So in a certain forum someone took the time to make a “timeline” full of fantasy and inaccuracies to convince people p and sm are ringing the wedding bells by now. However, they left some key moments out that do not fit their love story and that are gathered in this list below. Enjoy!
- Pedro and SM like each other’s pics since 2015 on Instagram.
- They are longtime friends and met at the NYU
- January 2021 Pedro starts to promote SM’s book. Sm was in Argentina until March as he always does. He was not in Italy in December or January. Pedro was in Switzerland.
- April 2021 SM goes to London and shows up at the BAFTAS, wearing regular clothes. The next day he hangs out with some female friends of his and takes Pedro and Maria B., who look like outsiders with sm and his friends.
- These same friends visit SM in Tuscany in July 2021.
- Pedro goes to Chile in May 2021, SM stays home.
- Pedro goes to sm’s event in Milan on end of May as any friend could do.
- Pedro goes to Canada to film TLOU.
- Sm stays home, travels with friends in Italy, does his thing. Travels to the Dolomites or the Swiss Alps and fandom goes crazy thinking it was Canada but it wasn’t.
- December 2021, sm goes to Argentina and stays there until March as he always does.
- He and Pedro meet in Colombia after the Holidays for a quick friends trip. Pedro sees his longtime friend Cristina and goes to San Andres with sm and other friends, a place he has been with several of his friends, men and women, and his rumoured boyfriend BA.
- They spent the Holidays apart when they could have definitely spent it together.
- Pedro spends his bday in LA with family and friends in April and SM spends his with his family in Argentina.
- May 2021, Sm goes visit Pedro in LA and goes to his TUWOMT premiere along with several of other Pedro’s longtime friends and family like Grace R., Robin T, and his father. Then he visits Calgary because he is already there, right? But goes just for a few days
- Sm doesn’t go to the premiere in NYC or the SXSW event, but goes to LA and every other that has the big wigs.
- Pedro wraps filming on TLOU in June and goes straight home to LA and stays there chilling with friends for the entire month of June and part of July. Sm stays in Italy.
- Pedro goes to Madrid in July for a week to start the Almodovar movie, then goes to Lisbon for another week to visit other friends. Then returns to Madrid and works on the movie
- Sm spends his time in Tuscany with the same female friends from London, the ones he visited in April 2021. This time, they visit him in Italy.
- Sm goes to Greece for 2 weeks and follows and gets followed by a lot of hot guys, and posts pics at the same places as them. Stays at the beach chilling. Then he returns home and stays put.
- Sm shows up at the Venice Film Festival as a guest along with Javiera and Pedro and other people who worked at Javiera’s movie: No media outlets talk about them, they act like regular friends.
- After 2 months of Pedro in Spain, they meet at the festival in Venice that is literally near Milan, where sm lives.
- Sm goes to Madrid, but right when Pedro leaves. Pedro goes to LA and sm stays in Europe.
- Except for Colombia, all their meet ups were on event occasions. They could have met many times along the year but chose not to.
- Sm is a writer and could stay longer anywhere since he can work from home, yet stays in Milan.
Omg, anon! 🤯🤯 after all this work you had I couldn’t not post it! And yeah, it’s hard to not notice everything you pointed out! 😛😛😛

"Maria. I have a gift for you." Dedue catches her walking the monastery's grounds, and presents her with a bouquet filled with bright red flowers. Perhaps by luck, or perhaps by more, they were the same shade as her hair. "I have been growing some of these in the greenhouse. They are... important to me." The corners of his mouth lift, if only slightly. "Enjoy your birthday."
The bouquet is not the first she has received this day, but one would not be able to tell from the smile it springs to her face; she treasures this gift just as much as she treasures the first, each and every bloom proof that someone had remembered her this day and wanted her to smile.
Maria looks up at him, all sunlit crimson and earnest eyes. “Important?”
The word lends new weight to his gift, even with the sincerity with which Maria receives every one. A gentle hand caresses the petals of one flower; they are beautiful and soft, and she thinks that if they are important to him... then she is lucky to be given something that means so much. They are not unlike the subtle shift in his expression: small, and yet significant.
“Thank you, Dedue,” she replies, and holds the flowers close to her chest (crimson, like the family she’ll bring back together one day; crimson, like a wish of his she does not know, but makes with him nonetheless). “I’ll take good care of them, I promise.”
She smiles back at him. The bouquet is not the first she has received... but it is the one that makes her think she should buy a book and press the flowers between their pages.

