and equations he had been going over.

Sans is still super nervous about this. After all, Tori can't be happy. But she is. Oh, she loves this... and finds it very endearing how well he was teaching the class. Though she will admit he seems to do better with smaller groups than a large audience. At least while she is around.
