“Would you still love me if I was a worm?”

Ft: Pure Vanilla Cookie, Dark Cacao Cookie, Eclair Cookie, Madeleine Cookie, Espresso Cookie, and Lilac Cookie

A/n: first post back! Wanted to start small with headcanons to get back into the groove before doing full fics again

Pure Vanilla Cookie

He smiles and cups your cheeks. He quickly agrees saying he’d love you no matter what form you have. He’d hold you close and kisses you.

“Of course I’d love you if you were a worm!”

Dark Cacao Cookie

He’d just stare at you, not sure how to answer that question. Are you about to turn into a worm? Is there is something you’re not telling him? Is this a joke? He doesn’t give you clear answer.

“…what?”

Eclair Cookie

He’d stop what he was doing and slowly looked at you. He started to think over history if anyone has turned into a worm. He does look for transformation books, hoping to stop the transformation.

“Are you turning into a worm?!”

Madeleine Cookie

Similar to Pure Vanilla, He’d pick you up and kiss you. He’d hold you close and show off his beautiful smile.

“I’d love you no matter what you look like! But would you love me if I was a worm?”

Espresso Cookie

He makes a disgusted face and shakes his head and continues on with his work. He is very concerned for you and how came up with such an odd question.

“Where did you get that question from? Was it Madeleine Cookie?”

Lilac Cookie

He thinks about how to answer the question. If he says no, you’ll be sad. If he says yes, you’re happy but its weird. He takes a little more time before speaking.

“..Yes..”

I would like some headcanons on how madeleine cookie would deal with a dragon s/o who had the tendency to steal his sword and shield.

Ah, yes, because we love it when S/O holds valued objects hostage.

Wrote this a little last night and finished it this morning! I have a test in like an hour that I should be studying for but oh well

Actually it’s a LA test so does this count as studying?

Tried out something different from my usual headcannon set up, I thought the arrows looked pretty and wanted to give them a shot :)

Apologies if it’s a little bit OOC again, I’m trying to reintroduce myself to their personalities after not writing for them for like half a year.

Madeleine x Dragon! Reader

Romantic

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ A knight and a dragon together, how ironic. Madeleine doesn’t care much about irony, though. All he cares about is the fact that he’s head-over-heels puppy-dog in love with you. This boy falls HARD, no matter if you’re a dragon or not.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Another small thing he cares about is the fact you keep stealing his weapon and shield, especially right before he’s sent on an important mission. When you did it the first time Madeleine was genuinely panicking thinking he’d lost or misplaced his things- like searching everywhere, turning over stones and rocks outside kind of panicking.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Then he finally came up to you to ask if you’d seen them, only to learn that you were the perpetrator who has stolen them- the bETRaYAL! He’s gotten used to it now, and whenever he wakes up to find his sword and shield gone he knows exactly who to go to.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He can get a little annoyed by it if he’s in a big hurry to go somewhere important and you’re being stubborn, but it’s mostly fun for him to try and retrieve his stuff from the fearsome dragon guarding them like they’re some sort of hoard of gold.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He takes your kidnapping of his things as a sign that you always want him nearby, enough to feel comfort in his most valiant objects, and that you know you can always get his attention in this way.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ By this point it’s also a bit of a game- he’ll try and hide his sword and shield from you when you aren’t looking, and he’s gotten pretty good at finding better hiding spots. It’s pretty much a back-and-forth between the two of you now.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He has actually lost his things multiple times via not remembering where he hid them himself, and he has to retrace his footsteps and try and find them. It’s pretty funny to watch, and he’ll try to cover it up like he hadn’t just lost his things in an effort to make sure… well… he didn’t loose his things.

Guess you showed him, huh? Still, while he complimented you on your fighting skills, he kept reminding you that had you waited for him, he would've easily handled everything just like you did! You just had to wait for him was all! He certainly ate his words when you saved him the next day from a gang of attackers.

notes: hhhhhh i procrastinated on this for way too long, so sorry snow anon 😭 every time i try to write this i either get a brain crash or grow upset with what i wrote ajdkfhs—but! this is no time to complain!! this is (hopefully) a slump that i’ll get over one day. tho i will say that i’m not that proud with this, so sorry if you aren’t that satisfied with this content, but i do hope these are enough to inspire some ideas for you if you request some more!