Eu estava apreciando Maria Bethânia e ouvi este texto : “Antes de julgar a minha vida , Calce os meus sapatos e percorra o caminho que eu percorri. Viva as minhas tristezas, as minhas dúvidas e as minhas alegrias. Percorra os anos que eu percorri, tropece onde eu tropecei e levante-se assim como eu fiz…..”, acho que maturidade é sobre isso , espero que este ciclo que se inicia tenha uma paz imensurável, menos expectativas, muito trabalho e amor incondicional. There's a series of knocks at Maria's door, gentle enough that they wouldn't startle anyone hearing them. "Hey there, miss Maria von Medon. Did I get that right?" A cheery, sing-songy voice comes through muffled by the width of the door, it belongs to none other than the Blue Lion's tall redhead with a worrisome reputation. He doesn't wait for the door to open before barreling on with his speech. "We go to the same class. It's me, Sylvain. You probably saw His Highness Dimitri berating me out in the hallways once or twice for- uh... no reason at all."
There's... somewhat of an awkward pause before he continues. "Anyway, I caught wind that it was your birthday, so I thought a pretty girl like you deserved a gorgeous bouquet of flowers to decorate her shelves with. Though... you can throw it away, if flowers aren't your thing." There's yet another pause, but he doesn't relent. "I can leave this on your doorstep if you don't want to open the door for me. I get that a little often, actually. Just watch your step when you walk out, okay?"
In the midst of sorting through the new additions to her room, a knock breaks Maria’s concentration-- and a new voice holds it. The sound of it is vaguely familiar, but nameless until it-- he-- Sylvain-- so kindly provides one, her mouth dropping into a small ‘o’ with the sudden recognition. Him? He’d come to give her a birthday present, even though they’d never spoken? Whether stunned or simply wanting to give his monologue the attention it deserves, she sits there for a while, forgetting to move.
That is, until he announces his departure. The idea of not even opening the door for him-- of so casually throwing away a kind gift-- is far too cruel and sad for her to stand, and, panicked, she plucks one of the new blooms about her room and rushes to yank open the door. It swings open, and she skids to a halt just shy of the forewarned gift, free hand swiftly thrown and braced against the doorframe.  (Later, when she is not so worried about missing him entirely, she will think they’re beautiful)
“Wait!” Her eyes land on him with relief, glad to see he hadn’t gone too far yet, and she holds a flower of her own out to him. It is a little thing, as precious as it is fragile, but it is the best she can offer on such short notice. “A thank you present,” she explains with a smile, bright and warm. “For remembering when you didn’t have to! And you got my name right, too!” At last, she scoops the bouquet into her arms. “Thank you...! I’m really happy!”
A cheerful laugh slips from her lips as she settles back onto her heels.
“See you in class, Sylvain!”

"Maria. Here." A wry, perhaps even smug smile crosses Ike's face as he slides the gift over. It's a slab of honeycomb chocolate, as well as three statuettes. The make is clearly not by Ike's hand, but at least by his direction, and they are of a lion, a hawk, and a cat. Although... they appear to be a little strange. Why do they have tattoos?
Scarce have the statuettes made it into Maria’s arms before she’s tilting her head, holding them just a bit away with bright and curious eyes. Perhaps their adventure into the tunnels lent Ike some sort of insight as to what the little princess will enjoy, for the gift has perfectly captured her interest. A good few moments pass of her unfiltered awe, the pieces shifted slightly in her arms as she studies them with fascination-- and then she abruptly remembers something terribly important: she hasn’t said thank you yet.
“Oh!” Her head snaps up, her delighted grin made somewhat silly by the surprise and fascination that skew the corners of her mouth; it only settles into place as she rocks forward onto her toes, head tipping to one side and gift now held close to her chest (with the exception of chocolate, of course). If he was giving her something, then-- he knew? And after how she’d troubled him at the training grounds, too... “Thank you very much!”
Her attention shifts-- again --to the gift, not out of disregard or dismissal, but of a simple desire to look at it again; when her eyes flicker back to Ike, her grin has waned in size, but not warmth, a pleased little smile curving the line of her lips. “I’ll take good care of them, I promise!”

