TS4 Modern Luxe Kit Curtains (short height only) - 4t3 conversion

One of those objects that I can't imagine WHY EA didn't make it before - it's just two curtains and a matching rod that will fit practically ANY window. That's it, incredibly simple, but fixes a massive headache!

They fit no matter if you use the rod or not, if you're using a narrower window. I also didn't convert the tall height windows because since tall height =/= double height, it felt... kinda useless to convert them :x

Curtains are 400 poly each and have 3 channels, rod is around 60 polys and only has one channel. All in Decor > Curtains, $125. BGC.

Functional Modern Luxe Purse

The Sims 4 Modern Luxe Kit was done in collaboration with Sims creator Xureila. All credit goes to The Sims and Xureila, who worked so diligently to create this beautiful kit for us. Since the late 1950s, video games have been a popular American pastime. The gaming industry continues to entertain us, educate us and help shape our views of the world. That's why I am so glad to see evolution of black culture and how we as a community continue to shape The Sims franchise.

This EA mesh edit requires Modern Luxe Kit in order for it to work. Included with this add-on is added functionality to that gives us twice the functionality in one object with "The Baddie's Bag": (1) a lunch bag for quick-meals/drinks and (2) a place for Sims to store their inventory items.

Modern Luxe Off-Campus Home (No CC)

I love the modern luxe kit that Xureila created with the sims team, and I used it to make an Off-Campus home for my sims that are in university right now. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a laundry section built into the second-floor hallway. I use a lot of packs btw like almost every single one I own.

I love this new kit so much! I used to have/use cc in this style, but since I "switch" to using only cc for cas (and mods) I don't have it anymore, and I kind of missed, so I'm so happy we have it officially in the game! I hope we will get more stuff in this/similar style in the future!

TS4 Modern Luxe Kit (all the rest of Buy Mode) - 4t3 conversion

I really wanted to make a better preview, with all the recolorable channels and stuff, but Things Happened and Are Still Happening, so please understand :(

Anyway, everything in the preview is included except for walls and flooring (the latter is EA anyway). Unfortunately I couldn't make the frame TV work with the artwork, so it became a normal TV, but I guess its size makes it useful enough.

I strongly recommend CC mattresses that come with loose, hanging blankets OR CC separate blankets for the bedframe since it was made with blankets in mind. @twinsimming has some that i really like! Also, the pillows are separate since I had to adjust the bedframe height to TS3 standards - which makes the pillow shadows visible in the preview practically disappear under the mattress.

Unfortunately the game acted up and I couldn't make a collection file, but most objects are easy to find (and you can search for "Deniisu" if you have @lazyduchess search mod). The less obvious are the single pillow (on Living chairs), the chair on the left (it's a dining chair, the same in TS4), and all the nonfunctional clutter in in Sculptures.

Also, the vanity was cloned from a Late Night one, but while adjusting the mirror plane, fixing textures, etc. it ended up flagged as BGC. I don't think a vanity will be incompatible with base game only, but here's a heads up.

Everything is recolorable except for the rug, and has working speculars (very noticeable in the preview). The bust and the single pillow, which have some interesting pattern options, have those on the mask instead of oodles of overlays, so you can recolor them the way you like.

Sorry again for this messy release, I know everyone was anxious for this one, but I need to rest a bit :x
