things we’ve never said.
dominik mysterio x fem!reader
summary: you and dom have been friends for as long as you can remember, but when he begins to distance himself from you, everything falls apart. will you crumble under the weight of it all and confess your true feelings to him?
A/N: I could not come up with a good title for thiss.. 😭 also this is my first time ever writing on here so lmk how you guys feel about itt.
Tumblr media
you and dom have been close friends since you were young. growing up with parents in the WWE, you and him would hang out whenever your parents brought you to work.
throughout the years the two of you remained close, the both of you following in your parents footsteps and becoming wwe wrestlers. you and him becoming inseparable, since you got drafted to raw.
even though he was in the judgment day, and you were making a name for yourself, you always found a way to support and be there for each other.
as time passed, it hit you that dom was gradually drifting from you. the post-show hangouts you both used to have were replaced by solo nights in your hotel room, binging your favorite show.
and you traded in your late-night waffle house trips for early morning trips to the hotel gym, trying to clear your mind.
while the friendship you shared with dom started to fade, his connection with rhea only grew stronger, leaving you to deal with your thoughts.
you could feel yourself fading into the background, witnessing all the moments that once belonged to you and dom now being shared with her instead.
avoiding both of them had become your new routine, yet there was only so much you could do when your job meant crossing paths every week, making escape almost impossible.
but you held your own. there were times you’d run into dominik but you’d just ignore him and pretend you didn’t hear him.
you were doing your best to try and move on from the situation, but your attempts at ignoring reality only caused you pain.
when your paths would cross it was like your entire body was consumed in pain as you watched them be happy together even if it was just for a second.
you could try and hold yourself together all you want, but it felt like your heart was ripping apart every time you saw them.
you had been sitting backstage waiting for your time to go out to the ring, you had a match against becky lynch. you were just waiting for rhea to get done with her call out promo.
the air in the ring was tense from their ongoing feud, full of sharp words and taunts. you felt a twinge of nerves, not just for the match but because dom was always rhea's shadow, and tonight was no exception.
glancing at the screen, you saw rhea laying down her final words, with dom looming behind her like a puppy.
your leg instinctively started bouncing up and down, dreading the inevitable awkwardness that came with being anywhere near dom. It was just one of those things that made you wish you were anywhere else.
rhea's theme hit, and she strutted out of the ring, her and dom making their way backstage slowly, nibbling on your lip to find some calm. someone sat down in the seat next to you, but you were too wrapped up in your own head to notice.
a moment passed, then a familiar voice cut through, "hey, you okay?" you glanced over to find liv, a good friend of yours, looking at you with concern. you pulled yourself together and offered a small, convincing-enough smile.
“oh- yeah, I'm good," you responded, as much as you liked to think you had a good poker face you didn’t. and liv saw right through you.
"if its about the match don’t worry, you’ll kill it." she said slowly, a touch of uncertainty in her tone. "but something tells me that's not it."
releasing a breath you hadn't noticed you were holding, you asked with a hint of humor, "Is it that obvious?" liv was clued in on everything; you two had become closer ever since you and dom stopped talking. she had become your ride-or-die.
she just shrugged and said, "no, I just know things." as you rolled your eyes with a smile. right then, a crew member gave the five-minute warning. you rose to get moving, but liv called out to you. "y/n/n."
turning to face her, "everything's gonna be okay." you gave her a soft smile and sent a playful kiss her way before heading to the curtains.
as you approached, rhea slipped through them holding her title over her shoulder without a glance your way. but when dom passed by, his gaze found yours.
In that quick moment, your heart skipped a beat, time seemed to stop, stretching the seconds out endlessly. a series of unspoken questions and unresolved issues hovered in the space between you two. that look between you two spoke more than words ever could.
it was the first direct eye contact you'd made with him in weeks. and just like that, it was over, the moment ending as quickly as it had arrived.
he passed by, his gaze leaving you and locking on rhea, and that strange, churning sensation in your belly returned. It was puzzling, a feeling you couldn't quite name.
suddenly, your theme rung out. you took a breath placing yourself in your confident persona, you’d walked out to the ramp beaming that confident grin with your arms wide, you soaked up the the cheers of the crowd washing over you like a wave.
you found yourself forgetting about everything, right now it wasn’t about you. it was about your fans. and one thing you weren’t going to do was let your personal life interfere with your job.
strutting down the ramp, you exchanged grins and nods with the fans, their excitement mirroring your own. slipping between the ropes, you blew the audience a kiss before sauntering to your designated corner.
crouching, anticipation tingling through you, you waited for the signal.
ding! ding! ding!
The bell's ringing sent your heart racing—it was go time. you and becky lunged at each other, each fighting for control, neither of you letting up.
becky dashed toward the ropes, bouncing off with momentum, but you were ready and landed a superkick right to her face. she stumbled backward, and you quickly went for the your finisher, a ripcord flatliner. as soon as becky’s body hit the mat you pushed her shoulders down and went for the cover.
1! 2! 3!
your music echoed throughout the arena, signaling the end of the match. shifting off becky, you settled onto your knees, a cocky grin spreading across your face as you swept your hair back, basking in the applause. a quick swipe of your tongue over your teeth, and you rose to your feet, ready to soak it all in.
the referee walked up next to you, lifting your right hand high, the crowd's cheers roaring louder. when your hand eventually lowered, you took a moment to look around at the cheering fans before making your exit backstage.
as the curtain fell behind you, liv was there, her voice lilting with enthusiasm. "you did amazing!" she chirped, the melody of her praise ringing in your ears.
you grin was wide, a mix of relief lighting up your face. "thanks," you replied with a shrug. "how about grabbing drinks later?" you asked.
liv's expression was priceless, her mouth agape before she shot you a look that screamed, 'Is that even a question?'
"hell yea we should. want me to invite sam and nat?" she bounced back, her enthusiasm infectious.
you gave a nod, the exhaustion of the night seeping into your voice. "I don’t mind.” you admitted, feeling exhausted. “I just really need a drink." you admitted.
liv wrapped you in a comforting hug, her hand soothing your back. "you've earned it," she whispered, pulling away only to hold your gaze. "i have to shoot a backstage promo now, so I'll catch you tonight, okay?"
with a nod, you exchanged goodbyes, each heading your separate ways. as you walked through the arena backstage to get to the locker room, the post-match adrenaline still coursing through your veins.
turning a corner you suddenly bumped into someone. you looked up to see dom, your heart picked up its pace. the two of you looking at each other, after a moment of no words and eye contact you had to get out of there.
you managed a strained smile, thoughts whirling as you sought an escape. "sorry," you mumbled, already sidestepping away.
but dom's hand clasped your forearm, halting you. you glanced from his eyes to where he touched you. his hold was gentle, yet insistent, something you hadn’t felt in a while. It almost felt foreign to you. "wait, we need to talk," he said firmly, his gaze digging deep for an answer you weren't prepared to give.
the air thickened with his words, an unspoken acknowledgment that whatever was going on between the two of you couldn’t be ignored forever
your expression hardened, as you withdrew your arm from his grasp. "not now dominik," you told him, abandoning the nickname you usually used when talking to him.
dom's face was a picture of tension, his jaw clenched tight. "then when?" he pressed, his words hitting you hard. "when's the right time gonna be? why have you been avoiding me?" you could hear the sincerity in his voice, the raw need for an answer lingering in the air.
the words hit you like a hurricane, leaving you momentarily frozen, brows knitted together. "don't pretend you care now," you spat out, the words sharper than intended, as you finally faced your tangled emotions head-on.
dom looked taken aback. "what are you talking about?" he retorted, his guard up.
"you've been distant for weeks, but obviously, you didn't notice because you're too wrapped up with rhea, right?"
"that's not true, I—"
your heart pounding as you locked eyes with dom. "no—I've been there for you through everything, and now you just push me away for them, for her," you said, the hurt in your voice unmistakable.
dom looked taken aback, his own anger subsiding as he realized the depth of your pain. "push you away? that's not what I'm trying to do," he protested, but you cut him off.
"but it’s exactly what you did! god I-" you looked away from him as your eyes filled with tears. you bit your lip hoping to stop. you didn’t feel like crying in front of him.
the tears overwhelmed you, there were far to much that you couldn’t hide it. as you blinked the tears escaped, you hastily wiped them. you looked at him. “you pushed me away and it hurt-“ you told him your voice breaking.
“y/n/n-” dom’s features softened, you looked around trying to avoid looking at his eyes.
"and I hate feeling this way, and I wish I didn’t care but I do. because I'm in love with you, dom. I have been for so long." your words hung heavy in the air, and your eyes welled up, the tears you'd fought to keep at bay now tracing hot paths down your cheeks. "this sort of thing was never meant to happen," you said your voice breaking, a sob catching in your throat.
dom's anger dissolved and his arms were around you in an instant. "hey, hey, don't cry, I hate it when you cry." your arms instinctively wrapped around him, as your tears fell silently.
the hug was a deep, tight one, like he was holding you as if you were the only thing keeping him standing. no words were spoken, but the tension in your body melted away as you leaned into him, his mere presence calming your racing heart.
the hug seemed to stretch on forever, dom's hand gently threading through your hair as you rested your head against his chest, tears falling silently.
eventually, he drew back, cupping your cheeks as he met your gaze with tenderness, brushing away your tears and moving your hair out of your face gently. he missed you. so god damn much.
"I—y/n/n..." dom's voice wavered as he looked into your eyes, his emotions laid bare for you to see.
after a moment of silence, he spoke softly. "i've been wanting to tell you... but was so afraid of losing you and messing things up. i just..."
"i..." he spoke up again but stopped himself mid-sentence. "i've been avoiding you... because of the way i feel. and i thought if i tried to hide it and put some distance between us, it would go away."
his eyes bore into yours, making sure you were taking in everything he was saying. "i was wrong." your heart seemed to stop, leaving you momentarily speechless as you struggled to find the right words.
"i'm in love with you," he said.
his words hung in the air, lingering in the space between the two of you. he continued, “i was an idiot, and i thought if i kept us away, i could just make these feelings go away. but when i finally had some time to actually think... i realized i've loved you all along, and I'm done pretending like we can just be friends."
"i've never looked at anyone else the way I look at you, y/n/n." he murmured, his touch gentle against your cheek. "being with you just feels so natural. i can't hide how i feel anymore. please," his voice quivered, the words barely making their way out, "let me make things right."
dom's hand gently cradled your jaw, tilting his head as he gazed into your eyes. "can I..." he started, his voice trailing off.
you nodded, your eyes flickering between his and his eyes and his lips. "yes."
his lips met yours in a tender kiss, the embrace deepening as you both became lost in the moment.
it was a moment you had yearned for, and as your hearts raced and time seemed to stand still, it felt like a dream come true.
dom pulled back after a moment, his lips trailing away from yours. you could tell he was still processing the moment, his breaths coming in quick and shallow spurts as he tried to regain his composure.
“i’ve been wanting to do that for so long,” his eyes studying you as he took in every detail.
you smiled softly, feeling a warmth spread through your chest at his words. "me too." you admitted,
dom's eyes lit up at your confession, a grin spreading across his face. Without another word, he leaned in to capture your lips in another kiss, this one more confident and eager than the last. you melted into his embrace, feeling happiness wash over you.
dom rested his forehead against yours. "i don't want to wait any longer," he whispered, his voice filled with sincerity. "I want to be with you, in every way possible."
your smile widened, every moment, every obstacle, had led you to this point, and in that moment, it all felt worth it. "that's all I've ever wanted too," you replied, your voice filled with emotion.
dom smiled and engulfed you in a warm hug, lifting you off the ground and twirling you around. your joyful squeal filled the air as he gently set you down, peppering kisses on your lips that made you smile. "let's grab some food, I'm starving," he suggested.
"of course you are," you teased, playfully rolling your eyes at his mock-offended expression. he shook his head, then wrapped his arm around your shoulder as the two of you started walking.
the two of you reached catering, you noticed liv and natalya at a table and subtly intertwined your hands with dom's. "um, i'll catch up with you in a sec?" you said, releasing his hand to approach the table.
taking a seat, liv and natalya exchanged knowing glances as they looked at you with anticipation. "hey, girlie," natalya greeted with a playful smirk. "i'm ready for those drinks tonight!" she added, with a little shimmy that made liv burst into laughter.
as the excitement filled the air, you hesitated before breaking the news. "about that..." the two women turned their heads to look at you, their expressions shifting to curiosity. "sooo, how about we rain check on the drinks tonight?" you suggested, catching liv's curious gaze as you awaited their response.
"why?" she inquired, prompting you to glance back at dom, who was already heading towards the table. bracing yourself, you sat back as he casually draped his arm over your chair.
turning your attention from him to liv and natalya, who looked utterly shocked, you nervously chuckled. "yeah," you admitted.
"i told you!" liv exclaimed loudly, laughing and sharing a glance with natalya. confusion lingered as you and dom exchanged looks before refocusing on the two women in front of you. natalya shook her head, putting her head in her hands. "I told you," she muttered.
liv sprang up, doing a little dance with a bright smile on her face. "did you guys bet on us?" you asked, a hint of amusement in your voice.
liv stopped her dance, still beaming. "nope, just might've challenged natalya on when you two would make up," she revealed.
you rolled your eyes, laughing. "of course you did." you guys began talking about the upcoming pay-per-view event. focused in the conversation, you felt a sudden warmth as dom's hand found yours under the table.
glancing down at your intertwined hands resting on his lap, you couldn't help but smile at the sweet gesture. despite the subtle display of affection, you decided to refocus on listening to liv and natalya.
this is exactly where you wanted to be.

Over the next few days, the tension between the Bloodline was palpable. Roman's mistrust had cast a shadow over the group, creating an atmosphere thick with unease. The fallout from the incident on live television had repercussions that extended beyond personal relationships. The dynamics within the Bloodline were shifting, and everyone could feel it.
You and Jey didn't get into arguments, because you simply didn't talk to each other unless absolutely necessary. You wanted a man, not someone who would question your loyalty at every turn.
And Jey seemed to be keeping his distance as well, perhaps feeling guilty for his actions or simply trying to avoid further conflict, but also because when he did try to apologize, you would cut him off, unwilling to entertain excuses.
He lost to Sheamus due to interference tonight, and Roman and him had an argument that did not end well, and that made him even more unwilling to talk to you. The wounds were still fresh, and you needed time to heal.
Sami had lost against Kevin after Jey aired out your relaitonship issued on TV due to Jimmy, Jey, and Solo interfering right before he was about to win, courtesy of Roman's orders. He wanted to test the loyalty of the members, and unfortunately, Sami became a victim of that power play. The loss left a bitter taste, not just for Sami, but for the entire group.
Sami was rightfully angry, but he understood the complex dynamics at play within the Bloodline. Loyalty, power struggles, and the constant need to prove oneself were all part of the game. The internal strife within the Bloodline was becoming more evident with each passing day.
Trinity- one of your closest friends- visited to check on her husband Jimmy, but when she found the state you were in, she forced you to get out of your room to have a girls night with the rest of your friends.
As much as you wanted to wallow in the emotional turmoil, Trinity's insistence broke through the walls you had built around yourself. She brought you shopping with Liv and Mercedes, trying to distract you from the tension and drama. The four of you had mani-pedis, did your hair, makeup, and were now currently at a bar in the city, attempting to have a moment of reprieve from the chaos that had consumed the Bloodline.
"Girl, you look so fucking gorgeous tonight!" Liv gushed over your new look, giving you a playful nudge. You were wearing a stunning outfit that Trinity helped you pick out, your makeup impeccably done, and your hair styled to perfection. The girls had succeeded in creating a diversion from the heavy atmosphere that surrounded the Bloodline.
You gave Liv a smile, but it didn't quite reach your eyes. She noticed this and wrapped an arm around your shoulder. "You guys didn't have to go through all this trouble for me," you said, your voice filled with gratitude.
Liv squeezed your shoulder gently, her eyes filled with warmth and understanding. "Don't you dare apologize for  needing a distraction, Y/N," Liv interrupted, her tone firm but gentle. "We're here because we love you, and we want to see you smile again."
"We miss seeing you happy," Mercedes chimed in, her voice soft but earnest. "You've been carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders for too long, Y/N. Tonight, let us carry it for you."
Your heart swelled with gratitude for your friends' unwavering support, even in the midst of your emotional turmoil. Despite your initial resistance, their persistence began to chip away at the walls you had erected around yourself. Trinity, sensing the heaviness lingering within you, leaned in closer, her expression filled with empathy.
"You are not allowed to be sad no more." Trinity declared, her tone leaving no room for argument. "Tonight, we're going to dance, laugh, and the only worry you'll have is what drink your'e gonna get next. Capiche?"
