Summary: Moving into a new city will always be stressful but it helps when your new neighbor helps bring your boxes in

August 21
Standing there for a moment admiring the man (The man was almost 7 feet who wouldn’t stare for a second) Y/n placed the box she had in her hand down and looked at him
Sticking one of her hands out for the man to shake, the other hand went to her hair pushing the small strands that fell out the bun back(If you have short hair let's just pretend)
"Hi, I'm y/n " The h/c woman said while shaking his hand, "I'm your new neighbor" Taking a small pause when y/n thought about what she added, "But you knew that because you just said that" She said while scrunching up her face a little bit
Giving off a small laugh while still holding her hand he chuckled out," You good" Looking her up in down while licking his lips "I'm LaMelo I'm right across the hall if you need anything I'm right there ma"
Once again looking her up and down for one last time before walking to what she could assume was his apartment
Before LaMelo could fully enter his apartment y/n called out "Actually if you want could you help me bring some boxes up?"
Nodding his head yes they walked to the elevator and made small conversation, once the elevator made it to the first floor y/n walked out laughing
"So you jumped in the pool for $20?" The woman chuckled out
Holding the front door open for her to pass through and making it outside, it looked like it was going to rain soon
"yeah, I think one of my brothers might still have a video" He admitted
y/n looked up at him and added on, "But off the second floor? I think that's worth at least $50"
Laughing at that while he opened the trunk and took 2 boxes out that read 'Fragile'
y/n took out 1 box, closed the trunk, and walked back to the door
"Do you know are very inconsiderate" The h/c blurted out while looking over her shoulder a bit
LaMelo chuckled and let out a small 'what'
Making their way back onto the elevator rolling her eyes as she added on, "Yeah I tried to get in but guess who decided their phone call was more important"
Giving a small smile once the elevator closed "My bad ma, not gon happen again"
Once they brought the boxes up they repeated that process and got to know each other for around an hour or 2
Looking around her new apartment and looked at the time '7:34' the brunette woman grabbed her phone and texted her real estate agent to ask if they can look at houses the next day because she was exhausted from all the trips up and from her car
Setting up her air mattress and snuggling up with her blankets she almost fell asleep instantly

August 22
Waking up from the air mattress y/n checked her phone as it read 10:25 am in bold letters
Putting the phone down she got up, got her items necessary and went to take a shower
Blasting Nardo Wick 'Plenty' and singing along while using a soap bottle as a mic
Going through half her playlist she finally got out of the shower as 'Worst Day' came on
Brushing her teeth and humming along to worst day she thought about what she had to do
She got the real estate agent to change the date to today to look at rental places for the bakery
Getting dressed putting on a pair of jeans, a white cropped top, a white and red letterman jacket, and red dunks
Grabbing her phone and keys she walked out the door and walked to the elevator once the elevator opened and she stepped into it she heard heels clacking across the ground making their way closer
The h/c woman's head was down in her phone texting her agent where the place was, looking up when she heard a sigh she saw a woman in a neon green tube top, neon green mini skirt, and heels that look impossible to walk in
Giving a smile to the woman who looked like she either had the best night of her life or the worst, her makeup was smudged, and her hair was all over the place
The woman looked at her and rolled her eyes and looked away tapping her shoe on the ground
Walking out she saw Emmet who smiled at both of the women
"Morning Ms. l/n, Morning Ms. Chaves" Walking out to her car she put in the directions the agent gave her and made her way there