The stereotype was that dragons were attracted to shiny things. The thing is, that wasn’t a stereotype at all—it was complete truth. So, when Kana was off playing alongside a beach and saw something twinkling in the sand, of course, he had to go pick it up! As luck would have it, he had found himself a tiny, beautiful sunstone washed ashore, polished by the ocean waves. That was months ago, but all this time, it had sat untouched in his room while he tried to figure out what to do with it. [1/3]
Sure, rocks were cool, but he already had a cool rock that he wore around his neck twenty-four-seven! Maybe it was time to give someone else a cool rock necklace. Word traveled fast that Maria’s birthday was approaching, and who better to give his special gift to? A quick visit to the jeweler’s had the stone twisted carefully into an intricate silver encasing and strung on a silver chain. [2/3] Another stop at the greenhouse had Kana leaving with a flower crown comprised of beautiful white carnations to offset Maria’s pretty red hair. Grey eyes shining, he bounces over to her side when her special day finally comes. “Presents for the birthday girl!” he chirps happily, thrusting out a small box containing the necklace, and then carefully setting the flower crown on top of her head. “I hope you like it!” [3/3]
There’s a sparkle that glimmers brightly within Maria’s eyes the moment she spots Kana, recognition a foregone conclusion swept along with the joy of seeing a friend.
(They were friends! Kana said so!)
“Kana!” She takes a page from his book and chirps his name (all bright sounds and bouncy syllables, not unlike its owner). The box is accepted with a small and curious smile, held gingerly like the treasure it is as she leans over to accept the flower crown in turn. It’s a wondrous thing, a small garden of white carnations spun into a wreath, and when the weight of it settles upon her head she thinks this is the most she has felt like a princess in a very long time.
“Thank you,” she giggles softly, head tilting as she peeks at him from beneath the new weight of her flower crown. This alone would have been enough of a gift, but the smooth box under her palm reminds her that there’s yet another gift waiting for her. Fingertips hooking on the edge of the lid, she pauses, peeking at him again. When he seems not to mind the idea of her opening the gift in front of him, she removes the lid--
--and gasps at the sight that greets her.  A polished red gem sits within a silver frame, strung about a chain of the same color, and it is so pretty and lovely and such a thoughtful gift and--
“Oh, Kana...” The chain is cool against her fingertips, the back of the pendant cooler still, and her lips can but curl into a gentle smile. Sunstone, she thinks; she recognizes it by the memories of halcyon days long lost brought to life in the color of sunlight upon crimson hair... but how did he know? No, there was no way he could have, which meant it was simply a color he thought suited her, didn’t it?
All at once, her heart swells, and she sweeps him into a joyous hug, warm and weightless laughter ticking his shoulder.
“Thank you!” She squeezes him, careful of both the precious gift and the necklace he brought her. “Oh, thank you so much, Kana!”