You couldn't help but chuckle at Trinity's determined attitude, feeling a flicker of amusement amidst the heaviness in your heart. "Yes, ma'am," you replied, a hint of playfulness in your voice.
And not worry you guys did. You didn't remember how many drinks you all had, but what you did know was that you were throwing back on Liv as the two of you danced on the crowded dance floor. The music thumped loudly, drowning out the worries and tensions that had gripped the Bloodline. In that moment, surrounded by the pulsating beats and colorful lights, you allowed yourself to let loose, to forget the troubles waiting outside the confines of the bar.
Liv twirled you around, both of you laughing as you moved in sync with the rhythm. You left your phone with Trinity and Mercedes, who were watching with amused grins from a nearby table as Liv threw her ass back on you, the two of you lost in the music.
What you didn't know was that your phone was innecstantly ringing with multiple missed calls from Jey. He had been trying to reach out to you, perhaps with the intention of apologizing or sorting things out. However, in the midst of the lively atmosphere and the distraction provided by your friends, you remained blissfully unaware of the attempts to contact you.
Actually, you had missed calls from all of the guys. You… might have snuck away from the hotel without telling anywone where you and Trinity had gone, with the exception of Solo (because Solo was Solo and responsible and reliable when it came to keeping secrets).
Mercedes, feeling a bit too drunk and empowered to get revenge for Jey embarrassing you on TV, grabbed your phone, scrolling through the notifications and messages. Trinity noticed the smirk on her face and leaned over to see what she was up to.
"Girl, you real messy." Trinity cackled at Mercedes' mischievous expression. "What are you planning?"
Mercedes chuckled, holding up your phone. "Just a little payback for our girl here." She showed her the messages from Jey that read
"Y/N, where are you? We need to talk. Please pick up." "I messed up, babe. Just let me explain. Where are you?" "Seriously, answer your damn phone. I need to fix this." "Y/N, come on. Don't do this. Let's talk. I miss you."
Trinity raised an eyebrow, looking at Mercedes with a smirk. "What you gon' do?"
Mercedes smirked back, her eyes glinting with mischief. "Oh, just gonna a little something to keep him on his toes." She quickly typed a response:
"Sorry, wrong number. I'm having a great time without you. Maybe you should learn to trust me for once."
Before posting some pics on Instagram of the four of you having the time of your life, making sure to send the one with your friends looking stunning and happy, emphasizing the fact that you were not alone and clearly enjoying yourself, and making sure to 'accidentally' tag Jey.
Mercedes showed Trinity the response, and they both burst into laughter. "Damn, girl! That's cold, but he kinda deserves it.
Mercedes winked, enjoying the mischief. "He'll survive. Maybe this will teach him a lesson." The two of them clinked glasses, before drinking the night away, reveling in the freedom of the moment.

You came back with you and Liv wrapped in each other's arms, buzzed and full of laughter. The night had been a much-needed escape, and you felt a sense of relief and lightness that had been absent for days. As you approached the table where Trinity and Mercedes sat, you noticed their mischievous grins and exchanged curious glances.
"What are you two up to?" you asked, still swaying slightly to the rhythm of the music.
Trinity and Mercedes shared a glance before bursting into laughter. Mercedes handed you back your phone, and you saw the exchanged messages with Jey, along with the pictures showcasing the fun you were having.
"Oh my god, you guys!" you exclaimed, a mix of surprise and amusement on your face. "That's… that's something."
Trinity leaned in with a sly grin. "Consider it payback for the drama he put you through on TV. He needs to learn a lesson in trust."
You couldn't help but join in their laughter. It was a playful revenge, and for the moment, it felt satisfying to turn the tables, even if just a little. the tables, even if just a little. The night continued with more dancing, laughter, and the occasional cheeky glance at your phone to see if there were any more messages from Jey or the others.
As the hours passed, the drinks kept flowing, and the atmosphere became more carefree. You felt a little bit more than buzzed, which opened the conversation to more personal topics. Trinity, being the perceptive friend she was, looked at you with a knowing smile.
"Okay princess, only took a few drinks to finally get the old you." Trinity teased, nudging you playfully.
"What do you mean?" You asked, feeling a mix of curiosity and apprehension at Trinity's knowing smile.
Trinity chuckled, her eyes sparkling mischievously. "Oh, come on, Y/N. You know exactly what I mean. When's the last time we even talked without you being wrapped up in your own head or stressing over Bloodline drama?"
You couldn't help but chuckle at Trinity's blunt assessment. She had a way of cutting through the facade and getting straight to the point. "Fair point," you admitted, taking a sip of your drink. "I guess I've been a little… preoccupied lately."
Mercedes raised a brow, her expression thoughtful. "Preoccupied is an understatement, honey. You've been practically living and breathing the Bloodline drama. You barely even remembered how to relax and have fun until tonight."
Liv leaned against your shoulder, her voice gentle but firm. "Babe, she's right. We missed you, and you are just starting to come back to yourself again. We've all noticed how much you've been carrying on your shoulders lately. It's like you forgot how to be yourself outside of the Bloodline."
You sighed, feeling a pang of guilt wash over you. They were right, of course. The weight of the Bloodline had consumed your thoughts and emotions, leaving little room for anything else. "I know," you admitted, your voice tinged with regret. "I guess I just… I don't know how to balance it all anymore."
Trinity felt a pang of sympathy seeing you struggle with the weight of your responsibilities. She reached out, placing a comforting hand on your arm. She knew how Roman could be, how he had a way of consuming the lives of those around him with his ambitions and demands.
You saw all 3 of your friends exchange a look with each other, and you furrowed your brow, curious about the silent communication passing between them.
Mercedes took a deep breath, her gaze steady as she met your eyes. "Y/N, we love you, and we've always supported your career and your dreams. But… maybe it's time to start thinking about what you want for yourself, outside of the Bloodline."
Your eyes widened in surprise at Mercedes' words. It was a sentiment you had heard before, but coming from your closest friends, it held a different weight. "What do you mean?" you asked, your voice tinged with uncertainty.
Trinity nodded, her expression serious yet gentle. "Look, tonight was the first time in almost 2 years that you allowed yourself to let go and have fun without worrying about the Bloodline. And look at how happy you were," she pointed out, gesturing to your beaming smile. "You deserve to have more moments like this, Y/N. Moments where you can just be yourself, free from the weight of expectations and obligations."
Your eyes were slightly glassy as Trinity's words sank in, stirring up a whirlwind of emotions within you. For so long, you had been conditioned to prioritize the Bloodline above all else, to suppress your own desires and aspirations in service to Roman's ambitions. You didnt realize how you were acting: this depressed, closed-off version of yourself wasn't the real you. And it took the perspective of your friends to make you see it.
"I… I don't know how to do that," you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. The idea of breaking away from the Bloodline, of pursuing your own happiness and fulfillment, felt simultaneously exhilarating and terrifying.
Liv wrapped an arm around your shoulder, offering you a reassuring squeeze. "It's just that, seeing you with this little spark in your eyes again, Y/N," she said, her voice soft and encouraging. "It's like… you've been hiding behind this facade for so long, and tonight, it feels like you're finally starting to break free from it." Ever since you started hanging out with Sami while you and Jey were on tough terms, is what Liv wanted to say, but she refrained from bringing up Sami's name, sensing that it might complicate the conversation.
Trinity nodded in agreement, her expression filled with determination. "We're not saying you have to leave the Bloodline, Y/N. We just want you to remember who you are outside of it. You deserve to pursue your own happiness, whatever that may look like."
Mercedes slid you a fruity drink that she knew would help you relax, offering you a comforting smile. "And it starts with this. Drink up, babe. Tonight, we celebrate you. Tomorrow, we start figuring out what comes next."
You took the drink from Mercedes, feeling a mix of gratitude and apprehension swirling within you. It was a daunting prospect, to consider carving out a life for yourself outside of the Bloodline. But as you looked around at your friends, their unwavering support shining in their eyes, you felt a flicker of hope stirring within you.
"Okay," you said, a tentative smile tugging at the corners of your lips. "Okay, let's do this."
And with that, you raised your glass in a silent toast to the future, to the possibility of rediscovering yourself and finding happiness beyond the confines of the Bloodline. As the music pulsed around you and laughter filled the air, you allowed yourself to believe that maybe, just maybe, there was a brighter path waiting for you on the other side.
Could you really see a path without Roman, or better yet, without Jey? (Or Sami, for that matter?)
Tumblr media
"So, spill the tea, Y/N. What's going on between you and Jey? And don't give me the 'it's complicated' nonsense. I want details." Trinity asked after the four of you were considerably drunk, and lounging in the celebrity area of the bar, gossiping about your lives.
Liv had started a farm with her boyfriend, Mercedes was going to Stardom and walking fashion shows, and Trinity was killing it in Impact and telling hot stories from Impact's locker room. Unbeknownst to you, your phone kept going off with calls and messages, but Mercedes made sure to turn it off and make you promise to keep it locked in your pocked for the rest of the night.
You sighed, feeling a mix of emotions. The alcohol had certainly loosened your inhibitions, and you decided to share a bit of the turmoil you'd been experiencing.
"It's just… he's been jealous of Sami ever since he's tried to join the Bloodline. And I honestly don't even know why he's jealous. It's not like there's anything between Sami and me. Jey's just letting Roman's expectations mess with his head, and it's affecting us. I can't deal with the constant questioning and doubt." You poured another round of drinks for the table, needing the liquid courage to open up further.
Mercedes sipped her drinking, deciding whether or not to ask you her question. You saw the look on her face and raised an eyebrow, prompting her to go ahead.
"You and Sami do have some history, though, right?" Mercedes asked, her tone careful. "I mean, there's gotta be a reason Jey's so worked up about it."
You nodded, taking a deep breath. "Yeah, we do have history. We were close friends before he even joined WWE. But it's just that – history. Sami and I have always been just friends. And yeah sure, Sami did kiss me-"
"Huh?"
"Girl!?"
"What?!"
You sighed as all three women reacted to your revelation, their expressions a mix of shock and curiosity. The music continued to pulse in the background, creating a surreal backdrop to the unfolding conversation.
Liv was the first to respond, her eyes wide. "Wait, Sami kissed you? And you're wondering why Jey is so worked up?"
You nodded, feeling a bit exposed but also relieved to finally share this part of your past with your friends. "I know, I know! But hear me out…"
"This better be good," Trinity chimed in, her eyes focused on you as she took a sip of her drink.
You took another deep breath before continuing. "It happened a while ago. Sami was going through a tough time, and in a moment of vulnerability, he kissed me. I immediately made it clear that we were just friends, and nothing more ever happened between us. Jey knows about it, and he knows it wasn't something I reciprocated. But for some reason, he can't seem to let it go."
Mercedes leaned back, processing the information. "And did Sami ever apologize for that? Or clarify things with Jey?"
You sighed, a mix of frustration and understanding in your voice. "Yeah, he did. Sami apologized to both of us, and he made it clear that it was a mistake on his part. But Jey… I don't know. It's like he's holding onto it as this big betrayal, and it's driving a wedge between us."
Trinity shook her head, a disapproving look on her face. "That's on Jey, then. If Sami owned up to his mistake and you've made it clear where you stand, Jey needs to get over it. It's not fair to keep bringing it up and using it against you."
Liv, who had been quietly listening, finally spoke up. "I get where Jey is coming from, but if he's still bitching about something that happened in the past, especially when both you and Sami have clarified it, then it's a problem. He needs to move past it and open up about it and stop holding onto resentment or you need to boot his ass to the curb. You don't deserve to be constantly questioned and doubted, especially if you've been honest and upfront about everything."
You appreciated the support from your friends. The alcohol, the dancing, and the candid conversation were all contributing to a sense of liberation. You felt a weight lifting off your shoulders, and for the first time in days, you could see a way forward.
"You guys are right," you admitted, a determined glint in your eyes.
"We are always right." Mercedes added with a playful smirk, and the four of you burst into laughter again.
"But… do you have feelings for Sami?" Trinity asked, her expression serious as she looked into your eyes.
You hesitated for a moment, contemplating your feelings. The atmosphere in the bar, the support from your friends, and the alcohol-induced courage encouraged you to be honest.
"I… no." You couldn't lie to yourself, and the honesty spilled out. "We used to be close. But we realized we're better off as friends. I care about him a lot, but I don't have romantic feelings for him anymore. Jey knows this, or at least he should." Even through the alcohol induced haze, you knew better than to reveal such personal details without some level of caution. There were things about your relationship with Sami that no one would know, and you weren't ready to share those intricacies.
Trinity nodded, seeming satisfied with your response. "Well, as long as you're clear about your feelings, and you've communicated that to Jey, he needs to respect it. If he can't trust you and let go of the past, then it's his loss."
Mercedes squeezed your hand, her touch conveying solidarity. "Exactly. You deserve someone who trusts and respects you. If Jey can't provide that, then maybe Sami is right, and he doesn't fully understand what he has."
You took a swing of is right, and your drink, appreciating the wisdom and support from your friends. The night had turned into more than just a distraction; it became a catalyst for clarity and self-realization.
"Thanks, guys," you said, your voice sincere. "I needed this. I needed to step back and see things more clearly. And you're right. If Jey can't trust me and keeps holding onto the past, then maybe it's time for a serious conversation or a decision."
Liv grinned, giving you a playful nudge. "That's the spirit! You're a badass, and you deserve someone who sees that and appreciates it."
Trinity raised her glass, a smile on her lips. "To badass women who know their worth and aren't afraid to demand the respect they deserve."
The four of you clinked your glasses together, the sound echoing in the bustling bar. In that moment, surrounded by the support and love of your friends, you felt empowered and ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
Unbenwonst to you you accidentally dialed Sami's umber while fumbling with your phone. The loud music and the lively atmosphere of the bar made it difficult to notice the call connecting. As your friends continued to share laughs and words of encouragement, your phone rested on the table, unknowingly broadcasting the sounds of the bar to Sami.
On the other end of the line, Sami's phone rested on a table in his hotel room. He had been going through a mental replay of the match against Kevin and the events leading up to it. The tension within the Bloodline was palpable, and Sami couldn't shake the frustration of being used as a pawn in Roman's power play.
Suddenly, he heard the familiar sounds of a bustling bar, laughter, and clinking glasses. Confused, he picked up his phone, noticing the ongoing call with you. He brought the device closer, listening intently.
At first, he wasn't sure what he was hearing, but as the background noise became clearer, he realized he was unintentionally eavesdropping on your conversation with your friends. Sami's curiosity got the better of him, and he hesitated for a moment before deciding to continue listening.
"You and Sami are real close… huh?" Liv's teasing voice echoed through the phone, and Sami's eyebrows furrowed as he focused on the conversation.
You let out an airy giggle, taking another shot and letting the alcohol fuel your candidness. "Yeah, we were." Sami heard something shift before he heard Liv's voice again. "No offense but the two of ya'll seemed perfect for each other. What happened?"
Sami's heart skipped a beat, his mind racing as he continued to eavesdrop unintentionally. The revelation about your history with him was unexpected, and he couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions.
You sighed, the alcohol loosening your tongue. "You promise not to tell anyone? Not even Trin or Cedes?" It seemed like Trinity and Mercedes weren't aware of the details you were about to share, and Sami's curiosity intensified.
"Cross my heart," Liv assured, her tone serious.
You took a deep breath, the honesty pouring out. "We dated. It was way before I even met Jey. Everyone kept telling us we had chemistry and that we should give it a shot. He confessed after I won the ROH title, I gave him a shot, and one thing led to another."
"And then what happened, girl?!?"
A pause. And then you continued.
"Then in the morning, we started dating. We took it slow, and everything was fine. But then Kevin got in his head when they were feuding. Told him that he needed to focus on his career and that being with me was a distraction. Sami started questioning what we had, and got insecure about it. I tried to assure him, but he started pulling away. Eventually, we both realized it wasn't working, and I broke it off with him." It seemed like there was more you wanted to say, but you bit your lip and refrained from spilling even more.
You took a sip of your drink, and there was a moment of silence on the other end of the line. Sami's mind was racing, processing the unexpected revelation. The raw honesty in your voice sent a wave of emotions through him, and he couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt for the way things had unfolded between you two, but grateful that you hadn't revealed the full truth.
"But then we kept having the same chemistry, and he would look at me like he couldn't resist me, and I couldn't resist him either. It became this on-again, off-again thing for a while, and it was messing with my head. I cared about him a lot, but it was so damn complicated. But we stayed best friends, and then I left him behind for the Bloodline… and now Jey has this insecurity about Sami because of Roman's expectations," you continued, your voice carrying the weight of the past.
On the other end of the line, Sami's mind was a whirlwind of emotions. Guilt, regret, and a tinge of sadness gripped him as he listened to your candid confession. The history you shared with him suddenly unfolded in a way he hadn't fully understood before.
