He may not be a monster derived from myths but there had been many who called him a monster of sorts.

After the Edo Tensei failed to send them back to damnation, each member was seized, kicking and screaming, back their home nations for their day of reckoning after a lifelong career of crimes against humanity. However, instead of offing as they should have, the Kage had the collective idea of rehabilitating the once terrorist organization--and it was successful. Fuck him was it ever so successful.

Now, here he was--here all of them were--domesticated like lap dogs. Pathetic, it was so fucking pathetic. Kakuzu was embarrassed, just not for himself but for all of them.

As the Akatsuki awkwardly conversed with each other, Kakuzu decided to join in instead of standing off to the side like an idiot. So, he walked up to the only member he never having issue with: Hoshigaki Kisame.
