thinking about the juxtaposition of Anthy's uniform look and Anthy's private moments.
At school Anthy does everything to avoid contact with the world as much as possible. Her her is very long and luscious yet she pins it up in very tight curls. Actually her eyes are fine yet she puts on glasses.
And yet the school uniform bares a lot skin of her legs and arms, even stresses an hourglass silhouette.
In private moments with Utena, when both go to bed, she lets her hair and puts her glasses down, yet her night gown covers all the rest of her body, and hides any possible shape of it's wearer.
(Also, also when they both lived together in the dormitory, still growing together more closely, Anthy wore her loose nightgown but still had her hair in tight curls, even in a nightcap, and put on her glasses (maybe just to watch the Cowstain Dior ad).)

The biggest issue with CME is how little it’s been focusing on the personal relationships and dynamics between the BAU members. There’s been a lot of talk about how there hasn’t been much attention given to certain ships, but realistically we haven’t gotten many meaningful moments between any of the BAU members as of late.
The first two episodes- for the most part- did a good job of balancing the main plot with the side plots, while also reestablishing the group dynamics. The conflict between Rossi and the rest of the team leads to some really great moments between him and Garcia as well as him and Prentiss. Penelope and Luke spend a solid portion of Episode 1 just bantering back and forth, which was such a delight to watch. We get to see Tara and Emily bond. Even in scenes that would typically be filled with exposition, we get some personal connection, like when Luke and JJ are talking about bringing back Garcia. It’s clear those first two episodes understand why people watch this show. Yes, it’s a crime show but at the end of the day, it’s about these 6 to 8 people that sit at that roundtable. At least that’s why I watch this show. I watch it because I love seeing them work together, protect each other, and learn from one another.
Episode 3 drops almost all of the focus on the team and instead chooses to focus on the unsub. I understand that a show called Criminal Minds needs to have some of its focus on “the Criminal”, but that episode really shifts the rest of the season off of its axis. I also understand that supporting characters are necessary to drive conflict and provide character development to the main cast, but at this point, those relationships have started to outweigh what I care about most. And while we’re at it, Will, Tyler, and Bailey should not have more character development than Luke who is supposed to be a vital member of the BAU.
I guess what I’m saying is... I miss the team. I miss watching them come to work at the beginning of each day and talk about their lives. I miss moments like Luke bringing Emily takeout because she has to work late. I miss Rossi calling Garcia in the middle of a case just to see if she’s okay. I miss the girls going out and getting drunk. I miss their group gatherings. I miss those quiet moments when they just get to be people who freakin’ love each other. We’ve gotten tastes of it in some of these more recent episodes, but it’s just... not enough. I appreciate that Evolution wants to dive deeper into some of these characters’ personal lives, but they’ve become so separate from each other that they’ve forgotten the heart of the show. It’s not one individual person or story. It’s them as a family.

ive always wanted to do something in a fandom space but I'm not imaginative enough for writing or artistic enough for art so I've recently taken up a research project of sorts, I'm gonna do a deep dive timeline of brocedes, a brocedes bible of sorts, I'm gonna try and include all races interviews and other context anybody might find interesting and hope not to go insane in the process!!!
I would absolutely love to make some F1/F2 moots as I’m absolutely obsessed with it and if you see me reblogging things from other fandoms I’m sorry but I have had a lot of phases and no matter how hard I try to I can never fully let go🎀
I’d really appreciate if you’d only interact with me if your 18+ because I will be re blogging and saying nsfw things 🩷
I’m currently obsessing over Nico Rosberg, George Russell and Paul Aron but I’m genuinely pretty much a fan of everyone and down to talk about whoever🫶🏻