Left at the foot of Maria's door that afternoon is a box wrapped in brilliant blue paper and tied off with a yellow ribbon, roughly equal in size and weight to the average spell tome. Shaking it produces the noise of numerous smaller objects rattling about inside, and opening it reveals a tin of foil-wrapped hard candies along with an unsigned note.
"Happy birthday, Princess Maria. The candy is store-bought, but I hope you'll enjoy them regardless."
Another gift awaits her when next Maria opens her door, and at first glance she thinks it must be a tome, perhaps from a fellow Archanean... but Merric and Prince Marth have already given her presents today, and Kris... well, she isn’t sure he even remembers her. So then who...?
Then the box rattles when she picks it up, the little princess freezing for a moment in utter bafflement-- and a bright peal of laughter resounds as she takes it into her room. That would teach her not to jump to conclusions!
Once at her desk, she very carefully undoes the wrapping and lifts the lid, and sure enough the gift inside is no tome, but a tin accompanied by a modest leaf of paper. The latter is what she attends to first-- and she realizes with great confusion that it addresses her as Princess, something that, while not particularly a secret, she has made no habit of sharing; at the same time, it is unsigned, and that is what puzzles her most. Of those who knew of her, who among them was aware of her status and yet so humble in their gift-giving? A few names come to mind, but every one of them she writes off as either having visited her already or being unlikely to visit her at all.
In the end, Maria simply pries open the tin, and true to their word the anonymous gift-giver has provided a wonderful stock of candy. Careful to only take a single one for now, Maria unwraps a sweet and pops it into her mouth.
“They’re delicious,” she announces to no one in particular, one hand gleefully pressed against her cheek, and then: “Thank you! Very, very much!”
It isn’t as good as getting to say her thanks in person, but she hopes that one day, she’ll have the chance to.

Bernadetta is late, and delayed by the number of times she turns heel upon seeing Maria flocked by other students, but eventually she manages to approach the young student with the carefully decorated cupcake she'd made her. "H-happy birthday!" She squeaks out, holding it out to her. A stuffed wyervn with a red bow around its neck is pulled from behind Bernie's back. She had to rush it a bit to finish in time. "I hope you like it?"
Bernadetta may be ‘late,’ but she is no less welcome, greeted with a radiant smile fit to stop the sun from setting and place it back atop the sky. Presented with a cupcake and a plushie in rapid succession, Maria blinks in surprise, taking hold of one with her hand and nestling the other into the crook of her arm.
“For me?” An admiring glance is tossed each gift’s way, but her eyes shine their brightest when they land upon the girl in front of her. Of course, there is no question as to whether or not she likes it, because-- “Oh, I love it! Thank you so much!”
As if to prove her point, she turns a curious eye to each gift in turn. They appear to be handmade, and so she well and truly looks at them, that none of Bernadetta’s hard work will go unappreciated or wasted. Actually, the fact that she’d made an entire plushie for her is enough to spring a silly grin to Maria’s face that refuses to fade. An entire plushie! For her! Affection bubbles in her chest, and she presses a little kiss to the wyvern’s nose.
“Bernie, this is incredible!” She angles her hand to take hold of one of the wyvern’s wings, gently waving it at her. “Ser Strawberry--” She giggles happily. “--And I are really, really happy! Hee hee!”

As many as the hearts that Macedon’s youngest princess has won over, the Hero-King’s very own numbers as yet another. Standing before the girl, a well-meaning glimmer of eyes betrays his intention: the extension of a lightweight package. Not too long ago, such a thing as birthdays had not been so extravagantly celebrated during their harsh days at war. Now, there was nothing to either cause or excuse any lack of effort.
“Your birthday has dawned upon you in a foreign land and I had feared that you might feel alone. I see now that my worries are happily unfounded!” Marth chuckled, gently placing the parcel into her hands where a tiered chiffon dress lies folded inside. Light, soft to the touch, and dyed in the delicate purple-blue shade of wisteria. A popular color with younger girls the local tailor had advised, though it had been Marth who commissioned the design.
“May you experience a wondrous birthday, Maria. Although, you must forgive me if it is not a precise fit—I had judged your size to be similar with Tiki’s.”
In truth, Marth’s visit in and of itself is gift enough for Maria. Like many others, she ever and always holds him gently and dear within her heart, and her face lights up so brightly as to defy pretty words and poetic metaphors; it is joy, plain and simple, and it is Marth for whom her smile shines.
“Prince Marth!” His name is woven with a laugh, and she runs up to him as she always does, meeting him halfway. His usual grace sees the gift delivered safely into her hands, and for a moment, her gaze darts between the parcel and the prince. To answer to open? To open or to answer? After a beat of silent conflict, she lands upon the inevitable choice: to answer, of course.
“Hee hee, I’ve been so busy today I haven’t had time to be lonely!” It comes close at times, creeping up on her in crimson hues and every warm wish from someone else’s voice, but it has not caught her yet-- will not catch her until she stares at her desk and waits for a letter or two that never comes. For now, however, her fingers trail lightly over the cover, spared a warm glance before she looks back up at him. “Thank you for worrying about me.” The twist of her lips is small but endlessly fond. “This is one of the best birthdays I can remember!”
Prying the lid from the box, she gasps, fingertips gingerly touching the fabric within. It’s soft to the touch, the color of gentle fairytales, and so lovely she wonders if it can truly be hers... But the best path with Prince Marth, if she’s figuring things out right, is not to contest his kindness, but to thank him.  And perhaps to beg his forgiveness in a moment, if he doesn’t like hugs. It’s her day; can’t she, just once?
“Thank you, Prince Marth!” She laughs and throws her arms around him. “Thank you, really truly!”

