As a writer off screen characters deaths seems shitty to me. If it’s hinted beforehand then I don’t see a problem with it but it’d be a terrible move to just be like “Grant’s dead. Your dad that has been training his entire life to defeat his dude. Yea he’s dead”

Is he badly injured? Probably.

what I think what happened is that Willy probably got in a fight with Grant, Hermie and May Opened up the door to see what was happening. Willy as soon as the door opened ran. Grant ran after him as May Hales unfroze the others. Willy managed to escape before the others could get to him.

If he stayed around to fight he probably wouldn’t have gotten away in the first place. Willy’s more brains than brawn, sure yea he has muscle but he’s also been “alive” for 80+ years. I don’t think he can do fight 1v3. (Or 1v6 if May hales did unfreeze the others)

Despite everything, my biggest lore question is where the fuck are hermies parents? If he canonically stayed at D.A.D.D.I.E.S the entire 2 months (which god- realistically I hope not) did his parents know? Did May Hales wipe their memories or something? Did he actually get to go home between shifts? What about school? If he just didn’t show up for 2 months that has gotta be an issue, right? Pokemon headcanons for the teens

Scary's first partner was a Ralts that evolved, but she "replaced" (simply got a second partner) it with a Gothorita.

Whenever Scary is in emotional distress they tend to try and cheer her up (especially the Kirlia.) But then Scary gets sad that they're "making her look weak and like she cares" (they're sad, so she's sad, so they're sad, etc) and it's bad and toxic, and heartbreaking because Scary doesn't care (she cares so much) and they're not helping (The two of are helping. A lot more than they realise.)

Taylor has a Pawniard. Maybe also a croagunk, or a purrloin, but definitely a Pawniard. Probably also a Greninja/Frogadier/Froakie.

Taylor desperately wants pawniard to become a kingambit, not realising it's a terribly slow pokemon, and wouldn't be able to cool wall runs or anything.

He also has a Ghouldengo (Rich kid) but it's like only Level 12 or something. Cassandra handles it more than him.

Normal has a Leavanny and a Milcery. The Milcery is from his mom, the Leavanny he got from Henry as a Sewaddle.