"And now, Jey can't seem to let go of the fact that Sami kissed me once. Even though we've moved past that, he keeps bringing it up!" Your voice broke out into a cry, and he imagined that Liv was giving you comforting words, trying to soothe the emotional turmoil you were experiencing.
"Shh, it's okay," Liv's voice came through the phone, offering comfort.
"I… I loved him, Liv." He heard Liv whispering words of support and understanding. "But he left me!"
"And now you need to focus on you, on what makes you happy, and on what you deserve," Liv replied, her voice filled with conviction. "You're a strong, independent woman, Y/N, and you don't need anyone who doesn't see your worth."
He heard your sniffles and the distant sounds of the bar, realizing that he was intruding on an intimate and vulnerable moment." Let's get back to the table, enjoy the night, and deal with all of this tomorrow when we're not drowning in alcohol and emotions, okay babe?"
As Liv led you back to the table, the background noise shifted, and Sami could hear the muffled voices of Trinity and Mercedes. The conversation continued, but he made a conscious decision to end the unintentional eavesdropping. Sami hesitated for a moment, then pressed the button to end the call, setting his phone down on the table.
Did you really love Sami once upon a time? A part of Sami felt a mix of emotions—surprise, regret, and a sense of longing. The raw honesty in your voice had stirred something within him, and he found himself grappling with the realization that your history ran deeper than he had initially understood.
He looked at his phone, where Jey was messaging him.
"Sami, I know yo dumbass knows where she is. Tell me."
Sami's eyes narrowed as he read Jey's messages. The tension within the Bloodline seemed to be reaching new heights, and he found himself caught in the middle of it all. Sami debated how to respond, considering the newfound insights he unintentionally gained into your past with him.
He hesitated before sending the message, aware that his words might not sit well with Jey. Sami couldn't shake the sense of responsibility he felt toward you, knowing that you deserved better than the constant questioning and doubts. Yet, he also understood the complex dynamics within the Bloodline and the potential repercussions of taking sides.
What did he want to do? He wanted to be the guy for you. The guy that understood you, supported you, and cherished you. He wanted to hold your hand through the turmoil, be the one you turned to in moments of vulnerability, and prove that he could be the pillar of support you needed. But he fucked up, and he needed to face the consequences. He wasn't glad you didn't tell Liv the full extent of your history with him.
Taking a deep breath, Sami typed a response to Jey.
"I don't know where she is, Jey. Maybe you should give her some space. It's not my place to meddle in your relationship. You're the one who said I need to stay out of your business, so that's what I am gonna do.Good luck finding her."
The tension within the Bloodline had reached a boiling point, and Sami couldn't ignore the weight of the decisions and revelations that had unfolded.  His mind was a swirl of conflicting emotions – regret, guilt, longing, and a sense of responsibility for how this all went down.
Then he  shut off his phone, and prayed that he could get over you. Sami needed to talk to you, to clarify his own feelings and perhaps offer support if you were ready to accept it, but it wouldn't be tonight.
Then he went to sleep, and hoped that he made the right decision.
Tumblr media
You were wobbling on your heels of your shoes as you walked back into the hotel lobby.  The four of you had gotten an uber, and they said bye to you with hugs, kisses and smiles, heading their separate ways for the night. The vibrant energy of the bar and the support of your friends had provided a temporary escape, but now reality was seeping back in.
As you entered the hotel elevator, and went up to your floor, you couldn't shake off the mix of emotions swirling within you. The alcohol-induced courage that allowed you to open up to your friends about your relationship struggles was now replaced with a sense of vulnerability.
The elevator doors opened, and you stumbled slightly as you made your way down the hallway to your room. The weight of the revelations and the emotional rollercoaster of the night began to take its toll.
You fumbled with the key card, but it beeped, indicating that it wans't working. You huffed as you tried again and again, but it wouldn't budge.
It wasn't until the 5th time you tried that the door swung open, and you almost fell had it not been for the arms that caught you just in time. A familiar voice spoke, filled with concern.
"Y/N, what are you doing? Easy there," Sami's voice was a steady presence, and his arms wrapped around you to steady you. The scent of his cologne and the warmth of his embrace felt both comforting and disorienting.
You looked up, your eyes meeting Sami's. The dim light in the hallway highlighted the worry etched on his face. His arms steadied you as you regained your balance.
"S-Sami?" you stammered, surprised by his sudden appearance. Your vision was a bit blurry, and the alcohol had made you more unsteady on your feet than you realized.
"Yeah, it's me," he replied, guiding you into the room and closing the door behind you. The dim lighting in the hotel room revealed the aftermath of your earlier emotional journey – makeup smuged, and your hair was slightly tousled from the night's activities. Sami led you to the bed, helping you sit down.
"Are you okay?" he asked, genuine concern in his eyes.
"Is this not my room?" you mumbled, still a bit disoriented.
Sami chuckled softly, his fingers gently brushing strands of hair away from your face. "No, it's not. The constant beeping in my room woke me up, and when I opened the door, I found you struggling with your key card."
You let out a small giggle, the alcohol still affecting your senses. "Oops. My bad."
Sami shook his head at your antics, a fond smile playing on his lips. You looked at him and could see the tiredness on his face, and your expression changed from giggly to serious in less than a second. "I-Im sorry that I woke you up!" Tears formed in your eyes as you felt a rush of emotions. The events of the night, the revelations, and the emotional rollercoaster had left you feeling vulnerable and raw.
Sami's heart dropped as he watched you cry, his concern deepening. He knelt down in front of you, his hand gently cupping your cheek.
"Hey, hey, it's okay. Don't cry." He said softly, his voice filled with reassurance. He wiped away a tear with his thumb, his touch gentle against your skin. The vulnerability in your eyes tugged at something within him, a mix of regret and the desire to offer comfort.
"I'm not mad that you woke me up. Are you okay?" Sami asked, his tone soft and caring.
You nodded, sniffing and wiping away more tears. "I just... it's been a lot tonight, you know? The girls and the drinks and... everything." The emotions that you had kept at bay for most of the night now threatened to overwhelm you. "Did Jey ask you where I was?"
Sami nodded, his expression serious. "Yeah, he did. He's worried about you."
You sighed, looking down at your hands. "I was just hanging with the girls, and-" You hiccuped- "To forget that me and Jey were fighting." Your eyes went teary again, and Sami's heart sank as he listened to your words. "But I just feel worse."
You peered up at him, and the tension between the two of you was palpable. Sami could sense the emotional turmoil within you, and a part of him longed to be the one to ease that pain. "Why does everyone keep questioning me? Why can't they just trust me?" you whispered, the vulnerability in your voice tearing at Sami's heart.
Sami sighed, his thumb gently tracing circles on your cheek. "People make mistakes, Y/N. Sometimes, they let their insecurities and doubts cloud their judgment. It's not a reflection of you. You're strong, and you deserve trust and respect."
You leaned into his touch, appreciating the comfort he offered. The emotional exhaustion of the night was catching up with you, and Sami's presence provided a sense of solace.
You started giggling, which made Sami smile in response. "What's so funny?" he asked, genuinely curious.
You wiped away another tear, chuckling softly. "Y'know, Liv asked me why Jey is so jealous of you, and I told her that *hiccup* we used to be real close, if you know what I mean." You looked at Sami with a tipsy grin, your words slightly slurred.
Sami's eyes widened slightly, surprised by your confession. The tipsy honesty in your words sent a shiver down Sami's spine. He wasn't prepared for this revelation, and the complexity of your history together suddenly became more apparent. He wondered how much Liv knew, how much she understood about the dynamics between you and him.
He remained silent, allowing you to continue. "And she told me that we seemed perfect for each other. And I started thinking, maybe we were. But then... Kevin got in your head, and you started questioning everything." You sighed, the alcohol making the words spill out more freely than you had intended.
Sami's expression shifted, a mix of regret and understanding. "I messed up, Y/N. I let the pressure get to me, and I let Kevin's words affect us. I should have trusted you."
You looked at him, your gaze sincere. "But you will always listen to Kevin, won't you? You'll always try not to hurt the people you care about, even if it means hurting yourself," you said, the alcohol making your words a bit more candid.
Sami sighed, his eyes meeting yours. "I made a mistake, and I let it affect our friendship. But that doesn't mean I'll always choose loyalty over the people I care about." He placed his hand on your shoulder, his touch gentle yet firm. "Loyalty means nothing when you 're hurting the ones you love. I've learned that the hard way."
You nodded, a mix of emotions swirling within you. You looked at Sami, your eyes searching his for sincerity. The vulnerability in Sami's eyes mirrored your own, and for a moment, the weight of the past seemed to hang between you two.
Unlike Jey, he made his loyalty clear, but not at the expense of hurting those he cared about. The stark contrast made you realize the complexities of the relationships within the Bloodline. Sami's admission struck a chord, and you could see the genuine remorse in his eyes.
"I told her about us, Sami. About everything. And how Jey is so hung up on that one kiss, and it's like... it's like it's haunting us. Like it's this dark cloud that won't go away," you confessed, your voice trembling.
You tugged on your dress strap, making sure it was still in place. Sami watched as you adjusted your dress, his eyes never leaving yours. The weight of your words lingered in the air, and Sami could sense the depth of the emotions you were experiencing. He remained silent, absorbing your confession and trying to find the right words to respond.
"I just don't know how to fix things anymore," you continued, your voice filled with a mix of frustration and sadness. The vulnerability in your eyes resonated with Sami, and he felt a strong desire to provide comfort and support.
Sami took a deep breath, his gaze unwavering. You felt your skin prickle with the intensity of his stare. "Start by talking to him. C'mon, I'll take you to your room, and tomorrow you can have an honest conversation with Jey. Lay everything out on the table, Y/N. The misunderstandings, the insecurities, the mistakes. If you both care about each other, you owe it to yourselves to try and find a way through this."
Sami's words were sincere, and you could sense the genuine concern in his eyes. Despite the complexities of your history, there was an underlying friendship that neither of you could deny. His advice resonated with you, and a sense of determination flickered within.
You nodded, wiping away the last of your tears. Sami extended a hand to you, offering support. You hesitated for a moment before taking his hand, and he helped you stand up.
The room swayed a bit, but Sami's steadying presence anchored you. He let you lean on him as he led you towards the door. The hallway lights blurred as you walked, and Sami kept a protective arm around you.
"Thanks, Sami," you said, your voice a bit more composed. "I appreciate your honesty and, well, being here."
Sami smiled warmly, his hand still on your shoulder. "Anytime, Y/N. Friends help each other through tough times." The word friend made his heart hurt, but he pushed aside his own feelings, focusing on being there for you in this moment of vulnerability.
As you reached your room, Sami stopped and faced you. "You got this, okay? Tomorrow is a new day, and you can work things out. Just be honest and true to yourself. He's a hothead, but he cares about you. Sometimes, he just needs things spelled out clearly."
He also knew Roman would have his head if you and Jey didn't work things out. He assigned his 'Honorary Uce' to look out for you, and Sami took that responsibility seriously.
You nodded, a small smile playing on your lips. "Thanks, Sami. I'll do my best."
Sami returned the smile, giving your shoulder a reassuring squeeze. "That's the spirit. Take care, okay?"
You smiled up at him, like the stars in the night sky were in his orbs, a mix of emotions twinkling in your eyes. The tension between you was as prominent as ever, and you could practically taste the anticipation in the air.
Sami was staring down at you, his gaze lingering for a moment longer than usual. The unspoken words hung between you two, a silent acknowledgment of the shared history and the emotions that had surfaced during this unexpected encounter.
"You're a really good friend, you know that?'" You smiled at him, the lingering words between you and Sami hanging in the air. The atmosphere shifted, and there was a palpable tension.
The alcohol made you way more honest, but you were aware that you should snap out of whatever was building between you and Sami. You needed to focus on resolving things with Jey, not getting entangled in another emotional web. Sami's eyes softened as he looked at you, a mixture of emotions playing on his face.
Sami cleared his throat, his expression becoming more guarded. "I try my best," he replied, his voice a bit quieter.
You gave him a small nod, still feeling the weight of the emotional exchange. "Well, goodnight, Sami. And thanks again," you said, stepping into your room.
"Goodnight, Y/N. Take care," Sami replied, offering a final reassuring smile before turning away and heading back to his room.
As you closed the door behind you, the events of the night swirled in your mind. The encounter with Sami added an unexpected layer to the already complex emotions you were dealing with. You took a deep breath, reminding yourself of Sami's advice to have an honest conversation with Jey. The challenges ahead seemed daunting, but with newfound determination, you were ready to face them.
Wargames was tomorrow, but you had never felt less prepared for the battles both inside and outside the ring. The emotional turmoil had taken a toll on you, and as you changed into more comfortable clothes, you couldn't help but replay the night's events in your mind.
Tumblr media
Unbeknownst to you, Sami had run into Kevin in the hotel hallway as he made his way back to his room. He internally rolled his eyes at the sight of Kevin, a reminder of the tangled web of emotions and conflicts that had affected your relationship with Jey. Kevin, sensing Sami's presence, turned to face him with a sympathetic look on his face, as if he wasn't gonna go to war with him tomorrow.
"Rough night?" Kevin asked, swiping his card to get a late-night snack from the vending machine.
Sami glared at Kevin, his guard immediately up. "You're one to talk."
Kevin chuckled, paying for his snack and turning to face Sami. "Look Sami, I don't know what Roman told you to get you this brainwashed as his 'Honorary Uce,' but you're treading on thin ice. Y/N deserves better, and you know it."
Sami's jaw clenched at Kevin's words, a surge of frustration bubbling within him. The history and tensions between Kevin and himself were as intricate as the web of emotions surrounding your relationships with Jey and Sami.
"Stay out of it, Kevin. You don't know anything," Sami retorted, his tone sharp.
Kevin raised an eyebrow, a sly smile playing on his lips. "Oh, I know more than you think. And I know I might have hurt you in the past-"
"Might have?' Kevin rolled his eyes at Sami, continuing. "Okay, I did. But I have never treated you like a second class citizen, Sami. Remember that when Roman has you picking up his dry cleaning," Kevin said, his tone a mixture of mockery and seriousness.
Sami's fists clenched at his sides, his frustration with Kevin palpable. He took a step closer, the tension between them escalating. "They are a family to each other, Kevin. Something you wouldn't understand. And I'm not doing this for Roman. I'm doing it for her, for Y/N-" Sami realized he said too much, his words hanging in the air. Kevin's eyes narrowed, processing Sami's slip of the tongue.
"And what do you think Roman is gonna do when he finds out how to use her against you? When he realizes you've gotten too close? You think he won't manipulate her to get what he wants?" Kevin's words cut through the tension, his gaze unwavering.
Sami's jaw tightened, and he shot back, "I'm not afraid of Roman. And Y/N is smarter than that."
Kevin scoffed, shaking his head. "The same one that went back to Jey after you, right? The same one that's caught in the crossfire of your loyalty to Roman? You're naive if you think Roman won't use that against you." Kevin stepped closer to Sami, their faces inches apart. The air was thick with tension, both men locked in a silent battle of wills.
"I don't need your advice, Kevin. You're not exactly a beacon of successful relationships," Sami spat, his voice low and controlled.
Kevin's smirk faded, replaced by a more serious expression. "At least I'm not letting the love of my life get hurt by a guy who will always pick his family over someone like her. Open your eyes, Sami. Roman might be your 'family,' but he won't hesitate to throw you under the bus if it serves him."
Sami's nostrils flared, and he clenched his fists, the intensity of the confrontation escalating. Kevin's words struck a nerve, awakening doubts and fears that Sami had tried to bury. The complexity of his loyalty to Roman and the tangled emotions involving you and Jey seemed to tighten its grip on him.
Kevin watched the emotions play out on Sami's face, each one revealing a different layer of the internal struggle. Despite their history, Kevin's words managed to penetrate Sami's defenses, sparking a seed of doubt in his mind.
"Jey is a snake, just like his piece of shit cousin. It might not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but eventually Roman will finish using Y/N and ask Jey to be the one to put her down. And what will he do?" Kevin's face was inches away from Sami's, filled with a mix of bitterness and concern.
Sami's mind raced, processing the weight of Kevin's words. The hallway seemed to close in around them as they stood locked in a silent battle of ideologies. "He will betray her, follow orders like a loyal dog, and leave her broken. And you will wondering if you could have done something to prevent it," Kevin concluded, his words hanging in the air.
Sami's gaze bore into Kevin's, a storm of conflicting emotions raging within him. The hallway was eerily silent, the tension between them almost tangible. Sami took a deep breath, trying to push aside the doubts and fears that Kevin's words had stirred.
"You don't know anything about my relationship with Roman, and you certainly don't know anything about Y/N and Jey," Sami retorted, his voice firm.