also—my first ‘named’(?) anon!! yay!!! i didn’t think i would get one for awhile tbh, but ayy we got one! i should add an anon list to my intro post now that i think about it… 👀 but anywho—welcome to my blog! ^o^)/

❀ there’s never a moment of doubt with madeleine—he won’t let you doubt yourself or your relationship. as a prideful knight it’s difficult to bring his self esteem down or any of the confidence that those close to him have, including you

❀ even if you weren’t feeling insecure about anything madeleine still likes to praise you about everything; from your physical attributes to your personality and though it sounds like he’s repeating himself at times i can assure you he’s not merely saying it to be nice, he’s saying it because he genuinely means it

❀ madeleine is also a very touchy person, even in platonic relationships he’s always giving out hugs and piggyback rides (i hc that he gives them all the time for the kids hehe), so when he’s dating you? oh boy

❀ he’s always touching you in some way; handholding, hugs, carrying you in his arms, picking you up lion-king-style—you name it, he’s doing it. also, expect a lot of kisses. doesn’t matter if it’s in public or not, he will give you a smooch right then and there. i’d honestly say his love language is physical touch, but he seems to convey his love for you in any way possible so he doesn’t limit himself to just that, physical contact is just easy to do for him cause he can do it whenever :)

❀ whenever he’s feeling extremely happy about something he likes to pick you up and twirl you around before pulling you into a hug

❀ first kisses are an important moment in one’s relationship and i’m sure even madeleine knows this. this may come off as more of an unpopular hc, but i don’t think madeleine would initiate the first kiss. sure, he may be the cuddly and affectionate cookie in the relationship, but he wants to wait for the perfect moment to finally kiss you, which may take awhile so this task might fall onto you

❀ as a knight he probably gets into fights a lot so he tends to dedicate most of his battles to you :) (this is for you, (reader) cookie!)

❀ absolutely teaches you how to fight!! just ask and he’ll show you how to hold a sword! this causes him to daydream a lot about the two of you fighting side by side one day… maybe he should commission someone to make you some armor?

❀ madeleine doesn’t strike me as the type of cookie to get jealous. in situations like someone flirting with you he’s kinda oblivious to their intentions and drives them away without meaning to lmao (after they run away he’d just turn to you like, “was it something i said? 🥺”)

❀ but one scenario i can envision him getting jealous in is if you were to start praising someone else. madeleine loves your attention so to have it go to someone else that might be better than him?? they are clearly asking for a duel! >:( no, it’s not a fight, it’s just a contest with madeleine showing off how he’s better than them at something

❀ this gorgeous cookie is a fan of gifts—giving, receiving, it doesn’t matter, he just likes them a lot. he gives you tons of presents just because he can and they can be quite excessive… and expensive. if the amount of gifts you receive almost daily bother you madeleine says he’ll try to tone it down, but it’s kinda hard to when almost everything he gets you is because they reminded him of you

❀ madeleine would appreciate anything you get him even as something as minuscule as, let’s say, a pen, but he does have a bit of a preference for handmade things. he’s just so in awe with your talent and to think you took the time to make it just for him?? why, he’s never shone brighter than before! (and, no, angel cookie wasn’t the cause of the sudden light)

❀ will go around and show off the thing you created just for him, boasting about how lucky he was and how amazing you were—madeleine is a great way to boost your sales if you did commissions just fyi

❀ madeleine likes to return the favor btw so if he’s ever getting a handmade gift from you expect something crafted by him soon. i think he’d actually start gifting you more things he’s created after the first one—it’s just so fun! it actually leads to him taking classes to learn how to make something and inviting you to learn along with him

❀ oh, and who could ever forget matching items?! he’s such a huge fan of matching things. doesn’t matter what it is; if it’s a pair, he’ll get it. do not separate.

❀ pet names? absolutely. his nicknames for you can range from “darling” to “my sugary sweet baby schnookums <3” (he says the heart out loud somehow). he repeats the nicknames you choose for him back to you, so unless you want to be called his “little scrimblo” then don’t call him that, though i can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want that 🙄

❀ all in all, madeleine is a wonderful boyfriend to have: there’s never a dull moment with him around and he’s just so loving that there’s no room for hate in your heart towards anyone

Social interaction is pretty high on my fear list, and if I see even a tiny roach I will instantly scream as high and loud as I can. I have a pretty bad fear of being alone as well, I always want someone to be somewhere near me even if we aren’t talking. Also pretty much an insect and/or bug freaks me out.

