Scooter boy.
Okay so by now it would be awkward if the title gave the impression that i’m a fan of his. As i said yesterday, well, few hours ago, i would explain why Scooter should just shut the fuck up. 
So we already know that people can’t stand him, that boy as bestie said, makes Charles look more tolerable, he’s shady, not friendly looking, whatever you want but that isn’t all. Besides the fact that this man seems to have a bone to pick with Jimin but that’s not the issue here.
Remember when he was in a way hinting to JK being in Coachella and you’d think that him being the Ceo of Hybe America that would mean that JK would be performing, people were already side eyeing him because of that, because also, as the damn Ceo you have no business hinting at one of your artists being in the attendance.

You know what haters were saying? Haters INSIDE the fandom and outside of it as well, that JK was the company’s puppy, the company’s favorite and other more viles things that aren’t welcome in this household. Why? Because not only Bang PD was there (Which is very normal, as he should really) but also because Scooter boy had to shove his ass in there too. Now does that mean he likes JK? 
But again that’s still not the point we know he’s money thirsty so Army already never really expected him to like our boys or care for them on that level. Now you would say that he hyped up Yoongi on Billboard 200 and Jimin for his #1 on Billboard 100 (After he has been eaten alive by Army and also didn’t even hype up official posts but okay) BUT those were after the releases and after these boys have been sabotaged left and right, Jimin more so but still. Now reason why i said this bitch boy is setting JK up is because the single isn’t even released yet, we still have no idea what to expect and man is already over here hyping it up. 
You know what’s actually good but still is making the situation even worse? Seems like the single will get radio play as it has been hyped up by a radio host as well. Let’s go back to the pictures above and what JK has been called because of that, does something click in your mind? We Army are already very proud of our boys for their achievements, organic and raw achievements that is, they did that with no moula and i’ll be honest with you but we do like to flaunt that, we are proud of our boys and we like to let the world know that they did THAT! 
But you see the problem here? Everybody is already at our boys necks waiting for an opportunity to drag them into the mud. They’ve already accused Army of manipulating the sales or whatever for FACE and D-day, refused to believe that Yoongi and Jimin were able to make it through hard work and a devoted fandom, they’re waiting for an opportunity to say that something is rigged, something is shady about that, yada yada. 
Jungkook is more than capable of achieving phenomenal numbers and break the charts too, but since that Scooter boy can’t shut his butthole up, no matter the hard work JK is putting up on his own mfrs will open their shit holes to say that Scooter had a hand in that, that he has been doing some shady business to make JK break records. As i was discussing this with my friends yesterday, bestie informed me that people were already at it actually, Swifters were waiting for an occasion to do that because they too have a bone to pick with Scooter and instead of targeting HIM they’re targeting JK.
Wanna know what else is not helping this situation at all? The fact that just very recently “Cupid” turned out to not be a song that has been organically growing and hyped up the way everybody thought. At least Scooter boy could’ve faked his support to other members as well just to keep up a façade and save our boys from accusations, because at the end of the day, that mfr won’t face hate but JK will do in his stead. 
I swear every time i try to be excited about Seven something comes up and ruins the mood, like damn wtf?? Can y’all let our boy have a peaceful release? Everything is just so infuriating i swear..