Kevin chuckled, a bitter edge to the sound. "I know that you have this kind of pull on Y/N that goes beyond friendship. I've seen the way she looks at you, the way you look at her. You may think you're doing the right thing, but you're just setting yourself up for heartbreak. And for what? Roman's approval? A place in his so-called family?"
Sami's expression hardened, a mixture of frustration and inner turmoil. Kevin's words were like a relentless assault on his convictions. The internal conflict reached a boiling point, and Sami's response was laced with a raw honesty.
"I don't need your approval or anyone else's. I'm doing what I think is right," Sami declared, his voice resolute.
Kevin shook his head, a disappointed sigh escaping his lips. "You're blinded by loyalty, Sami. It's gonna cost you more than you realize." He grabbed the food from the vending machine, before turning back to Sami, and Sami paused.
The confrontation in the hotel hallway had reached its peak, both men standing their ground with a shared history and conflicting loyalties. Sami realized that this Kevin was nothing he ever faced. He wasn't angry. He wasn't trying to tear Sami down with insults or physical threats. He was genuinly concerned, and it struck a chord with Sami.
"Tomorrow, you have the choice to either blindly follow orders and be a pawn in Roman's game or to bring both you and Y/N out of this mess." Kevin said, his tone more somber now. "If you leave, she'll realize that the Bloodline is not worth the sacrifice, and you'll get your girl back, our best fried back.  If you stay, you'll be dragged down with her when Roman decides she's expendable. And I won't be there to pick up the pieces. The choice is yours."
Kevin's words lingered in the air, the weight of his advice settling on Sami's shoulders, and his gaze even more probing. With that, Kevin walked away, leaving Sami standing alone in the hotel hallway, wrestling with the internal turmoil sparked by their confrontation.
Sami took a deep breath, his mind racing as he tried to process the complex web of emotions and loyalties that surrounded him. The encounter with Kevin had shaken him to the core, forcing him to confront the potential consequences of his choices. The loyalty to Roman, the complicated history with you, and the growing realization of the impact on his own happiness all collided in his mind.
Should he listen to Kevin? Should he betray the Tribal Chief in the heat of battle so he could salvage his relationship/friendship with you? Should he risk everything for a chance at a different future? Should he ignore Kevin and stay true to the Bloodline, even if it meant sacrificing his own happiness and potentially hurting you by Roman using one of you as a pawn to get the other in line? He didn't know what he was gonna do.
But he knew one thing.
He had to choose between you, Roman, and Kevin. And he didn't know which one would be the right path to take. Each option seemed to carry its own set of risks and consequences, and Sami found himself torn between his loyalty to Roman, his feelings for you, and the warnings Kevin had presented.
But no matter what... tomorrow, he needed to be prepared for war.

A/n: Alright yall, this is it. This is the last chapter I hope you enjoy 🤗
Tumblr media
A week had swung by ever since the events that had transpired. At the Performance Center, Rhea could be seen standing near the ring as she paced around with her arms crossed, watching as her boys were training and preparing for War Games. Drew, who had decided to form that alliance with the Judgement Day and surprisingly with the Bloodline despite what they did to him, had also volunteered to help them train. Raquel and Liv also volunteered in assisting with training, with the taller woman being the one in the ring while Liv stood around the ring, explaining and suggesting what they should do in certain situations during the match. Jimmy’s Solo, and Roman were also of great help, seeing how last year they were the ones at War Games.
Liv’s leg had healed quickly, thanks to her resting the time she was needed and required. As for Rhea, she was already feeling good as new after the day that she woke up. Things were slowly working out between the two, despite the fact that Liv still wanted a title shot after Survivor Series. She had to admit, out of everyone in that locker room, Liv was relentless and stubborn, but in a good way. Regardless, she was going to make sure that she still retained and that she can hopefully see Liv improve more each day.
“Hey! Wanna switch for a bit?” Raquel called out to Rhea as she slid away from the ring to take a break. At that, Rhea perked up and nodded as she placed her bottle of water to the side and switched with Raquel, sliding her way through the ring while the taller woman went to take a seat for a bit. She was training Damian and Finn, both of them facing each other as Rhea gave them pointers and suggestions, all the while Liv, who also had her own share of experience in War Games, had decided to get in the ring and began leading both Dom and Jimmy and even teaching the younger male how to break from a lock, something that Dom seemed to have some struggle with at first until he had it all down to a T.
They were all scheduled to assist that Friday Night Smackdown, with Damian and Finn defending their titles against the Street Profits. It was still noon, so they had more than enough time to prepare. Unless, that’s what they thought that they were going to do when suddenly, as they were all taking a small break, they received a text notification.
“Team, due to the incident from the past week, Friday Night Smackdown will be canceled for tonight…” Dom read out loud from his phone while the others read the exact same thing. “We do apologize in advance as we are currently in the process of an ongoing investigation regarding the incident in question. As for Survivor Series, this will once again be postponed for next Saturday, none of you who are scheduled to assist will not have to arrive at the airport tonight. Apologies for any inconvenience this could cause.”
“Apologies? Pft, they just gave you guys more time to train.” Liv said as she chuckled. “You guys are lucky.”
“Yeah, but they’re really extending the events because of the incident. Which means the cause of the incident was really that serious…” Solo commented as he drank his water.
“Well, someone from tech probably screwed up while setting up the pyros.” Damian suggested as he crossed his arms.
“Ooohhhhh their asses are getting fired…” Jimmy mumbled while he wiped off the sweat from his forehead. A phone suddenly rang as Drew looked down at it before he spoke to the group.
“I have to get going, I got a few errands to run now.” He told the group, gathering his things before they all bid farewell to him as he left.
“So, does anyone wanna eat somewhere? I’m starving.” Jimmy asked. At that, Roman faced him as he arched an eyebrow.
“You remember the last time we all went out to eat together?” At his comment, Damian almost spat out his water while trying not to laugh.
“Cabrón, Jimmy and Dom fought over a chicken tender—“
“Yeah man, you guys got us almost banned because of that, I still remember!” Finn also chuckled while Dom shook his head and Jimmy raised his hands in defense.
“Hey Uce, I’m a changed man, I don’t steal no one’s tenders any more.”
“You guys fought over a chicken tender?” Raquel asked as she sat down while she arched an eyebrow. Rhea couldn’t help but snicker.
“It’s a very long story, you had to be there to witness it though, it was hilarious.”
“Well it was all fun and games until the manager almost called us out. That shit was embarrassing.” Dom told them. “They even thought that I was the one that stole the tender when it was Jimmy who did it.”
“Now I kindly asked though—“
“Sure you did, Jimmy. Sure you did.”
“Honestly guys, we should just do take-out. We got this day off and I think we should use it to take a small break.” Finn suggested as he placed a towel on his shoulder while looking at his food.
“Or… we can like, go out tonight.” Liv suggested. At that, everyone turned to look at each other at the suggestion.
“Honestly, yeah, we need it. Hell yeah.” Dom agreed, as well as everyone else unanimously.
“Ah no es que ustedes todos son unos pinches alcohólicos.” Raquel muttered.
“No vengas que tú también eres igual y peor.” Damián called out. “Ah, y más con el tequila.”
“Shut up, tequila’s fine.”
“Alright, alright, we can go out tonight, but after we get something to eat.” Rhea told them as she went to grab her things.
“Alright, let’s go—“ The guys attempted to go until Liv stood and paused them as she arched an eyebrow.
“And who said you guys were coming with us?” She asked, pointing at herself, Rhea, and Raquel.
“Wait what—“
“Nah, you guys get your own food, we’re gonna get our own and plus, we have some catching up to do. Sooooo, see ya!” Liv laughed before she grabbed both Rhea and Raquel’s arms, dragging both of them with her.
The others blinked as they watched the three walk away.
“… well at least they get along now.”
“… should we have them two join our grou—“
“Jimmy, no.”

After going out to eat with both women, Rhea returned with them back to the hotel. Upon returning, they overheard that the other superstars were planning on going out tonight as a group to the same bar that they all went to last night. The three simply sat by the lounge area of the hotel as they chatted, spending their time catching up on the time that they lost all because they were against one another.
“So,” Liv began as she shifted in her seat, shifting the conversation that they had earlier to another topic. “… you and Roman, Rhea?”
Rhea stared at her momentarily. “Next question.”
“And here she goes again…” Raquel sighed and shook her head.
“What? Did I say something bad?” Liv asked as she looked at Raquel, concerned that she might have said something wrong, but the Latina just shook her head.
“No, Liv, you’re good. The thing is that THIS person right here is in complete and utter denial.”
“Just like how you’re in denial about you losing against me three times in a row?” Rhea asked as she arched an eyebrow.
“I— don’t drag me in this fight, I’m not a part of it, starting now.” Liv quickly warned the two as she tried to shift away from the two slightly in her seat. Raquel rolled her eyes at that.
“Come on, we’re not starting any fights. If anything, we should address the elephant in the room: Rhea Bloody Ripley in denial.”
“Okay- look.” Rhea sighed deeply as she rubbed the bridge of her nose. “… if I say this, promise you won’t freak out.”
“I promise.” Liv quickly said
“I can’t promise shit, Ripley.” Raquel simply said as she crossed her arms. The Eradicator deadpanned at her before she took a deep breath and spoke.
“… Roman confessed to me while I was asleep.”
“He WHAT—“
“Knew it.”
“Okay one, Liv, I told you not to freak out and two, Raquel, don’t be a smartass.” Rhea said as she scoffed. “Look- the point is that he made the official confession while I was asleep. Well, half-conscious. I wasn’t exactly awake but I did hear him damn well the moment he said it.”
“Aaaaaand how do you feel about it…?” Liv asked as she gave her a look.
“…”
“… Rhea, we don’t know the meaning of that silence.”
“…”
In her few seconds of silence, Raquel grew impatient before she took her hand and slapped it against the back of Rhea’s head. Making her cry out in pain and a few other people from afar stare at them.
“Raquel what the fu—“
“Chingona, just fucking say it already, damn! What’s it gonna take for you to admit it?!”
“Hm, hit her more.” Liv mumbled. At that, Rhea abruptly turned to face her.
“Liv!”
“What? I’m only suggesting—“
“And they say I’m the bad influence—“
“Okay enough.” Raquel huffed. “Rhea. You need to come to terms with this shit. Either you feel something or you don’t. That’s all we need to know so we can help you and then, we can move on with our lives forever.”
“… I’ll have my answer by tonight.”
“By toni— oh come on–“
“Rhea, you’re literally torturing yourself.” Liv told her as she shook her head. “Like literally.”
“You better keep on that promise, Ripley. Because if you don’t, we’re about to have a problem.”
“Guys, it’s gonna be fine. I will have that answer by tonight and then after that, y’all can live in peace.” Rhea reassured them before she looked at the time. “We should rest for a bit tonight before we leave. I’m betting you everyone’s going and we might ride in the van again tonight.”
“Yeah, good call.” Liv agreed as the three sat up. “What time should we come down here?”
“Austin said that they’re driving off at 6 PM.” Raquel said as she glanced at her phone. “They’re saying it in the group chat as we speak.”
“Alright, six o’clock it is, then.” They walked away together to the elevator before they decided to take a small nap at Raquel’s room, just so they could get ready together later on once they woke up.

“Come on people, we got fifteen minutes left! Take it or leave it!” Austin called from outside as Grayson had already started the van behind him. “We still have a few seats left!”
“Should we take the other van? Just in case?” Grayson asked him.
“Eh, we’ll see. How many seats do we have left?”
“I’m counting ten more.”
“Should be enough for now. I’ll probably be driving the other van if more people decide to come.” Austin nodded before they saw more people walk out as he perked up before he grinned. “Hey, look who’s tagging along!” He went to the crowd to greet a few superstars.
After a while everyone who wanted to go and hang out at the bar with the others were already walking inside the two vans, one of them which was driven by Grayson which was full whilst the other one was half-full and was driven by Austin. At Grayson’s van, the Judgement Day and the Bloodline, along with Liv, Raquel, Shayna, and Zoey all sat in the back as they chatted amongst each other.
“Dude, rumors are going around that Randy’s coming back as the fifth member for Cody’s teams.” Shayna commented, passing along a bottle of vodka that they had been drinking from since five minutes ago.
“What? After Jey took him out?” Damian scoffed while the others laughed.
“Dude, not only him, but Jimmy too. And Roman.”
“Hey now he’s gonna want to mess with us now then if that’s true.” Jimmy quickly said almost in a nervous tone while Roman scoffed.
“Good luck with that, he probably doesn’t even know the Bloodline and the Judgement Day are unified.”
“Oh he’s gonna be screwed.” Zoey snickered, taking the bottle as she took a sip from it. “Unless he gets to RKO one of y’all first.”
“Sike, nooooot happening.” Damian immediately said before he was given the bottle and drank a bit as well.
“Hey, pass some of that?” They all kept chatting and drinking only small sips of the bottle, knowing that they couldn’t consume that much alcohol considering how they were about to drink the second they arrived at the bar. After a few minutes, both vans parked near the bar as everyone began to go inside.
“Where’s Zelina at?” Raquel was the first to ask as she looked within the crowd. “She should be here right?”
“Yeah she came from the other van—“
“Good, let’s go!” She immediately grabbed Liv and Rhea’s arms as she dragged both of them with her. “Rhea- you know how to dance salsa, so we’re gonna teach Liv after we find Zelina—“
“What- I don’t know how to–!”
“Oh please, Damian and I taught you that, now let’s go!”
“I’d rather be moshing than doing this but whatever—“
“Oh shut up, come on now!”
Two had passed since their arrival, and during those hours, the three women spent their time dancing and even taking small breaks by the bar while sharing a drink. Liv even took a moment to buy an appetizer for them just to crash down the alcohol an hour later. The three sat as they drank, ate, and laughed.
“You know back when I attacked Rhea way back then, I wanted to do a spear on her but I realize I’ve never even done a spear before on someone!” Liv commented, eating a piece of a spicy wing while she wiped her mouth with a napkin. Raquel smiled and shook her head while Rhea snorted.
“Okay, that would’ve been insane if you did, I’ll admit it—“
“Right?!”
“Her spearing Kevin Owens during Payback had my jaw on the floor, I’ll tell you that.” Raquel also admitted, taking a sip from her martini. “I thought she was done for when she did that, like— I actually thought she was going to be spent after that and that I was gonna win the title.”
“Well, you were damn wrong, so.” Rhea chuckled, causing Liv to laugh.
“On a serious note, I hope you retain next week, because I’m gonna be next, Rhe Rhe. Watch me.”
“Yeaaaaaah about that, I think Shayna wants a shot too, you know… and Becky—“
“What? Them? Oh I’m gonna have to fight them both for the title shot—“
“Let Pearce know after I retain, he’ll make it official. Trust me.”
“Ohhhhh, she’s that confident to retain next week…” Raquel chuckled. “Zoey isn’t easy to beat, Rhe Rhe. You think she has potential though?”
“Honestly? She does.” Rhea spoke sincerely, leaning back on her chair while grabbing her drink. “The way I view you and Liv here, is the same way I view Zoey. Both of you have potential. Lots of it. And I’m not going to spill too much info, but a little birdie told me that more championship titles might start coming out…”
“No way.” Liv immediately said as her eyes widened. Almost leaning forward as she looked at Rhea while she drank whilst Raquel also grew interested. “How did you get this info?”
“Well, when the Wiseman is friends with both Pearce and Aldis and when he represents the Bloodline and the Judgement Day at the same time, you end up knowing everything.”
“Girl, you better not put our hopes up for nothing.” Raquel told her, dipping a piece of celery into the ranch that they had with the wings before she took a bite out of it. Liv then gasped before she looked at the two.
“Wait, what if they decide to put on a triple tag championship? For the women?”
“That would make the roster explode, trust me.” Rhea chortled. They kept on chatting, and when Raquel was talking about Santos turning against Rey during Friday Night Smackdown weeks ago and how Zelina told how she felt about it, Rhea took a moment to look at the crowd of people. She then smiled when she saw Damian and Iyo from afar, both smiling and laughing as Damian was teaching her to dance to bachata. He looked happy when he was around her; free from all the stress and anger that he kept on having at work. It was a nice change for him to be in a committed relationship with someone like Iyo. She only hoped that their relationship lasted longer than anyone would expect.
She then turned her head and saw Dom chatting with Jimmy and Finn. The group shared a drink and laughed before the song that played in the bar switched, and as soon as it did, Dom and Finn immediately sang along with it out loud like almost everyone within the bar while Jimmy tried his best to follow along but ended up with the other two laughing and helping him. The Samoan twin didn’t know Spanish very well unlike Dom and Finn, but they were able to help him get along with it.