How the Starlight Boss Fight Could Go
I apparently have a lot of feelings on this topic. This will just be me pasting a comment I made on the original Dreamworld video From back when it was a FNAF game concept. I really liked what I wrote so I'm posting it here.
Anyway....
Okay, imagine the Star fight happens later in the game after a heart to heart. Maybe seeing Glory and Rex interacting makes Star remember that he had someone like that. He can't remember the person's face, but he remembers details about him. Like how he gave the best hugs, how he would actively listen to anything you talked aboit and would ack questions. Like he was dying to know more about anything, from some story you made up in your head to how you put together a robotic fox creature for robotics class/club. How he would bring people together and was happiest when surrounded by loved ones all making each other happy.
And as he starts gushing about this person, maybe even aboit to say his name or reveal something about his own past, the bluey mask clicks into place and suddenly Star completely changes.
Maybe there are dialogue optioks and knowing more about the characters will help you pick the dialogue that makes him angry or sad. Heck, maybe on the second playthrough you unlock an option that reveals something about the player character and his motivations and it stops the boss fight by evoking the scarlet mask through bittersweet emotions or shock or something.
I freaking love the potential of an emotionally driven boss fight!

Lewis Hine's Photography
Lewis Hine was a sociologist and photographer who documented laborers and the conditions they worked in across America in the early 1900's. He was a staff photographer for the National Child Labor Committee for a while, and he photographed child laborers in an effort to enact social and legal reforms to protect children.
Several of his photographs live rent free in my head, so I'm putting them here!
Newsies at Skeeters Branch, St. Louis, Missouri
This is probably the photo I think about the most. Newsboys were considered independent contractors, and so weren't subject to labor laws. Any papers they bought, they couldn't sell back, so if they didn't sell all their papers for the day, they had a loss. Hine took several pictures of newsboys.
Top: Roland, Eleven Year Old Negro Newsboy, Newark, N.J. Bottom: Self-Portrait with Newsboy.
Left: Breaker Boys in Coal Mine, South Pittston, Pennsylvania Right: Drivers and Mules, Gary, W. Va
Breaker boys, as the name implies, broke large chunks of coal into more uniform sizes and sorted out impurities. Breaker boys were mainly children, though elderly and injured miners would also sometimes be employed as breakers. Boys might start as a breaker boy, but as they got older, they would often move on to different, more physically demanding jobs in the mine.
Some pictures of tiny children working.
Boy from Loray Mill
Vera Hill, 5 Years Old, Cotton Picker, Comanche County, Oklahoma
Left: George Barbee, 13 years old topping, Nicholas County, Kentucky. Right: Jennie Camillo, 8 years, cranberry picker, Pemberton, New Jersey
Addie Card, 12 years. Spinner in North Pownal Cotton Mill
Left: 7-year old Rosie, oyster shucker, Bluffton, South Carolina
Right: Noon in East Side factory district, New York
Icarus Atop Empire State Building, 1931
Not all of Hine's pictures were of children. He took plenty of pictures of adults, too. This one is pretty spectacular, and very dramatically named.
Mt. Holyoke, Massachusetts - Paragon Rubber Co. and American Character Doll. Building rubber doll moulds.
I really like this one because of the row of doll legs. It's amusing to look at. That, and the worker has massive arms. Fabulous.
Power House Mechanic
Another worker with excellent arms. According to the Brooklyn Museum, "The clean muscularity and precise industrial order presented by Lewis Hine in Power House Mechanic demonstrates the photographer’s shift, in 1919, from a gritty documentary style to what he called “interpretive photography”—an approach intended to raise the stature of industrial workers, who were increasingly diminished by the massive machinery they operated."
Soldier Thrown in Air, 1917
This picture really captures the joy of the moment and I like that.
Colored School at Anthoston, Kentucky, 1916.
I love pictures of old schools. My favorite are when all the students and the teacher are lined up in front of the school. This one has the kids inside the school, which is just as good. Here is a little history about African-American schools in Henderson County, Kentucky, which is where Anthoston is located.

The pure satisfaction to experience a story with the regular Marvel structure yet betray it for how insidious it is.
Defeating the bad guy who wants equal rights but too much. He's evil because he kills people during his good cause. Good thing our protagonists win, status quo is restored.
Except our protagonists have been socially conditioned and manipulated to think the status quo is good. Bad guy defeated and our protagonists continue to perpetuate hell on earth.
