Yepp! For inspo, I found a plausible image for your MC :)

Portia is swept away by your boldness. She blushes violently and tries to find a way to reply, but giggles are all that comes out from her mouth. She keeps track of it, though, and just as you're alone the part swaps, and she's the one who turns the cuddle time into something more intense.

Lucio is one to be careful with. He won't even be surprised by your shameless advances (He's Lucio, of course you love him!) and will push back raising the stakes. More than once you ended up embarassing the people you were with. Much like you, behind closed doors he's the cuddly type, and you laugh together about how the people reacted.

Muriel is quite the opposite. He didn't expect you to be so bold, and if you're not careful he'll be annoyed by public flirting and being hit on shamelessly. You had to pull out your best, subtle moves ( "won't this fur be great on your bed? It's so soft on the skin"), and to your surprise at that point he's happy to reciprocate ("I don't know, maybe we should try it here first").

Nadia is THE master flirter. You still recalled the time she proposed to take her cheeta's place "In case she felt lonely". Between the two of you t's a delightful game of seduction, wits and coolness. She brushes off your flirts with a polite smile, and waits for you to tower your defences flirt back -brushing your legs under the table, or with bold but always impeccably appropriate proposals. She's so masterful that can get you to clench your legs in the middle of a political meeting without anyone suspecting anything.

Asra loves to play dumb. He pretends he didn't get the meaning of what you just said, or that he misunderstood your gesture toward him. He pushes you to explain clearly what you meant and what you want, and smiles amused at your embarassment.

One thing Julian didn't expect was for you to flirt back. The very first time you swept him off your feet, but he swore to himself that it would never happen again. He's not as shameless as Lucio, his flirts are always subtle as he loves to play the gentleman part, and so he replies to you flirts like he's the one who can keep his cool (spoiler, he's not) - but when he takes your hand to kiss it gently, you can se the desire burning in his eyes.

Julian was the last of the main three that I played bc I'm f2p and I wanted to get all the paid endings, and like sure asra had some moments that were pretty suggestive, but n o t h i n g prepared me for Julian's route. he was horny from the very beginning. and like I didn't mind it, I think his route is one of my favorites despite not really caring for more sexual themes in games most of the time (mainly bc in games like this they're usually pretty cringey imo jxbsjs), but it was just shocking. the rating of the game really doesn't help with that lol

Julian's was the first route I played & my favourite, he's probably my favourite LI from all the games I've played, he's so pathetic he makes Mammon look like a functioning adult by leaps and bounds,

at one point I had to leave my phone and walk away out of frustration because he wouldn't stop prosecuting himself over every minor inconvenience, mc could sneeze and julian would try to drown himself in the ocean, never before have I wanted to crawl into a game purely to yell at someone,

him and mc are so instantly horny for each other (starting from the prologue itself before any of the routes have started) that the only explanation is that they were into each other pre the last masquerade/while working together but it never went anywhere because of everything holding them back (the plague, asra/both of them being into asra etc) that once they meet after both of them lost their memories all that latent sexual tension suddenly got released and now they're fucking their way through the realms heedless of whether they're currently in mortal danger,

seriously on multiple occassions while in a fuckton of danger they take a break to test out a new kink - 'oh we're in a possibly hostile realm and on a time crunch? have we tried temperature play yet?' SIR PLEASE THE WORLD IS GOING TO END -,

julian's got the self esteem of a wet paper napkin but is trying his best to hide it behind the dashing rogue pirate act and mc is increasingly baffled by all of it - sir how did you get into your 30s with the sincere belief that you need to perform some sort of circus trick for your partner to kiss you & that it's borderline insanity for them to kiss you purely because they like you,

i want to put him in a glass leech jar and shake him around,

his reverse route!? - I'm in love with tragic characters who doom themselves despite how hard they struggle to break free of the narative before eventually giving up and resigning themselves to their fate to the horror of everyone around them who can see at least 10 ways all this could have been avoided, he makes me froth at the mouth,

for all his issues mammon is like the perfect partner - that's not me being biased, objectively he has everything to be the perfect partner - julian on the other hand needs to be on a leash to stop him from running into oncoming traffic (but he'd probably like that the kinky bastard),

the first thing the apprentice does after Julian's route better be taking him to therapy

Vesuvia is full of little cafes, specializing in everything from Zadithi green cardamom coffee to Prakran chaat and chai; one may find places serving strong black tea from samovars in the Nevivon style, or even, in one notable little shop, the salted butter tea of the high steppes.

Most are so small that they must place their tables and chairs out in front, but Julian does not mind this; he likes to watch the people go by, about their daily business. He also likes to watch Jinana in turn, hir dark eyes flicking here and there with hir restless attention - tracking the path of a ladybug, the meandering of a child, the leaping of a street cat from awning to awning.

When those eyes inevitably return to him, he very deliberately brings a bit of pastry-cream to his lips on the tip of his thumb. He licks it off with a slow curling of his tongue, unable to keep a smirk from curling his lips, too. S/he watches him steadily, a single brow arching in amusement.

S/he then lifts hir own cup, draining the last of the coffee within. It leaves a bit of foamed milk along hir upper lip, and even as he watches, the very tip of hir pink tongue emerges to lick it away with a leisurely, sensuous deliberation. Hir eyes remain locked with his, and Julian can't help the heat that begins to pool in his cheeks, and elsewhere.

Jinana simply smiles at this evidence of his defeat. "Oh, darling," s/he says, sweet as honey. "Do keep trying."

S/he drops a tiny wink before rising, and he follows, as he must always follow, willingly. He would have it no other way.

So, I'm back into The Arcana. My first route was Asra's, I finished Lucio's last night, and now I'm on Julian's.

It's truly so cruel that I can't be with both Asra and Julian. Like where's my route where I call out how toxic they were for each other while also pointing out how much they do truly care for each other despite their conflicting emotions? Where's my route where I teach Julian he's lovable and valuable while also forgiving Asra for what he's done to me?

I just want to love them both, is that so much to ask for?

-Good morning, darling.- you can guess he's really tired from the way he blurted out those words. He sits on the sofa, his body feeling ten times heavier than usual: he probably would have collapsed there before even going to your bedroom.

-'Morning, love.- you reply between some bites. You walk a few steps and sit on the armrest of the sofa, right next to him: his eyes were closed shut, your hand delicately moving a few locks of his hair from his face. He opens one eye, noticing the toast in your hand, and opens his mouth as if asking you to give him a bite, to which you agreed silently.

-You should go to bed, Julian.

-Mh, yes but... Look, I found this on my way home. Thought of you...- he gets a small rose out from the pocket of his shirt and hands it to you. You couldn't help but smile, accepting the small gift in your hand and bringing it quickly close to your nose, letting it fill your senses.

-Thank you, Julian. I love it.- you move closer to him, your lips brushing his cheek in a light, sweet peck. - Now, bed! -

-Yes, yes. On my way. - he smiles, his tired eyes meeting yours before you gave him a gentle kiss on his lips. He stood up slowly, his hand squeezing yours before he left a peck on the back of your hand.

-Sleep well, sweetheart. - you help him reach the bed in your shared room and send him a flying kiss, before closing the door behind you, a shy smile painting your lips.

You loved him so much, and oh how much love you felt thanks to him.