Near them were Solo and Roman, both of them also chatting and sharing a drink before she saw Damian and Iyo- both of them who finished dancing and were holding hands as they walked up to them. She watched as Damian and Roman exchanged a few words while the former paid for his and Iyo’s drinks. They both seemed to be in an understanding conversation with one another before Damian extended his hand to the Tribal Chief in a handshake, with the male Samoan smiling and accepting said handshake before—
“Mira ve y comételo a besos, pues.” Raquel suddenly interrupted her chain of thoughts, causing Rhea to almost jump in her seat as she turned to her and Liv.
“What–”
“Girl, just go! You said you were going to have your answer by tonight, right?!”
“Rhea, you’ve been watching him for the past five minutes, you’re not even being subtle about it!” Liv agreed as she ordered another drink for herself. “It’s that easy. Go up to him, chat about anything- literally anything, and then boom, pour your freakin’ heart out! Easy, simple!”
“Exactly, what she said.” Raquel agreed as she pointed at Liv while nodding her head.
“Look, at midnight, we’re all going to start taking shots. Midnight. Right now, it’s 8:40 PM.” Raquel showed her the time on her watch. “If you don’t make a decision before then, you’re gonna lose your chance. At some point, he might get tired of waiting. Is that what you want, Ripley?”
“I couldn’t agree more, she’s right, you know.” A female voice suddenly spoke beside them. At that, all three heads turned to see Nia who was paying for her own drink. At that, Raquel was the first one to frown disapprovingly.
“Haven’t you done enough, Nia?” She asked. “Why don’t you go and talk shit somewhere else and leave Rhea be?”
“Whoa there, I’m not here to cause issues, alright?” Nia simply sat, waiting for her drink to be prepared. “I’ve come in peace, and I’d like to talk to Rhea. It’s nothing bad.”
Rhea looked at her momentarily, before she shared a look with Raquel and Liv. Liv wore a concerned look on her face, whilst Raquel looked at Nia sternly. Reminding her how Damian would do the exact same thing for her in these types of situations.
“Raq. Liv, I’ll be fine.” She reassured both women. “I’ll catch up with you guys in a bit, okay?” Rhea watched as Liv and Raquel hesitantly walked away before she turned towards Nia.
“What do you want?”
“Well, first I'd like to apologize for my…behavior at Crown Jewel- and before that. When Solo texted me asking for my help to convince Roman to leave your side and get some rest because he refused, I didn't believe it because that’s just not how Roman was. Then when I got to the hospital and saw how bad it actually was, it made me realize that, Rhea, he truly does love you. He was crying and that is not a sight I've seen much growing up with him.” She then paused as she took a sip from her drink after the bartender served it to her while Rhea listened, a bit taken back not only because Nia was apologizing to her out of all people, but at the fact that she was actually caring towards her own blood.
“Look. What I’m trying to say is that… don’t make him wait any longer.” Nia set her drink down as she then turned to her yet again. “All I want is the best for my own blood and I’d hate to see any of them suffer. At the end of the day, they’re my family. No matter what.”
Rhea didn’t know what to say as she looked down. Nia then sighed as she took her drink from the table and walked past her before she spoke yet again. “If you want my advice, go get him while you still can. Life’s too short, Ripley.”
She was walking away after she said that while Rhea was left thinking until she spoke to her, making the irresistible force pause in her steps. “Shayna forced you to apologize, didn’t she?”
Nia remained silent for a bit before she turned to face her yet again. “I would’ve still apologized to you after what I saw. But… yeah, she kinda did. You might want to thank her for that. And also… I’m sorry I called you a whore. Now that was out of line from me, I will admit.”
Rhea wanted to laugh at that but she decided to keep herself. She watched as Nia walked away through the crowd of people, leaving her alone in her booth with her own thoughts. She looked among the crowd, watching everyone enjoying their time and having fun while she was mentally contemplating as she finished her drink. When she did, she set her glass down before she once again looked to Roman’s direction, noticing how he was now talking to Solo and Jimmy for a few seconds before she saw the two walk away, leaving their cousin by himself at the bar.
She watched him from where she sat as he ordered his own drink to the bartender. She then looked around, wondering if Raquel and Liv would come back anytime soon. When she then realized that they were probably somewhere in the bar talking with other people, she made her choice. Grabbing her things, she then stood up, walking and making her way through the crowd.
She noticed how he was about to take out his own wallet to pay when the bartender handed him his drink as she was already a few feet away from him. When she was already close enough, she spoke to the bartender as she cleared her throat.
“I’ll pay for his drink, and I’ll take what he’s having as well.”
At that, both the bartender and Roman himself turned their heads to face her. “Bourbon whiskey ma’am?”
“Yes, please.”
“Alright, I’ll be right back with that.” He nodded as he went to prepare the drink while Rhea took a seat next to Roman.
“Well, typically I pay for my own stuff.” Roman commented as he took a sip from his drink. At that, she faced him with an arched eyebrow.
“Well, get used to it. You paid for mine last time, now it’s my turn.” She simply told him as the bartender came back with her drink while she paid. While she did, Roman chuckled.
“Are you sure you can handle whiskey?”
“Well, you’re a piece of work and I can handle you. What makes you think I can’t handle this?”
“Okay, so we’re being bold now?” He couldn’t help but chuckle at her comment while she smiled. “Alright, go ahead, see if you can drink that in one go. I wanna see you try.”
At that, Rhea scoffed, taking the drink in her hand as she drank it all in one go without hesitation. She then set the glass on the table with a small ‘cling’, before she made a gesture to it while showing it to Roman. “You were saying?”
“I could’ve easily done that.”
“Sure you can.” Rhea said sarcastically while Roman snorted, also drinking his whiskey in one go before he set the empty glass on the table as she watched him.
“You were saying?” He smirked at her, imitating her question while she rolled her eyes, trying to hold back a smile of her own, though she failed in doing so.
“Show-off.” She only said while he only chucked. The two then took a moment to glance at the crowd of people around the bar, especially watching their group having fun.
“This place is packed unlike the last time we all went here. No wonder people like this place.”
“Especially on a Friday night, though.” Roman agreed as they turned back to each other. “The beers are good too, I’ll tell you that.”
At that, an idea came to her head as Rhea saw the bartender pass by while she turned her head to Roman and spoke. “What kind of beers do you like?”
“I’m good with any, why?”
“Good. Excuse me?” She called the bartender who perked up as he turned to her. “Could we get two Coronas with lime?”
The bartender quickly nodded before he served the two beers while Rhea paid for them once again. She thanked the bartender before she sat up, taking her own beer while she nudged at Roman. “Come on, let’s go.”
“Where are we going?” He asked as he took his own beer while he followed her.
“Chat somewhere more private. We can go back to the van for a bit.” She told him. “I have spare keys to get in, so we should be good.”
Both of them began to go through the crowd until they made their way outside the bar. It was a bit cold given the weather at the moment, but they were able to arrive at the van quickly as Rhea unlocked it. They both went inside the large van, careful not to trip over anything before they got all the way to the back where the wider and more comfortable seats were.
“Well, this is a bit better. Needed a break from all the noise inside anyways.” Roman commented as they both sat together, with Roman sitting on one far end while Rhea sat with her legs propped up to the seat. Just like how she would usually do.
“Yeah, well, that was kinda the intention, to be honest.” Rhea told him, leaning against the seat comfortably with her beer in hand as she took a sip from it. “I just… wanted to catch up with you in a quieter place.”
“Yeah? Well… it’s been a while since we talked like this.” Roman pointed out as he also drank his beer. “After everything that went down.”
“I know.” She said almost softly, looking down at her beer. “… and I’ll be honest, I’ve been a dick lately and for that, I apologize.”
“No. No, I don’t blame you.” He reassured her. “After everything that happened? I would’ve reacted in a same or similar way if I was in your shoes.”
“No, it’s not just that, it’s…” She trailed off, not knowing how to explain it. “I kept pushing you away and it was unfair of me. I should’ve done things differently but I didn’t know what to do or say, hell, I didn’t even know how to feel, so I panicked.”
“Well… if it makes you feel any better, it wasn’t as hurtful as the time Seth hit me with that steel chair.”
At that, she snorted as she kicked him lightly in the side with her heel, making him yelp. “Ow–“
“That’s what you get.”
“Geeze, you wanna take me out all of the sudden?” He asked as he rubbed his side while she couldn’t help but chuckle. At his question, she arched an eyebrow.
“Reigns, you have to be more specific when asking a question like that, because either I can just take you out or send you to rehab.”
At that, he paused as he arched an eyebrow at her. They both looked at each other for a moment until they couldn’t help but break as they laughed together.
“Were you trying to flirt with me—“
“I was—“ The two remained there as they chatted for the next two hours while having already finished their beers. Right now, it was 11:30 PM. Rhea listened to Roman talk about his times during the Shield as she looked at him. After a while, they changed the subject until Rhea winced when she noticed that she had her legs folded for a while and she needed to stretch them as they were threatening to fall asleep. At that, Roman allowed her to place one leg on his lap while she set the other on the floor, making her also needing to scorch a little bit closer to his side.
“Reigns?”
“Hm?”
For a moment, Rhea seemed to hesitate to ask whatever she had in her mind at first until she steeled herself, knowing that she couldn't hold back any longer. “This is out of curiosity and if you don’t want to answer, that’s fine, but…” She paused, looking at her lap. “… why did you kiss me when we first met?”
At the question, Roman gazed at her for a few minutes. She waited for an answer from him as she leaned her head to the side. He then looked down at his empty bottle before he carefully set it on the ground, finally deciding to speak after he gathered what he intended on saying.
“I think at the time I did it because I wanted to shut you up-
“Yeah I know, I argue a lot.” Rhea said as she sighed while Roman chuckled before he continued to speak.
“Well yeah, but that was also just an excuse to hide the fact that I was starting to like you…”
Her gaze softened slightly at that. Her hand extended to hold his momentarily as he allowed her to do so, his thumb caressing her knuckles like he usually did. “And… what did it feel like to you?”
“What?”
“The kiss. Did it… did it mean anything to you?” She asked. For some time, she never knew why, but she always had this sort of fear in which one day she was going to hear how he truly felt. At first they were nothing but a fling but now, things have changed.
And deep down she also wanted this, but at the same time, she was scared.
“It meant the world to me, Rhea. Do you think I'll just kiss anyone?”
“I-”
“Don’t answer that,” they both chuckled, “But no I wouldn't. What did it mean to you?”
“To be honest it was kinda the downfall of everything,” Roman’s face fell a bit, “But I loved every second of it. I tried to convince myself that I didn't, that it was wrong, but god it felt so right,” Rhea continued, “Roman i have to tell you something.”
“What is it?”
“At the hospital, when I was still asleep…I heard what you said.”
“...You did?”
“Everything. And I think it’s time I finally say it back. I love you too, Roman,” Rhea said teary eyed. Without hesitation Roman pulled Rhea into a sweet kiss, both smiling into it. Rhea began to move closer, wanting more but the moment was cut short by someone knocking on the van’s window. The sound making both Rhea and Roman jump.
“Yo, take it easy. Dejen esa bellaquera para el hotel. We’re getting shots now, let’s go.”
Damian.
They sighed before they started laughing while Damian walked away.
“I think I almost died again,” Rhea said jokingly before they got out of the van and walked into the bar holding hands.
Tumblr media
It was already 2:30 AM as everyone returned to the hotel. Unlike last time, more people were drunk and had to be escorted by the sober ones to their rooms. Liv and Rhea had to escort a tipsy Raquel back to her room while making sure that she was okay. Afterwards, Rhea was called for help to drag both Jimmy and Finn to their rooms as well.
“Are you okay with sobering Raquel up? I need to head back to the lobby.” Rhea asked Liv as she kept her phone inside her pocket while they stood outside the taller woman’s room.
“Sure, I’ll be fine.” Liv reassured her.
“Alright. Night Liv, take care- call me if you need anything.”
“Goodnight- oh, also!” Liv paused her. “Before you leave…”
“Yeah?”
“You need to tell me and Raquel about everything.”
At that, Rhea blinked in confusion. “About what?”
“You and Roman- you know, when you both came back to take shots with us and you were holding hands…”
“Pft, no we weren’t.” Rhea lied while she made a face. At that, Liv arched an eyebrow.
“Literally everyone saw you two.”
“Okay, okay- I’ll tell you in the morning.” Both chuckled. Rhea was about to turn to the elevator when Liv spoke once more.
“I’m glad you’re happy… you know.” A bit of sadness could be heard in her voice. Rhea turned to her, looking as the blonde smiled sadly. Rhea felt a pang of pity before she spoke.
“And you’ll be happy someday too, Liv. I know you will.” She pressed the elevator button. “But I’ll still be here for you no matter what.”
They both smiled at one another until Rhea couldn’t help but approach Liv with a hug. Liv returned the hug, trying her best not to cry while she rubbed her back. When the elevator doors opened they broke away, with Liv wiping her tears.
“I’ll see you in the morning?”
“Yeah. I’ll text you guys for breakfast.” Rhea nodded as they both bid farewell before Liv went to check on Raquel while Rhea went to the elevator. She arrived at the lobby after a while to see Damian and Roman dragging a drunk Jimmy while Dom was helping a drunk Finn.
“A little help here? Please?” Damian asked while looking at Rhea as he gestured to Finn. She sighed and shook her head before she went and helped Finn.
“Where’s Solo?”
“He was a bit drunk too. He had a headache, so he went straight to his room.” The group went inside the elevator, escorting both Finn and Jimmy to their rooms. They were able to take Finn first as Dom volunteered in helping him sober up.
“He’s been saying yeet for the past thirty minutes…” Roman mumbled as he rolled his eyes, finally being able to bring Jimmy to his room while Damian and Rhea tried their best not to laugh. “I’m gonna check on him before we leave, I’ll be right back.” He told them before he went to his cousin’s room to help him sober up.
“So…” Damian and Rhea both waited in the hallway as the older male turned to her. “It’s official, I’m assuming?”
“Well… yeah.” She told him as she leaned against the wall while holding her hands inside her pockets. “How about you and Iyo?”
“Well, Bayley was a bit against it at first because she wants Iyo to be focused on her championship and war games, but Dakota and Iyo were able to talk her out of it.” Damian explained. “But so far, we’re good.”
“Well, at least she isn’t giving you the stink eye.”
“Nope. For now.” Both chuckled before Damian got a text. “And speak of the devil- she wants me downstairs with her and Iyo at the bar.”
“Try not to get drunk again.” She reminded him while he walked to the elevator as he pressed the button. “And leave the bellaquera with Iyo afterwards!”
“Hey that’s my word—“ Damian called out while Rhea laughed before he went inside the elevator. “See you in the morning!”
“See ya!” She watched him leave as she decided to stay and wait for Roman in the hallway. She figured she should spend a little bit more time with him before she went to sleep. She wasn’t that tired yet, after all. After about a minute or so Roman finally came out of Jimmy’s room.
“How’s he doing?”
“He’ll be fine. He’s going to have a hell of a hangover in the morning though.” They chuckled and began to walk towards Rhea’s room.
“Did he keep saying ‘yeet’?”
“God, he wouldn’t shut up,” Roman groaned, making Rhea laugh even more. They eventually arrived at Rhea's room and she turned towards him.
“About what he talked about in the van-”
“Yeah I don’t think we're quite finished. Where did we leave off again?” He said with a smirk on his face and pulled her closer to his body by her waist. She gave him a knowing look before she pulled him into a kiss.
“Stay with me tonight…please?” Rhea mumbled into his lips.
“You don’t have to ask me twice.” He picked her up with ease, opened the door, and closed with his foot behind them. He gently placed her on the bed all while still kissing her. They finally pulled away to breathe.
“I’m going to make you mine tonight,” he whispered and began to pull at the hem of her shirt. She raised her arms for him to take it off. Roman caressed her waist with his cold hands, making her slightly shiver. He then unclipped her bra and slowly slid the straps down her shoulders.
“Now is your turn,” Rhea teased while pulling at his shirt. In a swift moment, he took his shirt off and she took the opportunity to pull him into a needy kiss once again only to drag him into the bed with her. She got on top of him and dragged her hands over his toned abs all the way up to his chest. She leaned down and kissed his neck, determined to leave a mark of her own.
“I was the one who was supposed to mark you tonight,” Roman said.
“Hm, you still can,” Rhea teased. With that he flipped them over making Rhea giggle a bit. He kissed and licked from her collarbone up to her jaw. He then leaned his forehead against hers just to look at her eyes.
“What?” she asked, smiling.
“Just thinking of how I got so lucky.” Rhea bit her lip before kissing him once again. While doing so, she hooked her finger around one of the belt loops from his jeans.
“I think it’s time for you to take these off, don’t you think?”