"Maria!" Merric's voice finally catches up to her after lectures. With a gentle, warm smile, he approaches her and offers her a small item, wrapped carefully in a piece of fabric. "It's your birthday, isn't it? I hope you have a good one. And, um, I hope you'll accept this." Inside the wrapping is a figurine of a young wyvern. "Happy birthday."
A familiar voice abruptly pulls Maria to a stop as she slips out of her last class for the day. She recognizes it at once, despite how little she and the owner have talked in the years they’ve known of each other-- something she is quite happy to see remedied in more recent days. Truly, his voice suits him, sunny enough to spring a matching smile to her face and sweet like the springtime his verdant hair so swiftly calls to mind.
“Hello, Merric!” She cups her hands as she nods, gingerly holding the gift placed upon her waiting palms. “Yes, it is! Thank you so much for remembering!”
She leaves him with a happy laugh and many more thanks after that; later, when she has returned to her room for the day, she will unwrap it and blink for a moment, then stare a while longer. A wyvern sits upon her desk, frozen in time, as if plucked from the very forests of her homeland and made small. It is no paragon of ferocity-- but then again, it’s better that way. Perhaps her mage friend (are they friends now? The hope lingers in her chest) had not intended it, but to see such a peaceful wyvern simply being kindles a gentle warmth within her heart. Had their chat the other day made him a bit homesick, too? Not that she minded at all; it was good to speak of her family, to tell others of the good no one else knew. She taps the wyvern’s snoot fondly, and names him Osmond.
(Though it is her hope that he won’t have cause to beg the favor of her healing magic in the future, if he ever does, then perhaps he will see the little wyvern perched in a place of honor upon her desk.)

“Maria!” The moment Rhys had realized Maria’s birthday was coming up, he’d gotten busy. He was quite happy with the fruit (ha) of his labors, holding a pan of sweet berry tart with a crumb topping, dusted with confectioner’s sugar like early morning frost. It was homemade looking for sure, yet charming in his eyes. He beamed upon seeing her, presenting the tart to her. “Happy birthday! This is like what my mom makes, but I thought it was fun to try something a little new! The kitchens have so much I didn’t growing up, like this sugar on top. Would you like to try some? I picked the berries myself yesterday, they certainly smelled lovely while cooking.”
“Oh!”
For all that they’ve talked of baking together, this is the first time she’s had the chance to see her professor’s skill with treat making. And what a treat it is! Before her sits what is unmistakably a berry tart (a feat in and of itself), crowned with a lovely layer of sugar atop crumbs. It looks absolutely delicious, and when he invites her to take a bite, her eyes grow wide as saucers.
“I can really have some? Oh, thank you!” With her shoulders hunched up as if she is doing something sneaky and not having some of her very own birthday present, she samples it-- and her hand flies to her mouth, her eyes shining, sparkling with pure delight. The dessert is sweet like its name and its maker, something warm and comforting kindling in her heart as she chews. It tastes-- well, it doesn’t taste like her home, but it tastes welcoming and kind. If food could reflect the maker, then... She smiles as she eats. That was nothing new; she’d long since known what kind of person her professor was.
“It’s so tasty!” Is what she says instead, exclaimed gleefully from behind splayed fingers. Then: “Should we eat it together, Professor Rhys? Treats are so much tastier when shared! And I’ve been thinking about what I should bake next...”