But he does complain about all the webs...clean em up next time kid.

Latte: Thinks the world of you, a young hero! Oh could you be one of her students? That would be so fun! Like a supportive mom :) Openly says how proud she is someone like you is stepping up to take down threats that are to much for the police! Also it helps that you make sure almond comes home earlier, she wishes she could thank you for that :)

Madeleine: Another young hero such as himself? HOW WONDERFUL!!! He'd wanna be your friend so badly! If you worked together it would end badly, since he sends beams of light that can cut through things...you've fallen a few times because of that BUT NO MATTER! You shall be the greatest heroes the divine has ever seen!!!

Espresso: Complains, I mean first light magic now this... will try and study the webs he is given, but doesn't really get anywhere since organic matter... Hello! If it's alright with you, may I request headcanons for Espresso, Madeleine, Affogato, and Pure Vanilla with a child who is just like their other parent? Some qualities that they share would be that they are sleepy (sometimes appearing as lazy, though they do get things done) and gentle, but can be quick to anger if anything were to happen to their parents (if it's too much, you can just do regular headcanons of them with a child)!

Espresso

~| Espresso? With children? That is quite the mix. This man is a big nag, and any child he would have had to be well behaved else risking him stressing out and blowing a fuse.

~| Gets onto the kid more times than once to get up and do something productive. He gets on to you for the same reasons as well, even you aren't safe from his nagging.

~| You're going to have to take care of both of these cookies. With your child being, well, a child and Espresso being obsessed with trying to get into the Genus Book of World Records for longest all-nighter, you'll have a lot on your shoulders.

~| When Espresso takes days off he will take care of you in return. He will try and take care of the kiddo too, but he is not and never will be good at parenting.

~| He'd be pretty shocked at how much the kid loves him (at least, enough to care about him if something were to happen to him). He protects them in return- at least he's responsible.

Madeleine

~| Hangs out with the kid way too much. Probably more than he spends time with you- oop. He likes how much energy kids tend to have, and matches it quite well. Even if the kid is more tame than most, he's still going to harass them a lot.

~| You and the poor kid don't even have the chance to laze around- Madeleine is always wanting to do something. Go out for ice cream, go to the movies, play a game, etcetera. Madeleine is very ADHD.

~| Madeleine acts more like a child than the actual child. You may have to ask your kid to babysit Madeleine a few times.

Affogato

~| This man relates to you a lot. He tends to do as little as possible, and has that same lazy manor, but can be deadly efficient when he needs to be.

~| He enjoys the peace a lot. Will often laze about with you and the kiddo in his free time,he prefers that over anything. Your family is just one big pile of sleep.

~| Absolutely teaches the kid how to manipulate others into doing stuff for them. He is proud to pass on his skills to them. "Dad, didn't you say this to mom/dad/parent yesterday, though?" "Uhhh that's all we have time for today!"

~| Surprisingly good father. Your kid probably looks up to him, and he gives bomb head pats.

~| Kid definitely does not get their temper from him. First time Affogato saw the kiddo blow up he was just like "Oh. You get your temper from your other parent."

Pure Vanilla

~| He's the father who absolutely cannot tell the kid off no matter what they do. You're going to have to be the bad guy, he literally cannot handle it. He tried to be the bad guy once and literally broke down into tears thinking he was being mean and a horrible parent.

~| Both of you are spoiled half to death, between him being the literal king of a thriving nation and all the servants.

~| He doesn't have much time to give, but when he does, he makes sure that he spends all of it with his family. He will beg you to come have a picnic with him, or watch a movie.

~| He definitely evens out you and your kid's quick temper. He has patience enough to spare for a while kingdom, he just can't deal with being strict at all oop.

Yandere cookie head cannons because I am nothing if not self indulgent.

Yandere head cannons! Because I love yandere content and this is what I want to write so ima write it.

Tws. Kidnapping, torture, violence, all the things that come with yandere content.

Characters: Madeleine, Wildberry, Clotted Cream. Let me know if you want me to do anyone else!!

Madeleine

I love yandere Madeleine because he has so many possibilities.

He could be delusional, lucid, the beautiful sweet spot in between.

