love your endless ocean content; that game was a huge part of my childhood! do you have any headcanons for the characters?

I have a few EO headcanons, though I know some people with a whole lot more lol! Here's some of mine:

Hayako is somewhere on the autism spectrum, as is Katherine

Oceana is really internet-savvy (specifically with the late 2000's-early 2010's internet, when the game is set, so rage comics, impact font cat memes, Miku, and niche diving forums would be her jam), and runs L&L's company social medias

GG is an influencer. FF and Finley are too but they're way more annoying abt it than GG is. "Do you know who I am?" kinda stuff happens regularly with them - while GG does that too, he's more self-aware and does it ironically

Nancy acted as a sort of mother figure for Oceana after her mother died. Despite being very busy with her job, whenever she'd visit Nineball to deliver something to Jean-Eric she'd always make a point to spend time with little Oceana, and bring her little gifts

Once Hayako joins L&L, she and Oceana become very close friends. Together, they indulge in a lot of frivolous stuff that neither of them got to do as kids, like painting each other's nails while Oceana infodumps abt her favorite sea creatures and Hayako rants about her parents and the arranged marriage they're trying to force her into (the arranged marriage is canon lmao)

Oceana’s Rebellion (An Endless Ocean Fanfic)

Summary:

When sleep eludes her, Océane looks back on the events earlier that day — her mother's pendant being the catalyst. Unanswered questions begin to pester her. The desire to reclaim her father's pendant, which she had lost as a child, burns within her.