"I hear it is your birthday today," Alfonse says with a kindly smile as he holds out a bouquet of red and white flowers bound together with a ribbon for his fellow Lion to take. "If you'll forgive the lack of originality... Happy birthday, Maria. May your future be blessed with good fortune."
“There’s no such thing as originality when it comes to presents!” Maria laughs, and she means it, returning his smile with warmth and gratitude in spades. Birthday gifts aren’t meant to be original, are they? They’re meant to show you care! And Alfonse-- “Alfonse,” she says with a mellifluous giggle, the barest hint of playfulness tugging up the corners of her mouth, “I think your gifts are a lot better than you realize!”
She likes them, at least, happily threading her fingers through one loop of the ribbon to examine it. Perhaps it was just meant to bind the bouquet, but it will remain even when the blooms have faded, and for that she is grateful; maybe then it will look cute tied around Ser Strawberry’s paw!
“Thank you--” She turns her smile back up to face him. “--for the flowers and the wishes. I like them a lot!”

One hand is already raised to knock, the other hidden behind her back, and still she hesitates just before her fist comes down on the wooden door. Her meetings with Maria have been nothing short of pleasant—really, there should be no reason for her to hesitate at all, but she does pause for a moment.
With a quiet sigh, she finally brings herself to knock against the door. Once, twice, thrice, and when it finally opens, Marianne reveals the sunflower bouquet in her other hand. “I, um, I heard it was your birthday,” she says quietly. “I hope you don’t mind that I, um, brought you a gift.” Her head tilts to the side, her eyes crinkling slightly as the edges of her lips turning upward into a small smile. “Happy birthday, Maria.”
Maria had not expected any visitors that morning, the knocking at her door coming as a surprise-- and even then, she had not expected it to be--
“Marianne?”
The girl’s name is half gasped, half giggled, affection eclipsing surprise in just a few short syllables, and when Marianne smiles, Maria cannot stop the grin that rises to her face-- nor does she want to! She lets the full weight of her joy rest in every shining line of her expression, taking the bouquet into her arms and cradling it gently. Sunflowers... Maybe it wasn’t odd for Marianne to remember, but it was nonetheless sweet.
“Mind?” She blinks for a moment. “Why would I mind? It’s wonderful to see you! And these-- oh, they’re so lovely!” As if to prove her point, the cleric hugs the bouquet lightly, still mindful of the blooms. She would hug Marianne, too, were it not for the gift in her arms and the slight embarrassment of last time; she settles instead for peeking out from between the petals, warm laughter bouncing off the leaves.
“Happy-- oh, um.” Wait, no. “Hee hee. I’m really happy... Thank you, Marianne!”

Note
She isn't sure why she feels compelled to do this today, but regardless of the sender's intent, a small batch of cookies and a weaved flower crown is left outside Maria's dorm. A folded letter is slid under the door that reads as follows: "Dear Somebody, It is strange, I felt the urge to gift an arbitrary stranger, perhaps it was something I saw in a dream once. Either way, I hope your day is wonderful. From, Someone." Hopefully, the recipient likes flowers and cookies.
So busy is Maria with tidying her room in the midday lull that she doesn’t notice the letter slid under her door until long after its sender has left. There is a familiar sort of excitement that buzzes to the very ends of her fingertips as she unfolds it with practiced care, as though she has been waiting and waiting for such a thing to arrive. Curious, that; she’d never had a pen pal before, had she?
The sender seems to be just as confused as she is, compelled by something unknown to write to someone equally unfamiliar. And yet... it is gentle, and she smiles when she opens the door to a pair of gifts. They are flower crown and a bag of cookies, and they feel right. Except...
“But I was supposed to make the cookies,” she murmurs softly in protest, and then stops. The heartache is so sudden, so inexplicably lonely, and she finds herself rubbing at her eyes.
“I wanted to make them for you...”
The letter is the only one that sits upon her desk, but she treasures it all the same.