He can be sweet and caring, wanting to protect his darling from the world, willing to do anything to keep them safe! He’s the only one who can keep them safe, it’s his duty.

He can be dark and unpredictable, wanting to simply have his darling, willing to do anything to keep his darling from running away. He’s the only one who’s good enough to have them, it’s his right.

He can be so much all at once and I love him for it.

Regardless of what he can be, he is always very physically affectionate. It’s his main love language, aside from buying gifts and words of affirmation.

If he can trust his darling won’t run, he loves to parade them around. He’s incredibly proud of his love, allow him to show them off!!

If it’s dark yandeleine he’s not above torture to punish his darling.

If it’s soft yandeleine he’ll just put them in time out, so either locking them in their room or even a closet or something. He can’t stay away from them for very long, but he’ll hold out for as long as he must!

If his darling were to fight against him he’d get sad. Do they really hate him that much??

He’s the type to gently hold his darling and rock them side to side while giving comforting words and shushing them to try and soothe them.

The kind to apologize but doesn’t mean it, the apology always feels empty, he more says it on reflex, as if it’ll make the situation better.

Just wants to hold his darling whenever he can. He knows he’ll probably be sent on a mission again soon so he wants to spend as much time as absolutely possible with them.

Loves eating with his darling, it just makes him happy to watch them enjoy a good meal.

Wildberry

Sees literally nothing wrong with killing someone because they talked to his darling like, it takes a little bit for him to get there but if he feels like his love is being threatened, another tally mark is added to the kill count.

He’s not the most affectionate, his love is shown through him getting things he knows his darling likes, doing small things for them but most of all is spending time together.

He doesn’t care what they do together as long as it’s together. Hell they could just be sitting in silence and stare at each other and he’d be pretty satisfied with that.

His yandere behaviour is actually reinforced a lot by Hollyberry. She’s all like: “oh you killed someone for your love? Good job! Tell me the story as I help you hide the body!” So uhm, it runs in the family. Congratulations! If he gets his darling home, they’re fucking screwed.

Hollyberry wants grandchildren. She doesn’t give a fuck how you get kids, she wants more grandchildren. Give her grandchildren!!!!

Wildberry would not understand if his darling was scared of him, like at all. He sees nothing wrong with what he’s done or what he’s willing to do. He really is just like ???? Yeah, I killed that person why are you freaking out? I wouldn’t do that to you so stop screaming??? Please?????

Poor boy is so lost, he just wanted to have his love, he never knew his actions would have consequences.

The way he kidnaps his darling is literally through brute force. There is nothing silent about it, he will just grab his darling and drag them off. His darling gets to choose if it’s done the easy way or the hard way.

Easy way: his darling goes with him and they can do this quietly and efficiently.

Hard way: he takes his darling, kicking and screaming and he can either knock them out or tie them down on the way home.

Either way, he’s getting what he wants.

Clotted Cream

Clotted Cream is a very powerful person, he has reach over the entire city. There isn’t a single place his darling could hide.

He’s very manipulative, it’s incredibly hard to not get swept up by his words.

He’d never physically harm his darling, he hates shouting, and he’d never berate his darling for not loving him. He wants to be nothing like his father.

Instead he’d be patient, calm, kind. He wouldn’t give his darling much reason to fight him. If he absolutely must, he’d restrain his darling, but don’t worry! He hates it just as much as they do. Other times he’ll put them in time out, and he always makes sure they have everything they may need.

He makes sure that his darling knows nothing about the outside world. He wants to keep them as out of the loop as absolutely possible, it would just upset them to hear about the news. Especially regarding themselves.

Speaking of Financier. His darling wouldn’t get any help from her. If they managed escaping their room and they run into Financier they’re screwed. They ask her for help and she simply responds with. “We need to get you back to your room.” And starts herding them back where they came. They could beg, cry, fight, scream, they could do anything. It wouldn’t stop Financier from filling out her orders.

She is loyal to Clotted Cream first and she trusts him completely, just like how he trusts her. She’s actually glad he has so much faith in her, to look after his love while his hands are full balancing his fathers demands, the council, and the Republic.

His father wouldn’t care much about Clotted Creams darling, as long as it doesn’t get out to the public. In all honesty he might see it as an opportunity to further control his son.

So his darling won’t be getting any help at all in that house.