“As you wish.” He began to take his pants off as well as hers. Once they were discarded on the floor, Roman knelt down on the foot of the bed, lifted one of Rhea’s legs and started leaving a trail of wet kisses down until he reached her dripping core.
“Roman, please- I’ve waited enough.”
“You’re so impatient.” He sat up and aligned his rock hard cock with her entrance. He looked at her face for any signs of protest before finally going in. Rhea closed her eyes and tossed her head back in pleasure.
“Ro…”
“Look at me, mami. Look at me while I finally make you mine.” She opened her eyes, her gaze filled with love and lust. He pulled her into a messy kiss all while speeding up his thrusts. Her moans kept getting louder along with his grunts.
“I’m close, baby,” she moaned.
“Just a little longer-” he whispered in her ear.
“Please-” she said desperately, letting herself be vulnerable for once.
“Now.” She gripped onto his back, letting out a high pitched moan. Roman’s thrust became sloppy and soon came to a stop. The room was filled with tired pants. Rhea laid with her eyes closed, her hair sticking to her sweaty forehead.
“You alright?” He asked, a bit concerned.
“Yeah, I’m fine. I just need a minute.”
“Are you willing to give me a number higher than a six now?” He asked with a cocky smile. Soon it turned into a look of pain caused by a kick from Rhea. He tried to get up to grab a cloth for her but she pulled back.
“Stay,” she said in a gentle voice. He gave in and laid down and pulled her cold body to his warm embrace. Her head was pressed against his chest with a calm look on her face. She soon started running her finger through his tattoos. He ran his fingers over her shoulder and then placed a kiss on her forehead, the action making Rhea look up at him.
“I love you, Ro,” she pecked his lips.
“I love you too, mami.”

I'm having to go old school and handwrite the latest chapter of Another You, which means I have multiple pages of random Rhea x Liv scenes written on just about every visible surface...
If I can get more written/put together, I might even manage a sneak peak on here tonight.

I Learn From The Best
Authors note: hhhhhh was on a flight and that’s enough time to write a long fic sooooo buckle up buttercups
Also MAJOR disclaimer, I may have “beef” with liv for injuring Rhea, but under no circumstance condone the threats and harassment she’s getting. At the end of the day it should never be that deep…
Warnings: Rhea Ripley x fem reader smut, wrestler! Reader, mommy/mami kink, oral, fingering, praise, squirting, swearing, liv morgan (she’s an opp rn lmao),
Tumblr media
“Baby I’m gonna be just fine.” You offhandedly shrug your response to Rhea and continue to punch at your training dummy. Rhea shakes her head at your cockiness, smirking as she steps in front of you, forcing you to stop your aggressive jabs. You were scheduled to fight Liv Morgan later today, and wanting nothing more than to avenge Rhea, you were putting in your all. A small grin graces your features as Rhea reaches out, grabbing your waist and pulling you in, careful to be gentle with her sprained shoulder. “You’re so hot when you’re feral.” Rhea jokes with a low chuckle. You roll your eyes, but nonetheless lean into the strong arms of your girlfriend.
“I’ll riptide her to get the message across.” You snort fiddling with Rhea’s layered necklaces—something you know she secretly loves, “she’ll think it’s you reincarnated.” You continue. Rhea shakes her head amused by your antics. “C’mon I got you food.” She says gesturing to the exit to the gym. You lick your lips, happy to have a distraction from the strenuous workout. Huffing, you agree, grabbing her hand and letting her drag you towards the door.
You felt little nerves about the match as it approached. Training with Dominik, Damian and Finn had helped up your pain tolerance and get into the mindset of a smaller opponent, now knowing how Liv’s thought process would be. So as you got ready, you allowed your mind to wander to what you were going to do after the match. Or, rather, more accurately, who was going to do you after the match. Your cheeks warmed at the thought of the lewd promises that were whispered to you. “Just a little motivation.” Rhea had purred to you earlier. “Motivation indeed.” You grin you yourself as you make your way backstage.
Bouncing on the balls of your feet you wait for your music to play, when it does, you make the your way to the ring, a sinister smile gracing your lips as you eye Liv up. Your smile turns more genuine however, when you see Rhea sitting first row. With the coolness of her persona, she nods back in acknowledgement, but the arousing glint in Rhea’s blue eyes told more. They reminded you to the hopefully eventful night you had ahead of you. Winking at her, you slip into the ring waiting for the bell to start the match.
Being the favorite, the crowd was screaming itself hoarse for you, but an awed hush fell as you displayed your strength yet again in the match by throwing Liv like a rag doll. You found yourself laughing darkly as you sauntered to her crumpled form. You hoisted her up, making sure your next words were loud enough for the mics to pick up
“Oh and this one’s from Rhea.” You spit before slamming her into Rhea’s signature pin. The crowd’s responding roar was even more deafening than before. You stuck your tongue out suggestively, eyes once more scanning the crowd before they found Rhea’s prideful gaze. As the ref called the three count, you beamed, throwing Liv’s legs to the side before walking with authority out of the ring.
“Fucked that girl right up!” Dominik laughed as you got backstage, “couldn’t have done it better myself!” He grins childishly as you laugh. Damien voiced similar regards to your skill, but with less vulgarity laced in his words. “Did good kid,” he chuckled musing your hair as you received a happy punch to the arm from Finn. You then gasped as you felt a hand smooth over the curve of your hip. You know who it is before a different, knowing smile spreads on your face. Your name is cooed softly in your ear before a soft kiss is placed on your cheek. Your face blooms red as you tuck your chin into your chest. “The riptide was a nice touch.” Rhea says wrapping her arms around you. Her fingers dance nimbly up your sides, being sure to brush against any exposed skin your wrestling outfit flaunted.
“I learn from the best you know.” Your cheeky reply has her snorting, nudging her face into your neck.  The soft swirl of arousal in your belly that you get from the simple affection has you mentally face palming, but, with Rhea looking like she wants to eat you alive, it seems that your sentiment is returned. “Fucking hell get a room!” Finn’s disgusted groan has you and Rhea pulling sharply away from each other. Damian said nothing, but the knowing look he gave Rhea had her shrugging, a little bit red, and shaking her longer hair to cover her face.
“Maybe we will.” You mumble softly, eyes immediately widening at the boldness of your self-inflicted embarrassment. Much to your relief however, the group of guys only laugh, unaware to the sincerity that lies behind your jest.
Rhea was well aware of your slip up, you watch in badly suppressed lust as her jaw clenched and she shifts her legs tighter together. Her hand on your hip travels lower and you nearly arch at the warm sensation. When you let out a shaky breath, Rhea coughs, speaking up to address the group. “We’ll catch up with you guys later… we’re going back to the hotel.”  Her quick excuse has them nodding offhandedly, not understanding the underlying implications.
Rhea smiles at you coyly as you nudge your side into hers and she hails a taxi your way quirking her brow as you hurriedly get inside. “What’s got you in a rush doll?” Rhea pretends to fix her black lipstick, swiping two fingers over her plump lips, she holds your gaze as she does so, smirking as you shift in your seat. Her teasing has you pouting prettily, blinking up at her as you pray for the trip back to be shorter than physically possible.
As soon as you were in the hotel room, no time was wasted. All it took was one look of hunger from Rhea and you were hurriedly ridding yourself of the complicated strappy garment you had on. Her rushed hands brushed over your body. You moaned at her eagerness, already too enraptured to care if you sounded needy. You knew she wanted this just as much as you did. “Does—oh-does your shoulder hurt?” Even in this state your concern shines through the pleasure. Rhea silences your worries with a biting kiss before she shakes her head.
“Always worried about me, yeah?” Rhea’s tone sounds cocky, but the affectionate kisses she then places on your cheeks tell a different story. “Always.” You confirm breathless, carefully helping her remove her own shirt. The pathway to the bed was strewn with various articles of clothing, and Rhea chuckles in satisfaction as you push her onto the bed.
You giggle as she flips the both of you over, caging your body beneath hers as she presses her lips to your now bare chest.  “You look good like this.” Rhea’s voice has dropped to a deep rasp as she eyes the black lipstick marks she’s left on your smooth skin.
“Just good?” You bait, a dizzy smile on your blushed face. Rhea only looks smug before her hand trails up to your throat. The whimper you let out as she does so is loud and drawn out. “Beautiful actually.” Rhea clarifies grinning wider at your state, her other hand slowly trails down below your stomach.
“I— holy fuck!” Your plea is cut short when Rhea’s skilled fingers shut you up. You arch into her hand as she finds your clit, “What was that darling?” It’s cruel because Rhea knows you can’t answer in this state. And as her middle and ring finger circle your soaked hole, you shake your head vigorously not being able to form a response. “Good girl,” she praises you simply, but your body reacts to her words blatantly. “Rhea…” you trail off unintelligibly and the whine in your voice has her groaning softly and rutting against the mattress as she pleasures you. “You’re so fucking tight sweetheart.” Rhea sighs as she curls her fingers.
Your eyes roll back as she rubs against your g-spot. “F-fuck mommy!” You choke out hand coming up to grip Rhea’s that was still delicately wrapped around your throat. “Feels good hmm?” Rhea questions, leaning closer to bite into your neck. No doubt leaving hickeys that you would have trouble covering up tomorrow. Your breath hitches once more as she adds another finger to your pussy. Your brain is moving slower than honey, the only thing that’s registering is how fucking good Rhea is finger fucking you. The lewd sounds that she was milking out of you would be embarrassing if you weren’t already so close to coming undone. You were quick to cover your face with your hands as Rhea noticed your change in demeanor. “Your gonna cum for me?” Even though Rhea voices it as a question, it’s more of a statement because she knows you will. “Yes—please Rhea-mommy please!” Your mewls are pornographically loud and Rhea moans at your neediness. “Since you asked so nicely.” She purrs to you before her thumb circles your clit with a precision that sends you over the edge moaning her name.
You were still drunk on the pleasure as you pulled Rhea in, your fingers gliding through her silky hair as you kissed her. She allows you to push her gently back once more as you grab at her plush thighs. As you inch further down, you’re keenly aware of the needy gasps that slip past Rhea’s parted lips. “Baby… please?” Her soft question is barely audible causing you giggle at her insistence. But you can’t deny her. How could you? Rhea chokes as you place several open mouthed kisses into her dripping cunt. “You’re a—a fucking tease.” She manages, grabbing a fistful of your hair. You press your lips to her inner thigh before you respond, voice as coy as ever.
“I learn from the best.”

All Too Well
Rhea Ripley x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
WARNING: ANGST, Struggles With Sexuality, Mentions of Underage Drinking (DO NOT DO IT), Jealousy, Alcohol Consumption, Confrontation
PREFACE: Rhea and Reader were childhood friends, but after a kiss they shared during a party, Reader cut contact and never spoke to her again. That was until their high school reunion came up and the two finally see each other years later
A/N: Flashbacks In Italics!
Liv Morgan is also Reader's best friend from a different school in this A/U!
Some surprise appearances by other WWE Stars!
Was feeling a little angsty, don't mind me
Tumblr media
"Are you sure it isn't too...showy?", I say,
Looking at Liv's reflection in the full-length mirror.
"Are you kidding? It's literally perfect"
I chuckle at her enthusiasm.
Within a week from now, we were set to attend our ten year high school reunion and to say I had knots in my stomach would be an understatement.
High school was fine, in fact, I often catch myself reminiscing on how simple life once was.
Not having to deal with adult responsibilities like work, bills or rent and just living life as I wanted...but there was one thing that made me wish time moved faster.
Rhea.
We grew up in the same neighborhood and were inseparable. Always sleeping over at each other's houses and hanging out every day after school. Wherever she was, I was. You wouldn't see me without her by my side and vice verse.
"Check this out", she says,
Smacking her wrist and causing the whipped cream she had on the back of her hand to catapult into her mouth.
"What the fuck? How?", I exclaimed.
She lets out a laugh, almost choking on the sweet foam.
"Saw someone do it on YouTube. Try it"
I shrugged, spraying some onto the back of my hand and repeating what she did. Only my attempt resulted in the cream to land on the side of my mouth. She lets out a roaring laugh, falling back against the couch.
"I've got you", she says,
Gently wiping it off my face and sucking it off her thumb. Her eyes never leaving mine, whilst doing so. I couldn't ignore the sudden rush of butterflies that irrupted in my stomach. What the hell was that?
I awkwardly clear my throat and sipped on some water. She eventually noticed my silence and squinted curiously.
"You alright, babe?"
Her nicknames have now become lethal to me. It's not like we haven't jokingly called each other things of that nature, but this time felt different.
"Mhm"
"Okay", she replied unconvinced.
Just then the door bell, rang. Thank god.
"I'll get it. Must be the food", she says,
Gently placing a hand on my thigh, before sprinting off. I felt her touch linger even after she'd already left the room. My heart racing against the confinements of my chest.
As the day turned to night, we got ready for the party Sonya was throwing, when I couldn't get the zipper of my dress up.
"Women's clothing is a complete joke!", I struggled inside the bathroom,
"Need some help?", she asked through the door.
Why was I so nervous for her to see me half dressed? We've changed in front of each other dozens of times before.
Though I must admit, I had to look away as we did. Something about seeing her so intimately made my stomach drop to my feet. Like I would...like what I see.
But nonetheless, I reluctantly agreed.
"Could you?"
She steps inside and carefully tugs my zipper up and once she was done, I turn around, patting myself off. For a moment, she eyes me up and down with a smile she was clearly trying to hide.
"That bad?"
"Not even close. You look amazing", she says,
Taking my hand and playfully spinning me around. God damn it, there go the butterflies again. I pull back, smiling awkwardly.
"Shall we?"
"We shall", she says,
Stepping aside and letting me out of the bathroom.
The entire car ride was silent, except for the ambience of the engine running and the radio softly playing. It gave me more time to fully process what happened and what exactly I was feeling.
It was all so sudden, that my head spun trying to wrap itself around it. I was probably overthinking. Maybe, I'd just imagined the whole thing and was worried over nothing?
"You're awfully quiet", she disrupts the silence,
Pulling me out of my thoughts.
"Hm?"
"Usually, we'd be screaming non-sensical lyrics over songs we put on, but you seem rather distracted", she interrogated behind the wheel,
"Um, probably the shots I took before we left"
"Well, I'm designated driver tonight, so, have all the fun you want, sweetheart"
Again with the nicknames.
We eventually got to Sonya's and made our way inside. The house was crowded with drunken kids from school, dancing terribly and talking way too loud. Tonight was guaranteed to be hectic.
"You made it!", Sonya yells over the music,
Before yanking me into a hug and making me chuckle at her excitement.
"I thought you'd ditch, since you weren't at school today"
"Nope, just decided to skip since it's the last day before spring break", I explained,
Pulling away.
She then pulls Rhea into a hug and plants a kiss on her cheek, making Rhea laugh.
I couldn't help but feel off about it.
But before I could even react, a hand turns me around by the shoulder and it was Liv, my friend from a different school.
"Hey!", I greeted,
As she squealed, jumping into my arms and wrapping her legs around my waist, like she usually does.
"Oh my god, I haven't seen you since last semester!"
"I know! I was swamped with extra-curriculars and tests", she said,
Hopping back down.
I look over and was met with Rhea's intense gaze.
"Rhea, this is my friend, Liv. She goes to the school down the road from us"
"It's really nice to meet you!"
"Pleasure", Rhea greeted,
Her tone dry and unwelcoming. I give her a look of confusion, to which she simply ignored me, before walking off.
Besides that slight hiccup, the night went on just as I expected. With me getting wasted and making a fool of myself with Liv in the sea of dancing people.
Every now and then, I'd catch glimpses of Rhea staring daggers into me and for some reason, I didn't really mind. As a matter of fact, I sort of enjoyed the attention more than I was willing to admit.
That was until Liv grabbed my hips from behind and began swaying them, which then caused Rhea to visibly scoff and disappear from view.
Even in my drunken haze, I could tell she was irritated, but I decided to let her cool off, before attempting to ask any questions.
I did eventually feel the drinks working their way down, so I pulled Liv in close.
"I'm going to the bathroom!"
"Kk!", she yelled back.
I began stumbling towards the bathroom and swung the door open, just to find Rhea sitting in the empty bathtub.
"Hey there, stranger. I haven't seen you all night", I slurred.
"Yeah, you noticed? I'm surprised with the spectacular company that's been entertaining you"
My eyes squint curiously.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
She sighs through her nose, looking away.
"Nothing"
It was now my turn to sigh, as I closed the door behind me and sat on the floor, beside the tub.
"Someone's jealous", I teased.
She didn't respond and merely scoffed once again.
"I saaaid someone's jealous-"
"And what if I was?", she interrupts.
In that very moment, any ounce of drunkness violently fled my body.
"What?", I chuckled nervously,
"What if...I was?", she repeated,
Sitting up and gripping the edge of the tub to bring herself closer to my face.
