I mean, since you asked so nicely, how could I possibly refuse? Here are the first few lines of chapter 20:

The few hours just before open were always some of Guillermo’s favorite at the bakery. Everything was so still, the streets only beginning to fill with life and sound outside the warm glow of the store windows. It was like he had the world to himself. Nothing could reach him when he was busy inside these walls, dancing back and forth across the kitchen, singing along to the music blaring from his tiny phone speaker while practiced hands rolled and folded and mixed. He felt at ease, soothed by the comforting repetition of it all.
