Let’s be real... if it wasn’t for meal prepping my day would be a complete sh*t show. 🤭⁣ ⁣ If breakfast isn’t ready for me to eat in the morning it sets the tone for the rest of the day. I usually will end up hungry throughout the day and constantly looking for snacks, often ones that are just empty calories. ⁣ ⁣ This week during meal prep I made overnight oats.... it took me all of 10 mins to make it and helps me stay on track throughout the week. ⁣ ⁣ For my Overnight Oats I use @bobsredmill Gluten Free Quick Oats, Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/4 Banana 🍌, a couple of Blueberries and black chia seeds. I put everything in my mason jars, give it a shake and done ✅!!!!