I was at a complete loss for words. Hit with so many emotions at once, that I froze in place, just staring blanky at her.
"What do you-"
Before I could complete my sentence, she cuts me off by crashing her lips onto mine. The strangest part of it all was the fact that I didn't pull away.
It felt...good.
I grab her face and pressed deeper into the kiss, whilst swiping my tongue over her bottom lip, tugging it slightly with my teeth.
Her own hands do the same and before I knew it, she pulls me into the tub, straddling her hips. I felt myself growing needier with each passing second, but before anything else could happen, she made her way down my neck, whispering.
"You have no idea how long I've been wanting this"
That's when reality finally hit me. I was in love with my best friend this entire time and couldn't bring myself to admit it. I was in love with a girl. All the pieces of myself that I thought were broken were now starting to make sense and I just wasn't ready.
I hastily pull away, getting out of the tub.
"Where are you going?"
"We can't do this", I say,
Wiping the smudged lipstick off my cheek.
"(Y/N)"
"I'm sorry, Rhea, I can't", I rushed,
As she stood up to follow me.
"(Y/N)-", she steps out of the tub,
"Please", I pleaded with teary eyes,
Catching off guard.
"Just...I can't", I choked back a sob.
I rush out of the bathroom and left the party entirely, but as I ran home with tears streaming down my face, my phone kept blowing up with messages and incoming calls.
Some being from Liv, looking for me and others from Rhea, begging me to come back so she could explain. I simply turned my phone off and finally arrive at the steps of my house.
I was consumed with more emotions than I could handle. Confusion, helplessness, fear, but most of all, grief. I was now meant to grieve the loss of my best friend and possibly the love of my life.
That night was the last time I'd ever spoken to her.
Rhea would continue to try and get a hold of me, but a few weeks go by and she eventually got the hint.
At school, I'd take different routes to try and avoid her and when we did cross paths in the hallway, I'd just speed-walk past her to get to my next class.
Losing someone like her has been and still is one of my biggest regrets.
"Hellooo?"
I was snapped out of my thoughts by Liv's hand waving at me.
"What?"
"I asked if I should do an updo or have my hair down"
"Oh"
"Are you okay? You seem like a bajillion miles away right now", she questioned,
"I'm fine"
"Mhm", she crosses her arms,
"What?"
"Nothing. If you say so", she shrugged,
Turning back to the mirror.
"Liv", I urged warningly,
"It's just, are you sure this isn't about...Rhea?"
"What? No"
She sighs, hopping on top of my vanity.
"What?", I repeated,
"How long have I known you?"
"Well...a while"
"And in that while, do you really think I can't tell when you're lying?"
It was now my turn to sigh, as my arms fold over my chest.
"What happened was...less than ideal, but don't let that ruin your night. You deserve to have fun", she says,
Getting back on her feet and making her way over to the bed, as I shrug, watching her take a seat next to me.
"Who knows, maybe she still feels the same way", she nudges,
"That's not funny"
"I'm being serious! Who you are isn't anyone else's business, but your own and if you do end up telling her the truth, that should be your choice", she emphasized,
"Look, (Y/N), you're a total babe. Anyone would be lucky to have someone as sweet and funny and pretty and smart and-"
"Okay, okay, enough with the flattery", I chuckle,
Nudging her back.
"Hey and if all else fails, we can still get wasted"
"See? This is why you're my friend", I say,
High-fiving her.
The days came and went in what felt like a flash and before we knew, it was the day of the reunion.
With each moment that passed of us being in the cab, my heart grew burdened by anxiety. What was I supposed to do if I saw her? What if she came up to me? Would she tell me off in front of everyone? Was I prepared for that to happen?
Worst of all...what if she brought a date?
"Stop doing that"
"Doing what?"
"I see the hamster wheels spinning"
I sigh, relaxing into the seat. Liv then pulls out a cannister and sneaks it under my purse.
"You're lucky I came prepared"
"You really did", I say,
Twisting off the cap and carefully taking a swig.
"But don't over do it. I actually wanna dance a little before we black out"
We arrive at the high school and I was immediately taken back. The grass, the steps, the doorway. It truly felt like a blast from the past.
"Just as ugly as I remember!", I squealed,
Throwing a hand over my mouth, as Liv snorts, leaning against me.
The gymnasium was packed with many familiar faces, two of which were a set of twins I used to know.
"Yo, no fucking way"
"Hey, Jey", I greeted with a beaming smile,
"If it ain't miss (Y/L/N). Man, you still look good"
I playfully roll my eyes, as he pulls me into a hug.
"I haven't seem your ass in a minute, ma"
"No! I saw you a few years ago, when I came to one of Liv's matches"
"Like I said, a hot minute"
I laugh, pulling away to greet everyone else.
The DJ starts playing a song from way back when and Liv gives a mischievous grin.
"Oh god"
"You know the drill, come on", she drags me onto the dance floor,
And all of our friends followed suit.
As we started to dance, the gym doors open, catching my attention. My face immediately drops upon realizing who it was.
"What?", Liv turns to see and her own eyes widen.
"Shit"
There she was.
Only, I almost didn't recognize her. From the new black hair slicked back, to the expensive three piece suit and tattoos, my heart nearly gave out.
She was nothing short of breathtaking.
Her eyes immediately fall upon mine and it felt like everyone else disappeared. Even with her new entourage behind her, being rowdy, all I could focus on was the dejected look on her face.
I had only myself to blame. Had I not been a coward sooner, none of this would've happened. We wouldn't have cut ties, grown apart and gone our separate ways. We might've even-
"You good, uce?", Jey snaps me back to reality,
"Yeah, I'm fine"
"(Y/N)-"
"I'm fine, Liv. Really", I reassured,
"I'm just gonna go to the bathroom", I let my friends now,
Before walking out of the gymnasium.
I knew this was all my own fault, but I couldn't help but tear up, thinking of all the things I could've done to change what happened. She deserved better than that. She deserved better than me.
I arrive at the bathroom and lock myself in the handicap stall.
With no one around to hear me, I finally let go of all the tears I'd been desperately fighting back. After allowing myself a good few minutes to cry, I grab some tissues to wipe off the makeup that was surely running down my face.
I recollect myself and exit the stall, but as I went to check on myself in the mirror, the door creaks open and it was none other than Rhea walking in.
There couldn't have been a worse possible time than now to run into each other.
"Sorry", she said with her head low,
Stepping back out.
"Wait, Rhea"
She simply ignored me and kept walking, to which I followed behind her.
"Rhea, could we please talk about this?"
"Talk about what?"
"Please", I begged,
She finally stops and turns to face me.
"I'm sorry"
"Alright"
"Rhea, please", I pleaded,
Taking a hold of her wrist and making her eyes pour into mine. Even being this close to her made my heart race against the inside of my chest.
I carefully let her go and she stuffs her hands into her pockets.
It was now or never. I could either just let her walk away and risk never seeing her again or make things right, so... I took a deep breath and began.
"I wanna start off by saying I understand that you're angry. You have every right to be and I don't blame you for it", I reassured.
Her eyes never leaving my face as I spoke.
"But before you go, I just need to tell you how sorry I am", I start to choke up,
"Nothing I say or do can ever make up for how I ended things...but I'm sorry"
Her gaze was still intense, but I could make out her eyes glossing over.
"I'm sorry for leaving you with no explanation. It was childish and stupid, but I promise, it had nothing to do with you. I was scared and I didn't know who I was back then, but I do now. I am a woman who likes other women", I wept,
As she takes a deep breath in.
"I am a woman...who was in love with her best friend", I admit.
The confession causing her face and shoulders to drop.
"She just wasn't ready to say it"
"(Y/N)", she exhales,
"But that doesn't excuse me just leaving you in the dark and for that, I am so so sorry", I cried.
"No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not someone like you. Someone so kind and so beautiful", I softly cup her cheek,
As she melted into my touch.
"I know I don't deserve it, but you'll have me, I promise I will never hurt you again"
She shakes her head with a tearful smile, taking my hands into hers.
"I am so proud of you", she says,
As tear rolls down her cheek and meets the tip of my fingers.
"You are?"
"That's all I've ever wanted to hear"
And for the first time in a long time, I felt...light. The years of shouldering this burden was gone and I could finally breathe again.
I was so caught up in what was going on, that I almost didn't notice the audience of our friends gathered behind me. Guess I just have to lay it all out there now.
"Guys", I start,
When I felt Rhea's hand grab mine to make me face her.
"(Y/N), you don't have to do this"
"I do"
If she was brave enough to come out all those years ago, it was now my turn to have that same courage. I turn back towards the small crowd and see Liv cheering me on with a nod.
"I love Rhea and I'm not hiding it anymore"
A fleeting moment of silence overtakes the hallways, before they all rush in to hug me.
"I'm proud so of you, kid!", Liv squeals,
Causing Rhea and I to laugh amidst the group hug.
"You're a g, (Y/N)", Jey joins in,
"You finally got the girl!", Dominik yells,
Making Priest playfully smack the back of his head.
They all pull away, allowing Rhea and I to face each other once more.
"Let's give them their space, guys", Liv say,
Ushering everyone back into the gymnasium.
Without wasting another precious moment, she pulls me in and kisses me with a newfound passion.
This was how it was meant to be.

rhea ripley x reader
content: sad rhea and helpful reader, maybe some smoochin, maybe some sexual undertones who knows?!

Getting put against Liv Morgan was not what Rhea wanted this week but she had to do it anyway. She had been quiet the past week because of it. You tried your best to keep her spirits up and take her on dates and keep her busy to stop her from thinking about but it seemed like that’s all she could think about.
“Obviously you’re going to win,” you tried.
“That doesn’t change what she did to me,” she fired back.
You stared solemnly at her rubbing her arm in comfort. She gave you a weak smile, running her hand through her hair before walking into the living room. She curled up on the couch and Barry cuddled right next to her. You knew he could sense that she was feeling down. She turned the volume up higher than usual and watched whatever channel she thought suitable to keep her mind from wandering.
You sat on the side the dog wasn’t and leaned your head on her shoulder. A muscular arm wrapped around you and held on tight. The wrestler knew that her being like this took a toll on you too but she was never good at expressing her feelings. But her actions of reciprocating the cuddling or bringing you a snack or drink when you never asked, would let you know that she appreciated you being there for her.
The day finally came and the crew allowed you backstage to be with her. They all knew how hard this was.
“Can you help?” she was almost fully dressed with her makeup and hair done. She held out the almost empty bottle of baby oil towards you.
“Sure baby,” you gently took it from her. Opening it with a click you put the rest in your hand, “turn around,” you said quietly.
She followed your command and held her hair out of the way, even though it wasn’t long enough to be a problem anyway. She held her shirt to her chest not letting it fall, leaving the back untied for better application. You rubbed it in making sure every inch of her shoulders and bare back was covered. You wiped the rest on her arms and tied her shirt the way she liked it.
“Thank you,” she whispered putting the bottle in the trash.
“Anytime love,” you smile.
A crew member knocks on the dressing room door before cracking it, “Rhea?”
“What’s up?”
“15 until the show starts.”
“Thank you,” as she watched them close the door.
“You’re the third match though so you have some time,” you reassured her.
“Yeah,” she sat in the big lounge chair that made her look small.
You sighed quietly looking at her for a moment to think of anything you could do to cheer her up for even one small minute. You watched her stare into space chewing at her cheek, twiddling her fingers.
“Hey,” you said walking towards her.
“Hm,” she responded without losing her stare.
You sat on top of her, straddling her thighs, sitting yourself down nicely.
“Hey,” she finally looked something other than sad, resting her hands on your thighs.
“I knew that’d do it,” you giggled, “when this is all over,” you placed your hands on her tight shoulders, “maybe we could have a nice night out somewhere.”
Her shoulders almost immediately relaxed when she felt your hands on them. “That sounds good,” her voice sounded not so sad anymore.
“But maybe later tonight,” you brushed her hair behind her ear, “I can do something…for you,” that had a specific tone to it that Rhea definitely caught on to.
Her eyes lit up, only slightly, but you could tell you were getting somewhere. You leaned in to give her a deep kiss, not caring about the black lipstick stain that would be left.
She hummed into it, gripping your thighs tighter. You could literally feel the hypothetical weight being lifted off of her in that moment.
Breaking the kiss, “You’re too good to me,” she sighs.
“Nah,” you scrunch your nose.
She looked at her phone for the time, “We still have a while,” she cocked an eyebrow.
“Yeah?”
“Yeah,” and with that she pulled your face forward for another deep kiss.
You braced yourself on the back of the chair. The two of you were trying your best to be wary of the makeup situation but that quickly left your minds as time went on. Your mouths dancing against one another like they have multiple times before, but you could never have enough of her. Your hips involuntarily began to slightly grind on her. Your hands were tangled in her hair as she was pulling you in closer by clawing under your shirt at your back. Small moans fell from both of you. Sweat began to form on her back from the leather seat, so she pushed forward into you. A familiar tattooed hand nudged its way to your waistband, trying to unbutton and unzip-
*knock, knock, knock*
Both of you stopped immediately.
“Rhea?” said the crew member through the door.
“Yeah?!” she yelled.
“10 til places!”
“Thank you!”
“Damn,” you breathed.
“Damn,” she reiterated.
You gave her one more long but lazy kiss before stumbling off of her. Looking in the mirror at the damage you did, you wiped off the black smudges as best you could. She smacked your ass before fixing herself too, replacing what was wiped off and cleaning up around the edges.
“Look good?” she asked turning towards you.
“Always,” you smiled wide.
She held your chin and gave you a big kiss on your cheek wanting to leave a mark, smiling at her creation once she finished. She pulled you in for a deep hug, kissing the top of your head.
“Beat her ass,” you snarled.
“As long as I get to see yours later,” she pushed you back.
“There you are,” squeezing her arms before pushing her towards the door, “now go,” you slapped her ass one good time.
“Do it again,” she stopped just before the door.
So you put your all into it, winding up and landing perfectly on her left cheek so well the sound echoed in the room.
“Fuck,” she held it for comfort, “where’d that come from?!”
You laughed as you shrugged at her, “Go! The sooner you beat her the sooner I can have you at home!”
She stood smiling at you, her sparkle was back in her eyes.
“Go!!” you pointed to the door.
She gave you one more big kiss before heading out the door and closing it behind her.
“Beat her ass, Ripley.”

Pairings - Rhea Ripley x Fem!Reader
Word count - 0.7k
Warnings - Crying, mentions of anxiety, sort of a panic attack, fluff at the end!!
PROOFREAD :)
You looked in the mirror, seeing your just done makeup. Completely ruined.
Mascara was running down your cheeks. You were supposed to be excited. After all, it was your wedding day. But you felt the dread haunting you as you thought about it.
You felt panic rise as the door of your bathroom opened. You couldn’t let anyone see you like this. Not on your wedding day. You quickly tried wiping the running mascara off with the back of your hands.
“You guys have to leave— you cant see me like this.” You spoke in a shaky tone.
But Liv, and Bianca had already saw you. They sat calmly next to you. The worry spreading on their faces.
“my love whats wrong?” Liv was quick to comfort you, while Bianca rubbed you back. Bianca’s face read sympathy and confusion.
You felt your breath hitch as you tried answering. You felt panic as your breathing became more hitched.
Bianca’s arm wrapped around your waist as she tried lifting you up. Liv soon getting the memo and doing the same.
“Come here lets get you fixed up-“ Liv was cut short when you shook both of them off. A look of sadness on your face.
Liv and Bianca exchanged worried looks as they tried to find out what made you feel this way.
“R..Rhea.” You said in a low tone. You felt as if you were loosing oxygen.
Liv and Bianca knew what that meant. Liv leapt up from the bathroom floor as Bianca stayed, rubbing your arm up and down to sooth you. Hoping to lessen the anxiety you felt.
A few minutes later, Liv came back into the room. A water bottle in hand.
“lets just relax. Here.” Liv gave you the water bottle as she looked at you.
You turned away from her as more tears flooded your eyes.
“No I cant.. please I-I J..ust- I-I need Rhea please.” You felt the anxiety run through your veins as you spoke.
“Please.” You begged once more.
“Don’t worry, shes on her way.” Bianca whispered as she rested her head on your shoulder.
Liv gave Bianca a look.
“Look I know she must’ve heard, I mean its her wife.” Liv rolled her eyes while shaking her head
as Bianca spoke.
You felt your hands shake as your breathing hitched.
“Honey are you ok-“ Liv was cut off when you spoke.
“N-No im not okay just leave.” You replied before Liv could continue.
Liv and Bianca got up, panicking they began to leave the room. They gave you sympathetic glance as they did.
As soon as the door closed , you leaped up, walking into the bedroom and locking the door.
You sat on the bed, feeling the tears pour onto your blush painted cheeks.
Your breathing was rapid and so was your heart.
Your hands shook as you heard a knock on the door.
“Y/N, baby its me.” I heard Rhea talk to me through the door.
I didn’t want her to see me like this. She couldn’t. I looked a mess my makeup and mascara smeared.
“I-I cant let you in.” I replied. I wanted her to be in here with me. I did. But I couldn’t bring myself to open the door.
“Baby please, I need to know whats wrong. I hate seeing and heating how you’re feeling right now.” She answered me with a soft voice from what I could hear through the door.
I slowly got up. Stumbling on my way to the door, I found myself unlocking the lock. As soon as Rhea hears the door unlock, she couldn’t have opened it faster.
I saw Rhea gaze at me and seeing my current state, she felt a pang of heartbreak. She hated seeing her girl like this. Not because it was their wedding day. No. But because of how much she cares and loves you.
Rhea enveloped you into a sweet embrace. Leading you to the bed as you two sat down together.
“Tell me whats wrong love.” Rhea whispered to you. A soft hand laying on your thigh. God you loved hearing her voice
You explained to her what had caused your outburst and change of mood. She sat there next to you, a comforting hand rubbing your arm. In those last minutes, you felt happy that this was the woman you would be marrying. And you knew nothing could break you two apart.

Carmelo Hayes x Fem!Reader relationship headcanons
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You are the power couple of NXT
And have been since day one
Despite debuting as heels, the audience loves you
He flirts with you and shows you off any chance he gets
Your dynamic is very similar to Rhea and Dominick of the Judgement Day
You’re very overprotective of each other
You more than him
He has to calm you down whenever anyone insults him before you try to kill the person
He hates when you take any hits for him
He swore his heart stopped when you pushed him out the way and let Bron spear you instead
He talks your ear off all the time
You find it very cute :)
He’s just so comfortable with you, he wants to tell you everything and anything because you’re his safe space.
You both plan spontaneous dates for each other every week to take the pressure off of being champions and to spend more time together outside of work.
You buy him little gifts that remind you of him and hide it in his locker room with a note from you with your signature at random times.
He absolutely loves it, and keeps every single one.
You gifted him a necklace once with your initials on it and he wears it to every match, calling it his good luck charm.
You both have each other’s names on the side plates on your titles.
He definitely spoils you a lot
You eyeing something in a store? He’s buying it for you.
He finds something online he knows you would like? He is buying it for you.
You feel bad, but he doesn’t care. You’re his girl and he’ll spoil you rotten till the day he dies.
You guys definitely wear matching gear at PPV’s.
He teases and jokes around with you a lot
Your laugh is like heaven to him, and he wants to hear it all the time.
Is very physically affectionate, always has a hand around your shoulder or is holding your waist or is putting his hand in your back pocket
Loves having mix matched tag matches with you and acting like a gentleman, holding the ropes out for you, kissing you before the bell rings and holding you in his arms when you both win.
If you ever get injured, he will be at your beck and call, taking time off to take care of you.
You would feel guilty of him putting his career on hold for you, but he would absolutely do that for you in a heartbeat if it meant nursing you back to 100%.
He absolutely wants to marry you one day, but for now he wants to take it slow with you & be young and in love with you.

opposites attract ✧.* | dominik mysterio x reader!
dominik mysterio x fem! reader
summary: dom and the reader are polar opposites. ever since joining the judgement day, he's turned cold and dark. y/n is the opposite, full of light, and always seen with a bright smile. dom notices this, and little does y/n know, he's had his eye on her longer than she knows.
genre: angst, smut, 18+
a/n: this one was so fun, buckle up guys! <3
Tumblr media
the judgement day had been taking over raw for the last couple of months, and y/n hated it. she never understood how a group of once good people, could make every night hell for the other wrestlers. the dark colors, the random attacks on others, she hated it.
as her eyes scanned the screen in front of her, she watched the judgement day continue to appear on her screen. she watched anxiously as dominik, finn, and damian all attacked sami, kevin, and seth. she shook her head, before getting up, not being able to watch the screen anymore.
tonight y/n had a contender's match against rhea ripley, if she could win the match she would be given a title opportunity against her. she had been working hard weekly to get the chance, and she did not want it to go to waste. y/n placed on her attire, known as someone who was full of light, she obviously made sure her attire would match her personality.
once she was finished, she did her pre-match ritual of listening to her favorite music and stretching, before heading to the gorilla since her match against rhea would take place next. she felt like she was in her zone, until she heard a voice behind her.
"you know, you don't stand a chance tonight." she turned around, facing dominik mysterio, who was linked right next to rhea who let out a laugh. dominik was someone she had met briefly, as they started training at the same time, until he had began to turn against everybody, and never spoke to her once he had joined the judgement day.
"am i supposed to be scared that rhea has you attached to her hip at all times? regardless of anything you say against me, i'm not afraid of anyone, especially neither of you." y/n said confidently, as she heard her music hit.
the match between rhea and y/n had taken the show to the next level, with the fans hype and them both taking hits back and fourth. dom made sure to try and distract y/n as much as possible during the match, but even with his efforts, she would manage to find a way to fight back against rhea. the match came to an end with dom being ejected from the ring. once rhea had saw him being thrown out, y/n took the time to use rhea's distraction against her, and hit her finisher on her from behind, stealing the win. with the crowd roaring, and y/n finally getting her opportunity, she headed backstage.
once y/n reached the backstage area, she was greeted with many wrestlers congratulating her. she thanked everyone, before heading back to her locker room to take a quick shower, before heading to the hotel. once she finished showering, she heard her phone buzz, and looked to see a message from liv morgan, one her closest friends.
liv: "congrats on the win! we're all celebrating you tonight at the club, be there! you have no choice! meet me in my room when you're ready, and we'll uber there together. xo, ily <3"
y/n didn't plan on going out, but she knew that if she didn't show up she'd hear about this for a while. so, she grabbed all of her things, and got into her rental car to get herself to her room so she could change and do her makeup for the night.
once she arrived to her hotel room she instantly started playing her getting ready playlist, something that always got her hyped up. she wanted to take a longer shower, since she only did a rinse off after her match, and who knew maybe she'd get lucky tonight. she finished her hair and makeup, and found that she would find perfect timing to put her outfit on. she was always known for wearing a good mini skirt, and crop top, paired with heels when going out, so she kept it simple and decided to go with that.
Tumblr media
once she was ready, she texted liv that she would be on her way to her room soon, and took the time to add a layer of lip gloss on, before heading over. once she got there, she knocked on liv's door, and smiled once she opened it. "you look so hot! who are you impressing tonight?" liv said, jokingly, as she let y/n in. "you never know!" y/n replied, laughing, as she sat down on a chair. "you are definitely getting laid tonight looking like that. i made the uber, it should be here in three minutes." liv explained, as she finished putting on her shoes.
once the pair arrived to the club, they saw a good majority of the wrestlers who were on the show prior. liv and y/n split up, as liv found raquel and got tranced into their conversation about their title win. while liv was busy, y/n took the time to go over to the bar and order a drink. she sat down at the bar, ordering a signature vodka cranberry, and waited patiently, scrolling through her phone.
"surprised to see you here." she heard, as she felt a presence next to her. she looked to her side and saw dominik mysterio sitting himself down next to her. she scoffed, as received her drink, taking a sip of it. "why wouldn't i be here?" she questioned him, as she continued to sip on her drink. "you don't seem like the type. plus, if it wasn't for that stupid ass referee throwing me out tonight, you wouldn't be over here celebrating anything."
y/n rolled her eyes, before responding, "first of all, i didn't need any help beating rhea tonight. regardless of if you got kicked out or not, i had that match won. nothing distracts me. second of all, why are you even talking to me, shouldn't you be with your mami? or is she still recovering from her loss?" y/n said, smiling. dom shook his head, and looked her up and down, taking in her outfit. regardless of if he hated how happy she always was, she looked gorgeous every time he saw her. though, he would never admit it.
y/n looked over when she noticed him looking at her. "what are you staring at?" she asked curiously, before finishing her drink. "clearly you." he responded, harshly. "why are you even still here? we're not friends. i'm not friends with people who attack others for literally no reason." y/n said, as she started to get annoyed. "no reason? these people deserve it. you know, you act like you're such a sweet person all the time, but deep down, i know you aren't as good as you try to present yourself. and this skirt that you're wearing, tells me that i'm right." he said, smirking.
y/n scoffed, "you know nothing about me." she said in response. "tell me then, am i wrong? is it wrong of me to know that deep down, i know that you've got dark side? you hide behind all of these bright colors and smiles, but you're hiding something. you and i both know, you're far from innocent." he added.
y/n knew that he was right, she definitely did have a side that wasn't so innocent, but would never admit that to him. "even if i did, you would never find out." she said, confidently, as she looked at him. she eyed his outfit, noticing the all black outfit he was wearing. as much as she hated to admit it, as much as he had changed, he looked good as hell with the new way that he presented himself.
"aw, you know it's rude to stare, baby. you can keep denying it, but i know you want this as bad as i do." he smirked, as he drank. y/n let out a gasp she didn't know she was holding in, as she looked away from him. he was right, she did want him, but she didn't want him to gain the satisfaction being right. "how many times do i have to tell you, you don't know anything about me." y/n repeated. "let me learn then," dom replied, as he placed his hand onto her leg, slowly running it up to her thigh. "i've wanted to learn about every inch of you since i've met you." he said, as he continued to run circles against her thigh.
y/n gulped slightly, and thought for a moment. she knew that if she did anything with him tonight, he would never leave her alone about it. but, deep down she knew that she wanted this as bad as he did. "what do you want from me?" she questioned, as she looked up at him. dom smirked, and brought his mouth to her ear before responding, "i wanna ruin you. i want to see the side of you nobody else does." she felt herself shiver at his touch.
"take me home." she responded, and dom smirked slightly, grabbing her hand, and walking her out of the club. with the club being packed with wrestlers, there were already drivers ready to take the wrestlers who had been drinking home. when the pair got into the car, y/n felt dom's hand start to creep up her leg again, she looked over at him, and he sent her a slick smile, before whispering in her ear, "keep quiet." she nodded, as she felt his hand slowly creep up her skirt. luckily the driver was distracted, and it was dark in the city, because the driver would have been in for a show otherwise. y/n bit her lip to keep quiet, as she felt him graze over her panties with his hand. she felt wetness begin to come down, and she looked up at him.
before anything else could happen, they had arrived at the hotel, and she let out a sigh of relief, before they thanked the driver. once the two got into the hotel, she followed him in anticipation to his room. as soon as the door unlocked, it was like a switch had flipped, and dom instantly brought her inside, pulling her into a heated kiss, and closing the door behind him. she softly moaned into the kiss when she felt him push her down onto his bed, as he took his shirt off. he began to trail kisses down her neck. the way he kissed and sucked on different parts of her neck let her know instantly that it would leave a mark in the morning. he lifted her shirt off of her, began to leave kisses down her chest, down to her stomach.
"i need to taste you." he said, as he started to take her skirt off. she bit her lip, as she watched him pull her panties off. "you better let go for me, i want to hear you." dom said, as he attached his mouth to her pussy. she let out a moan, as she felt him begin to suck on her clit, entering two of his fingers inside of her. "you're so fucking wet, baby. i knew you wanted this." he said, smirking, as he attached his mouth back to her clit. "fuck, dom. please, don't stop!" she said softly, as she watched him. he smirked, as he started to move his fingers quicker, and looked up at her noticing the way she was tightening around his fingers. "aw, are you gonna cum for me already?" he said, "you better hold it, you don't cum until i'm inside of you." he said, sternly.
dom felt himself growing harder in his jeans, and he knew he needed her, right at that point. y/n gasped, as she felt him remove his fingers out of her. she watched as he started to take his jeans and boxers off, biting her lip. she felt herself start to slip into a different mode, before saying, "please fuck me, daddy. i need you now." she admitted, causing dom to smirk. "i knew it." he whispered, as he inserted himself inside of her. "you're so fucking tight. are these guys not fucking you good enough?" he smiled, as he started to move inside of her. y/n moaned loudly, and dom moved faster, "tell me, do they fuck you like this?" he questioned, as he moved his fingers down to rub circles around her clit.
"no, daddy! fuck, they don't make me feel like you." y/n said, in between moans. dom grunted at the sight of her, moving his free hand down to her throat. "you are so fucking sexy like this. this is exactly how i pictured you to be. a fucking slut behind the mask you put on." he said, as she tightened around him.
y/n knew she was close, as she felt her stomach tightening up. "please, daddy. please, let me cum." she moaned out, as she held onto his arms. "i wanna cum for you so bad." she whispered, as she closed her eyes. dom smirked at the sight, as he watched her. "cum for me, baby. let it out." he said, finally allowing her to finish around him.
y/n let out a loud moan, yelling out his name as she felt herself release against his cock, shutting her eyes, as he slowed down to allow her to finish. he bit his lip, and looked at her. "i wanna watch you swallow my cum." he said, and she nodded, biting her lip. "get on your knees right now." she obeyed quickly, getting on her knees looking up at him with sweet eyes, as he started to jerk off into her mouth. "cum for me daddy, i want all of your cum." she whispered to him, causing him to moan as he started to release into her mouth, she made sure to swallow every drop, licking him clean.
dom let out a sigh, as he looked up at him, getting up. he looked down, pulling her into another kiss, wrapping his arms around her waist. "you are so fucking sexy, i hope you know that." he said, as he pulled her hair behind her ear for her. "mm, you were to good at what you did." she admitted, and wrapped her arms around his neck. "well, i mean. we can always do it again." he said, "round two?" she asked, chuckling.
the end.

can i request rhea ripley x reader
rhea and y/n are former best friends that have feelings for each other, but have grown distant due to rhea joining the judgment day, and y/n dominating the singles division, but y/n is attacked by Damage CTRL(or someone else, they’re the only ppl i could think of) rhea is the one to save her, and they make up with hesitation and distrust on y/n’s end of it, because rhea injured y/n’s good friend liv morgan. rhea shows reader how much she truly missed her.
Trust me
Rhea Ripley x Fem!reader
Tumblr media
Rhea and me were best friends since NXT we went everywhere together and when we could traveled together, we were even a tag team everyone loved us and our chemistry i was Rheas 'girl' but when she joined the judgment day we became more distant she was always with Dom or the rest of them.
I am working in the singles devision and i what many say dominating the singles devision, i was also friends with Liv Morgan and people said we had good chemistry now.
I was walking out to the ring when i felt a kick to my back "shit!" I said falling down i turned to see Bayley "oh my god! Its Damage CTRL!" Michael yelled "poor y/r/n didn't see that!" He added "maybe because they came from behind!" Wayne said back as Bayley stomped on my arm making me scream Iyo Sky and Dakota Holding my arms as Bayley repeatedly kicked me "y/r/n all on her own" i tried to fight back trying to wriggling out their grip but failing when i hear a theme.
"Oh my ITS RHEA RIPLEY!" I lifted my head to see bayley, Dakota and Iyo drop me walking backward to the ring "Mami is not happy she is back for her girl!" Rhea runs straight by me to Bayley kicking her "touch her again! Go on!" then when Dakota tried to help Rhea ran her into the steel steps Iyo too busy looking after her friends as Rhea walks back to me "you okay y/n" she asked kneeling down by me fans screaming 'MAMIS GIRL' "Yeah yeah" i held my stomach and Rhea picked me up bridal style "lets get you backstage".
We got backstage to my dressing room both not saying a word as hurt still lingered when i saw her "so you Okay?" She asked sitting by me "yeah just sore" i nodded and she looked at me "look y/n i am sorry" i looked at her funny "why?" I asked as she did nothing but maybe that my problem "well i guess i been ignoring you and other stuff we were so close then i just leave you" she looks down at her hands as she speaks, i dont know what to say not really trusting her "i abandoned you in a way and i am sorry y/n" i sighed looking at her "i mean Rhea you injured liv one of my best friends" Rhea looked a little guilty "that wasnt my intention you know me i am a massive softy y/n" she said and i sat there thinking and moments when we would bake together or have sleepovers because we had the same hotel room "i do Rhea and it hurts that you left me" i looked down this time but her soft hand lifted my chin up "y/n i want to go back to how it was us two my girl..." I looked into her blue eyes and even though i felt the hesitation her eyes told truth and emotion "yes Rhea of course i will be your girl again" i smiled and her face lit up "really you mean it!" I nodded and she ran over lifting up "you got to met the judgment day you'll get on with them! We can all go on trips we can have girls day and everything!" She smiled like a kid on Christmas making me chuckle "calm mami lets just enjoy this" i smile at her still in her arms as we hug again for the first time in what feels like years "we're back!~" Rhea smiled as i we both laughed.