The Myofascial System and Mind-Body Connections for Improving Health

Myofascial System
Throughout the years, scientists dissected the human body to obtain knowledge of the body’s structure and functions. During dissection, fascia is cast aside in receptacles and rarely studied. Fascia is the connective tissue that forms a web-like structure that covers, and connects every aspect of the body including bones, organs, muscles, nerves and blood vessels [1]. Although this structure is found vastly throughout the entire body, all of the functions of this tissue are still being studied. The myofascial system acts as an “exoskeleton” for the body and its inherent architecture is described by principles of biotensegrity. Tensegrity principles describe architectural structures that have continuous tension with discontinuous compression providing stability and flexibility of structures. Within the human body, concepts of biotensegrity link organizational structures at the molecular, cellular, tissue, organ and organ system levels [2]. Biotensegrity refines the explanation of the body’s ability to adapt to change and the mechanics of movement by providing mobility, stability and function [3]. At the cellular level, microfilaments serve as the tension components (straightening) and microtubules function as compression (bending) components [4]. In addition, compression of the extracellular matrix transmits mechanical forces directly to the cell and nucleus through the architectural model. At the tissue level, integrins, extracellular matrix and the cytoskeleton, mediate mechanical signal transduction (mechano transduction) throughout the body [5].
Furthermore, the fascial system or “exoskeleton” provides compression-resistant or tension-generating components [2,6]. Fascia is composed of collagen fibers and ground substance, rich in proteoglycans, especially hyaluronic acid (HA). The HA acts as a lubricant so that fascia glides easily over muscle epimysium and acts as a shock absorber [7]. Fascia constantly transmits and receives mechano-metabolic information that can influence the shape and function of the entire body [3]. Following an injury or lack of exercise, the fascial system weakens, and HA becomes adhesive causing fascial restrictions. The fascial restrictions lead to changes in biotensegrity causing poor body alignment, decreased muscular strength and coordination. The compressive forces or lines of tension within the joint can lead to pain due to free nerve endings [7].
Mind-Body
Langevin HM [8] hypothesizes that unspecialized “loose” connective tissue, or fascia, functions as a body-wide signaling network. If the fascial network provides a communication system, could emotions use this same system to communicate? Pert [9] believed that the body is the unconscious mind and traumatic events are stored within the body. Emotions and bodily sensations are intricately intertwined through a bidirectional network. Memories are not only stored in the brain, but within the psychosomatic network of cells within the body. Pert [9], states, “The idea that the mind and body could be treated as a whole, that the emotions could be accessed through the body, not just the mind, for healing, and that the result could improve the health of the organism appealed to our deepest instincts.”
Additionally, the belief that tissues could possess the ability to store information or “memories” is still controversial in manual medicine. However, Tozzi P [10], explores the idea that every time a cell changes its shape, a vibratory message signals through the extracellular matrix forming a “body consciousness” connecting the nervous system. Furthermore, memories related to disease, physical or emotional trauma cause distorted vibrations, thereby altering the consciousness of memories stored in soft tissue [10].
Moreover, the idea of mind-body is not a new idea. Emerging disciplines such as psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) focus on the interactions between the endocrine, immune, and nervous systems and allow for a broader scope of how the mind and body interact [11]. Biopsychosocial factors, such as psychological stress, influence the immune system. Chronic stress leads to immune suppression, which is mediated by endocrine factors [12]. The connection of mind-body is even more apparent when studying Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). Research indicates that individuals with ACE’s have significantly poorer health outcomes, health risk behaviors and socioeconomic challenges [13]. Complementary and alternative medicine begins to bridge this gap in healthcare.
Myofascial Release
Uniquely, myofascial release (MFR) is a type of manual therapy that requires a low load, long-duration stretch to restore optimal length, decrease pain and improve function. The low load and long duration hold used in MFR allows for plasticity versus elasticity changes in the tissue. Myofascial release restores hydration of the tissue and physical changes to the body’s structure so that improved movement patterns can be appreciated. Changes to the biotensegrity of the body allow for decompression of structures in the body leading to reductions in pain. Structural changes that occur from MFR may provide an avenue for releasing such memories by unloading tissues that decrease neural input and the mechanical load of fascial structures [14]. Manual therapy may affect the changes in the viscosity of HA causing a reset of “dysfunctional memories” that were stored in the fascia [10]. Within the biotensegrity matrix system, the body’s information is communicated through a harmonic wave motion through vibrational chemo mechanical energy [15].
In a case report published by Goyal M, et al. [16], the use of MFR and myofascial unwinding improved depression and quality of life in a 39-year-old homemaker. Myofascial unwinding is a somatoemotional release technique that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system that leads to the release of tissue emotions (Henley, et al, 2008). The authors contribute the improved quality of life and depression scores in the patient due to release of ascial restrictions at the physical and the emotional levels. Hence, MFR provides a conduit to the mind-body connection at the unconscious level in addition to structural changes to improve biotensegrity.
Recommendations
Undoubtedly, the mind-body relationship is a powerful connection. Traditional therapy typically works in silos for the treatment of either physical or emotional but not both. Western medicine often treats one system or aspect at a time. Myofascial treatment has the possibility to the change physical properties of the body (biotensegrity) and facilitate emotional release for a more holistic approach. Working interprofessionally should be encouraged to treat the biopsychosocial factors associated with improved quality of life.

When your lower back hurts,...it's your butt's fault. That's right. Poor back gets a bad rep here. If you've been having back pain, it might be because your glutes are not firing properly or are weakened due to lack of use or of imbalances and weakness in the muscles. Problems with the low back muscles can derive from the SI (sacroiliac joint) - the junction at the base of the spine connecting the backbone to the hip bones— is a common cause of low back pain, not always an obvious one The body has two sacroiliac joints, one on each side of the spine. Each joint’s role is to act as a shock absorber and support the weight of the upper body, while remaining relatively stable. The gluteals (glute medius, glute maximus and glute minimus) surround this joint and absorb the pressure from movement. The pain felt in the back can often be a result of compression of the spine, fascial restrictions or of alignment in the SI joint and spine. Often from either overworking the muscles around the SI joint or not using them at all, causing atrophy, muscle tension and tightness and even muscle spasms or the most common, being lower back pain. One exercise I have found that is simple and relatively effective (and very easy to execute), with or without weight or resistance bands, are "Bridges." Glute bridges work the abdominals and the glute muscles and help to strengthen & activate the glute muscles (and hammies too). If you're experiencing lower back pain or hip pain, but don't have access to a therapist or equipment, I highly recommend bridging to a stronger and healthier back and glutes with some easy to do bridges. When thinking about the solution of the problem, you should understand that you need only a doctor to correct serious violations. With small changes in posture, it is also possible to work with fitness using such tools as gym classes, Pilates, stretching, myofascial release.
With violations of posture, you need to lie down, stretch the muscles that are overstrained. Weakened, on the contrary, lead to tonus. For example, when the hip flexors are overstrained, the slope of the pelvis changes, the deviation in the lower back increases, which causes pain. There must be a balance between flexors and extensors. Overworked pectoral muscles can increase sagging. In English, the posture is " posture"; one of the three layers of skeletal muscles is the postural muscles that are between the vertebrae, the processes of the vertebrae. Their task is to control the spine. If you activate them, it will help improve posture over time (of course, not in one activity, it's a long process and even a way of life).
To change posture, I would say that it is usually necessary to change the stereotype of a person's movement using basic exercises. Such as:
